If we neglect the value of historical fashions as a source of inspiration for contemporary fashion designers we will neglect a treasure of original designs. In neglecting such a treasure how could we then know what is original. Today the most famous fashion designers are often inspired, in the outwardly from and internal lines of their fashions, by fashion designed during the ages of the past.Designers can find such fashions in books of history and museums. But the historical ages are not equal in the fertility of the originality and novelty of their fashions. Thus the contemporary designer may not find the old designs inspiring so he invents them.The researcher was keen in this paper to include all the basic concept of the art of patchwork 3? and she referred to the historical background of this art as well as its common tools . She also referred to the art of embroidery and beadwork ... etc. To connect the pieces with this classy art (patchwork)/She discussed some modern producing techniques such as computer. (The study ends with conclusion that suggests designs of the art of patchwork. the paper included io suggested designs.)The study includes inventive ideas. In order words producing great variety from one idea or designwith great intellectual and expensive freedom and flexibility in prescribing the creative ideas that are original. The paper is of tow parts. First is the theoretical part which is chapter two of the study that tackles the studies related to the subject mentioned above.The practical part includes a brief explanation of the steps of producing the designs and their supplements. This proves that the art of patchwork is a beautiful art, fit for artistic designs. Hence such designs are not less important and beautiful than other designs that are not based on patchwork.The researcher likes to bring the old to the era of development and technology to make use of it and crystallize our artistic talents.Therefore the study aims to preserve the art of patchwork with the addition of modern and artistic touches with little cost as much as possible.

We Can Summarize This Research According To the Following Points
A- result
1- We conclude a new method to teach the recitation we call it (listening method) which consist of four steps (introduction , listening ,continuity, evaluation )
2- This research get many listening skills that educated need it when listen to (holy quran) beside to many propositions that help to develop it.
3- This research briefs some principles that help the teacher when use listening method.
B- conclusion
1- The best way to teach and learn the recitation of holy quran is by using listening skill because the prophet (pease be upon him )learn
the holy quran by it from jebrel (pease be upon him ) and then teach the muslims .
2- Listen to holy quran in (early years in childhood) that help to fix the correct utterances in educated” mind and be easy to learn it in the future.
3- Arabic language is the language of holy quran so that the best way to learn it by listening to holy quran because its origin of arabic language standards.
C- recommendation
1- Listening skill should take important place in teaching the holy quran because its important skill which is neglect in the past .
2- Should be attention to learn the children the holy quran and learn them to listen to it .

The current research aims to distinguish the talent for the kindergarten children and its relation with some changes . The research included ( 170 ) child (male , female ) from the kindergarten children on the year 2009–2010the researcher had used PRED meter to achieve the goals of this research after being sure from the honesty and the prove and the ( person ) connection coefficient had been used to discover the relation between the talent and the changes which had been mentioned in the research . The result proved that the children had talents the toys and the educational scientifically scholarship finally the researcher had presented some recommendations and suggestions for other studies .

Al-Marba'aniyah, which is a long cold wave, was defined by ancient
Iraqis. It represents the coldest days in Iraq. In this research paper, a new
scale was put to define it. It shows that the period between the minimum
temperature degree recoded in December and the minimum temperature
degree recorded in January is considered to be the period of Al-Marba'aniyah.
The research concluded that Al-Marba'aniyah is unsteady and it changes in the days of its occurrence. It was also concluded that the dates of the beginning and the end of Al-Marba'aniyah are unsteady, too. Moreover, it was found out that each of the Siberian high, European high, and finally the subtropical high are the responsible systems for the beginning and the end of Al-Marba'aniyah. In addition to this, it was concluded that during the evolution of Al-Marba'aniyah, the tropical ridge (Geopotential high 500 mb) enormously associates with the surface high pressure and that, during the decay of Al- Al-Marba'aniyah, the cold troughs enormously associates with the surface high pressure.

Thanks for people's God who brought the great book, prays and peace for his prophet "Mohammad" the master of missioners to all people. Allah created human being in it's best way and give him a soul thus , he will be a human with faith that has movement and life and the centre of his soul is the sense which differentiate human from other animals. This sensation generated from different senses that made the soul. God had given him a protected heart, talkative tounge and clear seeing to understand with consideration, so he will prevent himself of falling in wrong by thinking and situation that he will pass by. The significance and probability of sensation had talken our attention in Qur'an . Hence , it's considered to be our subject in this research, and to find different meaning for each utterance or sensation in the great Qur'an according to the sources of usage whether it is a true or probable meaning and each of them might have more than twenty or less meaning. They stated that this phenomena of significant pronunaction, which reveals differentiation and richness of the great Qur'an characteristics and miracle in it appearance of miracle in it. The leader of this section of understanding for the words and understanding for the words and their meaning in AL-Qur'an was the Imam "Ali bin Abu Talib" (greet on him) through him people recognize, in more than one way, that AL-Qur'an has many sides or different meaning for each expression.

There is no statistically significant differences between women with research groups in the skill of the three literary taste, where the value was calculated Alvaiip (0712), which is smaller than the tabular value Alvaiip the (3071) when my degree of freedom (2, 117) and the level of significance (0,05). Conclusions: In the light of the results of research the researcher concludes as follows: 1-The use of construction activities during the presentation of the material in literature and texts for students fifth grade literary helped to save the literary texts and retrieval. 2-The use of three types of activities has also grown skill literary taste in the fifth grade students literature. Recommendations: In order to benefit from the findings of this research the researcher recommends the following:-Need to focus on the use of educational activities and diversity in the teaching of literature and texts for students fifth grade literature, and especially structural activities. Proposals: The researcher proposes to conduct a study to complement the study aimed to know the effect:1-Move the educational activities in the collection of material literature and texts in other stages of the study.2-Move the educational activities in the collection of other branches in the Arabic language.

