This research in the philosophy of ethics, we have written under thetitle (Sensory And Mental Dialogue In The Philosophy Of Ethics-CriticismAnd Analysis-). Consists of three sections; first: talked dealt within thesecond part; we writhe about controversial consepts of sensory and mental.Then we about the concept of common philosophical doctrines, either in thethird section we talked about the concept of the mind doctrines that securedsence mainly studies in philosophy.The purpose for which our finding in this research is to show thatundeniable sense or exceeded in any doctrine of mentale doctrines, just as themind can not be bypassed or undeniable doctrines sensory ... So as tocomplete the theory that we have in our thesis to obtain post-Doctoratedegree in Ethics philosophy. Namely, that the sensory and mental inseparable chaper mechanically naive as did most philosophers, and can not beconsidered as on (sense or mind) represents a certain degree in the otherladder. But the emergence of sensory and mental together as they advances the application together, and thus can understand the true construction ofethics values. And we study examining solid scientific concepts of ethics andrely on the right method.

The mobile device be used in all fields in society to be the life ismore easy. So that it's used in the instructional operation and that need tostudy the effective of it in the teaching operation. The aims of research areknown the effect of using the Bluetooth techniques in the mobile uponstudents' achievement and their retention of information. The sample consistof (34) students in the first class in Electrical Techniques Department inTechnical Institute of Nassiriayah at (2010– 2011) which divided to twoequivalent groups, experimental and control by using the two equivalentgroups design.Seven subjects were choices of Electrical Installation subject insecond course. The researcher limited the teaching objectives and built theteaching plans of each group and the final achievement test which consist of(28) questions and doing the psychometrics characterizes by using suitablestatistical methods. The teaching operation to the all students is beginning,the students in the two groups teaching the subject together at same time bythe teacher. After that the teacher send the more explaining information bythe Bluetooth techniques in the mobile about the teaching subject to thestudents in experimental group while don’t send anything to the students inthe control group.The research continue seven weeks and after that the finalachievement test is applied to the students in two group at same timeand re–applied to them after three weeks as retention of information test. And usingsuitable statistical methods to analysis the finding and doing thepsychometrics characterizes to the research instrument. The finding issupremacy the students in the experimental group which using the Bluetoothtechniques in mobile in the achievement and retention of information than thestudent in the control group which don’t used it. The researcher including theaffectivity of the Bluetooth techniques in mobile to increased theachievement of students and their retention of information and they suggestsome suggestions that suitable with the finding.

The context is one of the indicesaffecting the meaning of the discourse.Thereby, our first scientists have relized that the context has impact indirecting and identifying the sense according to two aspects:The first one is the linguistic context which considers the word itself with novalue outside the lingual structure.The second is the situational context based on connecting the linguiticreformulation with its context applying the rule: (Each situation requires anappropriate speech). The eloquent subject must take into account the differentcircumstances and situations like the situation of the speaker,the receiverand the verbal event.

Arabic first is a basic function that makes the communicative process easy,and the learner should control the skills of listening,speaking and readingand wring.Listening is a complex skill that includes prediction andinterpretation and the discovery of the relationships and meanings,speaking aproductive process which translates the mental images and includes thepatterns of thinking and analysis and justifications and the problem solving.Writing,one the other hand,is an intellectual,lingual,productive process thatis based on the elements of thinking and formulation.Modern strategiescould be employed to teach the skills of communication in Arabic,such asmental habits strategies which include:persistence,flexible thinking,questioning,problem posing,creativity and imaging,mutual thinking,thinking,thinking about thinking

The goal of this research is to identify the effect of the programmedteaching method on the academic gaining for the material of general sciences(physics) for the female pupils in the third class in the teachers preparinginstitutes .And The research sample included 70 pupils after excluding the pupilwho failed for the academic year٢٠٠٨-٢٠٠٩, represented by two classroomsand one classroom was chosen random ally which contained 35 pupils, torepresent the experimental group which studied by the programmed method,and the second group (35) pupils represent the controlling group, whichstudied by the lecturing method, then we made equivalence between the twogroups in the previous knowledge in the third class intermediate school inphysics (force, movement, work, ability and power), as well we madebalance between the two groups in variables related to the experimentprocedures which effect the inner safety for current research like the materialof study, number of lessons and the studying hours, also we balanced the twogroups in the variables related to the outside environment like lighting andthe noise.And after setting the educational goals (the general, the private, thebehavioral) for the studied subjects and in their three do mines (knowledge,the skill and psychological), according to teaching plan set for this purposewhich was demonstrated on experts and specialists in physics, and themethod of teaching to identify the availability, the experiment lasted for (15weeks) and at the end the researcher had applied subjective test of choosingtype consisted of (30 items after excluding 10 items from 40 original itemsi.e. 25% of the test items, then we got the item difficulty coefficient, and theirdistinguishing after the applying on the surveying sample, then we got thestability coefficient which was (0.88) by using halves divisions methods, aswell used the apparent stability and the contents stability for the test items byshowing it to experts in teaching and physics and the self stability for the testby using standing coefficient from the following equation: Self stability coefficient = standing coefficient ,andit was (0.93)And used the percentage and test to check the research goal and itsassumption :And in the light of the results there is effectiveness of theprogrammed teaching method on the academic gaining on the lecturingmethod in the material of physics in the third class in the female teacherspreparing institute, and there are differences of statistical references for thebenefit of the experimental group, which got knowledge by the programmedteaching method where we nullify the zero assumption which stated: (thereare no individual differences of statistical references between the averages ofthe pupils who studied by the programmed teaching method and the marks ofthe pupils who studied by the lecturing method on the academic gaining forthematerial of general sciences (physics) for the third class female teachers preparing institute

