This is a research that deals with a structural phenomenon, which is the phenomenon of parallelism, which we had chosen as a method for studying sentence patterns and deleting some of its parts in Arabic proverbs in a book by Al-Maydani. I had chosen a title for it, which is (Parallelism by Deletion in the Arabic Proverb in the Book by Al-Maydani’s Collection of Proverbs). Parallelism is one of the terms of rhetorical origin. Its use was mentioned by Arab rhetoricians in different terms. When they presented it as a concept, they dealt with it within the mosaic and rhyme or within the pairing...and the similarity and other rhetorical topics. It can be said that this term was not written to appear except at the hands of scholars of the third century, such as Al-Sijilmasi, who called it (parallelism). However, this term was not written to become famous and prominent in terms of theorizing about it and revealing its systems (opposite, synonymous and grammatical structural) except at the hands of Western linguists, specifically Roman Jakobson. This talk does not constitute a disparagement or exposure of the role of Arabic scholars and their thinking on this type of rhetorical semantic research, what they presented in terms of studies and achievements at this level was not limited, except that the expansion in this aspect of rhetorical research and theorizing about it expanded among Western linguists.

The oil sector in Iraq during the monarchy characterized that it underwent to the control of foreign oil companies through the privileges obtained during the years 1938, 1932, 1925. When the revolution took place the Iraqi people were waiting for governmental Attitude from these privileges. Therefore; the government has sought to do several procedures have a significant role in the rebuilding of national sovereignty to the Iraqi oil sector.
To illustrate these procedures, this research focuses on five axis. First axis studied the retrieval of Iraqi territorial waters in December 1958, which was within the privilege area of Basra Oil Company. Second axis studied withdrawing a concession of Khanaqin Company belonging to the Anglo-Persian Oil Company, which obtained the concession in 1926 in the land between the Mandali and Khanaqin in Iraq. Third axis discussed the establishment of the organization of oil affairs according to the law of 37 March 1959, and then the development of the oil ministry in May of the same year. Fourth axis explains the role of Iraq in the founding of OPEC organization, When Abdul Kareem Qasim invited delegations of producing countries to founding conference held in Baghdad in 1960. Fifth axis discussed petroleum legislation that legislated by revolutionary government, including the law of the designation of investment areas to foreign oil companies No. 80 of 1961, and the law of the Iraqi National Oil Company in 1962.
Finally, the researcher concluded a set of results. One of the most important results was that oil production in Iraq during the monarchy fully underwent to the policy of foreign companies since they own the production decision. The creation of the Ministry of oil in Iraq was the result of developments in the oil sector, so it had to be the presence of the Ministry undertake the task of supervising the oil matters in the country.
To sum up, the establishment of OPEC in Baghdad was a challenge for foreign oil companies, therefore the Prime Minister Abdel-Kareem Qasim called on delegations of producing countries to hold the founding conference in Iraq, to be a threat for foreign companies and that during his negotiations with them. The oil industry in Iraq began with the oil legislation that legislated by the government of the revolution July 14, 1958 after negotiations with foreign companies failed.

The Study of the regional role of Qatar is highly important especially after the changes that happened in its track during the Arab Spring era which was a golden chance to enlarge the Qatari regional role. Thus, the present study aims at shedding light on this role to investigate the Qatari role in the conflict resolution of the Middle East (Mediation) at one hand, and changing the political systems after 2011 on the other, in order to give a clear vision about its future role in the Middle East.
The present study has followed some methodologies of research like the Historical, and Analytical methods of research to achieve the aim of the study. The present study has concluded that Qatar is located strategically in the heart of the Arabian Gulf which enhanced the importance of its role in this area. Also, Qatar has succeeded in gating advantage of its big financial sources of Oil and Gas to aid their supporters with money and weapons as well as media. Moreover, Qatar has succeeded in using the soft power (Media and Money) in a clever way. The Qatari policy is characterized as being dynamic since its role has been changed during a short period of time into several viewpoints. It is transformed from meditation into the direct intervention especially during Arab Spring in which it aided some Islamic and Jihadi groups to make violence as a mean to achieve its goals. Abu Jolod valley basin , which occurs in the west of Sawa lake , is considered one of the important valleys in the southern desert of Iraq . Dryness is the prominent feature for this valley during most seasons but water falls only during rainy seasons .
A quantitative morphometrical analysis is implemented in this study depending on the topographical maps and special images for the area by using Arc Viw-GIS and field study . The basin is divided into sidetrack basins depending on river grades . Moreover , the study tackles the natural geographical components of the valley particularly the climatic condition . The effect of the old climate in Al blasstosen era on the geomorphological formation of this basin exceeds its present counterpart . In addition to the geological formations that are represented by the triple time formations ( Dammam , Ghar and Euphrates ) . Because of the importance of his "Sifet Jazerat Al-Arab" in geography, this study is conducted to investigate the features of the natural geography in his writings which enabled him to describe the Arabian Peninsula showing his ability and knowledge in the natural aspects of this area.
Thus, the importance of this study appears through what it previews of the features of the natural geography. Throughout the current study, the researcher has identified the aspects of the natural geography that Al-Hamadani talked about such as the sources of water, climate, and the geomorphology of this area in addition to the Metal and botanical resources. His descriptions of these features are all related to the modern understanding of the natural geography which shows that he preceded so many scholars in developing the field of natural geography and its modern branches.

Yet, these speech acts can be used to express someone’s attitudes towards the addressee. Whereas compliment is implemented to denote admiration and approval, blame is used to denote disapproval and criticism. The main objective of this study is to study these two speech acts and to show how one of them can be expressed by means of the other because a lot of studies have been done on compliment and compliment responses without shedding light on its relation with blame.
