The educational institution is the main tool upon which to build the human being, develop his skills, increase his abilities, develop his character, and then move him to the field of industrial, agricultural, service and other fields of modern society. The research speaks about the culture of quality in educational institutions. As a result, there is a growing interest in the international community in modernizing the educational administration as a key factor in every educational development in which the changing needs of society are met. Every
development in education is a development in its administration. Has increased its size and increased its function, which requires an educational management capable of running its energies, and investment resources, and constantly updated starting from the basic base of the school, and up to the summit where they developed educational policies and research, planning and advocacy. The problem was summarized as follows :
1- the extent of application of the culture of total quality in Iraqi educational institutions ?
Sub-questions stem from this question :
A - What is the application of Iraqi educational institutions to the culture of total quality from the perspective of management?
B - What is the application of Iraqi educational institutions to the culture of total quality from the perspective of teachers ?
Study hypotheses:
The researcher developed a set of hypotheses to solve the problem of the following :
Is there a statistically significant relationship between the application of the culture of quality and the quality of education in Iraqi educational institutions ?
The following hypotheses are derived :
1- The culture of total quality is applied in the Iraqi educational institutions from the management perspective .
2- The culture of total quality is applied in the Iraqi educational institutions from the perspective of teachers .
The research found the following results :
1- Manager has the ability to identify the strengths and weaknesses within the institution .
2- The Director encourages teachers and all employees within the school to continue their education and self-development .
3- the use of specialists in the field of educational quality to train teachers and teachers to apply.
4- Teachers benefited from training programs in the field of educational quality
Accordingly, the researcher recommends the following :
1- Motivate teachers and employees materially and morally to perform their work well.
2- work to broadcast the idea of self-management ie that the institution is the property of all employees .
3- To work on the establishment of courses and training programs in a clear culture of total quality.
4- Continue the policy of modernization of equipment and aids in institutions

The impact of skills exercises with training style on visual abilities and learning dribbling and handling skills in Futsal for Students .
The teaching of sports skills requires effective methods in learning this skill. Traditional methods are not useful in making the required change in learning these skills , and because the development of the various games has become clear and significant due to the use of modern methods. The researchers wanted to study the use of skills exercises in the method of training in visual abilities to learn the skills of dribbling and handling in futsal for the first intermediate students . The experimental method was used with the experimental groups and controller was divided by draft of Al- Yazji Intermediate school students in the district of Khalis of ( 40 ) students . The research results showed that the experimental group developed in the post-tests more than the controller group as a result of the use of training exercises in the training method.

The present study aims at identifying The Effectiveness of Right Intelligent System of Knowledge Program (RISK) in the Achievement and Development of Critical Thinking of Students of the Fourth Year Scientific Branch in Studying Physics. The researcher has used the partial experimental design with two groups: experimental and control. A sample which is randomly chosen is represented by students of fourth year scientific branch of (Mustafa Jawad Preparatory School for Boys ). The two groups were equivalent in the following variables (age, Intelligence test, previous achievement test of physics and criticizing thinking test). The behavioral aims of the teaching material is marked, and they are (55) aims. The tools of the research represent the achievement test type of Multiple-Choice Question of (50) items with four alternatives ,the critical thinking test of (90) items according to the skills set by Watson and Glaser (1994). The results showed superiority of the students of the experimental group taught according to the RISK program to students in control group taught according to traditional method in the achievement test and critical thinking test.

The problem of study is clear that principals of primary schools follow management strategies that are characterized by severe centralism and bureaucracy in their dealing. That prohibits them from partnership in decision-making which would not lead to promote the level of school management and future prospective. The importance of the study comes from the fact that self-management are in need of research and analysis by the academics and the instructors in the field of school management. This study could contribute to the attracting the attention of the officials in the ministry of Education.
The present study was confined to the male and female principals who work in primary schools in the general directorate of education in Rusafa (first, second and third) and al-Karkh (first, second, and third) in the governorate for the academic year 2017/2018. The total number was 2457, the researcher determined the group of terminology of this paper and displayed a number studies related to the theoretical aspect. A group of procedures were followed in terms of describing the sample of study which is made up of 400 individuals in a ratio %16 to the research community. The researcher built a special tool in addition to the making of validity ad constancy test on the tool. The research came up with a number of findings then displayed and discussed them then she puts a group of conclusions, recommendations and suggestions were placed

