Abstract
This article explores the use of programming applications to address the challenges associated with awarding contracts in supplied-construction projects. The research aims to leverage computer technology to identify and select the best offers submitted by contracting companies, considering factors such as labor wages, material prices, and project timelines. The study highlights the importance of effective management and planning to reflect the realities and capabilities of each contracting company. By utilizing software solutions, the proposed approach optimizes cost, duration, and quality, ensuring the successful completion of construction projects. The research includes field interviews with professionals and an analysis of tender documents to develop a comprehensive evaluation mechanism.
