In order to understand what is mentioned in the doctrine of religions and the most important things related to the Lord Almighty from His names.
This study aims to clarify the names of God Almighty in the Book of Genesis, and to know the points of similarity and difference between them and what is mentioned in the school of Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them), and from here those points are discovered. It aims to be a response from the Holy Qur’an and the books considered by the school of Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them) as well as from the approved Jewish books.
The study included clarification and comparison between the names of Allah in the Book of Genesis and the school of Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them).
The importance of this study appears through several matters, the most important of which are: identifying the names included in the Book of Genesis, and reaching agreement and difference between it and the school of Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them), and interest in studying the science of comparative religions with regard to the names of Allah among religions.
And I have reached the most important results: The division of their Allah into two names. Once they call him Yahweh, which is the recognized name and he is the Allah of fear and terror, and once they call him Elohim, which is the Allah who is specific to their people and the Allah of peace. Also, several names were mentioned in different places in the book that agreed with what was mentioned in the school of the family of the Prophet in the attributes, including Shaddai, which means the strong, and also the one and others...May Allah's Blessings Be Upon Mohammed and His Pure Immediate Family.

The issue of hope is one of the most important data and motives for poetic speech. It is not a new issue, but rather an old one. In his book, Ibn Qutaybah referred to the motives for poetic speech and included (hope) indirectly in it. The poet Badr Shaker Al-Sayyab lived through a set of adversities that were evident in a historical way in his poetry. The reader of poems Al-Sayyab can understand the history of adversity from his poetry. He is the poet who did not surrender to the cruelty of adversity, so it was the focus of hope and love, establishing for him the space to move towards poetic aesthetic principles. In our study, we have tried to monitor, analyze and interpret the themes of hope, studying the contexts that made the poet towards this type of style. Without neglecting the aesthetics of texts, literary compositions, and poetic expressions.

The current research aims to identify (job enrichment according to the theory of employees among middle school principals from the point of view of faculty members in the governorate). The objectives of the research have been formulated according to the following form: Identifying the reality of job enrichment according to the theory of employees among middle school principals. As for the second goal The significance of the differences in job enrichment according to the theory of workers among middle school principals from the point of view of teaching staff members in Wasit Governorate was determined according to the gender variable, A scale consisting of 40 items was constructed, its psychometric properties were verified (validity and reliability), and appropriate statistical methods were used. The research reached the conclusion that middle school principals possess a good level of job enrichment according to the two-factor theory from the point of view of faculty members in the governorate, Wasit, and the faculty members were equal in their responses regarding the level of middle school principals. After the results, the researcher reached a number of conclusions, recommendations and proposals.

The research aims to identify the administrative identity according to the Japanese Z theory, and to know the differences in administrative according to the Japanese Z theory according to gender (teacher, school) (and length of service), and to verify these two goals, the researcher built the administrative identity scale consisting of (28) items, and it was verified. Among its psychometric properties are (validity and reliability), and appropriate statistical methods were used. The results showed that managers have an administrative identity according to the Japanese Z theory, and there are no differences according to gender in organizational citizenship according to gender (teacher, school) and (length of service).
