The researcher talked about an important era of the Islamic history (Al Atabaket Nation) ,which ruled north of Iraq from (Mosul) to Shahrazour east (Kirkuk and Sulaymania ) and near Syria sea shores west ,,and from Diyarbakir and the Kurds Mountains north to Haditha south ,the researcher talked about the leader role (Emad Ad din Aq Sanqar) in establishing his nation and fixing the foundations of governance ,and the reasons that helped him in achieving his means to reach the highest rule ,and he mentioned how he got the authority from the Seljuk ,and his role in fighting the Crusaders ,the researcher also focused on the political details for the Atabaket through the ruling system details and the judiciary system which based upon the Al-Shafi‘i doctrine that Atabaket gave it a great importance and they put on the head of this system a high reference known as (the Judge of the Judges ) ,the financial system and the Atabaket concern didn’t neglect the coinage ,he also mentioned their concern in Military organization and formation of the systemic armies to keep the nation safety ,the researcher showed the social life in the Atabaket era and the people varieties and their religious differences .

The Bounty in Arabic language is the bestowal or every saved benefit reaching to others from others, many words have been mentioned in the Holy Quran and their derivations in 11 places and they refer to many meanings That are-1-Bounty in scope 2-The little bounty and the forbidden3-The bounty of the good and the commend 4-The much good bounty5-The tribute bounty 6-Endowment bounty And other meanings

The Advancement of the responsibility is the duty of Islam towards every member of the community. In addition, if people neglect, they will be weak What Islamic Nation suffered of miser, humiliation and dependence, were due to not completely responsible duty advancement.If everyone was responsible as the Holly Quran ordered, then the community healed, because the responsibility guides the human activity and makes him in steady position and self-determination, and here we have to know that the responsibility is not limited in certain boundaries, but it's work area is the whole world, so let every one of us feel his responsibility.

The investigations in it's general meaning, is the certainty and replacing the doubts with certainty ,but for the manuscripts investigations ,, it means publishing what the book’s author put in his original copy or closer ,by following special procedures for that after inferring the book’s title and it's right linage for the author ,the manuscripts investigations has great importance in archiving the information ,letters, and the books and it is one of the sciences that grown in modern times and mostly gets used of it the Arabic heritage ,because it gives life for most of the books and puts them in the hands of the readers .the roots of this science extends deeply in the Islamic heritage . The archiving of the holy prophet (Muhammad) speaehs, the recur of the Holy Quran texts and the ways of copying the books ,,they all refer to the origins of this science

Prohibition of what may lead to committing sins are the permissible ways themselves, but the means are prohibited, for either itself like calumniate or illegal sexual intercourse or permitted for itself, the corruptions and their prohibitions are many and each case has its juridical rule in Islamic jurisprudence ,and the experts in Islamic jurisprudence disagreed in their confutation , they denied for the apparent but the public confirmed them ,,Imam (Malik ) and Imam( Ahmed Ibin Hanble ) used them much ,and Imam (Abu Hanifa and Al Shafi’i) also say likethem ,the search has many and various issues in this topic .

It is not hiding the importance of the (Al Qadr) in showing the night which the Holy Quran was descended, and the interpreters differed on it , this Sura descended in (Medina) at most ,,and some mentioned it descended in (Mecca) ,it's explination included the meanings , grammar ,and the provisions of that holy night and what other provisions concerned .

The last two decades of the 20th century data have shown the absence of polar pluralism, which prevailed the world, the United States being alone with international leadership, and the emergence of confrontation between this regime and the Islamic world. This has called for the emergence of many ideological theories justifying the new reality.One of those theories is Fukuyama's (End of History). It is not a new thesis, yet an old idea. It is try to marketing western thought with a beautiful garment of theorization. We have witnessed the fall of the (End of History) theory, as it is said, by another American thinker, Samuel Huntington. So, are we on the edge of a new history?

The present study demonstrates the dual meanings implied in the style of separation and junction in the Qor'an readings. It consists of three chapters. Chapter one shows the definition and origin of dual meanings. It also shows when and how these meanings developed. Chapter two deals with the definition, purposes and positions of separation and junction. Also, it shows the letters related to separation and junction. Chapter three deals with the definition of Qoran readings and the rules of accurate and correct reading. Then, the researcher analyzed all the verses that have two readings, one of them includes separation and the other one includes junction. At first, the researcher mentions the holy verse, then he mentions the Qoran readings applied on this verse, and the Ottoman copies of the Holy Qoran that support these readings. After that, the researcher mentions the first and the second meanings of separation junction through the contexts in order to show the secret of Qoran miraculous nature in this variety, and all the meanings of verses to be understood by the addressees. The conclusion shows the most important results of study.

Abu Helal AlAskari followed in his book (crowd of proverbs) on clear curriculum, and when the learner read it ,, He clearly feels that ,and in general his approach divides into two parts ,the first part is the linguistic resources that he followed and his following to the foreign and stylish meanings and the way of putting the proverb to clear the meaning for the reader.In the second part he depended on the Holly Quran, Hadith, poems, and prose and other witnesses that close the proverb to the listener to recognizes the meaning in his mind .the book is best sample for what it called the )the assimilation phenomena ) which was and still familiar for people to speak .

The single narrated Hadith is the Hadith that narrated in least of the Mutwatur Hadith; this means that narrated by three narrators or less, and for the belief’s importance, the religious clerks were careful of depending on the report that less than Tawatur in inference of the belief issues ,but the research pointed that the single report could be reinforced with proofs to increase its righteous ,in addition to that ,,the single report refers to the narrator himself ,,if the narrator was an enemy ,memorizer ,and precise ,therefore his speech would be taken as mentioned some clerks ,,and there is no disagreement in interference of the legal rules and jurisprudential issues branches in telling the single report because it built on the common doubt and does not need the proof that benefits the uncertainty .The researchers emphasizey from principle point that could not proof the belief in single report, but if happened in it's content, there will be no disagreement in proofing the belief with it.

The researcher talked about this horrified phenomena that the west trying to stick it on Islam ,and he showed it falsified against Islam and Islam exempt of it ,The Islam Phobia in scientific and specially western society is an old and new at the same time ,during Islam was rising and spreading ,its enemy worked hard to conquer it in various ways, by , distort it to keep people away from it and scarify them of it ,and this increased in our modern times .the researcher mentioned too to the distoration crusades against Prophet (Muhammad) earlier and afterwards ,,trying to pull people away of Him ,the researcher showed that this phenomena is very complicated in range and it needs all Islamic Nations efforts to vanish this endemic phenomena in the western society ,and he showed the ways that could follow to get rid of this phenomena

Al Tarmithi was the only one who owned agroup of Hadiths which he said that they are the saying of general jurists (Faqih), after they verified,, it was clear that four of them about purification and one about praying,, and the search studied them juristically and analytically, showing their legal, discussing their spell and clearing their meanings.
