The aim of the research is to find out the effect of the IDEAL strategy in the cooperative style in understanding the biological concepts of the second intermediate grade students. To achieve the two goals of the research, the researcher formulated zero and one, and to verify the research hypothesis, an intentional sample of the second intermediate grade students was chosen in the Sumer intermediate school for girls in the city of Mosul for the academic year (2022). (-2023) and the number is (73) students, distributed into two divisions, one of which represents the experimental group and the other represents the control group, with (37,36) students, respectively. 20) an objective test paragraph of the type of multiple choice with its five levels (the level of memorization - the level of rephrasing - the level of interpretation - the level of interprenting - the level of comparison - the level of generalization - the level of application) and its validity and reliability have been confirmed as its stability reached (0.88) and it was Extracting the degree of difficulty, the discriminatory power, and the effectiveness of the alternatives to its paragraphs, all of which were within the acceptable range. In the light of the research results, the researcher came out with a number of conclusions, including the effectiveness of the IDEAL strategy in the cooperative style in understanding the biological concepts of the second intermediate grade students.

The research aims at the effectiveness of the democratic points strategy in the achievement of science subject among the students of the second intermediate grade, as the researcher relied on the experimental design with partial control, which is (the design of the experimental group and the control group with a post-test). ) affiliated to the General Directorate of Education of Dhi Qar Governorate / Al-Rifai District / Al-Nasr for the academic year (2022-2023 AD) for the purpose of applying the experiment. 35) students from the control group who study in the usual way, and after the end of the experiment, the researcher applied both the achievement test and the coordinating thinking test to the two research groups, and after analyzing the results statistically using the t-test for two independent and equal samples, the results of the research resulted in the superiority of the students of the experimental group over the students of the control group In the achievement test and the coordinating thinking test.In the light of the findings of the current research, the researcher developed a number of recommendations and proposals that were mentioned in the fourth chapter.