The present study aimed to identify the levels of Systems Intelligence, Metacognition Thinking and the relationship between them in the light of specialization, gender, and location. To achieve the goals of current study the researcher constructed both scales of Systems Intelligence and Metacognition Thinking. The sample consisted of (900) male and female students from Umm AL-Qura, King Abdulaziz, and Ataif universities in Arabic and chemistry specialization. The researcher used descriptive approach correlative. The study found that the Systems Intelligence and Metacognition Thinking were average level. There were no significant differences between them, due to specialization, gender, and graphic location. Also, there is a positive significant correlation between them. Which can be predicted through Systems Intelligence. The researcher recommended organizing training courses and workshops to develop the Systems Intelligence and Metacognition Thinking for Saudi students' universities.

This study aims at identifying The Training Needs for the student of The Department of Mathematics during the period of application. researcher Teachers prepared a questionnaire for training needs, we have produced questionnaire of the validity and the reliability, The questionnaire becomes final form is composed of (55) items divided in to(6) field (planning for teaching mathematics item, management of class, methods of, teaching media used in mathematics, mathematics content, Evaluation of Teaching Mathematics). Then the questionnaire was applied on the research sample consists of(120)students from the fourth stage- Teachers/ the Department of Mathematics of basic education colleges of Mustansiriyah University and Maysan University.
To achieve the aim of the research, use the following: statistical means, standard deviations, Independent-samples (t-test), Research results showed to teachers:
1- There are (50)training needs for the students of the Department of Mathematics- during the period of application.
2- There are no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05) in the mean the estimation of the students of the mathematics department - teachers field of questionnaire due to gender variables and the stage in which apply the students of the mathematics department teachers.
In the light of the results of the research, the researcher presented some recommendations and suggestions for the purpose of doing research and subsequent studies.

The phenomenon of terrorism is a negative phenomenon that destroy the civilization of societies. And therefore the ways to address them are priorities of the work of specialists in this area to reduce this phenomenon. This research aims to identify the following(Awareness of the methods Confrontation Terrorism among the students of Imam Al-kadhum College, the differences in this awareness in terms of gender ، variable(male/female),the differences in the awareness in terms of the study stage(second/fourth).To achieve these aims was chosen randomly a sample of 400 students from Imam Al-Kadhum College, and a gauge of 22 items was prepared to measure the phenomenon. Its distinction validity and reliability were found out. The following results were obtained:
1. High awareness of the methods Confrontation Terrorism among the students of Imam Al-kadhum College.
2. No differences in this awareness in terms of gender variable(male/female).
3. No differences in the awareness in terms of the study stage(second/fourth).

The current study aimed to identify the effectiveness of utilizing e-sketch noting in the development of some active learning skills among students of Princess Nourah University. It also aimed to identify students’ attitude towards utilizing e-sketch noting. For achieving the study objectives, e-sketch note-based learning environment, an observation card to measure students’ performance of some active learning skills and e-sketch noting attitude scale were prepared. The quasi-experimental approach is adopted, and the sample consisted of 58 students divided into an experimental group (30 students) and a control group (28 students). The study results revealed a statistically significant difference between the mean scores of the control group taught by the traditional method and the experimental group taught by e-sketch noting in the post application of the active learning skills observation card, favoring the experimental group. There was a statistically significant difference between the mean scores of the experimental group in the pre- and post- application of the e-sketch noting attitude scale, favoring the post-application.

