Exaggeration has many words but they are covering in meaning and conception Exaggeration has many types like the complex one which is the most dangerous in the Islamic nation.3. 1.The rare speech in language: it is subject that means wonder rarity or it means that what get strength.2.In convention means it`s narrators must be more than two in all3.Steps of (narrators) and this indicates of it`s lacking 4.the rare speech no one of scholars bring together in their works but there are references inside some the books, who mention the type of speech by many of its methods (narrators) like (Mutawatir) which narrated by more than three or more and (AlGarib) and the rare 5.using the word of ( Al-Aziz )was at the ancients people, in its linguistic meaning ,then the scholars expanded in that and the first who mentioned the word ( Hadith Aziz ) in terminological meaning is Imam Abu Baker Ahmed bin Amro Bin Baitullah alatki Known Al Bazar (292 H) in his book Musnad Al Bazar named ( the Al Baher Al Zakkar) and the using of the term increased in its terminological at the fourth century (Hijri) where the scholars isolated the science of terminological in a book, the first book is (the talker between conscious and narrator) for ( ramherzi) 3606. the search about the rare speech (Hadith) and definition it`s steps within narrators of speech (Hadiths) in not easy but it needs a capacity of mind and peace in mind.

The enjoyment: ( is a money paid by a man to the divorced woman) it is rightful that Islamic law didn’t overlook about, though a lot of personal status courts didn’t work with whether in Iraq or in other countries.2 .The enjoyment of divorced: is money paid by a man to his divorced woman as compensation for the harm she suffered he caused for her .and many of women overlook about this, it should be defined and showing the wisdom of the community.3 . The enjoyment is obligatory for every divorced except this whom she was the reason of divorce and the law gave it to her for easing the pain of separation.4 . The enjoyment is related to state of the husband and the judgment is for law depending on time and place and because the money that had been agreed in the contract of marriage varies from time to time so the justice doesn’t achieve. So, the decision is for the judge , for achieving the justice and ensuring the right of a divorced woman.5 . The scholars agreed that enjoyment would decay if the woman was the cause of separation.

There are several of factors that control on determining the number of precious stones that they are subject to the law of supply and demand; this is due to different of places and fantasy of presidents and sultans The kings and sultans desire to own the precious stones for their great price, lightness and flaunt, as well as the gems for their nominal and finance value to the Abbasid caliphs.The precious stones formed an important economic resource for a market in the era of the Abbasid state where the precious stones diversified with some of the details in regard to the economic importance to the caliphs and rulers and indicating their types, specifications and their geographical places.

In Sunnah Imam and single can take the covering in his pray either in a mosque or open ground; the prayers couldn’t take covering not in mosque nor in open ground. Imam is the covering of the prayers. 4. It is unobjectionable for the prayer to pray without covering in Makka and Madina and there is no sin on him or on the passing person. 5. The prayer should not prevent anyone from passing in front of him in Makka and Madina because it is crowded.6. The pray of Muslim doesn’t break with a passing of someone but it leads to losing the reward and not cancelling it
