The impact of an educational curriculum using multiple means to improve the motor and physical abilities of female students in the Faculty of Physical Education and Sports Sciences

Abstract

The current research aims to prepare an educational program using multiple means and to identify its impact on some motor and physical abilities, and the researcher adopted the experimental approach. into two groups, the control and the experimental, then the researcher determined the research variables, which represented the motor abilities (flexibility, balance, agility) and physical strength of the muscles (arms, legs, torso), and the educational curriculum was prepared by various means and was applied to the experimental group, while for the control group it learned Within the prepared curriculum, and after obtaining the results, the researcher adopted the statistical program (SPSS), as the researcher concluded that the aids have an effective role in developing the motor and physical abilities of the experimental group, and that the curriculum prepared by the teacher has a positive role in developing (motor and physical abilities) among the members of the group control.

يهدف البحث الحالي الى اعداد برنامج تعليمي باستعمال وسائل متعددة والتعرف على تأثيرها على بعض القدرات الحركية والبدنية ، واعتمدت الباحثة المنهج التجريبي, أما مجتمع البحث فتمثل بطالبات المرحلة الثانية / كلية التربية البدنية وعلوم الرياضة / جامعة المثنى والبالغة (26) طالبة , وبالطريقة العشوائية تم تقسيمهن الى مجموعتين الضابطة وتجريبية ثم قامت الباحثة بتحديد متغيرات البحث و التي تمثلت القدرات الحركية (المرونة ، التوزان ، الرشاقة ) والبدنية قوة عضلات (الذراعين ، الرجلين ،الجذع) , وتم بأعداد المنهج التعليمي بوسائل متعددة وتم تطبيقها للمجموعة التجريبية ، أما بالنسبة للمجموعة الضابطة فقد تعلمت ضمن المنهاج المعد, وبعد الحصول على النتائج اعتمدت الباحثة البرنامج الاحصائي (SPSS) إذ توصلت الباحثة إن الوسائل المساعدة لها دور فعال في تطوير القدرات الحركية والبدنية لدى المجموعة التجريبية وإن المنهج المعد من المدرس له دور ايجابي في تطوير (القدرات الحركية والبدنية ) لدى أفراد المجموعة الضابطة.

Abstract

Stylistics is a modern critical approach that pays attention to approaching literary text and analyzing it. We notice a rapid development in stylistic studies, which has grown due to interaction with Western studies. It has contributed to revealing the style of the poet or writer and his principles from which he derived his poetry. It is interested in knowing the texts that overlap with each other, and it also shows The literary and linguistic orientation of the writer and the writer’s ability to employ his language in a way that serves his poetic text. From this standpoint, we find the poets Abdul Razzaq Al-Rubaie and Muhammad Najm Al-Waeli simulating reality in a modern style, as the two poets did not adhere to a single method in writing their poems, and this diversity indicates their poetic ability style, text, poet, approaches, repetition.

تعد الاسلوبية منهجا نقديا حديثا والتي تولي اهتماما بمقاربة النص الادبي وتحليله حيث نلحظ تطورا سريعا في الدراسات الاسلوبية والتي تنامت بسبب التفاعل مع الدراسات الغربية فقد اسهمت في الكشف عن اسلوب الشاعر او الاديب ومشاربه التي استقى منها شاعريته فهي مهتمة في معرفة النصوص المتداخلة فيما بينها وكذلك تظهر التوجه الادبي واللغوي للأديب وقدرة الاديب على توظيف لغته بما تخدم نصه الشعري ومن هذا المنطلق نجد الشاعرين عبد الرزاق الربيعي ومحمد نجم الوائلي يحاكيان الواقع بأسلوب عصري متميز حيث ان الشاعرين لم يتقيدا في كتابة قصائدهما بمنهج واحدة وهذا التنوع يدل على مقدرتهما الشعرية .

Multimodal Discourse Analysis: The Case of Visual Grammar.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to focus on and stress various frames, whether linguistic or visual, that contribute to the development of meaning. This research attempts to concentrate on the key elements in the evolution of various meaning-making processes, starting with discourse analysis and moving on to social semiotics, multimodal, and multimodal discourse analysis, as well as a new framework called visual grammar. It appears that the importance of images as a semiotic resource in communication has long been overlooked in the field of discourse analysis. This research argues that, like language, images are governed by grammatical patterns that can be used to decipher their multiple meanings. Discourse analysis that looks at how meaning is created through the use of many communication modalities, including words, images, body language, and sound, is known as multimodal discourse analysis (MDA). A theoretical framework for examining the symbolic role of images is called visual grammar. Therefore, the study ends with the emphasis on the importance of linguistic sources of communication, in addition to visual sources, as images, to create new kind of meaning in society .

