Without doubt that the mosques and worship houses have a great effect in building the Islamic character in it`s vast fields, but we must take care for those who feed and grow up these characters, because this educator character must represents the Prophet’s character and must create characters of the grown up generation that call for average and moderation because we are a nation of middle .The researcher showed the effect of the moral values in building the average and middle character, because the morals are the fruit of right belief, the researcher also showed the role of the family,environment, school and the mosque in building the middle thinking that build the right character that distinguished of balance and rationalism and away from deviation and corruption. This does not achieve unless there are declinable clerks that we can trust them in doing their missions of calling.One of the ways of growing up the right character with balanced and middle thinking is to force the training and educational sessions in the mosques and the calling lectures in the scientific clubs and boards.

The search deals with the Holy Quran and Sunna effectiveness on the Arab Language by the eloquence side, and in the period of early Islam exclusively and the Umayyad era and between what Holy Quran did great effectiveness, as cleared in the Arab life especially in their language, for poetry, prose and speach.

Praise be to Allah, Lord of all creation, prayers and peace on the Master of all messengers and Imam of all Allah’s fears, our prophet Mohammed the guider, the safe and on all his home, whom are the most pure and his best companions and on all who follow them to the day of judgment.This is the new key of our dearest magazine (Islamic Research and Studies) for the year 2015. We are glad to put it between the hands of the researchers, studiers and the scientists, to be for them the helper and easier to reach for the science origins in most branches.We remind that the index for the previous issues of the magazine had been published in the issues (13-19-26-30-34-38) and this is the last key that will published with Allah’s help in the issue 42 that will release on 30-12-2015 AD.We hope with Allah’s help to be capable in gathering them and put them in one isolated book that will publish next year 2016 to cover a period of 10 years for the magazine age that we started in publishing it since the year 2005

The research deals with the hell and it`s destiny, is it extinct? Or it is existed! Pointing to solve the abstruseness among the scientific fields, the research showed the opinions of who said that hell is extinct or existed and it considered the general opinion of not extinct due to the huge clears clues that scientists back on them among many eras.

This search deals with one of important terms (Biographical evaluation term) that consider one of the most important sciences of Nabawi Hadith. And we can judge it by acceptance and reject.The researcher stopped on this term (Authentic) by one of the Haidith’s Imam (Imam Al Burqani). And it is one of the mutual terms that need a scientific study which can be read through it the Biographical evaluation books and the study of the tellers by their sayings ,Al Burqani wanted by his stop on this term to know the trusted men in telling the Hadith , and he called them the trusted men or the authentic ,and he didn’t make a difference between them , where the trusted and the authentic is acceptable and un reject but it overpass the ultra-authentic which means the precise in telling the Hadith.

1-The book (Rising the Religion Sciences) by Hujat Al Islam (Imam AboHamid Al Ghazali (Allah mercy him)) considers one of the precious diamonds that inlayed the Islamic thinking crown.2-The book considered one of the useful books in the Islamic library , where it consists great benefits, huge uses and unique uses .3-Al Ghazali (Allah mercy him) gathered in this book what were divided in another books, and he talked about the absentFiqh in this time, it is the hearts’ Fiqh.4-Thus it became a substantial pillar in the legal sciences high structure.

1-The Sunna is a root of religion roots, and it is the second assistant for the Islamic Sharia ,and it stands on it the proof.2- The financial policy stands on two corners ,i.e. : receipts and expenditures.3- Throught its applying in the (Madina) ,and then came the Caliphs ,the fair financial policy was applied by the Prophet Mohhamed (PBUH).4- The world now adays is very in need for such fair financial policy to solve its problems and its financial crisis ,by applying the Islamic economical systems through political rulers of the Arabic and Islamic countries will finish the pain of the people for such countries ,and thus will change the Muslims affairs for better.5- The Muslims must engage with Zakkat and gathered them in safe hands and then distribute them for who deserve it.6- The Islamic countries must quit the usury loans from the foreigncountries or from the International fund bank. And must distribute the Superfluous money to the Islamic poor countries so that lead to Social solidarity and as ordered by the Holy Quran.7- The governments must stop of importing what useless and harmful like cigarette, fireworks, andexpendituresand thus need expenditure rationing.8- Exhortation to and working to guide the institutes and the universities to care about the study of economic policies according to the Sunna rationally with the effect of it on modern Islamic thinking and with modern scientific ways.

This term was called for Hadiths which disconnected their back up and this term is used by Al Dar Qutni with his saying (quoted by Al Bukhari) , and it means that the Hadith must mention and suspended because of the completion of the meaning from the beginning of Hadith.The researcher showed that the weakening in Hadith is that tales that omitted in the beginning of their backups and start with the term of (mention), (move) or (told) and others.

1-The Arabic Ignorance poetry gathering in Mufaddaaliyyat was done by –AL Mufadhal Al Dhabi- to keep the ancient Arabic poetry .His choice of the Mufaddaaliyyat poets was not restricted on certain place of Arabia but it consisted the vast places of East and west of the Arabia , and this shows of it`s completence . and it`s considers the oldes book which collects samples of the Arabic poetry in the second Hijra century .2-Mufaddaaliyyat is considering a validated poetry collection . and it represents the ignorance life with all it`s details even the geographical envornment .3- the number of the ignorance poets is 53 in Mufaddaaliyyat, and the reason it seems for the high rank of the poetry in the ignorance era that had the superiority of the great and composed Arabic methods, that it is away from linguistic faults, so the Basryyoon and Kufa’s grammarian invoked with these ignorance poetry in the differential and grammatical issues.

The study of Arabic and Islamic civilization considers the true study for Islamic history and also for the Arab and Islam history that represents the civilization of this Nation in all fields of life . Mostef our universities in Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan in general and the Middle East University specially took care and following for such field.This study points to acknowledge of the “thes tudents of Middle East University’s destinations towards the way of Arabic and Islamic civilization. To achieve the goal of the study the two researchers used the comparison and descriptive approach, where we made a poll consisting 20 paragraphs and then distributed on the study sample that consisted 75 students of both males and females and then we proofed of it`s honesty and faithfulness, After studying the samples, the study showed that there were not differences with statistical direction for the Bachelor students towards the subjects of the Arabic and Islamic civilization.