Our world pass today very important to get into a new era characterized by unsurpassed quality variables resulted in some of the challenges facing the Arab nation, such as globalization and the information revolution, communication and technology.
Out of that reform of the Muslim Education begins the teacher and ends, there is no doubt that raising teacher scientifically, educationally and socially helps the success and efficiency of the educational process. It is imperative that attention begins to rehabilitate the teacher and set good preparation of the focus on the design of effective programs to set up in colleges of education and other institutions to prepare and qualify the teacher. Vtahill teacher qualified scientifically and behavioral is one of the fundamental building blocks that builds upon the development of society and its progress, and this setting and rehabilitation can only be achieved through effective preparation programs are evaluated according to an ongoing process to ensure the quality of their performance and effectiveness in the preparation of the teacher.
There is no doubt that the process of the ongoing evaluation of teacher preparation programs in colleges of education process is very important to help correct errors and address the shortcomings and weaknesses in the programs and enhance strengths. Given the importance of continuous assessment preparation programs teachers in general and preparation programs science teachers in the Faculty of Education in particular in the development of these programs on an ongoing basis, ensuring graduation teachers efficiently and prepare academic and educational excellence, and the result of all that improve the quality of the educational process in general
education and improve outcomes .
Hence the two researcher is developed the following objective in this question:
availability comprehensive quality standarsds in the program preparing sciences teachers (Biology , chemistry) in the faculty Education at the University of Diyala? From the point view of :
1. Fourth grade students (Biology , chemistry).
2. Faculty members teaching and their assistance .
The current research is limited to:-
1. the college of Education at the University of Diyala.
2. All members of the faculty and their who teach students scientific disciplines (chemistry, biology).
3. Fourth grade students scientific disciplines (chemistry, biology).
4. Second semester (2014-2015).
The two researchers used the descriptive analytical method which is not limited to data collection, tabulation, but also includes the interpretation and analysis of these data, has reached faculty members and their assistants (41) a member of the scientific departments and their assistance(Chemistry, Biology) of the Faculty in the college of Education at the University of Diyala. A total of (109) paragraphs were prepared for each questionnaire.
The results showed overall lack of comprehensive quality standards in the Setup science teacher at the Faculty of Education at the University of Diyala.
In light of the findings the two researchers have made a number of recommendations including:
1. Determine the mission and objectives of the program preparing science teacher in the College of Education at the University of Diyala and the composition of the committees specializing in educational science for the development of science teacher Setup and planning decisions.
2. Determining precise specifications and conditions for acceptance and commitment to students.
3. Provision of equipment and materials needed to carry out scientific experiments
4. Revising the program of preparing science teacher at the Faculty of Education at the University of Diyala in the light of overall quality standards.
The two researchers suggested a range of studies including:
1. Conduct similar studies in various disciplines and departments.
2. Conducting similar studies after four years to see how the improvement in the science teacher preparation programs.
3. Scientific studies aimed at developing science teacher preparation programs in particular, and teacher preparation programs in various disciplines at the University of Diyala.

This research aims to limit “the problems of teaching the Arabic Language in Intermediate schools (second grade) from the view point of male and female teachers at schools followed to Representatives of Ministry of Education for Displacement in Sulamaniya for the academic year (2017-2018 A.D.) through answering the following questions:

1. What are the problems of teaching Arabic Language in Intermediate stage from the viewpoint of male and female teachers?
2. Is there statistical significant differences between the answers of male teachers and female teachers?
The study sample consisted of (60 male and female) teachers in Intermediate schools about (30 male) teachers and (30 female) schools who continued to serve for the academic year (2017 - 2018). They were randomly chosen. In order to achieve the research aims, a questionnaire has been constructed with (54 items) divided into six domains:
The researcher depended the survey questionnaire and the previous studies in preparing the tool to meet the conditions of preparation in validity, honesty and stability. The researcher used statistical means to analyze the data, such as: the equation of the weighted mean to find the intensity of the paragraph, Z-Test for two samples for finding differences between the groups, Pearson coefficient correlation for extracting stability, and percentage weight, The main results of the research were:
1. There are a number of problems encountered in the teaching of Arabic language in the Intermediate stage from the point of view of male and female teachers.
2. There is a statistically significant difference between the responses of male teachers on the one hand and female teachers on the other.
In light of the results of the study, the researcher recommended the following:
1. Training teachers to use modern and interesting teaching methods, and avoid old methods that do not care about the active participation of learners.
2. The possibility of benefiting from the results of the study in the developing the teaching of the Arabic language.
3. The curriculum planners helps (school textbook) to take into account recommendations during the construction of the curriculum.

