This research includes a study of the speech verses at the Holy Koran in the light of partial issue of the one textual criterion. The lexical coherency is a part of the textual coherency because the later contains other two sections which are the syntactic coherency and the phonetic coherency . Also , this research must study two phenomenon which are the repetition and the lexical accompaniment .

The first phenomenon ( the repetition ) includes two questions that are the common word which includes the repetition of the word itself ( the pure word ) which is meant by the repetition of the utterances themselves , that is the repetition of the words themselves without change which necessarily leads to the connection of the meaning in the text . On the other hand , this repetition also includes the divisional repetition which is named semi- repetition or grammatical repetition , and the derivational or the repetition of the root of the word which is the repetition of a previous used component

The second phenomenon is the (lexical accompaniment) (the compactness ) , this phenomenon is considered another element of the lexical coherency which includes the opposition , the referring accompaniment , and the relationship between the Part whit the all . Every device of the mentioned ones leads to the lexical coherency at The Speech Verses in The Holy Koran. The opposition is a persuasion , argumentative and practical devise which produces aesthetic images that have a role in the lexical coherency . The referring accompaniment has a special lexical relation related to the linguistic association which by it the ancients meant taking into consideration the analogous that gives a strengthening value to attachment of the text . The relationship between the Part whit the all is one of the rhetorical arts , that the author of the text to lean on and it works additional job in the description .

The purpose of the research is to highlight the effect of textual attribution on the cohesion of the texts of the Husseini sermons and the interrelationship among the elements of the texts and the interdependence of the texts, in reference to the occasion, in which they were used for. The low level of health services and the inequity of spatial distribution in the governorate compared with the population distribution are evident. It covers an area of (230.5819) km2,The researcher relied on the climatic data for the period from(1981 - 2016) for the stations of Samawa, Basra, Najaf and for the period from(1986-2010) to Rafha.

In this research eleven tourist sites were selected in Dhi Qar governorate according to historical, cultural, environmental, tourism, religious and cultural criteria to study their future tourism status. The present study aims at shedding light on the relationship between deflation and dune movement in the sample of the study. In addition, it aims at investigating the intensity of deflation and the extent of its spread in the area of the study so that this study became a source and guide for those who are interested in the plans of environment development so that to program these plans in the way that serves this area . The study has concluded that in comparing the spaces that are affected by defilation and the spread of sand dunes between the years (2000 ), in which it was (995,2 km) to represent (1,9%) of the area of the governorate which is (51740 km) , and the affected spaces in the year of the present study (2017), which was (10189,76 km) to form (19,7%) of the area of the study.

The study of the quality of environmental life in the city is of great importance to the lives of its inhabitants, in terms of their lifestyles, behavior and business, as well as the natural environment in which they wish to live happily and satisfied. As the environmental situation is low in the city of Samawa, as the level of infrastructure services, the lack of green areas and the failure to address the causes of water and air pollution, the environmental situation has deteriorated, threatening the general urban system of the city. Therefore, the study aims to shed light on the spatial disparities of the environmental quality of life in the city of Samawa by its residential neighborhoods and to identify ways of developing these areas according to planning strategies with a purely geographic perspective.
The study found that there is a difference in the levels of quality of environmental life between the neighborhoods of the city of Samawa. The neighborhoods were divided into four levels: well-being neighborhoods, adaptation, dissonance, and neighborhoods of deprivation. Moreover, the sites of the present centers have not taken the present population size average of the city in distributing these services. This is shown through the ideal centers that are defined in this research.

The study concludes with a number of suggestions and recommendations to improve the process of academic counseling and activate them, especially: raise the awareness of counselors and students about the importance of this activity and their essential role in enhancing and enriching it, appoint an academic counseling officer in each department but with low teaching load, cooperation between the departments of the Faculty in the success of this process, overcoming the problem of communication with students, providing sufficient staff qualified for academic counseling, engage outstanding students in academic counseling activities, reviewing local and international experiences in this field, enrich the counseling process with lectures on the labor market and employment opportunities, and encourage counselors and students to participate in seminars and conferences related to this field.

The current research aimed to identify the development of flow experience.among) adolescents And to know if there is a wealth of experience develops with the development of the ages, and whether there are differences of statistical significance between males and females. And to determine whether there was interaction between the variables of age and sex. The sample included a group of adolescent students who were aged (13, 14, 15, 16, 17). The sample consisted of (500) adolescents and adolescents. The results of the study showed that the sample of the study has an abundance of experience, that the flow of experience develops with age, that there are no individual differences in the abundance of experience between males and females. There is no interaction between the variables of age and gender in the sample of experience.
