The problem of the current research is in response
to many reasons, the most prominent of which is that there
is a noticeable weakness in the methods of administrative
work in university institutions. The research aims to
identify the reality of applying the KAIZEN continuous
improvement strategy in university institutions Because it is
the appropriate method to achieve the goal of the research.
Appropriate statistical methods were used to verify the
standard characteristics of the research scale and to verify
the objectives of the research, using the Statistical Package
for Social Science, known as (SPSS). The researcher reached
a set of conclusions and recommendations, including that
the KAIZEN strategy requires a base of work based on solid
foundations in order to implement the KAIZEN strategy in
university institutions.

Wasatiyah means mediation, justice and charity, and the
Islamic nation combined these three descriptions, and it is
a medium between the excessive and the negligent among
the nations.

God Almighty singled out what He willed of places and times for
worship, so He singled out Makkah as His Sacred Country among
the cities and places, making it His sanctuary, the place of His
honorable home, and the qiblah of all people. And studying it from
an intellectual point of view, trying to find the way and means to build
faith and morality in societies by venerating this ritual, which is the
glorification of the sacred land, which God (Almighty and Majestic)
has made rituals for the worship of believers and it is an obligation
for him to come to it from every deep path.

In every era, a group of interpreters appears who adopt the
interpretation of the Book of God in harmony with the living
reality and technological development, including the author
of the interpretation of (Mena Al-Manan) Mr. Al-Sadr (may
God have mercy on him). I shed light on the most important
rhetorical pearls that represent secrets of Quranic expression
and reflect accuracy in the selection of words, and the research
opened It is divided into nine sections, including the first: (noun,
verb, and letter), the second: (definition and denial), the third:
(deletion), the fourth: (restriction), the fifth: (presentation and
delay), the sixth: (separation and connection), and the seventh:
( Pay Attention), and the eighth: (Construction). The research
concluded with a short conclusion summarizing the most
important results of the research.

The constitutional judiciary plays an important role in
monitoring the electoral procedures in order to reach elections
that properly represent the popular will. The Monitaring
exercised by the constitutional judiciary includes all
stages of the electoral process، from the electoral division
stage and voter registration through the voting stage to the
counting process and the announcement of electoral results.
This research revolves around this task undertaken by
the constitutional judiciary in the United States of America،
France، Egypt and Iraq.

The subject of this study is related to the clarification of some
of the terms of the science of Islamic belief، which is one of
the most honorable and revered sciences، because it inherits
knowledge of God Almighty، and since knowledge of these
issues is from the core of belief، it is also the key to the path to
attaining the approval of God Almighty، so the messengers and
prophets unanimously advocated them.
It is worth noting that these teachings and doctrinal issues
that the Messengers came with (may God’s prayers and peace
be upon them) is one of the important matters related to this
science. Or we write about matters of belief، which are of
great importance، so I succeeded in collecting them، and these
issues between them are general and specific، or what is more
general than them.What is the most specific، so I took samples
from it، and the topic was titled: (General and Specific in Some
Terminology of Creed) and it consisted of an introductory topic،
five sections، an introduction and a conclusion. The Prophet
and the Messenger، and the fifth topic is about affliction and
punishment، and the sixth topic is praise and thanksgiving.
Praise be to God، Lord of God، Lord of the worlds، and may
God’s prayers be upon our master، his family، his companions،
and those who are loyal to him، until the Day of Judgment.

God Almighty bestowed upon the Islamic nation the divine scholars
who fear God and do not fear anyone else, and God (Almighty
and Majestic) has dressed them in the garment of piety and piety,
including Imam Yahya bin Ma’in (may God have mercy on him), and
he is one of the first scholars of al-jarh and al-ta’deel, and he used
the terms al-jarh and al-tadeel to the narrators. In accordance with
the situation of the narrator, and among the phrases mentioned by
Imam Yahya (may God have mercy on him) is the phrase: (I do not
know him), this phrase was said by fifteen narrators in what Abdullah
bin Al-Junaid asked him in his book (The Questions of Ibn Al-Junaid),
which Imam Yahya bin Maeen asked: May God have mercy on him),
and this phrase has two meanings for him: either the narrator is, he
does not know, meaning that the narrator is unknown to him, or its
meaning is weak for him, and I have, by the grace of God Almighty,
compiled this phrase and then studied it thoroughly and from God
Almighty success.

