1 -The operation of conversion the human race is a conversion of the male to female and the female to male. Through hormonal treatments and surgical interference. These countries adopted the permission of sex conversion operation as individual freedom.5 – The operation of conversion the sex, where the conditions of scholars about medical surgery doesn't a reliable, the surgery become legal when the patient needs it with his approval and that includes healing taking the principle of beauty assets and their conditions that are not available in operation of conversion the sex.

1 – The Holy Quran considered the main source in guiding the scholars through A’ayat of Quran in the legitimate policy whether it is in media speech or other kinds, it considered the first source of Arab history and the most confided source ever due it`s Allah words who save it from amateurs ''We have , without doubt,sent down the Message ,and we will assuredly guard it (from corruption)''.2 – The inference of Ayat Al-Quran that confirming the Quranic speech, attributes, methods and principals which establised the concept of Islamic media speech and it`s references.3 – Media with all it`s potentials and qualifications make it in the front of other communication means in conveying events and spread Islam, that comes due to the origin of Media speech which it`s main source The Holy Quran.
