The A. H. 7th century had witnessed an obvious development in the Yemeni scientific process. The most important reason being the establishment of the Resooliy State (A. H. 626-858) which had achieved economic and scientific prosperity in various fields of knowledge. Its sultans had participated in building schools, purchasing books, summoning of scientists, presenting gifts, and encouraging scientific journeys in and out of Yemen. Therefore, studies had thrived and authorship widened, and there appeared not a few number of scientists.

The problem of the research is that the person face in the starting of his profession life is to go to the right profession that he or she fits in when the person enter the works sea many problems appear to him on of them is his non-accordance with his job ,the research targeted to know the levels of the accordance of the kindergarten teachers and the relation between the profession accordance and other like the kind of level and the time of service and the research worked with (150) kindergarten teachers from the introductory class and (150) kindergarten teachers from the kindergarten class for the study year 2008-2009 . The research been made a measure to get the goal of the research after the pull out of the honesty and the prove and it prove coefficient is (0.82)and the researcher use for the test for one sample and two sample and the connection coefficient person to find the honesty builder and the Alfa equation and bilateral analyzing to distinguish the difference in the profession accordance within the time of the service and the level and the result showed that profession accordance for the persons of the research and there is no difference a statistic intimacy in the profession accordance within the changes of the levels (kindergarten ,introductory) while there is a difference of a statistic intimacy in the changes of service time. At last the researcher pull out some recommendations and proposals

Disturbs the social system in any society specially in Iraq other than other Islamic and Arabic countries. That is according to the abnormal conditions that Iraq has past through as wars and blockage, and lastly the invasion. Therefore it has been necessary to put this phenomenon under study and analysis to discover Juvenile Delinquency is one of the most prominent social phenomenon that the important reasons behind it, and trying to treat what can be treated of the effects of it upon society. This study is mainly concerned with the explaining the social factors leading toward juvenile delinquency trying to crystallize the problem of the study in the following question: (What are the psychological, social, economical factors leading toward juvenile delinquency?) The study aims at recognizing the order of the different factors of juvenile delinquency and knowing the effect of the social factors on it, in addition to the family factors affecting the delinquency. The importance of the study comes from the importance of the phenomenon itself. The study identifies the social factors resulting in the delinquency of the juvenile. It is important, for it shows the main family factors in all its different sides resulting in the behaviour of the juvenile. The study tries to put the scales to treat the phenomenon. In its theoretical frame, the study has discussed the phenomenon of juvenile delinquency and the factors behind it. The researcher has showed several former studies in the same field that have focused on the most important factors affecting the appearance of the phenomenon.

The research is considering the rhetorical visions, appropriate relationships between utterances with a language derived from the reality of the social, religious, and, cultural life. The poet compound between realism and the documentation of the poetic structure, its depth, and the conjugation of its symbolic metaphors, and also between its phonetic music and the right artistic nature and the inanimate rules to take in consideration what Dr. Ahmad Haikal concluded that the tried to com up with something better than that of the previous generation, but he is still following their orbit, and their trend method of poem building. The realistic images visionary reduces accept the of simile against the metaphoric images which depends on metaphoric and metonymy. These images are considered the bridge between the realistic and the metaphoric and they are the ones our study is interested in. The pot did not use much of the images of simile, metaphor, antithesis but it would be better if he did so. Two things appear in AL-Ghazal AL –Janis poetry: spontaneity and intention because he uses a very simple language that goes against the rhetorical language that he used in some of his eulogies. The poet has a tendency to the analytical side more than his tendency to concentration. That’s why he master the writing of poetic stories as if it is a story with a structure including its problem and solution in the from of a well build conversation with , the touch of realistic stories that depends on conversation in its first stages in Al- Andalus environment. His poetry is characterized with the depth of his look to the existing facts suitability of mood , the easiness of expression , the presences of spontaneity dearness, frankness , in addition to the wide culture and of course his tendency to the presence of the position and humor. If we were able to find the poets “collection of poems” the study would have been more rich and precise .The last we can say is our prayers to Allah (be praised) to guide us to the right way to finish this study.

This research deals with two topice of the modern stylistic topics among. It attempts to give answers on them .the contemporary Arab scholars The first topic: The application of modern western stylistics on the Quraanic text. The second topic: The roots of stylistics in the Arabic rhetoric history.

Rabi’a tribe lived on the land of Euphrates since the first century of the Christ. Then that land becomes her homeland. The Persians tried many times to drive her away from that land, but with out result. In the course of time Rabi’a become more knowledgeable of Persia. This tribe proved her love and sanctification to the land of Euphrates, in the battle of Dhyqar. Rabi’a converted to Islam quickly and helped the Muslims to conquer Iraq with a big number of fighters in many battles like al- Qadisyyah. That influenced the anger of Mudriat Arab tribes who were their old enemies. Mudriat tribes did their efforts to reduce the importance of Rabi’a because of some its branches were among of the Murtadin. The Mudriat said (Rabi’a still anger on Allah since Allah sent his prophet from Mudriat). Omar had the same point of view about Rabi’a, and he was saying always (Rabi’a is immorality) therefore he gave Rabi’a the lesser share of Ata in his time. That was 200 dirham yearly for every fighter. Rabi’a achieved what was she wanted when the caliphate transferred from Medina to Kufa, because their authority was fixed in Iraq. So Rabi’a wanted to continue that state, therefore this tribe supported the caliph Ali in the battle of Siffen by all efforts in order to remain Iraq as a centre of caliphate and homeland of Rabi’a.