There are many teacher and parents suffer from reduce the ability of attentionto the children, so the attention not settle on nothing not only to minute fortime, so the research aim to following:

The chosen intention upon limited condition, the number ofsample(72),(36)male and(36) female in kindergarten labrotory\Al-Rusafa inAl-Jaderia ,then chosen the level which is face the four years so the level ofkindergarten is number(36)child's the researchers get the formation ofchildren through the tips of evaluation for kindergarten, so the number ofchildren which applies the instrument was (36),(16)male and(20)female, theinstrument consist of visual attention measurement includes(6)pictures, eachpicture represent one factor of take attention visual from(6)factors. In the measurement achieve equivalent and validity and reliability afterachieve the data confident statically ,so the result is following of :1-The result shown the positive reinforcement(nut rain, symbol, action, and socialization) effect on take attention visual of kindergarten.2- The result shown the positive reinforcement(article) the(pencils)effect on take attention visual of kindergarten.3-The most percentage obtain the(change stimuli and the movement stimuli). On light these result the researchers put some of suggestion and recommendations.

The nature of china's foreign policy towards the African continentwas not the result of the era that came after the Cold war, but it extends to theperiods of the sixties, seventies and eighties of the last century. It has beenbased on foreign political decision- maker of China in its dealings withAfrican countries on many of the pillars and priorities ,and on the top of thesepriorities china's economic interest,especially aftetr the Chinese economy hasachieved significant growth which leads to achieve high levels oftechnological development that is reflected positively on the Chinese industry ,where China has become one of the largest global markets for thesupply of goods to various parts of the world as the market for products ofcountries who have trade dealings with China . on this basis ,China hasbecome one of the countries with economic direction in dealing withDeveloping countries which are in need to deal with China.Therefore, this study has highlighted the Chinese foreign policytowards Africa in terms of the goals that pushed China to move towardAfrica ,and what are means used to implement the goals .then the study hasconcluded a future vision of China towards the continent in the light of theU.S presence in the African continent, a presence that stands in the way ofthe Chinese ambition in Africa because of several constraints, including:1- China’s policy focuses only on how to get cheap natural resources andmake African markets as a place for its products .2- the cultural ties between China and Africaare weak especially the Chineselanguage is not widely spread in Africa ,unlike English and French

During the kingdom period between 1925-1958 fifty two memberofparliament were elected representingHilla governorate.Only twenty nine of them were fromHillathatcause of choosing amember was according to qualifications of that era to play vole in Iraqipolicy.Some of house qualifications related to tribes or privately of family.Other important causes of choosing amember depended onrelationship to political parfait or holding scientific degree, in addition some members filled positions in the government such as being previous minsterwhich gave him special distinction to be chosen as amember.Some other were members of the senate, here we should refer to thearticle no,63 of Iraqi constitution which imposes that any minister must notstay in the cabinet more them sir months if he was not a member in ofparliament or senate council-so of theconcusses indilates did not representtheirreally places in order to stay in their positions asa minister in cabinet.Some others were chosen by someministers to pass their ruler became oftheir personality or partialrelationship orpatronage.

This research aims at identifying the effect of problem solving strategy onthe achievement of Kurdish language grammer of femal students at the fourthpreperatory school. To achieve the study aims , the researcher has chosenintentionally this sample to apply the experiement . The study sample cosists0f (58) female students distributed randomly on two groups. Theexperiemental group is taught according to problem- solving strategy and it is(29) female students, while the control group which is also (29) individuals istaught according to the traditional way of teaching . The two groups havebeen matched statistically in term of age , the academic achievement for thefather and mother , intelligence, and the linguistic ability. The experiement lasted one semester. The researcher has constructed an achievement testcomposed of (30) multiplechoice, completion, and matching items. Testreliabitiy has been ascertained to be (0,83) by applying pearson correlationformula and the T- test . statistical results have shown that there is astastically significant difference to the experiemental group which has beentaught according to the problem– solving strategy researcher has come upwith many recommendations to improre teachers of Kurdish performancesand show them the most modern methods of Teaching.

