n this study, we seek to show the features of the Quranic and prophetic experience in constructing the society. This method sheds light on the principles and perspectives that formulate
a system of spiritual thoughts and concepts, cultural aspects, and ideological viewpoints. It also
molds a system of laws and values that organize the practical side of people’s life. These all go
hand in hand to construct a civilization. Therefore, the Quran that was practiced by the Prophet
is considered a realized fact that continues to contribute to the construction of society in all times
and places.

Today, the Islamic nation is in grave need of redirecting its compass toward the goal that was
appointed by the Prophet (peace be upon him and his Household). The goal is to become “the
best of nations”. This cannot be realized unless we make a correct reading of the past and the
reasons behind the goals the Prophet (peace be upon him and his Household) had appointed in
the two allegiances of Aqaba.
It is necessary to study the two allegiances because they are the cornerstones of spreading
Islam beyond the borders of Mecca. From an educational standpoint, they were the solid ground
upon which the features of the Islamic community were built.
The terms of the first allegiance of Aqaba express sublime moral values and the second one
defines a methodology to apply those values on the real ground.

Muslims have indulged in heated debates concerning the life and biography of the prophets,
especially of the Prophet Muhammed. These debates resulted in different viewpoints related to
the topic of the faith of the forefathers of the Prophet. This paper encounters this topic theoretically, concerning examples from the life of the prophets.
This paper also seeks to investigate the Quranic standpoint concerning the faith of the forefathers of the Prophet (peace be upon him and his Household) through various verses in this
regard. To be on the safe side, it depends on the exegesis of Ahlulbait since they are the most
knowledgeable of the Quran. Additionally, this paper supports its argumentation by reference to
those Hadiths that clarify the faith of the forefathers of the Prophet. In the end, the study proposes certain conclusions regarding the standpoint of the Quran in this concern.

he first chapters of the Holy Quran are characterized, in a list of the chronological revelations, by their short number of verses and their own style. This represents addressing the Prophet (peace be upon him and his family). Their content is almost specific to him, whether by talking
to him, about him, or responding to the opponents of the Islamic call and those who deny it.
The chapters of Al-Muzammil and Al-Muddathir, which are considered among the first chapters
revealed to the Prophet (peace be upon him and his family) in the Meccan era are studied. Their
discourse came with the Prophet in both of them through the phrases (O Muzammil and O Muddathir). The interpretations differ in interpreting the concepts in these two Quranic chapters.
This study deals with the interpretations of both concepts, and how these concepts are transferred to the Prophet’s biography from the moments of revelation.
