The recent research aims at identifying the meaning and the significant differences according to the two variables of ogeand sex.
The researcher has adapted A a'uraji's scale (2007) to mcasuce the meaning of the concept of life, and this scale is modified to suit the Iraqi environment. This scale was prepared by crumbaugh and maholick based on frankle's theory. The study sample is (400) individuals distributed equally to males and females at the age of (12, 14, 16, 18) and it is seleted according to the rabdom strata method of sampling.
The research has revealed the following results:
1- The meaning of the concept of life is constructed at the age of 18 for the whole sample.
2- The meaning of the concept of life is constructed a to the age of 16 for boys and the age of 18 for girls.
3- There is statistically significant differences according to age variable in favour to those who are older. This indicates that the meaning of the concept of life is devcloped with age progress.
4- Boy show more comprehension to the concept of life than girls, as far as the study sample in concerned.
5- No interaction between age and sex lvas found as far as the mening of the concept of life is concerned. This indicate that sex has no effects on the different levels of age.

Through his prosaic poems Ponge tried to find a relation between objects and language using a style that basically depends on description.

The aims of this study was to investigated the occurrence of some virulence factors (Hemolysin, Biofilm, Catalase and coagulase) and antibiotics sensitivity pattern of S.aureus isolates (isolated from Suppurative keratitis infection) before and after exposure to Nd-Yag laser and study the plasmid profile of these isolates.
One hundred and twelve samples were collected from patient suffering from suppurative corneal infections, from teaching laboratories in Ibn Al-Haytham Eye specialty hospital in Baghdad for the period from October 2012 until February 2013. Twenty-one isolates of S.aureus was identified according to their characteristics.
The Isolates showed different susceptibility against (12) commonly used antibiotics ; all the bacterial isolates were multi-drug resistance ranging from three to eight antibiotics
The results of virulence associated factors of S.aureus indicate the ability of many isolates of S.aureus was (100%) for the production of hemolysin, Biofilm, Catalase and Catalase.
Selected five isolates were randomly assigned to study the effect of laser Nd-Yag .The diameter of inhibition zone decrease for almost of the used antibiotics beside some isolates became resistance except ciprofloxacin still sensitive after 5 min of laser exposure time.
The hemolysin activity of irradiated isolates was reduce after 5 minutes of irradiation to (75-50%), while I susceptibility of the isolates of high productivity on the production of biofilm reduce to the half after 5 minutes of exposure.
Laser irradiation haven’t any effect at any exposure time on the ability of produce catalase and coagulase enzymes after 5 minutes of irradiation.
Plasmid profile of S.aureus Irradiated isolates illustrated disappearing of the small bands of DNA plasmid in some isolates but disappearance of large and small band of DNA plasmid in some isolates in different irradiation times.
