The study showed that life variables were observed by the Holy Qur’an and Sunnah, and
they must be known by those texts, since variable in general depends on preliminaries, and
according to these preliminaries, there will be the results.
The Holy Qur’an acknowledged the reality of social variables, the issue is not changing
as much as knowing what are you going to change? And why are we doing the changes?
If it is not qualified for that change, it may be corrupted and not fit. The Holy Qur’an
criticized those trends that were not based on foundations which correct and predominate
the route in a way that brings stability and happiness to societies.
The study also showed the way which the Prophet (PBUH) approached to change the
society of Madina, by knowing the needs of the society that require to change, and what
were the compressed problems on the stability of human gatherings which require work to
remove them in order to straighten the path to positive change, and how we can reflect the
prophetic directives on our contemporary reality through reform and social stability.

Praise be to Allah, Lord of the Worlds, and prayers and peace be upon the
Messenger of Allah, Muhammad bin Abdullah (pbuh), and all his family and
companions. The topic (the impact of calamities and life changes on changing the
fatwa in light of the Islamic law) is one of the topics that are important in our
contemporary life which have emerged with the advancement in all fields,
including the scientific and commercial, which the whole world is experiencing
today, and it has a clear impact, positively or negatively, on individuals and
peoples alike.
Different fatwas have spread, with the civilizational progress that the world is
experiencing, and the spread of modern means. Scholars in the Islamic world
called for establishing Islamic- law controls and to get acquainted with the means
to keep pace with the world regarding life changes and to consider calamities
because the Islamic ruling is linked to its evidence, and revolves with its cause,
and when the causes, reasons and requirements change, then this is another fact
that has its own ruling that suits it.
This research is an inductive study of the topic: (The impact of calamities and life
changes on changing the fatwa in the light of Islamic law); we explained what is
meant by that, and showed the most important reasons and the need to know
the most important restrictions for calamities and variables.
The concept of life changes, calamities, and fatwa changing, which is telling the
rule of the legislator, is due to a number of reasons, including traditions, customs,
jurisprudence of reality, and interests, therefor, rulings can be divided according
to those who support the change in light of calamities and changes mentioned in

multiple periods of time, and this research is about the reality of epidemics
and diseases that affect the bodies, and to clarify examples of epidemics and
diseases that have appeared among people, and the Holy Qur’an has contained
a great approach, pointing to the causes of these epidemics and diseases and
showed the methods of treating and preventing them before they occur and
their impact on individuals and groups, the Islamic law came to save bodies
and souls from destruction, and the Holy Qur’an and Sunnah of the Prophet
have an indication of the causes and treatments of all diseases.

In the name of God, the most gracious, the most merciful Praise be to God, Lord of the
Worlds, and the best prayer and peace be upon our master Muhammad and his family and
companions, and may the peace and blessings of Allah be upon him abundantly.
And after: The Noble Qur’an is the Book of God that He revealed to His beloved,
our Master Muhammad, whom God Almighty sent with His message to all mankind, that
message that commands justice and benevolence and forbids injustice, establishes the
principles of peace on earth, and shows us the parameters of the path that man follows in
this life and preserves it.
Among the dangers that surround him from every side, and among these dangers are the
epidemics that have spread in Islamic societies over the ages and ages, and he has shown
man the right way to confront these diseases and epidemics through the texts of the Book
of God Almighty that illuminate the straight path for him.
The nature of the study consisted of an introduction, a preface, two chapters, and a
conclusion. As for the preface, I spoke in it about the epidemics that passed through the
Islamic nation and what is their impact on Muslims and their lives...
As for the first topic, it was entitled “The Reasons for the Spread of Epidemics in Society>
and I spoke in it about the most important reasons that led to the spread of epidemics in
society, and to clarify this through the texts of the Holy Qur’an.
As for the second topic, it was entitled “How to deal with these epidemics> in which the
matters that we should follow in how to deal with these epidemics were clarified through
the texts of the Holy Qur’an that I talked about.
Then the conclusion and concluded with the following: that the Holy Qur’an made it
clear to us that one of the most important reasons for the spread of these epidemics in
societies is the result of the large number of disobedience and sins and the distance from
the approach of God Almighty and His Messenger, peace be upon him, and that the Holy
Qur’an has always been keen on human health, and the safety of his body from diseases,
And that he did not provide a physical treatment for the contagious disease, as the treatment
depends on the type of disease and the personality of the patient, leaving the matter to the
discretion of doctors according to the development of modern sciences. his life to prevent
these epidemics spreading in societies.

