1- This study uncovered the Holly Quran effect in Maqamat Al Hamadani and Al Hariri , where it contained the expressions, and structures level and picturing level .2- The study showed and in a level the specific pronunciation in these Maqamat like Holly Quran names and the blessed verses and worship expressions like (Haj) (Pilgrimage) and pray and others , and it showed the ability of Hariri to use another expressions which was absent in Hamadani Dictionary like Almighty Allah names and the apocalypse names .3- On the level of structures ,the quotation was represented in all kinds and was clearly there in the Maqamat , the Hariri Maqamat contained the direct quotation (Citation) and was absent about the Hamadani Maqamat .4- On the picturing level , the look like image was highly absence clear especially in Hamadani talents ,where the metaphor was receded except one image in Hariri in a picture of metaphor of metaphor .5- In all of that the difference in artificial side was clear between Hamadani and Hariri .. where everyone of the them his own genius in spite of that Hariri is more capable than Hamadani by quantity that came in that Maqamat that counted about 50 Maqam to the both sides

-The scientists did not care –primarily- in formulating the grammar terms ,but in the meaning that refer to certain specified name and this leads to lot of terms that refer for one name -There is not (Basri) term and (Kufi) term.. where the (Basri) used by (Kufi) and the (Kufi) used by (Basri) ,with some scarceness specially for the pioneers whom their only concern was studying the grammatical questions away from the beginning of creating an exact grammar school- The difference of objection sources in their grammatical doctrines and squeeze every source leads to diversity of terms that used in it -Al Azhary moved lot of grammatical terms and they were (most of them) transferred from (Al Fara’a) who brought a complete quotations about him -There are new terms , I found that they are first to use , or some objection sources was characterized by itself like (Al Imad) and used by Ali Azhary , (the subject and the object) and also the (underlying present) used by Al Baqooly. -The gathering between the different terms that refer to the single name , where we find more than term in one question and one subject and this indicates that certain grammar term is captive for certain school .

Prophet Muhammad Sunna came once as a legislatress and another as an interpreter and one of them is Muslim killing, and the word Muslim here means every Muslim that witnessed of ( No God but Allah , Muhammad is the messenger of Allah) ,not allowed to kill him just when he committed what he deserve to be killed and the research showed the Scientifics opinions in such case n details and cleared that the killing including also the (suicide) and show the opinion in that

1-(AlFaharast) (The Index) book by Al Shaikh Al Nadeem considers one of the most trusted books and the oldest that brought to us the image of that huge knowledge rise that Islam Nation was witnessed specially in the 4th century of (Hijrah) , the century of scientific rise , so this book considers as a distinguished document , it knows through this document the aspects of the cultural advance and the cultures meeting in the frame of Islamic and Arabic civilization and the social , and political events that effected in the scientists and their sciences so it will be useful for the searcher in knowing much about the scientist rising, sayings, doings and his beliefs , that it cannot dispense as a source of an inheritance sources 2-The use of the word (Index) refers to the 2nd century of Hujrah, (Nadeem) was transferring from (Jabir Bin Hayan) index (Died 199 Hujrah) and Al Razi Book index (Died 250 Hujrah) and he used it as the (Kashaf) (The Table) also .3-The book classified in the field of indexes , proof, programs, Sheikdoms, and dictionaries and those books, and they are the books that concern in registering the names of specifications and their addresses. the origin of the word (Fahrast) is Persian, which it means the ,group of books by numbers 4-in that work (Nadeem) put his hand on afirst work (Biographic) in Arabic in asubjective unit which specialized in books dividing. so he was the typical pioneer for biographers and searchers to refer to this book.but although he faced critics ,but this book is not out of it's usefulness in general and privately . and it is a general source in it's index and a pioneer in it's field and the first author in the history