This e research aims at identifying the educational role of the school activities in developing the personality of the student from the point of view of the specialists of school activities at the post-basic schools in Muscat governorate in its four fields (social, cultural, sports and artistic) and its obstacks.
The researcher has used the descriptive analytical method. The study tool consisted of two main aspects The educational role of the school activities in developing the personality of the student in the four fields (social, cultural, sports and artistic) and the obstacles that limit the achievement of the school activities for its educational role in developing the student personality
The sample of the study consisted of 30 specialists of the school activities in the post-basic education schools in the Governorate of Muscat.
The study showed a number of results, including:
- The social activity plays a role in the development of the student's personality. It contributes to enhancing the self-confidence of the student and contributes to inculcating Islamic values and translating them into real behavior such as honesty, respecting laws, cooperation and others. It also increases students' self-respect and self-esteem as well as ganing respect of Teachers, students and school adminstration.
The cultural activity in the development of the personality of the student is developing the cultural awareness of the student and helps them to develop their cognitive abilities and helps them to increase academic achievement and and contribute to the development of the student's language and intellectual fluency
and expand their experience in many areas to build their personalities .
The sports activity in the development of the personality of the student is helping to take care of the body and contributes to the development of social trends through some collective and individual attitudes and also helps to develop self-confidence and encourage the moral growth of the student and also develops the physical skills that enable them to continue to practice aspects of activity After their graduation .
The artistic activity in the development of the personality of the student it helps to develop positive thinking and creativity of the student, and it promotes manual work for them, and develops the technical culture and the ability to taste technical and contributes to the development of a deep sense of the ability of the Creator by thinking and contemplating on his abilities and develop a spirit of cooperation and work Collective .
- There are obstacles that limit the achievement of school activities for their educational role in the development of the student personality, including the lack of a suitable place for the practice of school activities and the lack of material incentives given to the distinguished supervisors and participants in school activities' also the parents' mis-understanding of the importance of school activities and neglecting of students production in school activities And praiseing them.
The researcher's limits the achievement of school activities recommendations are :
- To encourage the free practiec of school ' by creating the necessary factors for the success of its practice and work to prepare and prepare the appropriate place for it.
- Work on the renewal and development of school activities to keep abreast of changes and on-going developments to make students practising effectively and convincingly, by highlighting the value and importance in the development of the personality of the student in an integrated and balanced form.
- Pay attention to the role played by the student in the implementation of school activities through activating the incentives material and moral for the participants in school
activities, especially for the distinguished ones, as well as highlighting and publishing the names of students who have advanced positions in competitions so as to encourage the rest of the students to participate in school activities .
The importance of the role of the family in activating school activities through raising awareness among parents of their importance in developing the personalities of their children, and inviting them to attend activities and activities of the school activities and encourage them to participate as an incentive for their children.

Abstract:
Find out a community programme employment in the development of aesthetic tasting.
-To check this goal, the researcher sets the subsidiary goals thereunder.
1-Identify the community programme with the students of Diyala University.
2-Identify the reversing effective range of the community programme of the aesthetic tasting level for Diyala University students considering the gender (male-female).
3-Identify of the effective range of the community programme of the aesthetic tasting level for the Diyala University students regarding the scientific specialist (scientific-arts).
The research depends on describing syllabus scanning study to design the procedures and researching tools. This is a more scientific syllabus relevant to the fulfillment of this research .
-The group of the research consists of the secondary classes at the colleges of Diyala University for the Academic Year 2017-2018.
With their number(4281)students distributed over (13)colleges .
Thus, indiscriminately selected specimen is taken from (6) colleges: (3) scientific and (3) arts and their amount to (150)students.
The questionnaire researching tools have been designed to collect the data and information from the research specimen including a sum of paragraphs about the importance of the community in the aesthetics of the tasting development of the University students. Then it aims to show it to a group of referees to check the truth and practice it twice to check it from the constant coefficient.
To show the results
the researcher adopts the statistics bag to show the results (spss)to treat the data and information from the search specimen; the researcher has come up with the conclusions thereunder;
1-The students of secondary classes enjoy (generally) the scientific and art departments which belongs to the colleges of Diyala University to the extent they morally indicate in aesthetic tasting.
2-The students of secondary classes in scientific and art departments of Diyala University enjoy to the extent that morally indicates the aesthetic tasting regarding the gender (male and female).

