The problem of constant and change values is one of the important problems that the philosophy thought had faced as the religious and social studies had taken it as it considers as one of the most dangerous which touch the basic . the research deals with the effect of change value of new Iraqi situation to be as an attempt , as participation or an excitement that can be occupied a space through the area of questions on the fix and change of moral values shed light on the economical ,social and political events that the Iraqi society passes through them .it is part of interests that becomes importance to everyone through the light of moral change Which is arbitrary to the life of the individual .It is not possible to rebuild the society or its people correctly unless it is preceded by moral reconstruction at all levels

Iraq has a range of small and large marshes, which can be divided into two groups, a group of marshes feeding water from the Tigris and Euphrates rivers, and a group of marshes fed by the seasonal valleys coming from the desert plateau and the aljazera plateau.
The marshes have go through major changes, some of them turning into industrial lakes to store the flood waters of the Tigris and Euphrates rivers. Others have been dried up and turned into agricultural land. Others have dried up and the water has been returned to them in less quantities than before.
The purpose of this research is to but light on the changes that have occurred in these marshes, with the mention of marshes turned into industrial lakes or agricultural lands in order to introduce the reader to these desolate marshes. And to highlighting the changes that have occurred in the marshes that have been coming from the Tigris and Euphrates rivers throughout history.

Ahmed ibn Imad ibn Yusuf al-Aqfhasi (808 AH / 1405 AD) is a small message that speaks about the Nile River in all its sides, despite its limited papers, but it is one of the manuscripts of the important geographical literature for its geographical, historical, religious and grammatical information. it was not limited to the information of the author alore, but taken from many sources below, which added to the importance of the fact that it has saved us the names of the sources that preceded him in mentioning this river with the names of its authors.
The method of the Aqfhasi was characterized by scientific methodology in writing and clarity, with reference to some of the myths that people carried in their minds about the Nile River at that time.

The current research aims to assesstheBriefBook of the Modern and Contemporary History of Asia from the perspective of the students in the Department of History, University of Baghdad. The study is carried out in Iraq and the research group has includedstudents of the Department of History in theCollege ofEducation--Ibn Rushd and the College of Education for Women-University of Baghdad.The chosen sample of the assigned researchconsisted of(72) students from third stage in the Department of History, which equals (0.38%) of the total group members amounted (188) female and male students representing (40) students from the College of Education--IbnRushd,and32 students from the College of Education for Women.The researcher has addressed an open question to a sample of 20 reviewers of students in this department representing (0.11) of the total grouporiginally gathered to make their remarks on the Brief Book of the Modern and Contemporary History of Asia,which is intendedto be taughtin 2014 within the curriculum prepared by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research. In the light of the responsesand reviews ofthe assigned researchgroup, the method of this research involved the (questionnaire) consisting of 40 assessing items which are classified to six fields such as: Introduction of the book, General aims, Teaching contents, Teaching activities,Technical direction, Preparing and composing theBriefBook of the Modern and Contemporary History of Asia.It is worth knowing that extracting theapparenthonesty for applying this research method was throughpresenting the relatedquestionnaireto the concerned specialists in the scientific fields of education, psychology, methods of teaching, and history.Afteracknowledging these specialists’ scientificcomments, the research method became ready to beapplied.Then, the questionnaire had distributed to the assigned research group andcollectedtheir responses. By analyzing the data, the statistics showed different percentages of satisfaction and acceptance for the above-mentioned fields which were containing assessing items together with students’ reviews on the book.To the point, the researcher has made severalrecommendationsandsuggestionsas an improvement planfor developingthe book according to the given results.

This study aims to focus on the Motives behind volunteer work among a sample of volunteers working in civil society organizations and check if there are statistical differences with those variables according to (gender, age, job, period of volunteer work, and residence. The sample consists of (220 )volunteers,(189) male and(31) female from southern, northern and central governorate .The Volunteer Functions Inventory(VFI)(Clary & et al,1989)was applied, It consisting of(30) items with six fields( Values, Understanding, Social motives, Career, Protective, Enhancement).
The results show that the most common and important motivations are (Values, Understanding, and social motivations), there are differences among Males and females in Protective motivation in favor of females and for the age variables, there are differences on career motivation in favor of the oldest, and there are no significant differences in the other variables such as(volunteer job, duration of volunteer work and place of residence).

The City of Ember is a very interesting novel that is although intended for young readers, have so many layers and messages that are misunderstood. In this research, both the novel and the film adaptation are studied with the intent to decode the warning messages that the novelist and the director tried to introduce to the audience. The research studies four vital messages; the first message is that history repeats itself for the novel has many allusions to the history of Jews and their painful holocaust and even goes back in history the days of Moses and the Exodus, the second message tackles the conspiracy theory that states nothing happens by accident and that everything is planned and connected hence comes the third message incarnated in the film adaptation of the novel, secret societies do exist namely the freemasons. Finally, the four messages come like a rather dark omen, Man's internal fear of the end whether the religious end represented by the apocalypse or the scientific end and the expiry of earth. Since the novel is for young readers, the author has provided a silver lining at the final message stating people always find a solution for all their problems in spite of the chronic fear.

