The indications of the tribal unity before Islamic period began to show in clear image in the tribal markets and poems festivals and among choosing the tribal choice and they had the great effectiveness in the cultural mixing among the poets whom they were the speakers of the tribes and those poets were calling a clear call for unity among Arabic tribes , and in the first raw was the poet (Luqait Ibn Ya’mur Al Abyary and Al A’khnas Al Taghlubi, and these indications for Arab Unity lead to the unity of Arabic tongues and prepared for the Holy Quran coming down in this language . The poets really lose the Arabic tribal callers .

All Mighty shows how the treatment between husband and his wife. and put lines that both of them cannot accede them in order to continue the marriage relationship. so Allah All Mighty legislated for the man to discipline his wife according to Allah's All Mighty wisdom And to discipline the wife there are many ways, one of them is the beating. where Allah All Mighty made the advice and leaving then the beating, and every way of those ways there are many methods that he could use of them and achieving the advantage without going back to another ways. One of the modern ways in discipline the wife is to prevent here of using the car driving, the phone and using the internet And some legislators agreed about preventing the wife of not visiting her parents if that is good for their marriage relationship , and some of them agreed about preventing her of pregnancy for their own good will ,and many of discipline ways The right that was giving by Allah All Mighty for the husband in discipline the wife is not absolute but it is limited with discipline limits The reasons that permit to discipline the wife are signs and reasons that could lead to excessiveness . as happens in telephone calls and teasing that fall in sin or approaching it .

It is not a condition that the sub conjunction must coincides the conjunction in definitiveness and non defensiveness, and this is not for the representative, and it is many kinds . 4. There is a precise difference between the coordinator and representative that mostly unknown for many ,that is , the coordinator mostly occurs after unknown names and therefore it must be a nunation . 5. The origin of Haj procedures is to ease the critics and difficulty, and because of this Role, maybe the way of frequentative was not lovable like kissing the Black Stone which it is lovable when there were no jam or difficulty, but if it was harmful then it is preferable not to harm people, and the throwing of the stones has to be with gravels and not to impart the mold or the wood. It is admissible to represent for the retard pilgrim It is admissible to throw the stone after midnight, and the preferable to delay after sunshine for those lost to throw in the day of slaughter and if it was the sunset ,he must throw at night. It is admissible to throw the stones in the Eastern days before noon It is admissible for the age people whom lost to throw to throw at night. It is admissible to throw for the late days in the last day but before sunset and it is considerable of the days ascendance It is not admissible to shorten the number of stones less than seven, if he lost one or two, he must pay food for poor for each stone and if they were more than two, he must pay blood (sheep). And in the research there was enough description for all topics related of throwing the stones.

In the pre-Islamic era, the tribe represented the basic pillar in the political life especially when the tribe, at that time, was like a state in terms of its administrating all the social, economic and political activities. Tribal racism represented one of the prominent signals of belonging to the tribe and that the tribe position transcends and grows according to the number of values and considerations (the number of people, the power and wisdom of the tribe's men and the economic and religious privileges) the tribe has.The political effect of the tribe has not stopped in the Arabic societies in the Pre-Islamic era or post0Islamic era. Frequently, that effect was the decisive factor in the military and political situations through the ability of the tribe, either alone or with its coalition with other tribes, to change the balance of the military and political powers where it masters the situation.In this research, the researcher sheds light on the following:1.The tribe and its political position in the Pre-Islamic era.2.The tribe and politics in the Prophesy era.3.The tribe and politics in the Caliphate (succession) era.

1. the free opinion mentioned in the holly Quran many times and this considers a solid proof for Allah's All Mighty wisdom and fair . because HE must to listen for his slave's opinion and let for that whatever that slave was 2. we conclude from the free opinion that mentioned in the Holly Quran the wide expert and culture for the Holly Quran approach that we need in daily dealing 3. if the Muslim individual used to express about his free opinion then this considers the spiritual basis for Islamic civilized construction

1.The approved book of Imam Ahmed Ibn Hanbal is the greatest assorted book in reserving the Sunna where it contained the Sunna origin and never missed just a little ,because Imam Ibn Hanbal is the first who worked with the assorted and approved Hadith .he didn’t write what all he hear unless he approved the story of the Hadith and knowing the good and acceptable then put it in his approved book 2 . Imam Ahmed was admirable and keeping the Sunna and about his approach he preferred the weak Hadith upon men’s Hadith 3. most of the approved Hadith is correct and fair and there are some of the weak and very weak and they are little for the volume of the book ,and the rank of the book is not less than the four books if it is preferable over some or most of them . 4. the approved book is referenced specially and no one could do that before him ,where he made many standards ,like the nobility and the older in following Islam . 5. many clerks impressed in his approach (Allah mercy him) whom they came after him and this was obvious in their approaches or what they said about the book.

1.Al Hira considered the capital of Iraq one of the most civilized in it`s ancient history2.Al Hira played an important role during the Islamic and Arabian Empire of the Caliphs ,where it was the Arabian liberation army’s move center after the existence of (Kufa) and the conversion of Caliphs rule in it3.when Hira was the residence center for some Omayyad rulers in Iraq ,it witnessed many opposition movements for those rulers4.Al Hira was an important center for residence of Bani Abbas until the existence of Anar civilization then it changed its position and became to play an important social role ,where it became the tourist place for most of their rulers and the entire of Muslims until the time turned then it died in it`s old age and then vanished .