كان الغرض من الدراسة التركيز على الأطر المختلفة، سواء كانت لغوية أو بصرية، والتي تساهم في تطوير المعنى والتأكيد عليها. يحاول هذا البحث التركيز على العناصر الأساسية في تطور عمليات صنع المعنى المختلفة، بدءًا من تحليل الخطاب والانتقال إلى السيميائية الاجتماعية، وتحليل الخطاب المتعدد الوسائط، ومتعدد الوسائط، بالإضافة إلى إطار جديد يسمى النحو البصري. يبدو أن أهمية الصور كمورد سيميائي في التواصل قد تم التغاضي عنها منذ فترة طويلة في مجال تحليل الخطاب. يجادل هذا البحث بأن الصور، مثل اللغة، محكومة بأنماط نحوية يمكن استخدامها لفك معانيها المتعددة. تحليل الخطاب الذي يبحث في كيفية إنشاء المعنى من خلال استخدام العديد من طرق الاتصال، بما في ذلك الكلمات والصور ولغة الجسد والصوت، يُعرف باسم تحليل الخطاب متعدد الوسائط (MDA). يُطلق على الإطار النظري لدراسة الدور الرمزي للصور اسم النحو البصري. ولذلك تنتهي الدراسة بالتأكيد على أهمية مصادر الاتصال اللغوية، بالإضافة إلى المصادر البصرية، كالصور، لخلق نوع جديد من المعنى في المجتمع.

COVID-19 CT image detection using ANN-based deep learning method

Abstract

In 2019, a novel coronavirus pneumonia (COVID-19) outbreak occurred, which substantially impacted the expansion of the global economy and the livelihoods of individuals. As a novel approach to image processing, a deep learning network has been developed and applied in clinical contexts to extract medical Information from CT images. However, due to the medical characteristics of COVID-19 CT scans, the lesions are widely dispersed and exhibit various local features. Consequently, using the current deep learning model for direct diagnosis is difficult. CT scans for COVID-19 medical features. We used an Artificial Neural Network, conventional classifiers, and deep learning to identify COVID-19. MRI images of various pneumonia sizes, locations, morphologies, and intensities were gathered to train the model. SVM classifiers and many activation algorithms were used to check our work. Python, TensorFlow, and Keras are used to execute our proposed solution. In our study, artificial neural networks (ANN) obtained an accuracy of 98.14 percent, which exceeds the current best-case scenario. Our ANN-based model will assist physicians in precisely identifying pneumonia in MRI scans, thereby expediting treatment.

The Translation of the Preposition “عَنْ” in the Noble Quran into English

Abstract

The research paper in hand tackles the translation of Arabic preposition “عَنْ”, in English (About, Away From, Far From, From), in some verses of the Noble Quran into English. Due to the fact that the prepositions in Arabic are classified as a sub-category of “الأَدَوات أو الحُرُوف” (particles), the third part of Arabic speech parts, the research paper starts its theoretical part with a simple introduction that sheds the light on the definition, functions, and meanings of the Arabic particles in general submitted by some Arabic linguists then it addresses the preposition “عَنْ” as a model of these particles referring to its meanings and indications in some noble verses and other examples. The practical part of this research paper analyzes and discusses how to translate this preposition in the noble verses into English by applying Vinay and Darbelne’s model (195‪8-199‪5) and checking the accuracy of the translations suggested by eight translators depending on the interpretative meanings of the preposition to identify the quality of each rendition. ‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬

