Among the writings that were included in the context of what the orientalists wrote in the Noble Qur’an is the book: The Qur’an in its historical setting, which is considered one of the most recent Orientalist writings, the most widely accepted and widespread in Western circles, and this book represents an exceptional work with basic scientific sources on the Qur’an itself, as it provides a perspective My surroundings on the meaning of the Qur’an and for the sake of a new understanding of its interpretation, putting forward on its simplicity several issues, including: reading the Syriac - Aramaic The Holy Qur’an, the amendments that produce an improved text, as well as the importance of newly discovered Arabic inscriptions. The book also places the Qur’an in the religious environment of late antiquity, the impact of Jewish and Christian propositions on it as claimed by the researchers who wrote it, as well as how the relationship between scientific research and religious heritage is concerned, as well as The narrative problem in the book of God, and other ideas. This research came to a halt in two critical phenomena in the book: reading the Qur’an in language and understanding in a language other than Arabic, and generating modifications and acceptable improvements in some places of the Qur’an. The problematic of the research stems from the question: How did the orientalists deal with the language of the Noble Qur’an through the Qur’an book in its historical setting? The research had to answer a set of questions, such as: What are the starting points from which the orientalists departed in their dealings with the language of the Qur’an? What sources did they rely on in their writings? What are the methods that they used to address the words of the Qur’an? And then what are the stylistic patterns that the Orientalists relied on in their report on the findings and the theses contained in their writings? The study focused on clarifying the orientalists’ methodology about the language of the Noble Qur’an, amending its texts, and determining the correctness of the matter through the critical analytical method, based on evidence from rational and transmissible evidence according to practical research methods, and my work is not a catch for errors, but - as I think - a scientific, critical and purposeful work , Requesting from God Almighty success in it

There is no doubt that our entire religion is based on bringing interests and warding
off evil, and that the interest is preserving the intent of the Sharia, and there are
various types of interest, some of which are considered, and some are canceled, and
some of them are silent, and this is a matter of dispute among scholars, and not every
person can issue fatwas. It is imperative to work with the interest, according to his
desires and whims, so the scholars have set regulations to work in the interest that
must be met, which are: (They are compatible with the purposes of the street, that
they work in matters other than worship, that they are reasonable in their own right,
that they are real and not fake, and that they are public and not private And that
he does not miss a more important interest, or equal to it, and during my research
marked (working with the interest for the benefit) I found that the masses of ancient
and contemporary scholars said: It is necessary to act with the correct saying, and
some scholars who are few, and I mentioned them in my research they said: It is
permissible to work with the correct saying If it is in the interest of the people, or for
necessity, etc., and they mention conditions for the action that are more likely: (That
the correct saying does not contradict the Qur’an and the Sunnah, and that what he
said is among the people of diligence, and that it is for a reason: the change of norms,
times, places, and the removal of embarrassment from People, may God bless our
master Muhammad and his family and companions.

The topic of this research revolves around issues related to prayer، fasting and Hajj
on behalf of others .
The Islamic Sharia affirms that the basic principle is that every taxpayer performs
what he is required to worship God Almighty himself، but he may offer the taxpayer an
excuse that prevents him from performing his acts of worship himself. Embarrassment
and hardship is one of its features. The researcher explained the doctrinal issues in
which the jurists emphasized the permissibility of prayer، fasting and Hajj on behalf of
others .

This study sheds light on the concept of semantic displacement in terms of
the aesthetic image and its distinction from one literary text to another and the
basic criterion in terms of its emergence as an artistic style in the language of
literary discourse. The poetry in which there are frequent displacements and
the aesthetic interpretation of coloring in the unconventional connotations of
meanings in the natural discourse in terms of normative that were developed
to reveal the emergence of semantic displacement as an aesthetic method
influencing readers and listeners. What we have come to the conclusion is
that Habboui used semantic displacement more than syntactic displacement،
perhaps due to the circumstances of his literary age، which was considered to be
deviating from the familiar، and it also excels in displacing the first meanings
of speech، which would appeal to the recipient of the poem.
