Abstract :-
Iraqi foreign policy towards the results of the Al-Aqsa Flood operation & its resulting repercussions is subject to a set of determinants ranging from internal determinants linked to the internal situation, popular pressure , the security dimension, as well as the ideological determinant, external determinants linked to the regional situation & others to the international situation . In light of these determinants, the features of Iraqi political performance, whether at the international level or within the framework of the regional environment drawn up , therefore, it is possible to say that Iraq adopted an approach in managing its policy movement towards the war in Gaza & its consequences , the consequences of the Al-Aqsa flood, which is based on the possibility of balance, preserving interests & supporting the Palestinian people, that is, balancing in taking into account historical popular sympathy with Palestine, the position towards the Zionist enemy, while at the same time striving towards maintaining stability, internal security , possible management of regional & international relations, In addition, move towards framing positions on the Palestinian issue with Arab & Islamic support . If we talk about this vision, which explains the type of determinants on which Iraqi policy is based in this regard, it is necessary to formulate a problem for this proposal based on a pivotal question related to the foundations on which Iraq’s foreign policy depends towards the Palestinian issue in general & the paths of the situation in Gaza in light of the results of the flood. Al-Aqsa. That is, the general framework of the determinants in light of which Iraqi policy in this aspect is established .

Abstract :-
Al-Aqsa flood operation, with its regional & international repercussions, is considered as a major intelligence failure by the usurping entity, as Al-Qassam brigades, the military wing of Hamas political resistance movement, attacked a number of security sites of the entity state, in a blind eye to what the entity had ever witnessed . Therefore, this operation was considered a qualitative leap in the resistance operations of the Palestinian people since the establishment of the usurping entity in 1948 . Its effects were reflected not only in the occupied Palestinian territories, but also extended to the Middle East & the entire world . It can be said that the battles that took place on the ground were the fiercest & most violent since the beginning of the occupation . The political vision of many Arab & Western countries became clear at the same time, whether in positive or negative positions towards the Palestinian issue, which we will try to clarify later within the body of the research .

Abstract :-
The recent events in the Palestinian territories, known as Al-Aqsa flood operation, restored momentum to the Palestinian issue at the regional , global levels, launched a new vision for the role of resistance in confronting aggression, mobilizing most of the resistance factions inside , outside Palestine, ending Israel’s ambitions to completely eliminate the Palestinian issue, & making it a top priority in the global media, which was almost marginal during the corona crisis previously, and then later during the Russian-Ukrainian war, Israel violated all legal norms & conventions in the aggression against the Gaza strip under the pretext of eliminating Hamas movement, supporting its desire to expand its settlements in the West Bank , develop the military , technological arsenal, as successive Israeli governments have worked & continue to do so with pure Western assistance, to equip with the latest weapons, such as the iron-beam laser weapon, which Israel did after the October 7 attack . It uses & develops the latest types of anti-missiles & anti-tanks . While the bet on the Palestinian people, their steadfastness, resistance & will, constituted the strongest element in this process, politicians may think that Al-Aqsa flood operation has ended on the ground , but the facts on the ground tell us otherwise .

Abstract:-
Regardless of the illegality of occupying the lands of others by force, which in itself constitutes a crime of aggression that requires trial and punishment, Israel has long been carrying out killings against civilians, removing them from their land, displacing them, demolishing their homes & torturing them. These acts constitute crimes against humanity & expose those responsible to international trials. Israel is also responsible for many terrorist acts through assassinations of opponents of its policy. War crimes, crimes against humanity& genocide committed by the Israeli army do not raise any ambiguity in considering them international crimes. The daily scenes of events taking place on the land of Palestine are the clearest evidence of the blatant violation of human rights. Despite this, the international community’s reaction is still unequal, going beyond expressions of condemnation and disapproval, which suggests his inability to carry out his role after the International Criminal Court carried out its mission to preserve human rights and freedoms. Israel\'s crimes against the Palestinians in the Gaza strip were numerous & varied. It directly & deliberately attacked Al-Quds hospital in Gaza city , the adjacent ambulance depot with white phosphorus shells & various biological weapons. The attack caused fires that took a whole day to extinguish, caused panic among the sick & wounded who had to be evacuated . There have also been numerous violations of international humanitarian law & human rights law committed in the context of these detention operations . Civilians have been detained, among them are women & children, in miserable conditions, deprived of food, water, use of sanitation facilities & exposed to the elements without any shelter. Men were blindfolded , handcuffed , repeatedly forced to remove their clothes & sometimes to strip naked, at various stages of their detention. Israel also imposed collective punishment on the residents of the Gaza strip, which constitutes a violation of international humanitarian law.

The research suggests that Israel\'s war on Gaza extends beyond mere security or retaliatory objectives, encompassing an effort to reshape the geopolitical map by asserting control over Gaza, thereby paving the way for this grand initiative The research further reveals how Israel\'s expansionist policies intersect with efforts to displace Palestinians and depopulate the Gaza Strip, facilitated by international support that grants Israel operational latitude. Despite these pressures, Gaza, with its geography and history, stands as a living testament to the resilience of its people. Confronting one of the most formidable military forces with the simplest of means, the people of Gaza continually reshape the equation, reaffirming that resistance is not merely a military act, but the enduring spirit of an unyielding population.

