1-The Bribery: what gives to nullify the right or to realize the null.2- The bribery fought by all ancient heavenly legislations .and forbidden by Islam in the Holly Quran and ( Sunna) the prophet’s sayings ,for what it has many damages in losing and aggrieving the rights.3- The human can pay the bribe to gain some right..Or to push away damage or injustice, so there is no sin on who gain profit from the bribe, for he compelled to do this act, but if the damage is easy, it is not allowed to be helped to get it.4-Givin gifts and gratuities to workers: it is permissible, if it not affected on the work stream ,,and the gratuities considered as a gift for doing good work

(Al- Ragee) is water well near (Al-Hida’a) between Mecca and Al Taef, the historians mentioned that a group of men from ( Aqeel and Al Qara ) tribes came to the Prophet (May Allah bless Him) and asked him to send to them some of his friends to teach them the Islam and the jurisprudence of Islam. The Prophet sent to them six of his friends, when they reached to the (Al Ragee) they killed them all in a battle happened there.

1-It has to study the predication and know the narrators circumstances in the historic literatures. And to be sure of their abilities and resourcefulness in transferring the events, before judging on the narration if true or weak, in help of the men and classes translations.2-The concentration on the criticism of the historic novel according to the western criticism rules of the historic novels , represent only o ne aspect of the European historic search that free predication series, and this does not apply on the Islamic history, because of the predication series in most of the historic narrations.3-Modern and ancient various studies proved not the possibility for the implementation process of defects and modifications for the narrators with complete conditions for the historic novels that not deal with legal aspects.4- The ,necessity of enclosing new subjects in history sections ,dealing with history term, narration criticism rules, and practicing the students on implement it on Islamic history narrations.

The search consists of the wisdom verses that has been mentioned in the Holly Quran .the search first mention the definition of the wisdom and its grace and clear that the origin of the wisdom is to put the subject in its place ,and it is a grade of perfection that Allah describe HIMSELF and describe his elites from humans ,those are the prophets and some of his closed servants ,and the search also shows of the wisdom rise in the human good attitude

The usage of decimals in recording the dates is a an important branch in calculating the sentences .as it is in calculating the sentences ,we change the names to numbers in according to camouflage for the ordinary reader ,,the usage of decimals in according to be as an important sign for the time of the writing or the time of the copy ,and when we solve this camouflage date ,the reader will know when this sketch was written or when it was copied ,, the importance of this subject shows from this point .

A search presented by Dr Munir Hashim Al Aubaidi,with address (Jihad of demand between seniors and contemporaries ),where the searcher dealt with a comparative study for the Jihad of demand between sayings of seniors clerks and scholars ,and modern clerks according to the modern and developments that occur in today\'s world..The search contained of introduction, two searches and conclusion. he addressed in the first search ,the (Jihad) linguistic and legislative ,and it consisted four requirements ,the first one for the legislative definition of the (jihad) in sayings(sunna) and holly Quran ,and the scholars definitions in Islamic doctrines ,and he showed in the second search ,the Jihad legislation and the point of its legal ,in the thi rd search he showed the profit of Jihad (for Allah only),the fourth search he showed the legislative of Jihad demand and defending Jihad, and each of their legal .then the second search there were three requirements he addressed in the first ,the legislative of Jihad demand according to the four Islamic doctrines comparing with the saying of (Ibin Taymia) in his agreement and disagreement ,then he showed in the second the Jihad demand according to the seniors, then he showed in the third and the last search the preponderant opinion according to the seniors from the obvious sayings ,,he finished the search with a conclusion showing some of the results and digest profits from the search.

The academy accreditation means the system of integrated components and ingredients that targets the examination and modification and more specifically the outer modification for the level of the education quality that applied in the high education institutes in order to determine the extent of those institutions in achieving what calls the (quality improvement) and quality assurance ,this mission achieved by institutions and corporations specially established for this ,and the search study the standards of accreditation, its bases and its development.

Whatever we wrote on the biography of the Prophet (Mohammed), we will not be fair about Him. the study between our hands is a linguistic and indicative study that eager to reaches the meaning of the proverbs that belong to his biography and his rules which he ordered (May Allah bless Him), and the different speech between him and other prophets and messengers that Allah spoke with him .and it eager to reach the synonyms meanings and the events that happened through the indicative linguistic understanding for the proverbs that sent to the Prophet and his blessed career

The search subject consists of introduction,preface,then search and two demands., where he showed in the introduction that the real nature of the language ,cannot understood just through understand the meaning .the indication was the pillar or the linguistics where they put many chapters for the language in their books dealt with many subjects ,then the preface came as a gate to understand the concordance in the holly Quran's text, stand between its meanings, and also stand between its verbal’s ,and he mentioned in the search the verbal concordance rhetoric and its beauty in the holly Quran. And then the first demand in the real verbal concordance as between right and wrong, faith and unfaith, and winter and summer. Then the second demand, for the figurative concordance like the verbal and meaning concordance, and other aspects of the concordance, the author concluded for results mentioned in the conclusion, then after that, list for references and sources.