This research aims to measure the professional competence for Primary Schools Principles and know the range that professional competence has contributed in administrative creativity for them.
In order to achieve this, the researcher constructed measurement for professional competence, which consisted of (42) items divided into three field (planning, implementation and evaluation) with (14) items for each field constructed in a report phrases structure and in in front of each item five choices for answering. The researcher checked discrimination index for the measurement items and face validity and validity construction by using Alpha-Cronbach equitation. The researcher implemented the measurement on (249 male and female) Principles at Primary Schools of the General Directorate of the Education/Diyala in District of Baqubah and were chosen by random method according to the variables of one type and duration of service and analyzed the data using Statistical means for Social Sciences SPSS.
The results showed the following: that the Principles at Primary Schools have a good character of professional competence and there is no trace between type and duration of service in administrative creativity for the Principles.
The researcher recommended several recommendations: some are the importance of enhancing the interest in holding training courses prepared by special committees at the Ministry of Education to develop and train school Principals periodically to enhance their competence and develop their creative performance
The researcher suggested: conducting administrative creativity study and its relation to other variables such as cultural awareness.

This study aims at investigating the impact of using Ishikawa diagram strategy to enhance the problem solving skill in composition writing of Iraqi EFL College Students. To achieve the aim of the present study, the following hypothesis has been put: There is no statistically significant differences at (á≤0.05) between the mean scores of the experimental group who is taught problem solving skill in composition writing according to Ishikawa diagram and that of the control group who is taught according to the traditional way in the post-test .Thus, an experiment design was adopted. The sample of the study was Purposive sample consisted of (103) students from 3rd year class\ English department \ college of basic education\ University of Diyala (52) students as an experimental group and
(51) students as a control during the academic year 2017 -2018. Meanwhile, the subjects of both groups are matched according to their age, level of parents’ education, and their scores in the pre-test. Pre-test and post-test have been designed .The validity of the tests have been obtained by exposing them to jury members in the fields of TEFL and linguistics. The data was collected, coded out and analyzed by using independent T-Test, two-way ANOVA and paired T-Test to answer the hypothesis of the study. The reliability of the tests has been secured by using Alfa Cronbach formula found to be (0.86) which indicates high reliability. Statistical analysis of data achieved through using the t-test indicates that there are statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the two groups in favour of the experimental group in the post test.
The researcher concludes that using Ishikawa diagram strategy enhances students’ problem solving skill in composition writing and provides them with opportunities to actively develop skills, which enables them to locate, gather, analyze, critique and apply information in a wide range of contexts.

This study aims to identify the degree to which using reflective practices from the perspective of secondary school English language female teachers in Riyadh City. In this study, the descriptive analytical method was used, and the researcher designed a questionnaire which was used as the main research instrument. The study sample consisted of (163) female teachers of English for secondary school working in Riyadh City. The results of this study show that the level of reflective practices as perceived by English language female teachers at secondary school in Riyadh is greater, and that the most important reflective practices are the learning environment which gained the first rank with an average of 2.69 out of 3, followed by evaluation in the second rank with an average of 2.58 out of 3, and planning and preparation, which came in the third rank with an average of 2.51 out of 3. The implementation of teaching

ranked fourth with an average of 2.44 out of 3. The study shows that there were no statistically significant differences at the level of (0.05) between the mean scores of the reflective practices of the English secondary school female teachers due to the academic qualification variable. Also, the results reveal that there were no statistically significant differences at (0.05) among secondary school English female teachers due to the variable of work experience.

The present study is devoted to investigate the effect of language lab existed in all English departments, Iraqi Colleges on improving the listening skill. The study is accomplished on forty students, second year, English department, Al-Yarmouk University College as a sample.
The study is experimental and aims at finding the effect of language lab which is used as an audio aid on improving the students’ listening skill turning on mastering English phonology. The sample is divided into two groups: experimental and control. The two groups utilized from the same educational environment except for the lab which is exclusively used by the experimental group.
The experiment has lasted for three weeks, two lab hours a week (namely six experimental hours) during the academic year 2017-2018.
The study hypothesized that there is no significant difference between the two groups in the teaching-learning phonology. The test was the instrument of the study. A Pre-test and post-test were conducted to find the difference in the
student's achievement. The result of the tests revealed the positive effect of the lab using on improving the students' listening skill.
Due to the obtained result, the study presents different recommendations and suggestions for further studies.