The research aims to identify the factors of academic excellenceamong the students of secondary stage, the researchers prepared aquestionnaire private factors of academic excellencein Secondary stagestudents, applied to the sample of students reached (40) students fromexcelling academically, and revealed the results of the study that the mostimportantfactors of academic excellence are(Satisfaction of parents and theSatisfaction of GodAlmighty was the reason forexcellence,to rely onmyself and take responsibility to ensure the future was the impetus toexcellence,understand the questions test scores befor answering reason to getthe highest grades , the importance of science as the virtue of God Almightyand His Messenger ()ص represents a motivation to excel ,Review studentpreparations more than once daily enhances the superiority)

The depression disorder is one of disorders that leave obvious effects onthe individual appears in his disorder of thinking , his relations , his socialinteractions, and his lack of sense of his value in the community and thenleads to lack a sense of psychological safety, and this will reflex the abilitiesof the individual and disrupts energies and potentials needed by the countryfor construction and reconstruction, it necessary to undertake a scientificstudy about depression and its relationship with psychological safety toincrease our knowledge of the nature of this relationship and to reach effective solutions in order to create a reliable generation, devoid ofpsychological disorders, so the researcher put thefollowing goals:١. Identifying the level of depression among the students of the University ofBaghdad.٢. Identifying the level of psychological safety among the students of theUniversity of Baghdad.٣. Identifying the relationship of depression with psychological safetyamong the students of the University of Baghdad. The research sample Included (200) students of university were randomlyselected from colleges of the University of Baghdad, depression measureitems has been prepared and it hasconsisted of (43) items, and preparation ofpsychological safety measure consisted of (40) items, after using statisticalmethods, the results showed the following:١.The results of the first goal indicate to the high proportion of middle-levelstudentsof the university amounted (59,5%) suffering from depression.٢.The results of the second goal indicate to a high percentage of mid-leveltoo, amounted (61.5%) suffering from lacking of psychological safety.٣.The results of the third goal indicate to theexistence of an inverserelationship between depression and psychological safety

This technical artsdevelop creative ability in an attempt for establish new creative throughutilization of different raw material such as papers , fabrics and damagedsocks. The capabilities and skill are decisive factors in determination of familyeconomic level being rich or modest . The attention for training skills atuniversity level had special presence in all around the world . On this bases,the practical training was of particular aims for home economics .The present investigation aimed with these objectives , as to train the femalestudents to utilize unuseful material for manufacturing useful items .Thenylon socks was selected due to various characters as being suitable formaking different home useful items . The important results weremanufacturing 24 different items , to be used in wall decoration , carpet ,mats,cleaning nylon sponge , The researcher adviced to include these activities inschool syllabus for intermediate and high schools .It is also suggested toinclude egg shell in further investigation.

The presentwork is a theoretical study in the field of chargedparticle optics.It concentrates on the design of electrostatic enzil lens forfocusing charge particles beams, using inverse method in designingtheelectrostatic lens.The paraxial ray equation was solved to obtain the trajectory of theparticles, the optical properties such as the focal length and spherical andchromatic aberration coefficients were determined. The shape of theelectrode ofthe electrostatic lens were determined by solving poisonequation and the results showed low values of spherical and chromaticaberrations, which are considered as good criteria for good design

This research tackles the semantic function of colors in the poetry of GadaAl Samman, in the introduction the research explores the difference in thesemantic colors for people and the function of these colors in arising thefeelings for the human spirit and its influence on that spirit. Theresearchtackles the poems of this poetess that are full of symbolic colors that conveypositive and negative meanings related to the poetess herself. In addition theresearch shows the functions of colors in her poetry through the compatibilityof colors by employing colors in her poetry in terms of compatibility with thevision of community to denote colors. Beside using the function of colorscontrast by employing the colors in different meaning and function. And thefunction of gradient through the gradients or mentioning color feature. Anddenote intermingling chromatography and interventions, with the statedexamples which confirm these meanings.

This study aims to find out the effect of the mediator on scaffoldingfourth yearstudent- teachers' teaching competencies and their self-efficacy.The present study combines scaffolding and self-efficacy by using amediator on scaffolding students affects teaching competencies and self-efficacy and from the results of which the existence of student-teachers’ self-awareness was ensured as an effect of the same independent variable. This work represents development and implementation aprogrammable model for evaluating pumping technique and spectroscopicproperties of solid state laser, as well as designing andconstructing a suitablesoftware program to simulate this techniques .A study of a new approach forDiodePumpedSolidStateLasersystems (DPSSL), tobuild the optimum path technologyandto manufacturea new solid state laser gain medium.From this model the threshold inputpower, output power optimum transmission, slop efficiency andavailablepower were predicted.different systemsconfiguration of diode pumped solid state laser forside pumping, end pump method using different shape type (rod,slab,disk)three main parameters are (energy transfer efficiency (rfac) and outputcoupler reflectivity (Roc) and spotshape) had been studied.The spectral distributionwas measuredwith bandwidth 26nm.Opticalpumped analysis, which used pump source input pump power 100mWincreased to 700mW step 100mw.
