Abstract
This Paper studies the reconstruction of text meaning according to theories of modern historical hermeneutics. The development of these theories in this field of study will be discussed to show the major trends that can be used to analyze poetry and find its significant meaning. William Butler Yeats is truly prolific poet and writer; whose poetry is so rich with various levels of meaning. The paper will shed light upon the following poems ‘Easter 1916’and ‘Sailing to Byzantium’ to highlight the various meanings construed through different levels of reading according to theories of modern historical hermeneutics.

Technology integration has transformed English subject-area teaching and learning, presenting fresh solutions to traditional problems and unparalleled opportunities for student engagement. This study will use a mixed-method approach by utilizing a questionnaire from 100 participants who are students, teachers, and school administrators in order to find out the role of technology, which it plays to support instruction in the English language. These findings are summed up by the fact that technology most definitely increases engagement and accessibility, as 94% agree that technology increases motivation and participation. However, issues such as the digital divide-60% reported access problems-and a desire for professional development among teachers-93% wanted more training-were also uncovered. These findings represent a data-informed validation of the conclusions of this study and again indicate how important addressing barriers can be to let technology achieve its full potential. The current research enriches this emergent debate in regard to the transformation of English language teaching, with participant responses matched with the empirical data.

The subject of likeness is considered to be a dialectical subject that has more than one context and approach, it is once viewed from a religious side and again from a gender or cultural side, and therefore it is difficult to fully understand the topic; For its complexity and the diversity of its ranges, and we in this research have attempted to study this problem from the inferential idiosyncratic side focusing on religious and gender resemblance, according to a critical vision

There are various paths that mujtahids and intellectuals can pursue to discover the legal ruling from its authentic sources, the Holy Qur'an, the pure Sunnah, and other sources.
These paths have been explained and elaborated upon by scholars of the fundamentals of Islamic jurisprudence (usul al-fiqh), and have been adopted by scholars and jurists as a method. I will not repeat what they have disseminated in their extensive treatises and clarified in their writings. Those who wish to return to these explanations should refer to these explanations.
Perhaps the horizon within which contemporary researchers and specialists in Qur'anic matters operate is broader than that which encompassed their predecessors. This may be due to the diversity of knowledge tools, the openness of the mind, and the liberation of human thought.
Among the characteristics of the Noble Qur'an is its extraordinary ability to keep pace with everything new and its ability to undergo renewed interpretations despite the authenticity of its text and vocabulary.

There is an absolute prohibition on having sexual intercourse with a minor wife according to the rules of Imami jurisprudence، but there are fatwas in many of the books of later Imami jurists، some of which seem to suggest، at first glance، that it is permissible to have unconventional sexual intercourse with a minor wife، i.e.، one who has not reached puberty. The existence of such fatwas necessitates directing challenges and criticism، and even necessitates accusing the sect of sexual abuse of children، and as a result there will be a strong attack by those who are dissatisfied with the religious authority and the original jurisprudence، the jurisprudence of Imam Jaafar al-Sadiq، peace be upon him. The current investigation and study، and after delving into the words of the jurists، we will raise that accusation، through the fact that the jurists’ reasoning for permissibility is based on the primary headings of the Shari’a ruling and they were not exposed to the secondary headings of the Shari’a ruling. Then after that، we present the evidence and documents of the jurists in the light of the rule of no harm or harm in Islam، and as a result the correct pronunciation and correct statement، and in accordance with the rules of Imami jurisprudence، will be the absolute prohibition of having sexual intercourse with a minor، immature wife.

There is no doubt that the theory of right، with its parts and elements، is an important vocabulary in Islamic jurisprudence، as it is the basic reference for determining the personal rights of individuals and groups in Islamic society، and with the increase in population and the spread of cities، the need arose for a system that is compatible with the increase in population density in cities. Buildings and real estate divided into several floors، which necessitates the existence of common spaces، areas، walls and courtyards، which of course enter into the ownership of all individuals who own the building، so what are the limits of their use and disposal by one of the owners? Here lies the importance of the research as a study in a new jurisprudential topic.
The research problem is to find a jurisprudential and legal way to dispose of these common spaces between owners through the use of the analytical and comparative method as the most appropriate for such a study.
The research was organized into three main investigations، the first of which dealt with the theoretical framework of the concept of the right and its pillars، the second of which dealt with the meaning of common parts and spaces jurisprudentially and legally، then the third came to include the jurisprudential and legal Judgments of the right to dispose of common spaces and parts، then concluded the research with the most important results reached by the research with a list of the most important sources and references، and our last call is to praise God، Lord of the Worlds.

