This paper presents the usefulness of the circuit simulator Multisim software moreover, the understanding the operation of full-wave single phase rectifier circuit with RC load and study the effect of the load resistance R_L on the voltage, output current were discussed , the output power, the ripple factor and the total harmonic distortion ( THD). Simulation results are existing along with the theoretical analysis. It can obtain a power factor by simulated is unity, to be excellent results.

The study aimed to reveal the histological investigation of structural and components and determined the biometric measurements of adrenal glands in buffalo. The study has been performed on six pairs of buffalo’s glands of both sexes which were collected from slaughter house in Al-Nasiriya city. Results have shown structural features of components of gland which were typical connective tissue capsule and cortex which consist of zona glomerulosa, zona fasciculate contained two types of cells and zona reticularis which is interfering with medulla cells. As well as biometric measurement have been reported the thickness ratio of the components of the glands,capsule,cortex(zona glomerulosa,zona fasciculate and zona reticularis) and medulla thickness which were 8.27%,56.95% 15.56% ;27.48%;13.90%,34.76%) respectively. The study has been concluded that cortex form more half of the gland and medulla formed one third of gland as well as zona fasciculate was width zone and subdivided in to two parts, zona reticularis was narrowest zone .The present study is first reported of adrenal glands in buffalo at south of Iraq.

The study provides a new insight into the impact of Se on green algae Chlorocouyeoccum littorale and effects of Se on antioxidant system and bioaccumulation. Se positively promoted C. littorale growth at lower concentrations (≤50 mg L−1), acting as an antioxidant through the inhibition of lipid peroxidation (LPO) and intracellular reactive oxygen species (ROS). The antioxidative effect was associated with an increase in guaiacol peroxidase (GPX), catalase (CAT), superoxide dismutase (SOD) and photosynthetic pigments. Meanwhile, significant increase in the cell growth rate and organic Se content was also detected in the algae

The prevalence of modern communication means has led to emerge many shops that practice their business through the Internet via websites. That has raised a problem of how to protect the business names of those shops. Taking into consideration that the Iraqi legislator establishes the protection of business name based on the province where the name is registered, main while the online shops (websites) overpass the geographical areas and legal boundaries of such provinces and even countries. Therefore, this research focuses on study of this phenomenon and to indicate how much the established rules are adequate to protect the business names with their traditional form with the electronic business names and what are the alternatives in this regard.

Clomiphene citrate is commonly used to induce ovulation in women. However, the effects of clomiphene citrate on the domestic chikens ovary's have not been fully elucidated. Therefore, we used histological analyses to examine the ovaries of Iraqi domestic chickens administered clomiphene citrate (25 mg/kg of body weight) daily for 30 and 60 days. Our results demonstrated that the ovaries from the hens that were administered clomiphene citrate for 30 and 60 days were not morphologically or histologically distinct. However, compared to the control group, both these groups showed a significant treatment effect on ovarian diameter and the number of follicles (P < 0.05), from the result we can conclusion that the clomophene citrate stimulating the ovalation in domestic chikens .

Current paper discuses the effect of tempering as one of heat treatment processes on some mechanical properties of medium carbon steel (AISI 1045) such as hardness, ultimate tensile strength, yield strength and strain rate , formed by forging hammers operation as one of cold forging process .Three values of loads (20, 30 and 40 ) kg were used in forging operation .The results show that the tempering and cold hammering forging increase the ability of medium carbon steel (AISI 1045) to resist the internal stresses produced by hardening process , so the ultimate tensile strength and yield strength of tempered MCS 1045 decrease with an increase in tempering temperature .Otherwise, the strain rate and hardness of tempered MCS 1045 increases with an increasing of tempering temperature

This study demonstrates that a reliable, non-invasive sex determination can be achieved by PCR analysis of maternal serum during the first trimester of pregnancy. In contrary to the risks of invasive methods that affect both mother and fetus, applying cell-free fetal DNA (cffDNA) is proven highly effective with lower risk. One of the applications of prenatal diagnosis is fetal gender determination, which is important in fetuses at risk of sex-linked genetic diseases. In such cases by obtaining the basic information of the gender, necessary time management can be taken in therapeutic to significantly reduce the necessity of applying the invasive methods. The aim of this study was to use simple multiplex PCR protocol of fetal gender at early stage of gestation applying a multiplex PCR amplification of the ATL1 locus in the FMR1 gene located on the long arm of X-chromosome5 and the Y-chromosome-specific sequence.

The present study aimed to investigate the effect of beer and barley water on body weight, blood glucose, cholesterol, triglycerides (TG), aspartate aminotransferase (AST), alanine aminotransferase (ALT), malondialdehide (MDA) and ceroluplasmine (CP) level of diabetic male rats. 2ml from beer and barley water were used and the animals were treatment for 14 days. the results showed a significant decrease in body weight, whereas it explained a significant increase blood glucose, cholesterol, TG, AST, ALT, MDA and CP of the diabetic male rats when compared with control group. the results showed a significant decrease in body weight, whereas it explained a significant increase blood glucose, cholesterol, TG, AST, ALT, MDA and CP of the diabetic male rats treated with alcohol when compared with diabetic male rats and control group. the results showed a significant increase in body weight whereas it explained a significant decrease blood glucose, cholesterol, TG, AST, ALT, MDA and CP of the diabetic male rats treated with barley water when compared with diabetic male rats and control group.

