1- Mua'atha aladwinga , god forgives her telling some ahadeths in the six books there were 28 hadeth .2 - books of translation and history for scientific life are poor for woman . there were little knowledge about Mua'atha, also social part . 3- few numbers of novels for woman more for man especially for those who learn by heart . 4- the scientific movement was limited by single efforts as aesha god forgives her taught some woman . Mua'atha was one of them .

How to define al waqf in language, it's judgment according to sharia . how dose al- waqf run . its relation with ministry council . what is important in developing and circumstances .

This research came to improve difficult problems . it shows didn't kcistence for future and the ways in these establishments which are founded to blind real dialogues between Islamic civilization and others this means there are no conflict and killing as it is now found as hitkioon said ( the conflict civilization ) and also he end of history . this conflict toads to the loss anomy people and values of society and progressing technical . also the delay for all parts especially the scientific progress .

This research is short but it has useful shorts and funny ones By god's will I took them from some references which have analiseys and instruction with meaningful appearances grammatical and lexical ones notes we know in the past by some grammarians who depended on the theory (Al-Amel).

1- scientific research a ways prove that Islamic sharea is progressing no component by mind or feeling . god is the creator . he is just and knowing the need of people .2- the signature by thumb proves that each person has special cells . he inherits half from mother and the other half from father. 3- this signature by thumb depends on science in biology . 4- the law in Iraq can write dawn any thing against Islamic law . this means not do any judgment against Islam law . Islamic law is over the law of people .

This research shows the arranging of sentences in qura'an in its miracle procedure by showing some examples and evidences ( some for all ) by ordering or showing . because qura'an allows language by using all expressions about thought or subject in short ways .In uses similar or deferent sentences or omitting some.

1 leaders of army .should he patient and courageous not taking decisions in hurry .2 - the failure of battle ((ALjesser)) was a great Muslims decided to face the enemy (Persians( they wanted to die as martyrs. - 3 the reasons of success depend on soldiers who obey their leaders. Who because of that Muslims had the victory . - 4 the characteristics of that battle international . Muslims participate in it . they considerate to live or not. Nota religious one . - 5AL- buweeb battle was the way to AL-Qadisiya .- 6finally , Al- buweeb is a small river takes it's water from Euphrates. It is in AL-qufa the battle was in that place. it is not al-buweeb which al-sayab mention in his poem ( the river and death) a river situated in Basrah .it flows in shat al – Arab .

1-The prayer between the two (Athens) on Friday as it is not limited .2-The ability to love that before the prayer if it is possible.3-Al nawfil have no limitation .

The researches which we gather represent the studies which take care of meaning and that related to it . we get some meanings .1- there are different definitions what ever they gather that meanings mean the study of meanings . 2- the theory of meanings is the most modern in this science . so the researchers should study those semanticfield . so in poets and authors and gathers pronunciation with in a certain period.3- language program allows expressions . 4- This theory depends on arranging words because there are cooperation in this words .5-studing the developments in pronunciation . 6- the context is important in this research . each word has it's meanings which can be used in this context and not the other . we can not understand words separately but in usage and sentences .

- 1 the investigator depended on two copies the first gave it a symbol (A) it means mother , the second gave it symbol (B).- 2 (A) has 12 copies . it has 19 lines in a paper . (B) has 5 copies . it has 23 lines . - 3 there is a book printed under title AL-makhtot . it means punishment by a banding. Investigation by emad taha farah ,it is printed in ALsahaba a primary in tanta T (1408-1987) .- 4 the investigator made a composition with the script , he founds mistakes .he corrected them and explained which is unknown. He gave it a symbol (M) .- 5 he defined a banding , it kinds its elements and it’s disadvantages.

1- there is a difference in thoughts about those who Legislated some say it is allowed other say forbidden each one has his evidence or approval. 2-the difference extended on pronunciation or meanings .3-the author prefers Legislation before us in one condition which there is nothing against it. 4- the author mentions some verses in holy quran which confirms our Legislation and also mentions some verses which cancel other verses

1 Islam is not to say only both certificates without following them with meaning and truth .-2 the certificate represent the belief that god creator for this world and behaves as he wants.-3 Islam is not as human beings want and desire . it is a program for life who follows it . it is a believer who does not follow it is a rejecter and defy god whatever he declarers that he respects and is a Muslims.-4 the certificate results in that no governor expect Allah no legislation without him .

-1 there is no condition to take there is no condition to take there is no condition to take permission in prayer on Friday in places Muslims live or pagans . -2 prayer on Friday could be done by emam and two people .-3 al-kutba should be in Arabic language it is not allowed by other languages where there is no need to it . it could be done by other language when there is need to it when listeners could be not understand and no know it . the verses should be done by Arabic.-4the prayers of al- eed is obligatory .there is no sin to other when it done.-5 it is allowed to visit the graves of pagans this shows to remember death and the second life as the visit of graves of Muslims. -6the dead by Muslims should he put in clean places of death and put in grave without piece of wood expect there is necessity . -7Muslims should not be buried in plural pagans expect necessity , when a Muslims dies in that place and there is no grave yard . his heirs ear can not bury time or take him for a place .
