Undoubtedly ,the Sunnah is the second source of Islamic legislation after the Holy Qur’an, and Islamic scholars have exerted unremitting efforts in this regard, as they sought to collect and write down the narrations, then purify the hadith from the false and tucked-in narrations, And to overcome the difficulties facing the hadith scholars in this matter, to Islamic scholars in order to preserve the honorable hadith. Many ancient and later scholars have undertaken this task, and perhaps the most prominent of them in our time is Sheikh Ali al-Namazi, as his works contain commendable efforts in this field.

After delving into the field of poetic texts on the subject (Risk and Caution at vagabond Poets in Pre-Islamic Poetry), we became clear about the human meaning and what its dimensions include, considering the rights of the oppressed, and taking risks for their sake so that everyone can enjoy the wealth of the Arabian Peninsula, through the use of force, believing that ownership is for everyone and is not permissible.to be alone in it without considering others whose souls have been afflicted by want and poverty, so that the matter will push them to strengthen their resolve and unite their ranks to raid those whose hearts are built on selfishness, and not feel the plight of non-believers, according to their view that aims justify means .

The subject focuses on studying climate change, its causes, and its impact on agricultural or pastoral communities that are considered the most vulnerable to the consequences of climate change, as these communities, especially women, often live in temporary housing in marginal and peripheral areas. They are more vulnerable to severe weather events such as storms. The aim of this study is to focus on the reality of Arab democracy after the political transformations witnessed by the Arab region in the wake of the Arab Spring revolutions with the aim of achieving democracy after which the demand of the peoples, but the events that accompanied the Arab Spring since the end of the year (2011) are nothing but a state of creative chaos that was drawn in order to redraw the map of the region to serve Western interests, foremost of which is the preservation of the entity of (Israel). In the first axis, we decided to identify what is meant by the concept of political transformations, then highlight in the second axis models of political transformations in the Arab region, and in the third axis of the study, we will address the expected scenarios to draw the future of Arab democracy, and conclude with the most important results and recommendations, in which we proved the need to rethink the model of democracy adopted by Arab countries.

The purpose of this study is to find out the recent trends in artificial intelligence applications as a global modernity orientation in the tourism industry. Artificial intelligence technology has changed our lives in many aspects, such as tourism, medical treatment, education, manufacturing, lifestyle, and so on. This study was concentrated on identifying the latest applications of artificial intelligence by which a sustainable tourism development can be attained, and discovering the opportunities and challenges that can be associated with these applications. The findings of this research stated the priorities of modern trends of artificial intelligence for improving tourism. In order to achieve the objectives of this study, the descriptive analytical approach was followed in presenting concepts and reaching results.

The Bab al-Mandab Strait is one of the most important waterways in the world, as it connects the Red Sea to the Arabian Sea, and is an important corridor for global trade and energy transfer. This waterway is exposed to various risks, including terrorist acts, piracy, and the recent military escalation between the United States of America and its allies and the Houthi movement in Yemen. It is certain that the continuation of the phenomenon of instability there will have a negative impact on regional and global security, especially in the economic field. Securing the Bab al-Mandab Strait also requires comprehensive international cooperation, including diplomatic efforts, security cooperation, information exchange, and the application of international law. In addition, countries must overlooking the strait and concerned with the waterway, take measures to enhance security and stability in the region and enhance regional cooperation through the implementation of training programs, information exchange, and infrastructure development. Given the great challenges facing the security of waterways such as the Bab al-Mandab Strait, there is a need to make international, regional, and local efforts. Joint efforts to maintain its stability and security and ensure the continuity of maritime transport and trade.

The cultural aspect is considered one of the most important social sectors in Iraqi society, as it is directly linked to society and because it is one of the important pillars of the state. During the period between 1974 - 1979, Iraq witnessed a wide renaissance in all cultural trends, perhaps the most prominent of which is in the scientific aspect, such as books, translation, antiquities, and musical and plastic arts. The Arabic language is the most luxurious language in which the Holy Qur’an was revealed, and the words of God and its meanings cannot be understood except by understanding the secrets of the Arabic language, its rules and terminology. When producing some poetic verses that conflict with the rules of the famous morphologists, some morphologists have expressed it in an abnormal manner, and others express the same thing. Rarely, or necessarily poetically, so I wanted to understand what is meant by these terms, and clarify the meaning of abnormality and the ruling on analogy with it, especially since it may occur to the student that abnormality is rejected, or not eloquent. I chose to study anomalies that a large number of people suffer from; When I saw the various morphological expressions that describe many words as rare, few, or heard, they are memorized and not measured, even though they may be mentioned abundantly in speech, and they can be expressed in the Holy Qur’an without other words that are not described as abnormalities. So I wanted to show that, trying to list everything that was described as rare, or the little that is preserved and not measured, and I tried to discover some secrets of expression in what was described as abnormal, to find out the wisdom of pronouncing it without others. My research, titled (Jurisprudence of the Narrations of the Companion Bilal in the Chapter on Purity, a Comparative Jurisprudence Study), deals with the hadiths that were reported from the Companion Bilal in the chapter on Purity, due to the importance of purity in our true religion and it is a condition for the validity of many acts of worship in Islam.