Objective: The aim of this study is to know the negative effects of the moon face drug in some the physiological and biochemical parameters and weight of the Rabbits.
Methods: The rabbits (1467 ±13 gm – male and 1000 ±50 gm - female) were divided into three groups according to the gender , (6 rabbits in each group): the first group (F.G.) was treated with 1mL normal saline (control group), the second group (S.G.) was treated with 5mg/kg/body weight (B.W.) of drug, While the third group (T.G.) was treated with 10 mg/kg/body weight (B.W.) of drug . All animals were treated orally for 28 days.
Results: The results of the current study showed some changes in the animal weight during the duration of the experiment between the three groups of the male rabbits . However, at the end of the experiment period, there were no significant differences in weight between these groups. When comparing the weight within the same group, the results showed a significant increase (p≤0.05) in the F.G. on the 28th day compared with the first day and no significant differences were observed in the S. and the T.Gs. when compared the first day with the last day of the experiment, as well as for females except a significant decrease in the second group compared with the first and the third groups at the end of the experiment.
On the other hand, the results showed a significant decrease (p≤0.05) in the R.B.C. count and Hb in the S. and T.Gs compared with the F.G., a significant decrease in the Hct in the T.G. compared with the F. and the S.Gs. and a significant increase in M.C.V.in the T.G. compared with the F and the S.G. in the males rabbits. As for females, the results appeared a significant decrease (p≤0.05) in R.B.C. count , Hct rat and MCV in the T.G. compared with the F. and the S.Gs., as well as a significant decrease in Hb and MCHC in S. and the T.Gs. compared with the F.G., In addition to the a significant increase in the total count of W.B.C. and platelets in the S. and the T.Gs. compared to the F.G. , a significant increase in neutrophil rate in the T.G. compared with the F. and the S.Gs. and a significant decrease (p≤0.05) in lymphocytes rate in the T.G. compared with the F. and the S.Gs. in the males rabbits, and a significant increase in the total count of W.B.C., lymphocytes rate and platelet in the T.G. compared with the F. and the S.Gs., and a significant decrease in the neutrophil rate in the T.G. compared with F. and the S.Gs.in females rabbits.
As the results showed a significant increase (p≤0.05) in GOT, GPT and ALP value in the S. and the T. Gs. when compared with the F.G. and a significant increase in the value of GPT and ALP in the T.G. when compared with the S.G., While the Females groups showed a significant increase in the value of GPT and ALP in the T.G. compared with the F. and the S.Gs. The results showed a significant increase(p≤0.05) in the concentration of urea in the S.G. compared with the F.G. and in the T.G. compared with the F. and the S.Gs. in the males and females rabbits and a significant increase in the concentration of Creatinine in the T.G. compared with the F. and the S.Gs. in the males rabbits, On the other hand, there is a significant increase (p≤0.05) in the concentration of glucose and bilirubin in males and females in T.G. compared with the F. and the S.Gs., as well as the total protein in the females, but in males, there was a significant increase in the T.G. when compared with the F.G.

To achieve the aim of the research ,the researchers has built a school bullying scale [28 points]
] and after verifying the validity, which were applied on [400] four hundred students from both sex.
1--The effects showed the first goal on the identification of school bullying a among the intermediate schools. The result was that the arithmetic Calculated to tiled[50.487] which is less than the middle premise [56] ,and this leads that the school bullying is low among the sample of research .

The Saudi novel writing in its first appearance is a figment of the imagination in a poetry-dominated world in the Arabian Peninsula. It has taken bold and fast steps that can be described as leaps of confidence. This research is organized into an introduction and two chapters entitled "The Saudi Novel and Breaking the Forbidden Trinity." The first chapter dealt with the "taboo of sex," which is the custom in the Saudi novel in bold terms and a provocative description. The chapter has been divided into three trends: the first is sex narrated by women, and the second is sex in Men's pens, while the third trend was about homosexuality and lesbianism. Chapter Two came under the title "religion taboo – politics taboo" separate from each other as it the Saudi novel writing began to approach the religion taboo and hovering around it in order to penetrate the politics taboo as the Saudi novel writing dealt with it by making few scratches without destroying it to introduce individual quibbles to the politics and not to blatantly break it. In the conclusion of the study, results were reached, the most important of which was that the Saudi novel writing continued its steps towards maturity and integration, taking advantage of all the changes that accompanied the process of modernization in the Arabian Peninsula. The Saudi novel writing also tackled the forbidden taboos, which are the sex taboo, the religion taboo, and the politics taboo. The study has uncovered, through an exciting artistic narrative method, the nature of the Saudi society and its plight of silenced suffering and how, like other societies, suffers from crises during its civilizational growth.