It is undoubtedly true that science and knowledge are evolving with the
development of time, and the developments that occur in life are many.
As time progressed and lifestyles developed alongside , people needed to develop
in understanding the words of Allah Almighty, and deduce what would be a solution
to these developments, in a way that accompanies and harmonizes people’s lives,
and in a manner that does not contradict the general principles of the indications
of the Noble Qur’an, and the guidance of the Noble Qur’an in this is to refer to the
general frameworks that meet the needs of human beings without going into the
details, leaving this to the hardworks of the diligents, and the scholars who have
taken in the tools of diligence explored, and from this point of view, it is not hidden
that there have been changes in public life from several aspects, including those
related to the political aspect, others related to the social aspect, as well as those
related to the economic aspect.
There is no doubt that, in contrast to these changes, there are constants,
principles, and general rules that cannot be overridden.
In order to understand these changes, it is necessary to delve into the concept of
constants in order to clarify them and clarify what they entail, and on the contrary,
things are distinguished, and then after that we talk about the rule of variables and
their determinants in the Book of Allah, and how the People of knowledge interract
with it in the light of their understanding of the noble verses? To what extent did
the scholars preserve the general principles in light of their understanding of these
changes? What is the importance of these variables in our contemporary reality?
Through his research, the researcher will try to answer these questions in order
to reach a satisfactory answer to what may be imagined of the rigidity of the Islamic
religion, and its inflexibility in dealing with various and changing issues.

modern jurisconsults make new jurisprudence laws for it، from this approach
i opted to involve in that context through these few pages in your high council

investigation came to these conclusions: islamic shari’a had made various rules

The research tagged with “The role of the Qur’an in change and its impact on
the individual and society> dealt with the great impact that the Holy Qur’an had on
individuals and societies.
Where the Qur’an dealt with the most difficult processes of change in the
transition from unbelief to faith, and from a society that was tribal fanaticism, and

that the Holy Qur’an is the first source to bring about the change process, and it has

In a time of challenges imposed by contemporary life، unprecedented issues and
developments have emerged، but the Islamic Sharia is integrated and appropriate
for every time and place. He made in Islam constants that guarantee continuity and
variables that guarantee it validity and suitability for all circumstances and times.

obtain wondering meanings to suit the new situation This has created a reversal media its
own aim is to criticize and moque scientific miracles in “Koran” in relation with ailments
and those who support these viewpoints despite of their different approaches and the
contradiction of their interpretations, their aim was to exogiate from Koran Ayat (verses)
and Hadith sharif and projecting all these on our lives. Therefore, the Connection between
corona virus and the scientific miracle of Koran has created a phenomen which deserves
dedication, analayzation and stating the regular and the inregular.
The objective of this research is to highlight upon this phenomenon which is widely
spread on media and social communication; selecting some samples in order to analyse
them.
The importance of this search is trying to notifying he irregular/ misunderstand new
explanation of connecting the term “scientific miracle” and virus corona. Also following
the rumors which insists on the presence of miracles in Koran and Sunna.
This search consists of an introduction, two chapter and conclusion. In the first chapters,
I have stated the definition and recent concept of “Tafsir” and scientific miracle in Koran
and their controllers and the difference between them. In The second chapter, I showed
some examples of the phenomenon of connecting Koran text with daily life, stating some

The research came to show the impact of the prophetic approach in modifying behavioral
deviation. Behavioral deviation was defined, and the causes of behavioral deviation were
known, with an explanation of the manifestations of intellectual deviation, the prophetic
method in treating behavioral deviation, and the possibility of modifying strictness and
intellectual deviation through the prophetic speech, and the application of this method in
contemporary reality.

and knowledge from a way to students via the Internet through a special program at
our university.

Modern life has changed and an unheard-of event has occurred, naturally witnessing
a development and acceleration in matters that should clarify the fatwas. This

of this on the rights of family and kinship, Topics such as nursery and breastfeeding
standards and its impact on financial transactions will be covered.
We will touch on some of the fatwas and inspections that affect the change or
temporary suspension of the provision until the end of the health change that occurred
as a result of the emergence of Corona. It will achieve fruitful results demonstrating
the validity of the Islamic Sharia for time-space and revealing that it is the sole
criterion for dealing with the variables that arise in people’s lives and livelihoods.

continuous change . this includes all lifestyles . Among the changes that occurred is money
as it was a creating money ( silver or gold ) and then , paper money has came in the early
twentieth century . In the beginning of the twenty first century encrypted digital money
appeared to us , such as bitcoin and others . this was the most important changing stages that
money has been through since the dawn of Islam . so what are its effects and provisions ? did

Custody is considered the fertile field for judicial jurisprudence, given the problems
surroundingit.