Abstract :-
Women\'s resilience in times of social crises is a multidimensional , complex phenomenon, in which individual, social, cultural , political factors intersect in dynamic & unpredictable ways. Unlike classical , modern theories that view resilience as a fixed & universal characteristic, postmodern theories focus on pluralism, difference, instability & local adaptations to this phenomenon . In this study, we seek to analyze the various methods that women adopt to confront violence , wars, including maintaining social cohesion & ensuring survival . These methods include forming local support networks, participating in the informal economy to meet economic needs, using cultural tools such as art, literature & media as indirect means of resistance . In this context, the concept of resilience is reformulated to go beyond adapting to crises ,to become a means of cultural , social resistance against authoritarian & oppressive structures. Hence, resilience is not seen merely as a tool for survival, but as a mechanism of struggle through which women confront inequality & structural injustice . This study highlights how women’s resilience, especially in war-affected areas such as Gaza, appears as a dynamic phenomenon .They emerge through social, political , cultural processes that continue to transform, enabling women to adapt to environmental & historical changes. This study aims to explore the participation of Gaza women in local communities & their life experiences from the beginning of the siege on June 7, 2007 until now, with a focus on analyzing their resilience during times of armed conflict . The study also seeks to clarify the concept of steadfastness in times of war, as it is not only related to survival, but rather represents a type of effective , innovative resistance that is constantly redefined & reconstructed . This study is based on qualitative research methodologies, including analysis of local narratives of Gaza women and associated documents available on social media platforms.

Abstract:
This study represents a deliberate effort to document a series of significant historical facts and events that have profoundly contributed to shaping a trajectory whose developments will be carefully examined. While doing so, it will not overlook other noteworthy occurrences that merit attention. Our objective is to recover and outline a clear historical narrative, providing this study with its foundational historical dimension within a context abundant with pivotal events. These events revolve around an issue long regarded as central and deeply rooted in the Arab and Islamic conscience, encompassing key milestones of Palestinian resistance and culminating in the (Al-Aqsa Flood.). This pivotal turning point in our contemporary era has, in turn, provided Israel and its allies with a fresh justification to redefine the geopolitical equation in the Middle East. The study seeks to interpret this shift through a forward-looking approach, guided by the current available facts.

The international system as a way out of the outputs of international relations in his (cooperation, competition, conflict), and what resulted from the interactions of major international powers, had severe repercussions on the work of the United Nations, sometimes some of its work is crowned with success, and at other times most of its work fails.
International peace and security is one of the most important goals that the United Nations is working to achieve, and one of the aborts of global peace and security is the conflict in international units. It is noted that the United Nations has been able to stop or resolve a number of international conflicts and wars, and it has not succeeded in resolving some of these conflicts, including the most dangerous of them, the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, despite the repercussions of this conflict on international relations and the international system.

Abstract:-
The last decade witnessed an unprecedented rush by Arab countries, especially Gulf one in order to establish bilateral relations with Zionist entity, which came at the expense of the Palestinian issue & rights of the Palestinian people to establish their state. This is what accelerated Palestinian resistance to adopt a new approach to defending the rights of the people & returning Palestinian issue to the list of priorities of international issues .The blessed Al-Aqsa flood brought about local, regional & international goals , changed the course of international events. It affected the balance of power in the Palestinian-Israeli conflict, which foretells future changes in regional & Arab-Zionist relations. The normalization processes received a painful blow with Al-Aqsa flood attack on October 7, 2023, before the Zionist entity responded militarily with an iron sword war, which created horrific suffering .This war ruled the normalization of relations with a kind of stagnation & waiting on more than one level, especially with the countries’ clear condemnation of the situation in the Gaza strip & multiple calls to stop war while adhering to the right of the Palestinian people to establish a state . This dire situation did not encourage the governments of countries to continue with a diplomatic policy approach that was completely open to Israel, & Saudi Arabia did not deviate from the general context, it was the last country to prepare its papers to board the normalization train now, but the situation in Gaza disrupted the process , since the calculations of the normalizing countries differ from one country to another, but their common denominator is normalization that opens doors for regimes & governments on the West & the world, including the United States of America, the gains that these countries reap from such a relationship are different, as they need covers & economic support, as in Egypt & Jordan, the Gulf needs American weapons & joint defense agreements with America to confront Iran’s threats, & with capabilities of Zionist entity in technology & various sectors, including weapons, which constitute a source of cooperation for normalized countries & governments, without ignoring Iranian factor, as Gulf countries see this war as an Iranian war.

Abstract -:
On October 7, 2023, Hamas carried out a military attack on the
settlements of the occupied Gaza Strip, inflicting heavy losses in lives and
equipment. However, Hamas relied on the element of surprise in their
military operation. After carrying out their operation, they quickly
withdrew from the occupied settlements. This did not last long until Israel
began to absorb the shock of the attack, and began to mobilize the
international community and demonize anyone who stood against its
project to displace the people of Gaza, in ways that can be described as
barbaric. The Western community did not skimp on its sympathy for the
usurping Zionist entity, as it quickly extended a helping hand to the Zionist
occupation under the pretext of self-defense, ignoring all international laws
and norms aimed at protecting human rights.
