1-This research is about German diplomatic from 1870 to 1914 it included what that diplomacy followed in that time to control the places near Germany then came the units al Germany.2-Al that came by the adviser Bismark. He has a great influence in this period. To him referc the power al Germany and its position a mons Europe.

1-God allows debts in all it`s kinds. It should be written.2-The verse shows the allowance of receving.3-The verse shows the evedince of a person if someone reminds him.4-The verse shows the debts should be written if money was more little. This shows the hatred.5-The verse shows not to hate the cleark of the one whow is a witness.6-Trade should not be written.

1-Ibn sayyad is not Al- dajjal Al- Akbar.2-The prophet told his followers to avoid any thing which is not needed, as in umar and killing Ibn Sayyad.3-The differences in explaining is not preferable.4-The prophet told his followers to tell others the message of islam. This is the duty of preachers especially in times of difficulty.5-God tests the belief of muslims by similarity or differences in quran. This shows the real belief as it is.6-The right Islam of a child. The case may be by bad person and pegans. This by calling not by high spirit pcople.

1-The research show the explanations of Alms (zakat) and how it given.2-This helps every one who gives money to others (Zakat) to know them and help them. We should know who needs zakat really.3-Giving zakat should be secretly not in public.4-The research shows those who give zakat and know that some people do not deserve it. That shows as the helpers not give it. He should give it again to other people before he eats something for bidden.

1-The departure of a person from his country has different judgements, one of them is the beginning of fasting and seeing of the cresent in Islamic countries.2-The rulers in Islamic countnes should declare the beginning of fasting when seeing the cresent. This helps the muslims in other countries to begin their fasting.3- Almsgiving should be given in the same place of its obligatory. It can be changed if there is relatives in other places to that one who gives it and he is outside his country not in the original one.

1-God is alone. Not to belleve in other partner. This markes people happy. To follow desive and feelings this gives destruction of life and people.2-To obey the prophet and god is a duty al each muslim.3-To know what people in the past do and said tell us to avoid something and follow other things.4-Prosperity removes Alnaim – many verses show that people were destroyed al ther bad behaviour.5-To watch god in secret and puplic. Tobe always against god and not to fear him. Destruction followed it.6-We should know who were before us, what they did. Then to avoid their bad deeds.

1-poetry protects the tribe and gives it respect. The poet is a speaker of atribe. He defends it in difficulty. The best example is Hassan bin Thabit when he defends the prophet and Islam.2-Poetry has importance to historians. It shows the time of events and deeds. For example ghazwat Al-Khandaq Battle. The events can be forgotten through long time. It can be kept if it is recorded.3-From this abore we can see life to Arabs can be recorded by poetry. The holy quran helps that.

1-This subject is very important and active. It has importance directly. Human body may have fracture on injury, burn and other accidents which harm the body.2-It has judgement for one who performs the accident.3-It has conditions for any accident.4-One who does that should be clean.5-The failure of rubbing to the part which should cured.

The Arab nation is rich with heritage and glories and it has passed like other nations with various grades until it reached to what it now in the present time.The Arab and Islamic libraries have got their shar from catastrophes and disasters of nation, but they have provided a civilizational mission and achieved the real meaning of their establishment and their role of keeping Islamic Arab Heritage.The oldest libraries have been established in Iraq since the time of Babylon and Ashur.Islamic libraries were distinguished by an advanced systems of classification and indexing.The Iraqi libraries were exposed for looting after the occupation on 2003 and the unjust embargo, all these led to the scarcity of sources and modern references especially the traditional, islamic and historical sources and the manuscript which impacted negatively on researchers, students and their needs for sources.