Between time and time, some searches and studies were sent to us that talk about the wisdoms and purposes in Quran interpretation, and maybe these wisdoms were linguistic or representative or spiritual, and this study showed some interpretative wisdom in one of the shortest Sura of the Holly Quran which talks about the religion liars conditions and about those whom not allow the charity for orphans and the most great of that, about those whom are inattentive of prayers , the representative wisdom concealed that the searcher showed the meanings that coincide on such adjectives and between the human conditions ,those whom attribute with such attributes (Lie, hypocrisy, adulation) and how these attributes effect on human and society , the searcher showed that Allah forbidden such attributes in more than one place in the Holly Quran ,also the Holly Prophet (PBUH) warned of such attributes and agitated to avoid them and call for the cooperative and the righteous among people to take over the mercy and the sympathy , and all come from the understanding of the Holly Quran expression meanings in right way .

1-The Messenger (PBUH) is our god leader, the educator, the teacher and the appointed to the consultation principle understanding, by saying and by doing and by all this principle means, so we can say it is the higher authority in dealing with the companion (Peace Upon Them) in order to consult him about judging of all cases that they were debatable about, also the prophet specialized in the Judicial Power and the Legislative Power and then reach to the Executive Power.2-The consultation principle at Allah’s Prophet has conditions and horizons , the conditions are represented by ,does not refer to the consultation when there is a legislative article , whether the horizons is represented by not dispensing of this principle in our life , the Nation that gives up of the consultation principle can’t attach with high civilizations boat.The consultation members in his era (PBUH) were who have visions and prudence opinion and in the lead was) Abu Bakir Al Sidiq and Omar Bin Al Khatab (PUT), so we have to walk according to HIS approach (PBUH) in applying this principle, by words and doings.

From the first moment of universe creation ,raised the importance of woman , because she is the basic back up for man to build an integrated, and they said that woman is half the society ,and may be the whole society, where she likes to be born, to raise, to educate and to take care of what man wants of rights and duties, especially the woman is (the mother, the wife, the sister and the daughter) that Islam recommended about her , and inspite of that ,we see her call role is not less important than the men , and the researcher showed some women symbols and their effectives in calling for Allah Al Mighty and what they presented to the society of social and political services , the researcher showed that the woman must do that and she entertains with her feminism and keeping on this identity through committing with morals, shy, legal Hijab ,belief and the power of faith to send the Islamic messages to the outer world . so the man's backup in this field and other fields through this educational process specially for the Islamic schools because they are the first nuclei to create the Muslim caller.

The power and authority are two close sets ,one backs up the other, and they mentioned in the Holly Quran to indicate of the capability and vanquish either by body power which gifted by Allah Almighty or by the evidence and proof , and who has tough proof ,his position is tough, and who is tough by Allah in body, this is the tough, the power and authority have many reasons and many sources , and there are of power and authority which was good and there are which was advanced and each of them have it's view, and the reader for this search finds these features in it

1-The Israelite is a plural word for Israel, related to the prophet (Israel) and in it's meaning there are more than what the Jews know. And there are the Christians colour for interpretation and what this interpretation was effected of the Jew and Christianity culture.2-We found that most of the interpreters quoted a news from the Israelite and they told them and some of them is commenting on them and some doesn’t and says: they are trifles of the Jews, and we find that Imam (Al Khazin) (Allah mercy him) is expanding in what told about the Israelite, and he mostly doesn’t comment on what mentioned of the Israelite. and Imam Al Shirbini (Allah mercy him) did that too, but Imam AL Aaloosi (Allah mercy him) was very criticized to the Israelite and fake news that were stuffed by lot of interpreters and they thought that they were true.3-But Ibn Al Jawzy (Allah mercy him), his interpretation contains many of the Israelite also these stories are contrary to the Islamic doctrine, and he (Allah mercy him) stand against them and disprove them.

The obstacles that Islamic thinking was intercepted whether they were outer or interior had a direct effect on it, so the civilized project could not awakened just if started with upright program that takes from it's past and works for its present to reach and discover what is the civilization and it's contents. and to know the obstacles that put across it's way and cures it so it won't grown up , also we have the right in dealing with the western civilization carefully ,especially in worldliness field but not to effect with the basic principles for the Islamic thinking