Praise be to God. We praise Him and thank Him, seek His help
and seek His forgiveness, and we seek refuge in God from the evils
of ourselves and from the evils of our deeds. He whom God guides,
there is no misleading him, and he who misleads, there is no guide
for him, and I bear witness that there is no god but God alone
without partner, and I bear witness that Muhammad is His servant
and Messenger.
Then:
The Companions - may God be pleased with them - are a people
whom God has chosen and chosen to accompany His Prophet, and
carry His religion. By God, they did not covenant with him, nor did
they alter them, nor did they change. It is the same among them who
died during the time of the Messenger - may God’s prayers and peace
be upon him.
Or the one who died after him, how not when they deserted their
families and homelands, and separated their women and children,
And they went out striving in the cause of God, seeking His pleasure
and seeking the reward and reward with Him. Therefore, God, the
Blessed and Most High, believed them, and blessed their efforts,
which bore fruit in a few years, so they established the state of Islam,
raised the banner of faith, subjugated great states, kings, and tyrants,
and people entered God’s religion in droves.
Which I chose to study his life, his upbringing, and his narratives
on the authority of the Messenger of God - may God’s prayers and
peace be upon him - in the Sunan of Abi Dawood and Ibn Majah, mayGod Almighty have mercy on them, and to collect his hadiths from
them and be as brief as possible so as not to lengthen the article.
And to commemorate those who lived in the era of the Prophet
صلى الله عليه وسلم, because in studying the conditions of these men, mentioning
their conditions and their merits, and collecting their hadiths in an
independent research, the researcher takes care and takes care of
them by clarifying the conditions of the narrators in each hadith
and listing the opinions of scholars in terms of judging the hadith
or by explaining the conditions of the narrators by wounding and
modifying them. For each narrator and other clarification of a strange
hadith and what is learned from the text by referring to the books of
explanations and And all this cannot be collected in one book, and
through this study, we can shed light on those hadiths according to the
companion who narrated them in order to convey information to the
reader about that companion and the nature of his companionship
with the Messenger of God ε and the degree of his adherence to him
and the impact of the Prophet ε on him through his companionship
with the Messenger of God Or from those conversations that he
received from him, and in conclusion, I ask Almighty God to make
this effort purely for his honorable face, and that I have succeeded
in the humble research that is in your hands. It suffices me that I am
human. I meant to ask forgiveness of God, and praise be to God, Lord
of the Worlds, and may God’s prayers and peace be upon our master
Muhammad and his family and companions.

The research aims to identify the impact of the use of two
strategies for active learning in the teaching of history to developing
Empathy among students in the Fifth grade literature
in the province of Nineveh، sample consisted of (89) students،،
were divided randomly into three groups، the first trial involving
(29) students studied in accordance with the strategy (Think،
Write، Pair، Share )، and the second trial involving (30 ) students
studied in accordance with the strategy ( brainstorming )، and
the third officer studied in accordance with the ordinary method
adopted researcher The tow researchers prepared the Empathy
scale consisting of (45) items، and after ascertaining the veracity
of the test and persistence، applied researcher tool tribal groups
to search for the purpose of parity، and the comparison is made،
and after completion of the experiment was to apply the tool Uday
.statistically significant results showed a statistically significant
difference between women with research groups in the interest
of the first experimental group that studied according to the
strategy (Think، Write، Pair، Share )، then the second experimental
group that studied according to the strategy(brainstorming).
In light of the findings the researchers presented a series of recommendations
and suggestions.

This is a brief study, in which I counted the places in
which Imam al-Bayhaqi said: “He established its chain of
transmission” from what became easier for me from his
many modern works. The term and its disclosure, and
knowledge of its ruling on the narrators and narrations, and I
studied eighteen sayings he said in three of his hadith books,
which are: “Al-Sunan Al-Kubra”, “Knowledge of Sunan and
Athar” and “Dalaa’ al-Prophet.” The study concluded that
this term has a general meaning, which is that The narrator
performed the hadith in the preserved manner in contrast
to the one who narrated it in the abnormal manner, or he
performed it in the well-known manner versus the one
who narrated it in a reprehensible manner from among the
weak. The value of these results reached their places, and
this study reached the value of this research, the value of
these results reached.

