This research dealt with a specific studying about assignment number of the prophets and messengers in Al-Quran and Sunna ,these verses of Quran and the texts of Hadiths were collected together these verses of Quran refered that ,there are many prophets and messengers ,without a limit number, while there are many verses of Quran refered to the opposite, but all of these Hadiths and Islamic Quation has faced criticism so this research came to deal with deal in that important matter

1. If the arbitration as a way of settling disputes, had settled in matter of private law contracts, so the public law contracts is the opposite of that because the position of the judicial and administrative legislation and jurisprudence is still uneven between advocating to adopt it in settling disputes, and the argument of breaching the national jurisdiction in disputes.2.Taking of arbitration in settling the administrative of disputes. needs to amend the code of civil procedure, (83) on (1969) which makes the board of arbitration decisions doable without need for ratification from the competent court.3.The international conventions are suitable to be legal basis in getting permission for allowing arbitration in administrative contracts.

lamentation is considered the oldest poetic Arts because it linked with human feelings, Arabic poetry riches in lament, like lament of father as head of the family and it`s protector in the hard situations, the search tries to understand on matter of Father lament in modern Arabic poetry the beginning was with poets of two hemistichs (Shawqi and Hafidh) it found their poetry emphasized the bravery feature of father, turning to Nizar and Adonis and Salah Abdul saboor who blended between melancholy of person and sadness of nature in their poetry; but Darwish linked the General with special when he blended between father lament and the Palestinian issue, and generally the brave feature is the fixed image of Father lament in modern poetry

Research deals with the horrors of Andalusia after the Islamic Arab rule in showing condition of Andalusian under Spanish occupation and their suffering in living and practicing their Religious ceremonies

1.The Muslims had been built cities which were shining full of prosperity that had an effect for building good civilization and Islamic culture one of these cities was wasit and it`s mosque had agreat rank in progressing the religion sciences and effect of building new schools had been increased the progress of that city ,there are many scholars had been growing up there and some of them became teaching in Baghdad school as Al nidhamya and mustanserya2.this research dealt with scholars of Wasit effect in studying juristic sciences in these two schools on seventh century3.one of these greatest scholars Al nidhamya school in Baghdad was from Wasit Sulaiman Al-wastti (606h)4.one of these greatest scholars in Al- mustanserya school was from Wasit Abdulrahman bin Aaqeel bin Al-hussain , Abo AL-maaali AL-wastti(639h)

1.The scientists divided the one narrator of (speech) into two parts: first: the one narrator of (speech) abstract from the similarities; the scientists have two opinions: whom agreed that it serves the doubt and some of them said it serves the science .The second said : one narrator of (speech) which has similarities serves the doubt only and these similarities don't transform it from doubt to the right opinion and that is the most used. Some of them said the one narrator of (speech) which has the similarities serves the theoretical science that serves mostly conjecture and not hyperbolic some of them said the one narrator of (speech) which has the similarities serves the theoretical hyperbolic evidentiary science and that ibn alsalaah saying 2.People accepting for the one narrator of (speech) means that it reached to us with evidence narrating and does not have a fault and there is no verse or Hadith against it 3.One of the most important and most powerful similarities was that news comes in three ways and more.

1.The Islamic leaders nowadays need to wisdom more than any time before , especially with the Variety of war tools against Islam which were ,psychology and intellectually, and exploiting the new social media tools that enemy of Islam try to export forbidden things ,for making Muslim faraway in their good conceptions and other tools which required from Islam leaders to have wisdom2.the preachers of Islam have to study (sirah) biography of prophet Muhmmed carefully for supporting their missionary direction which have to focus on values ,conceptions that prophet Mohammed depend on to spread Islam which depend on the planning system in all fields of life 3.Unorganized in Islam were not found in Islam before and we could not depend on for inviting people to Islam so (Al shorah) system is the base of freedom and civil life either for individuals or for communities in Islam and the Islamic leaders could not dispense with it and it`s system of which Al-quran and Al-sunnah depended it

A Field study aimed to identify the administrative problems that face divisions in graduate education in faculties of Baghdad University and the methods of handling them and it adopted the descriptive analytically approach and it selected the search community which consists of (173) assistant in graduate education, and the selection of search sample was in simple random method of (71,676%) From the research community, the numbers of sample was (21) assistant and (103) from graduate workers and there was questionnaire included (74) items distributed among the fields of study. The researcher ascertained of it`s sincerity and consistency. Research data were analyzed using the (SPSS), program and the researcher applied the items of research from the academic year 2010-2011 ,and she reached to results which were analyzed and discussed according to fields of study: (instructions management, students management, and divisions management, contacting management, people management, management of supplies and services).

This research addresses the issue of (killing a person who repeats drinking between ejectors and acceptors) the texts and prophetic Hadiths differed between order of killing who repeats drinking alcohol for the fourth time after lashing for three times and between the prophet(pbuh) act and the act of Sahaba and scholars consensus to leave killing who repeats drinking even more than 50 times and there was review for the evidence for both groups and indicating their correct talking at the end it showed the saying contingency of leaving penalty of killing who repeats drinking and keeping penalty of lashing however this work was repeated