This research deals with studying and analysis of a poetic group under the title (Trees behind fence) of the great poet Dr. AhmedSulaiman AlAhmed who is the some of the Shek , Sulaiman Al-Ahmed who is the linguist -poet and famous jurist member in the Arabic scientific assemble in Damascus and brother of the great poet Badawi Al-Jabal. This poetic group include two big poetic legends : the first one is (Trees behind fence , ) which include one hundred and eighty four line and the second one ( AZ-Mebadia ) which is consists of one hundred and seventy eight line, both of them from the (Al-Camil ) meter which is free rhyme which bears a many meaning and pictures and just the great poet composite their poet from it This research depends in studying on mixture between languages systems and it dimensions and the skill of Arts and its branches and the ability of poet on making structure alivingpretty formations which make the listener or the reader stand amazing in front this great talent which used by this poet who updated by pictures and styles . So, this study was an entrance to go in to the skills of this talent.

It is obvious, but important fact that in addition to the communicative function of language there is the social function which explains the role that language plays in society. This can be enlightened in sociolinguistics through code –switching.Code-switching, in which one single speaker uses different varieties in his speech, is one of the various speech situations of language-variation. There are three types of CS :situational switching ,metaphorical switching and conversational switching. This researcher concentrates on the last type since it suits the aim of the study . Many studies have been conducted to deal with the question "why do bilinguals switch languages?" .There are functions and reasons behind switching from one code to another. The theoretical part of the paper includes those functions after the explanation of language varieties and the mixture of these varieties. The practical part includes a questionnaire given to twenty bilingual speakers and the analysis of their responses has shown that most of the functions given by them are almost similar to those which have been discussed in the theoretical part. However, the participants have explained some different reasons behind their change of language during their speech, such asto show off or to attract the attention or the interest of others and other reasons.

his research (The effect of information in Iraqi universities) wants to explain the aims and the opinions of Iraqi universities lecturers during the globalization era and information technology .The results we have got about using the computers by the lecturers of Iraqi universities just in illustration and statistic as depends on there works .

Taghlib tribe had an important part in the history of the first century of hijra. She managed to get the best social, economic and political basis in the Arab-Islamic state. In this basis Taghlib was the best Dhimies in the Islamic state. This tribe refused to be among the people of the book, and to be from the people of dhima. That tribe refused to pay the Jizya and Khraj, but accepted to pay double Sadaqa in stead of Jizya and Khraj, so in that case many Muslims become angry.Although their Christianity was naïve and simple, Taghlib hold it until the end of the third century A.H. Taghlib did so because her people wanted to keep their good relation with the Byzantine. Taghlib thought that the Christianity was a good way to protect their independence and the unity of their existence. The Christianity differentiates them from the other Arab tribes in the Arabian Peninsula, and the people of the book.The prophet treated them with a good policy so did the rightly guided caliphs, Omar wrote a good peace treaty for them. In this peace treaty he recognized their religion and personality, so did Othman and Ali.Taghlib entered Avery hard wars with the Qaisit Arab -tribes in the Jazira-alfuratiya. These wars were for economics, politics and socialist reasons. Taghlib had got the help of her Islamic branches in athirbegan, kufa and Basra. This means that the tribal solidarity was joining the Muslims Arab tribes with the Christian Arab-tribes.

This study turns about The Military Thinking and His Islamic balance in The Caliph Ali Bin Abi Talib ( peace is on him ) Compact to Malek Al Ashtar (God be pleased on him )The military field is very wide in all intellectual and practically effects at The Caliph Ali Bin Abi Taleb(peace is on him ). Its considered the first seed for islam ,therefore,there are a lot from military situtions which proved his practical experience in these affairs , and away from the details of war and practical battles lets search the sample and the academic study for fair military thinking (justice) in The Compact of Caliph Ali to Malek Al Ashtar when he became theruler of egypt.The military fair thinking determines from commander how he planned,and how he faced the practical applications for illustrated plans Caliph Ali Bin Abi Taleb sent acompact to Malek Al Ashtar ,in military affairs he proved for him the leadership on armed forces,in addition to another duties like peace operations and another peace aspects ,its full of islamic fair .The Compact was included the fair features which should be in the leader and military ruler, the military thinking was intersting for the families of martyers.

The prose poem of the 1990s is considered one of the importantcontributions of the Iraqi poetic scene. The poem found a position in the Iraqipoetry because of the favor of a group of youth poets who lefty clear traces.Their linguistic techniques often violate the domain o9f language, significanceand image.The poems of those youth poets moved the verse towards reality todrink from its abundant springs in order to stand on a rigid ground. Theirlinguistic traces are characterized by paradox and astonishment that are usedby the poet to construct his poem.Theparadox was considered an ideal means for constructing apoem by some of them. The poem moved towards definitions and thesedefinitions gave the poem strength to break the horizon of writing for thelisteners.From another side, the poets of the 1990s were gown wearing thegown of the old through the spread of wisdom in the poem, while they wereyouth. Furthermore, the pot included some of the philosophic views which donot go out of the subject of philosophy and searching for reality through thesubject of life and death. One of the most prominent historical stage feature that is well-known nowadays in the world is democracy issue. This issue gives man the right to reflect his concept and notions . It,s the world of freedom , human right and liberation of women.This leads to the principle of equality between women and men which is put in the top of liberty and Improvement lists .Improvement can be defined as a group of means and ways that is used to direct human work to improve their level of life economically and socially .This study contains three sections, the first presents the social state of women in pre-history period . And the second section presents the theory of improvement as an important social phenomena .The Third and last section presents the working women and her role in improving society through her work and through her family.