Among the most important issues thatwere the subject of decisions from the
Supreme Court was the issue of the custodial mother’sresidence in a country foreign
to the country of the guardian of the child.
Through a careful extrapolation of thesedecisions, the stability of the jurisprudence
of the Supreme Court issued before 2008 on not assigning custody to the mother who
resides in a foreign country ; due to the impossibility of exercising control and
supervision bey the guardian of the child ,due to the distance, in application of
whatisstipulated in Islamicfiqh. However, the direction of the Supreme Court
changedwith the issuance of a jurisprudence in 2008, whichruled out the issue of
guardianship and supervision, and assignedcustody to the mother in this case.
Perhaps the reason for thisis the assignment of guardianship to the
custodialmotherunder Article 3/87 of the Family Law amendedin 2005 by virtue of
Ordinance 02-05 to put an end to the problemsexperienced by custodialmothers,
as stated in the deliberations of the National People’sAssembly, in the public session
held on March 2005 ,14.

The Family violence law was accompanied by several objections from
various Parties, and the United Nations has urged Iraq issued this law in April
of the year 2020 after the killing of an Iraqi woman named Malak Al-Zubaidi,
who died of severe burns after she set herself on fire due to continuous family
violence from her husband and his family.
There were conflicting opinions regarding this law, which was similar to
one was issued in the Kurdistan Region in 2011, that also received different
opinions regarding it. However, the legitimate view of this project was not
sufficiently clear.
Among the things that promoted the issuance of this law, a statistic that
indicated that %49 of Iraqi women are subjected to violence, which did not
explicitly state how this result was concluded.
On the other hand, the opposing side argues that the law does not
commensurate with the nature of the Iraqi Muslim society, because it is just a
blind copy of the American Family Violence Law.
Taking into consideration that both parties have faulted the draft law, as
the supportive side sees it as below their ambition, while the opposing side
argues that the draft would eventually lead to the dismantling of the Iraqi
family structure, and to the abolition of the role of parents, as the children
would be exempt from family follow-up.
Accordingly, it was necessary to study this law in a neutral way, away from
hasty emotional reactions, both for and against.

Despite the novelty of this experience and its being limited to some legal systems for
a few countries، it has proven its effectiveness and its distinguished role through the
successful effects that resulted from the application of this newly developed system،
which is represented in the speed in the settlement of cases before it and the ease of
procedures for litigants، and the work of this system prevents Achieving any form of
corruption that could affect all community facilities.
To highlight the idea of the research، it was necessary to divide it into two topics: the
first is the content of th e electronic court by explaining its concept by defining it and
clarifying its features، and then the requirements for the electronic court from human،
technical and legal requirements and procedures for issuing the judgment in the electronic
court.

Modern Arabic literary studies are concerned with keeping pace with the life
changes occurring on the structure of Arab society at the political, economic, social,
cultural and religious levels, and trying to monitor the aspects of these changes, at the
individual and group levels. These studies promote their various arts in order to carry
out an artistic dissection of the Arab reality in light of the current developments that
have changed the demographic and ideological fabric of Arab society; As a result,
shifts emerged in the methodology of Arabic language studies and literature. It has

The title of our research was marked with The Novel by Mohammed Saber Obaid as
an example, With the aim of highlighting the role of the novel in reversing the changes
and developments whose chaos has struck the individual and the group in Iraqi society,
in which the events of this novel take place in light of the duality of the active axis of
these variables; Iraq was afflicted with the entry of the Islamic State in what is known as
ISIS, and before it was afflicted by the American invasion. This study seeks to conduct
a pictorial survey of the Iraqi reality under the control of ISIS, where life has changed

The study will present a set of results that show the functional role entrusted to
the art of the novel in relation to reflecting the reality of an Arab society that differed
completely from what it was before and after the entry of “ISIS”, so signs of this
difference appeared on the individual thought and the collective awareness of the Iraqi

Linguistics is one of the most recent human sciences. Its emergence and spread dates back to the

In this research، I will shed light on some of the words mentioned in the Noble
Qur’an with their meanings required by the Qur’anic context، which carried a
different connotation in the colloquial dialect. The colloquial، then compared
between the use of the Qur’an and the colloquial use of the word، based on
the semantic origins of the words mentioned by the people of the language;

development، and to show that development and the way that led to this

their entanglements. This study is concerned with the approach of post-colonial
narratives، which responded to calls for rebel insurrection، and inciting confrontation
against all discourses of domination and oppression، those narratives sought their
conceptual visions and critical methodology to undermine the institutional structure
of hegemonic discourses، and Dismantling the coordinates of her sayings، exposing
her false imperialism، and trying post-colonial writings to form a vision of the ego
stemming from self-identity، enabling her to be aware of her being، and to maintain
a distance of independence that distinguishes her from the other، shows maturity
that leaves the guardianship of the other to it، escaping the culture of the colonial
majority، freeing itself from its existential and civilizational alienation.