The present study is a qualitative study that aims to investigate the way the Iraqi caricaturist,Dheaa Al-Hajjar uses caricatures to produce a satirical meaning humorously.Producing satire while at the same maintaining humor requires a creative thinking on the part of the caricaturist. Thus, the study examines the production of humorous satire in terms of creativity. The analysis is done from the cognitive linguistic point of view using Arthur Koestler\'s theory of bisociation as presented in his book The Act of Creation in 1964. The main principle on which the theory is based is that humor is created via linking (or bisociating in Koestler\'s terms) two habitually incompatible trains of thought in order to come up with a novel meaning that is both logical and unexpected. This novel meaning is the focal point, which Koestler calls the Eureka point, where the incompatibility is resolved. The study is again cognitive as it confirms the cognitive linguistic principle, which reads that language is thought.The study concludes that Al-Hajjar manipulated different figurative types like metaphor, symbolism, etc. as well as humor types like irony and sarcasm in the production of satire benefitting from the incompatibility that occurs in the creative production of satire. It further reveals that irony dominated most of his studied caricatures.

The Anticyclone Merge affects Iraq’s climate clearly through its impact on the different climatic elements. where it appears while they pass through special and distinctive weather . and most of this affection appears in temperatures, Therefore, this research study the relationship between the repetition and the survival period of the Anticyclone Merge and temperature average by using coefficient correlation (Pearson) that shows there’s strong inverse relationship between the integration of Anticyclones and temperatures average.
Generally speaking. a state of stability and low temperatures accompanying these Anticyclones in the cold months of the year. as is the case in the transitional months where clear sky and moderate temperatures prevail.
This research studies the integration of the Siberian high pressure with the European high pressure and the Siberian high with subtropical high pressure and the European high pressure with the subtropical high for the stations in Mosul. Baghdad and Basra and the period (2005-2015) and for nine months in a year, this is because in these months the Anticyclone Merge are shown.

The research method and the scientific experiment in expressing his views as written in the dissection of the eye and the function of each part in it, and discussed the power of magnification in the lenses, which made him the leading innovator of the idea of the repair of eye defects and eye correction and helped his visual research to prepare for the treatment of cases of weakness Vision or change and the possibility of modification.

Identifying the differences in intellectual exertions as a variable type (male-female) current research society is determined by the basic education college professors and both sexes Mustansiriyah University and academic year (2018-2019) and sample (200) textbook and teaching staff researcher has built a scale term This intellectual and extract his results showed statistical characteristics:-. The College of basic education teachers suffer from stress. There were no differences between males and females in intellectual exertions. Depending on the results, the researcher has developed a number of recommendations and proposals

Cognitive methods play the role of regulator of the human environment for its direct relationship with sensory stimuli and stimuli associated with the organization of information and ideas and their preparation for use in subsequent situations. These methods determine the characteristic or ideal way of individual personality in the differentiation and integration of attitudes or cognitive field to which he is exposed. Therefore, the research aimed at the level of psychological stress and its relation to some personal characteristics that show the personality of the artist or the students of art.
Current research aims to.
1. Identifying the extent of psychological stress and its relation to the personal characteristics of students of the Institute of Applied Arts / Middle Technical University.
2. Identify the psychological endurance of students of the Institute of Applied Arts / / Middle Technical University
3. Identifying the relationship between psychological endurance and some personal characteristics among the students enrolled in the Institute of Applied Arts / / Middle Technical University.

This study is aim to:
1- Put a standard to evaluate the altruistic behavior in kindergarten children.
2- Know level of the altruistic behavior in the kindergarten children according to their mother "s points of view.
3- Know the level of the altruistic behavior in the kindergarten children according to their teacher "s points of view.
4- The differences in the level of altruistic behavior in kindergarten children between their mothers & teachers points of view.
The sample consists of (120) children of kindergarten children in Baghdad The researcher has built a tool to evaluate the altruistic behavior in the children, then she got the psychometric characteristics for it. The results showed that the children haven't an altruistic behavior according to their mother "s points of view, while they have altruistic behavior according to their teacher "s points of view & there is differences between the mothers & teachers opinions for the teachers opinions. The researcher recommended that the curriculums of kindergarten should emphasize on the altruistic as a moral behavior have to instill inside children, in addition to urge the media to present programs on altruistic behavior to make it common in the socitey.

Hegel's book entitled"The science of Beauty" is a serious attempt to establish a foundationfor this science. Hegel decided from the beginning, that his research is limited to artistic beauty more than natural beauty. He regards artistic beauty above the natural beauty as the former is the product of the soul.
Everything that comes from the soul is superior to what is found in nature and the worst idea that penetrates human's thoughtbetter than any product of the nature. Man turned to art as a means of his awareness of his superior soul and his interests. All nations poured their highest outputs of their perceptions in the product of art.

The present study aims at exploring tow cultural intelligence scales of preparatory school students. It also aims at finding out the statistically significant differences according to gender and specification. Accordingly, the present study seeks to answer the following questions:
1. Is there cultural intelligence of the preparatory school students?
2. Is there any statistically significant differences according to gender and specification variables?
3. Is there a scale more effective than cultural intelligence scales?
The stratified random sampling method is used to for selecting the sample of (216) students of scientific and humanistic specifications from Al Karkh sector (first-second –third) preparatory schools.
Two cultural intelligence scales have been adopted as a study instrument. The first scale is off (Al Janaby, 2017) and the second one is of (Aeidy, 2010). The reliability and validity of the two scales have been ensured.
The SPSS has been used to show the following results:
1. There is cultural intelligence of the preparatory school students.
2. There are statistically significant differences according to gender variable in favor of the females in (Al Janaby, 2017) scale and there are no differences in (Aeidy, 2010) scale.
There are no differences according to specification variable in (Al Janabys, 2017) scale, while the differences are statistically significant in (Aeidys, 2010) scale.
3. The two scales have high construct validity and reliability.
Accordingly, the researcher has got several recommendations and suggestions.