There are texts that the more time passes، the more they become
more generous and beneficial، and the one who learns them increases
in care، and you find them newer، more fresh، more vegetative، and
fresher water. Because of the interrelationship between the two in
the curriculum، his speech (may God bless him and grant him peace)
is one of the most eloquent of speech، and his style is one of the
most sublime methods after the Holy Qur’an، distinguished by the
abundance of material and the richness of words، and he had a great
impact on preserving the language، its dialects and its strangeness،
and in enriching it with its sounds and words. ، and its structures، and
in its documentation and protest. Imam al-Nawawi (may God have
mercy on him) chose a valid sentence from the origins of the Sunnah
and hadiths of rulings known as (the forty al-Nawawis)، and scholars
have received these hadiths with acceptance، so there are many
explanations on these hadiths. The hadiths، and the explanation of
Sheikh al-Qaisi was distinguished by two things، the first: he took a
new way of explaining، which is the method of assumption in the
question and answer، and the second: he mentioned Arabic issues
for each issue، and most of his instructions in the explanation are
in agreement with what was mentioned before by the rest of the
commentators، and he may elaborate on them in some places.
In his explanation، the explainer realized the importance of syntax
and meaning and the relationship between them in the way the
rules and interpretation were presented، so he employed them in
understanding the meaning intended by the grammatical guidance of
the words of the Prophet (may God bless him and grant him peace).

This research sheds light on the most important terminological
problems that the fundamentalist term suffers from according to
the decisions of terminology، which is one of the applied aspects of
modern linguistics، which called for standardization between those
terms، taking into account accuracy and clarity and avoiding suggestion
and generality، and that the meaning is specific، and the term
is verbal or syntax. It is simple، and it is noticeable that the science
of origins suffers from phenomena and terminological problems، including
the phenomenon of synonymy and participation، the special
term، and the rule of “Lamshah in terminology”، which is the main
reason for the emergence of most of these problems.

Water is the lifeblood and the basis for creating living organisms
on the surface of the inhabited earth. In its places of existence،
the oldest human civilizations arose، such as Sumer and Akkad
civilization in southern Iraq. The depressions constitute an
important source of wealth in Iraq and a natural treasure that
can be used in human، economic and social processes.

Al-Hafiz Abu Dawood Al-Tayalisi (may God have mercy on him)
collected some of his narrations in his book Al-Musnad, but this
book did not include all his narrations, and other hadith scholars
narrated it from him.
And due to the large number of what was narrated from him,
I wanted to collect what he narrated on the authority of Lady
Aisha (may God be pleased with her), as it was narrated from
him (١٨) a hadith on the authority of the Mother of the Believers
Aisha (may God be pleased with him) that he did not include
in his Musnad (١٤) a hadith with a sound chain of transmission,
two hadiths with a good chain of transmission, and two hadiths
with a weak chain of transmission. Ahmad (٨) hadiths narrated
from him, and al-Tirmidhi extracted two hadiths from him, and
one hadith was extracted from him in al-Shama’il, and only one
hadeeth was extracted from him by: Muslim, al-Tabarani, Ibn
Abi Shaybah, Ibn al-Jaad, al-Tabari, and Ibn Khuzaymah, al-Tahawi,
Ibn Hibban, and al-Mukhlis have hadiths. It was narrated by
Al-Nasa’i and Ahmad in one hadith.

Among the transactions presented in the customary circles،
which are termed insurance of all kinds، insurance for losses
from damage to money and people is a contract according
to which the insured is obligated to pay an amount to the
trustee in return for the trustee صلى الله عليه وسلمs pledge to pay the insured
a financial compensation in the event of damage shown in
the The contract، and we suggested that none of the special
addresses for customary transactions would apply، And if some
of them tried to include the insurance contract under the loan،
guarantee or conditional gift contract، then we concluded that it
could be corrected within the generalities (and they fulfilled the
contracts) indicating the legality of each contract، including the
insurance contract، but this is not enough to prove the legality
of the insurance contract unless we pay the impediments to it،
such as the applicability of The title of gambling on it، and that it
is a guarantee of what is not obligatory and that it entails usury
and other impediments.
And the insurance contract is legitimate in itself، because
there is a requirement for that and there is no impedim.