This research shows the history of political conflicts in Zimbabwe, the merits of the political struggle for power in this country since the British colonial period, especially after the British administration announced that Zimbabwe is a local colony of the British Crown in 1923, as the settlement process against the wide white deprive local people to own and lease land and low income, as well as the 1961 Constitution, which granted access to the white powers in accordance with the authority of the top menu for the existing lower allocated to blacks. These events and factors led to a national rejection in Zimbabwe, which crystallized in the form of parties and political organizations through the
two major parties: Zimbabwe African People's Union (ZAPU) led by Joshua Nkomo, and African National Union (ZANU), led by Robert Mugabe. The features of political struggles for power started in Zimbabwe during the elections in 1962 which made the whites (50) seats guaranteed to them by the Constitution, and deprived blacks of those seats, a matter which led the national leadership to engage with the government's white led by (Ian Smith) in long discussions of settlement of this question which ended with the expulsion of the country's native citizins from the local authority for ever. That phase had revealed the dimensions of the struggle for power that was limited between white settlers and national leaders. But after independence, especially after the elections of 1979 which allocated (80) seats for the local population, compared to (20) seats for whites and the formation of the first black majority government in the country, the features of another struggle for power between nationalists themselves appeared, as the outcomes of the elections in 1979 which did not satisfy some of them and led bishop Mozhuiroa to establish a new party known as the African National Council party which won the elections, But this led to question the legitimacy of the elections and declared a state of civil disobedience to that government, and repeat the elections in which Robert Mugabe won in 1980, ending by that the phase of the conflict. The phase of cohabitation between the national party (ZAPU) and
(ZANU) came to an end, with Mugabe's reach to power after he has declared a one-party politics, which made it more powerful than the first, especially after the deportation of some his rivals, like Joshua Nkomo outside the country, the liquidation of other rivals, and the declaration of the presidential system in the country. In 2000, another phase of power struggle appeared with the emergence of a new opposition against the rule of Mugabe, under the name
of the movement for Democratic Change, which compete with Mugabe in the elections of 2002, and elections of 2008, an issue which has raised a big storm in the country, ended after the intervention of some African leaders with Mugabe's concession the opposition as a partner in government after he


changed the form of political regime in Zimbabwe from presidential to
parliamentary, he stayed as the President of the Republic while the leader of
the opposition (Morgan Tsvangirai) became the Chairman of the Zimbabwean
government.

The study which carried( The important political development in democracy Congo).initially deals with The important political events in African country democracy Congo which know tow political period , and this study divided tow chapter to expend these periods , the first chapter subject was the period of mobotow 1965- 1997 . while the second chapter subject was abo democracy Congo under the rule of loran cabeela who's comes to the rules of the African country after he lead military movement agents' mobotow . but the study have aconcluded that the political development in democracy Congo happened because of the foreigner role , this role keep the authority of mobotow and in the end let him down, and he lives the rules and after that the foreigner role reach loran cabeela to the authority of democracy Congo then he was in struggle with African state which support cabeela in the beginning , then he killed and his suns Josef came after him.

This study concerned of scientific analysis of sociological directions among Iraqi scholars graduated before 1960. These directions was divided between heritage, conflict, critical and symbolic interaction. It is important to mention that Al-Wardi scholar tried to build a theory in Sociology focused on the image of Iraqi personality through historical approach used by Arabian scholar Ibn-Khaldon.

Hedging is a linguistic avoidance of full commitment or precision. It is the use of a vague language. The main objectives of this study are to: (1) identify and classify the linguistic devices which act as hedges; (2) to examine the semantic functions of these devices. This paper makes use of word class as well as clausal constructions to represent the forms of hedges in relation to certain grammatical categories, namely: adverbials, epistemic verbs, modal verbs, cognitive verbs, hypothetical constructions, anticipatory it-clause, and anticipatory constructions. The text analysed is the first presidential debate between Senator Barak Obama and Senator John McCain on the campus of the University of Mississippi, during the presidential election campaign of the Republican and the Democrat parties in America.The results show that politicians use hedges to mild their language in process to, so that not to be proved wrong later. This justification is that the claims they had already made were only an approximation to the statements.

This investigation was carried out to study the nutritional adequacy for infant milk formula, which imported by Iraqi Ministry of Trade, and are available in local markets .Most of these formulas contained nearly the same composition of nutrients which are ,Matines ,Sunny Boy , Salsabeel AL- Badie, Moroug, ,Charton ,Materna Lery Celia ,Lacstar Lailac,Nactalia. yet they are unbalanced for providing the daily nutritional requirements for infants whom depend on bottle feeding for six times daily in their first six month of age. As there were an increase in daily intake for protein content and most vitamins that included D, E, C, B1, B2, Niacin, B6, B12, and Biotin as well as most minerals namely Calcium, Phosphorus, Magnesium, Sodium, Potassium, Chloride, Manganese, Cooper, Iron and Zinc .While there were a drop in daily intake in energy as well as, in fat, carbohydrate, and some vitamins such as A, Folic acid, Choline and some minerals such as Iodine, Selenium. On comparing the daily intake of infants with the dietary recommended intake (DRIs) there were a significant differences among all values.

This research deals with the technical of opening text during the critical study about the poem of Al- ssiyab which is named ( city with out rain) We chose this poem also to make connection with the western critical theories. Our study aims to explain the act of opening texts and critics and its methods and directions in modern Arabic poetry. It also aims to show the differences in the point of view between critics and poetries. The research depends on dimension vision of selective, and descriptive.
