The journal is a quarterly journal whose first issue was published in 2005. It is a research journal concerned with publishing university research, especially research on the promotion of university lecturers. The journal relies on publishing according to the regulations of the Iraqi Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research in peer-reviewed journals.

Terms of publication in the Journal of Islamic Research and Studies:

1. The journal publishes scientific research related to Islamic studies and everything related to it from other disciplines.

2. The research should be original, documented by scientific sources, and constitute a scientific addition to the specialization.

3. The researcher should follow the fundamentals of scientific research, and it is preferable research for promotion for university teachers.

4. The research is subject to electronic acquisition of the approved program in the peer-reviewed journals, according to the instructions of the Ministry of Higher Education.

5. The research is unpublished.

6. Research papers are written in Arabic, using the (Word) program, in (Simplified Arabic) font, and in English (times New Roman), and the title is in size 16, the body in size 14, and the margin at the bottom of each newspaper in size 12 and new numbering for each newspaper, and the index of sources at the end of the research in Arabic and English .

7. The first sheet contains the following:

The title of the research in both Arabic and English.

- The name of the researcher in both Arabic and English, his academic degree, certificate, place of work, phone number, and e-mail.

8. The research contains a summary in Arabic and English.

9. The English translation shall be court and translated by a legal translation office and shall be presented to the linguistic expert of the journal.

10. When the source is mentioned for the first time, the entire book card should be mentioned. When it is repeated, it is satisfied with the name of the author, the title of the book, the part and the paper.

11. The magazine does not adopt everything that is published in it, and the research represents the opinion of its author, while adhering to the scientific and objective approach, and rejecting extremism, fanaticism, and sectarianism.

12. The researcher pledges (written pledge) of his intellectual property for the research.

13. The researcher must be a subscriber to the Google Scholar to support the scientific researcher and increase the classification of the researcher and the journal.

14. From the requirements of publication, the researcher is required to undertake to quote from our journal no less than two quotes in his research.

Posting mechanism:

1. The researcher shall be notified of the decision regarding the validity of publication or not, after presenting it to the experts.

2. The research is returned to its author for the purpose of making amendments, if any, and the research is subject to inference and then subject to arbitration according to the instructions of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.

3. An amount of (80,000) dinars shall be collected from the researcher for publication for those inside Iraq and (100) dollars for those outside Iraq, if the research is less than (30) newspapers. An amount of (2000) dinars shall be collected for each newspaper in excess of the number mentioned above, and (two dollars) for those outside Iraq. In addition to the amount of receipt of (25,000) twenty-five thousand dinars.

4. The amount paid will not be returned to the researcher, whether the research was accepted or not.

5. Half of the research fees are collected from those who published in (Scopus) during the same year.

6. The researcher is committed to making the amendments and corrections suggested by the experts or the editorial board.

7. Commitment when submitting the research to the editorial department to include the e-mail and mobile number.

8. A copy of the research is published in its digital form on the website of Iraqi academic journals, Department of Research and Development, Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research https://iasj.net/iasj/journal/223/issues, and any website in the international network.

9. The research is sent to two experts for evaluation, then the research is presented to the editorial board to decide on its acceptance.

10. The research shall be submitted from inside Iraq to the website of the Research and Studies Department - Seven Ideas - in two hard copies and an electronic copy (CD). And from outside Iraq, on the e-mail: research.depart2018@gmail.com

11. Researches are not returned to their owners, whether published or not.

12. The research in the journal is arranged according to the alphabetical sequence of the researchers\' names.
