This research dealt with the guest issue meant in Holly Quran and built this plan on an introduction and four researches, where he showed in the introduction the importance of the subject and the reason it chosen and the reference he appointed in his writings ,,then he talked in the first research about the guest reality in language and idioms, then in the second research he talked about Ibraham Guests (Allah Blessed Him) , their characteristics ,hostility and the reasons of Abraham fright of the guests ,and in the third research he talked about Lot ( Allah Blessed Him) guests and his wife attitude towards Lot\'s guests ,in the fourth research he talked about the hostility of Moses and the (Blessed Worshiper) (Allah Blessed Them) ,and in the conclusion he talked about the best results the he reached through the research.

the civil rights for individual is a proof for being a human and it includes right for living,security,home,equality in rights and duties ,free moving ,thoughts, creed and religion, and other rights. in Iraq there were many constitutions ,many decisions and rules which had a great foundation in human life. the research divided into five researches consisted many information in this field.

This research concentrate about one of the meanings in Arabic language that is the censure and talked about its linguistic and conventional meaning , and its methods and following the rhetorical methods in Holly Quran, this research consisted an introduction about this idiom and three sections , the first one mentioned the most famous methods of censure in Arabic language with a meaning of every method, the second dealt with the informed methods that came down in Holly Quran ,and the third dealt with the studying of lingual construction methods, and it depend on the interpretation books which they were the main sources ,and lingual books, and got use of the Arabic dictionaries.

The current study pursued an organized sequential structure to access the objective of this letter and its basic conclusions. where consisted three main researches integrated with basic information and its analytical and field researching .after putting the systematic general frame for the research which included problem solving, the need for it, importance of the research ,its target, and its method.The first research comes to show the rule of Islamic and educational media in fighting the bribery and treason in private and State funds, and protecting the ethics of honesty, integrity and honesty. where the second research concentrate on the importance of spreading the Islamic media, social and environmental education.The third research includes the media efforts of popular culture ,,,whether it comes from the popular media or from the official culture media or from the presence of the worship mosques and civil society organizations which spread in all the country ,,with importance of putting pointers that resulted from the theoretical frame .The research came out with group of conclusions ,results and suggestions with list of the research margins

1- The profit sale is one kind of private sales, and not all of the sales is lawful ,,because there are some issues prohibited by the Islamic law .2-The profit sale based on ethical controls ,,prejudice with them make unlawful 3- This kind of sales put by clerks to ease the dealings between people, because they in need of them.

The Financial crisis suffering by the capitalist world is one of the most complex crisis that passed the world. This crisis on the way to increase because the economists still stubborn and consider the capitalist system is the system that capable to solve all crisis whatever it is, forgetting the third alternative that is the Islamic economic system.

The Islamic Nation characterized by its ,scientific ,cultural and knowledge heritage ,the leadership issue is one of the issues that Holly Quran and Prophet's talks took good care of it ,Islam graduated a unique political, military and social leaderships and raised them on Islamic principles ,and they were the best leaderships in all the world, still history mention them .

The Sufi texts considers as a treasures in language ,and one of those is (Minor hearts rhetroitic) book, which explained the Arabic rhetoric symbolically and connecting all factors in one factor that is Allah is the base of all Presences ,,because there is no creator just Allah ,,Al Qishiri based his book on( Al Arfani)

This research discussed one of important and big problem which Islamic society currently suffered from, That is the shed blood and how the advisory opinion (Fatwa) dealt so easy with it by who commit this big crime ,the search dealt with this issue from all linguistic and conventional aspects then the research talk about the necessary procedures to protect the souls and preventing to horrified the peaceful people and rejecting to do that, this talk obviously started about Allah human being honoring by create him in well creation and gave him the punishment of brain, inherited him the earth, and utilization all creatures for him

1-The Style of information in Prophet’s Talk ,although it is an art of Arabic language rhetoric and meanings Science ,but it could put all three branches of rhetoric arts (Al- Ma’ani-Al Bayan-Al-Badee) to serve the Prophets’ Text ,and this acquires it more flexible in expressing any subject .2-The prophet (pbuh) depended mostly on the conversation to talk his speech and the speech in the prophets’’ talk came to replenish the Islamic society needs, the prophet did not tell the speech spontaneously without any reason.3-The three types of information (primary- demand-ingratitude) even it shows the versa meaning, they are the result of concise mind for ancient matures, and idealists, and reflects how they had been affected with beginnings of information in talkers environment.