Those concerned with the sciences of the Holy Qur'an are used to talking at the beginning of their research about Revelation and related matters, with the indication of its sections and types; because revelation represents a means or method for humans to reach the teachings of Allah Almighty, This is done through the prophets and messengers of Allah's prayers and peace be upon them, and this is what we find in the Holy Qur'an and in more than one of its verses, and we find it in the heritage of the people of the House, peace be upon them, and we also find it in the Hadiths and words of the Amir of the believers, Imam Ali ibn Abi Talib (may peace be upon him), especially those words that explained and clarified the revelation and its types, and everything related to it.

Since the Holy Quran is the miracle that God Almighty sent to the noble Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him and his family, it is necessary to adhere to the rulings ordained by God Almighty through it and to avoid everything that He Glory be to Him, has prohibited. To understand what God's commands and rulings are and what His prohibitions are، it is essential to interpret the Book of God and explain the meanings of its blessed verses. This research will discuss a specific type of interpretative methodology, which is the social approach، from the perspective of a feminist interpretation authored by a great Shiite scholar, Lady Nusrat Amin. Her book is titled Makhzan al-Irfan fi Tafsir al-Quran (The Treasure of Knowledge in the Interpretation of the Quran).The discussion will begin by addressing the characteristics of the social approach as employed by Lady Nusrat Amin، including realism، freedom، and others. Then, the research will cover the foundational pillars of this approach, such as social justice، a focus on political matters, and attention to the proper education of the contemporary generation. The significance of this research lies in highlighting the social approach in the interpretation of Makhzan al-Irfan fi Tafsir al-Quran, through which Lady Nusrat Amin was able to merge the religious objective with the social objective. Explaining Hadiths" is one of the prominent topics in the science of Hadith، as it constitutes an important source for understanding the meanings of the words of the Holy Quran and explaining Arabic vocabulary. These Hadiths play a crucial role in interpreting Quranic texts، and both religious scholars and Arabic language experts from both Shia and Sunni sects have paid special attention to them. The term "explaining Hadiths" refers to those Hadiths that interpret the meanings of Quranic words، and they are found in large numbers in the Hadith sources of both Shia and Sunni traditions. Additionally، Quranic commentators have extensively referenced these Hadiths in their exegeses. The aim of this research is to analyze the number of these Hadiths and the level of credibility accorded to them by the commentators، using a descriptive-analytical methodology. Studies have shown that these Hadiths vary in their content، from identifying the referents of words to explaining their meanings in brief or expanded forms. Furthermore، by comparing six exegeses from both Shia and Sunni scholars، it was revealed that Shia commentators have utilized these Hadiths more than their Sunni counterparts، with a particular focus on identifying the referents of words، which often point to the Ahl al-Bayt (the family of the Prophet، peace be upon them).

The research aims to highlight the role of the historical method in interpreting the Quranic text and its impact on deriving and understanding the meanings of verses in light of the historical، cultural، and linguistic contexts in which the text was revealed. It emphasizes the importance of historical context in Quranic interpretation، as it helps clarify meanings and eliminate ambiguities surrounding certain Quranic concepts and expressions.

The methodological foundations and steps of historical interpretation: This section outlines how historical interpretation relies on examining events، analyzing language، and comparing historical narratives. Historical exegesis helps clarify obscure texts and provides a more precise understanding of the Quran within its original context. The research employs an inductive approach to gather and analyze information، citing Quranic and exegetical examples that support its hypotheses. It also sheds light on scholars' views regarding the impact of historical context on Quranic interpretation، demonstrating how ignoring this context can lead to inaccurate interpretations.
Research Findings
The study concludes that history plays a fundamental role in interpreting the Quran. Understanding the circumstances surrounding the revelation of verses enhances comprehension، and the historical method serves as a crucial tool for deeper insight into the Quranic text. It aids in recognizing legislative، social، and cultural meanings across different eras، contributing to a more precise and comprehensive interpretive reading. Additionally، it underscores the necessity of studying the evolution of language and its meanings for more accurate textual interpretation. The research also calls for further studies on the relationship between history and exegetical methodologies in interpreting the Quran.

