The banking credit has a significant role in supporting the economic development process as it is considered a financial medium between the depositors and investors through turning the money received by the bank in from of banking deposits from a person who has a monetary surplus into another person in need of this surplus . this credit contributes also in directing the economic activities toward investing project generally and strategic investing projects in special that the country lacks which is in need of optimum exploitation to the available resources.
In addition , the banking credit represents the most important source of revenues that the banks gain and contribute in increasing their profitability.

This research attempts to identify and illustrates the impact of using the network management factors including the characters and attitudes of (don't care, insisted, social club , compromisers and team managing ) depending on implementing (TQM) including (Customer, satisfaction, continuous improvement and employees participation) in the general company of Electrical Industries as a case study . In order to achieve the objectives of this research a questionnaire has been designed then distributed on a sample of 30 personals of the middle rank of the company to collect data. Statistical techniques have been employed to reach results.
The Conclusions have been reached and recommendations are offered. The main Conclusions refer that there is no specific leadership pattern for all of the researched company managers. It is also proven that a significant relation and effect is pointed out between the leadership pattern and the Total Quality Management. This paper recommends that it is necessary to adopt a leadership pattern of team management type to lead the company. The company should also adopt the state of the art leadership.

The aim of this research is to analyzing the written communication system which has been used in the ministry of health in order to diagnoses the barriers & problems of that system & improve it and finally design a new model for communication system. So this research has two sides: The first one is the theoretical side talk about the conception, importance, elements of communication, the technical effect on the communication and some of its application
The second side is the practical which was applied in the ministry of health specially in the units of export , import , storage and the follow up unit of internal Organization of the ministry.
this study focuses on the work size, work procedure &its timing, ways of distribution of written communication and study registration of communication in side of the different copy books also the study include the analysis of framework of ministry the result of study find different types of barriers which lead to many problems for written communication as delay, loses ,manipulation and other problems.

The present research investigates the relationship between the emotional intelligence constituents and the types of the transformational leadership in The General Company for Cotton Industries in Al-Kadimia in its seven plants. The research sample consists of (45) managers who takes the responsibility of the leadership positions in the three managerial levels (the top, middle and bottom) the questionnaire method is adopted as a main mean for data collection.
The research has reached a group of conclusions. The most important is the availability of the emotional intelligence constituents for the researched sample and in high rates which has been reflected on the availability of the transformational leadership behaviours in the sample. This verifies the research main hypothesis about the existence of a positive relationship between emotional intelligence and transformational leadership. Moreover, the research has reached a group of recommendations. The most important is that the managers should endeavour to preserve these constituents and develop them for the employees as well.

This study aims to investigate the current status of the business incubators in Jordan, and their role in the development and support of entrepreneurial enterprises and their contribution to national economic growth. This support appears in administrative and technical services to entrepreneurial enterprises, as well as clear strategic vision, managerial abilities, and incubation strategies. Another support is that business incubators act as an intermediate for (government, companies, financial institutes, universities and R & D), to get their support to entrepreneurial enterprises benefit, which at the end results in increasing growth, generating income, and creating jobs.
The study population was the Jordanian Business Incubators, managers of graduate entrepreneurial enterprises, tenants managers and managers of enterprises that did not enter business incubators. The unit of analysis was the managers of graduate enterprises and tenants. The data of the study were collected through a sample that consisted of (69) managers. However, (58) questionnaires were distributed to the graduate and tenant enterprises managers. The study findings indicate there was a statistically significant effect of the services (administrative and technical) on entrepreneurial enterprises success in terms of growth, income and creating jobs. Also there was a statistically significant effect of the vision (strategic vision, strategic leadership, and incubation strategy) on entrepreneurial enterprises success in terms of growth, income and creating jobs. The study recommended the need to streamline the organizational, legal, managerial, financial and operational aspects of the incubation program in order to ensure effective realization of the overall objectives of promoting small entrepreneurial enterprises development in Jordan. Also establishing an association for business incubators to support business incubators in Jordan

This research includes the organizational Trust and organizational Commitment offices of social care in Tikrit town, the problems of this study, the increase the organizational Trust of employee in the organization. This reflects on the organizational Commitment of the employee without value, so this paper contains the personal stockholders from the organization. This research has many conclusions:

This research ends with many conclusions. The top management must be support the organizational Trust with the employee to achieve the organizational Commitment and Support the ethics, Behavioral value, participation, promotion the Trust and Commitment in the organization.

The present research aims to discuss the role of the strategy for the overall, the social responsibility for achieving the sustainable competitive advantage. According to this case study, The South Company of Fertilization had chosen for this specific research. There are two reasons for this choice. First, the practical as well as social activities are found there. Second, the continuous work of this company even after the events in 2003 not like other companies.
This filed research based on the actual analysis of those social activities which were accomplished between (2004 – 2006).
The study also depends on the questionnaire which was delivered to a group of (100). The research used several statistic methods via the statistic program (spss)
The conclusion and the recommendations which related to the social activities of the social horizon strategy showed that the social performance which supported the economic performance played a vital role to the sustainable competitive advantage.

This paper aims to explaining the concept, types and causes of crises, especially the current global financial crisis, suspected to have negative repercussions on the global economy had been reached Conclusions that prove this theory and had been identified a number of recommendations.

The gap between the different classes of income widened and became in two levels , the upper and the lower classes of income as a result of the inflation factor and managerial corruption .Therefore the necessity to analyzing and measuring welfare and it’s relation to the fairness of income distribution in the city of Kirkuk as a case study for the year 2009 and through the form of questionnaire has come .
One of the most important indicators which the researcher used is the Lorenzo Curve , Genial Factor , Coefficient of Variation and the economic welfare index . The most important sources of data are the published statistical reports and the field works (form of questionnaire ).The researcher selected 500 families from 76 residential districts which were selected randomly and then gathered 330 answers .
Among the most significant results that the researcher concluded, is the existence of a considerable variation in the income distribution in the interest of the upper classes through the aforementioned factors. It shows that %60 of the Kirkuk population receive %38 of the total income .Finally the study suggested several recommendations ,one among the most important is the need of the government intervention to redistribute the income in favor of the lower classes through appropriate fiscal policies and creating other sources of income .