tolerance Verse 70 of Sura Al-Isra affirms the Principle of Human Dignity, ‎considering it a gift from Allah, exalted is He, to mankind. Here, the main ‎question of the research arises: Does this dignity include all people, ‎including the believer and the disbeliever, the righteous and the deviant, ‎the immoral and the just, or is it exclusive to the those who believe in ‎Allah? This is what the researcher seeks to answer by explaining the ‎meaning of the noble verse and the opinions of the interpreters, and ‎analyze and discuss it according to the objective interrogative interpretation method, ‎supported by the descriptive and Riwaie approach (interpretation based on narrations).
The study proves that the honoring in the verse is for the human ‎being himself, regardless of what distinguishes him in terms of religion, ‎belief, gender, origin, wealth, or any other similar standard. This result is ‎consistent with the contents of a set of noble narrations, and the opinion ‎of most interpreters. The research also aims to prove the most important ‎basic principles in international humanitarian law, which is the principle ‎of human dignity, from the blessed verse. Accordingly, a number of other ‎humanitarian principles also stems from this principle, such as the ‎principle of distinction between civilians and combatants, the principle ‎of treating the wounded and caring for them, and the principle of ‎respecting the victims of armed conflicts and prohibiting mutilation of ‎their bodies. Accordingly, all practices that are not in line with ‎humanitarian principles in armed conflicts are in clear contradiction ‎with the teachings of the message of Islam and its.‎

The Great Messenger came with the most sacred message known to history, as his coming with truth, justice, and the sacred divine command constituted a great turning point that took humanity from darkness to light, from misguidance to guidance, and from injustice to justice. How can this great personality not be sanctified? A personality that carries the greatest human qualities and Islamic morals that require emulation and following his actions and reports? Despite the diligent work of scholars to instill the ideas of the correct faith based on obedience to God and the Messenger and belief in the heavenly books in the souls and minds of generations, there are some modernists who try to attack the personality of the Messenger and deny the truth of revelation. Modernists have used various methods and approaches to attack the Sunnah of the Noble Prophet, his personality, and his faith. Despite the ideas they have adopted, which aim to not sanctify the noble personality of the Messenger and deny what he brought, may God bless him and his family, they were constantly trying to convince people that their goal is reformist, aiming for development and modernity, and But what these modernists want is to color the ideas and foundations of belief with a deviant Western color. These people have challenged the belief of the Noble Prophet, and denied the revelation, calling for believing in the theory that religious books are human, and not sanctifying the Noble Messenger or following what he commanded, or emulating the good qualities and morals that he possessed, peace be upon him and his family. Among these modernists was Abdul Majeed Al-Sharfi, who slandered the personality of the Great Messenger, and called for not sanctifying it, and denied the divine revelation, and attributed the verbal Qur’anic text to humans instead of God Almighty. Accordingly, Al-Sharfi’s opinion on the personality of the Noble Messenger and the revelation from his perspective will be recognized.

This study specializes in investigating the sources of selectivity in contemporary exegetical blogs, with a focus on highlighting the most prominent interpretive references proposed by researchers adopting a selective perspective. These references are juxtaposed with critical discussion and analysis. Notably, certain interpretations have been characterized by a biased selectivity, favoring specific ideologies or viewpoints espoused by the interpreter, who seeks to promote such perspectives through selective engagement with sources.

This research is based on two sections. The first, titled "A Study of the Terminology of Quranic Expression" is devoted to explaining the reason for choosing this term over other similar terms. It serves to denote the Quranic method of conveying meanings and the intended Quranic connotations. Why, for example, was the term "Qur'anic saying" not used? Or "speech" or "composition" or "composition" or "composition"? We will attempt to explain all of this in the first section, God willing.

The second section, titled "A Study of the Concept of Quranic Expression" is devoted to defining this term and explaining its meaning. This inspired the researcher to explore these rich Hasani sermons and investigate the profound impact of the Quran on their content and style.

The idea of the research was to investigate the simile and its types and apply It to a poetic text, so we decided to apply It to the poetry of Ibn al-Arandas al-Hilli (840 AH) , as we see him using the simile to depict the scenes of the kindness and courage of Imam Hussein (peace be upon him) and the heinous actions of the Umayyads, as we see him using the types From the representative, eloquent, detailed, comprehensive, and sentient simile, the poet Is the best and most proficient In portraying situations and communicating them to the recipient in a clear manner and with smooth words.