يتناول هذا البحثُ ترجمةَ حَرْف الجَرّ "عَنْ" في آياتٍ من القرآن الكريم إلى اللغة الإنكليزية ويتكون من جانبين أحدهما نظري والآخر عملي. أما النظري فيبدأ بمقدمة بسيطة تسلّط الضوء على تعريف الحرف ومعانيه ودلالاته باعتباره الجزء الثالث من أجزاء الكلام في اللغة العربية ثم يتطرق البحث إلى حرف الجر "عَنْ" كنموذجٍ للحروف والأدوات ويتكلم عن معانيه ودلالاته في اللغة العربية مستشهدًا ببعضٍ من الآيات القرآنية الكريمة وأمثلة أخرى. أما الجانب العملي فيتناول ترجمة قَدّمها ثمانيةُ مترجمين معتمدين لنَصَّين قرآنيين كريمين يتضمنان حرف الجَرّ "عَنْ"، حيث يستعين الباحث بتفسيرات معتمدة لمفسري القرآن الكريم كالطبري وابن كثير وابن عاشور والخضري لبيان معنى الحرف في الآية الكريمة وكذلك الاستعانة ببعض المعاجم العربية لبيان المعنى الدلالي للحرف. أما الجانب العملي منه فَيُناقِش كيفية ترجمة الحرف "عَنْ" من قبل المترجمين وذلك بتطبيق Vinay and Darbelnet’s model على العينات المختارة من القرآن الكريم ومن ثم الاستعانة بمعيار الدقة للارسون (The accuracy criterion of Larson (1998)) لتحديد دقة الترجمة ومدى موافقتها للمعنى التفسيري الذي قَدَّمه المفسرون للحرف في الآية وتصنيفها فيما إذا كانت ذات جودةٍ عالية(H (Quality أو منخفضة (L Quality).

Some Haemtological Parameters In Mice Infection Echinococcus Granulosus And Treatment In Oxfendazole

Abstract

: Blood tests were conducted to calculate the differential count of white blood cells (lymphocytes, neutrophils, mononuclear cells and eosinophil cells) for groups of study mice infected with hydatid cysts treated with oxfendazole, oxfendazole + albendazole, oxfendazole + parasquintal and albendazole + parasquintal. The results indicated that the percentage of lymphocytes was the lowest in the OFZ and OFZ + PZQ treated groups than the other treated groups. And there was a clear decrease in the percentage of mononuclear cells in the treated mice, as well as a decrease in the percentage of eosinophilic cells after the first month of treatment.

اجريت الاختبارات الدموية لحساب العد التفريقي لخلايا الدم البيض(الخلايا اللمفاوية, الخلايا العدلة, الخلايا احادية النواة والخلايا الحمضة) لمجاميع فئران الدراسة المصابة بالاكياس العدرية والمعالجة بالاوكسفيندازول, الاوكسفيندازول+ الالبندازول, الاوكسفيندازول+ البارازكوينتل والالبندازول + البارازكوينتل اشارت النتائج ان النسبة المئوية للخلايا اللمفاوية كانت الاقل في المجاميع المعاملة OFZو OFZ+PZQ من المجاميع المعاملة الاخرى وتبين ان المجموعة المعاملةOFZ+PZQ وOFZ كانت فيها النسبة المئوية للعدلات الاعلى مقارنة مع مجموعتيOFZ+ABZ وABZ+PZQ. ووجود انخفاض واضح في النسب المئوية للخلايا احادية النواة في الفئران المعاملة وايضا حصول انخفاض في النسب المئوية للخلايا الحمضة بعد الشهر الاول من المعاملة.

Supplemental Coherence as a Cause of Ambiguity in English Quranic Translation: Al- Qariah Surah as a Case Study

Abstract

The present study aims at investigating the applicability of the supplemental coherence strategy, which never leads to the explication of thematic continuity, and highlighting its effects on the translation of the Glorious Quran, selecting al-Qariah Surah as a case study. It is hypothesized that employing supplemental coherence as a strategy in the translation of the Quranic surahs results in an ambiguous translation, and utilizing the explicitation (or explication) method is helpful in producing a clear and understandable translation. Seven English translations of the Glorious Quran by well-known translators, namely: Khan (2006), Pickthal (1930), Rashad (1989), Sarwar (1920), Shakir (1999), Sherali (2015), and Yusuf Ali (1934), were selected as the foundation for the present study. The analyses revealed the inefficiency of supplemental coherence strategy in providing clear translations, which are of great importance to non-Muslim or non-Arab readers. The analyses also revealed the impact of utilizing the explicitation method in creating a clear and understandable translation

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التحقق من إمكانية تطبيق استراتيجية التماسك النصي التكميلي , التي لا تؤدي إلى شرح الاستمرارية الموضوعية، وإبراز آثارها في ترجمة القرآن الكريم، واختيار سورة القارعة انموذجَا للدراسة . تفترض الدراسة أن توظيف التماسك النصي التكميلي كاستراتيجية في ترجمة السور القرآنية يؤدي إلى غموض في الترجمة ، وأن استخدام أسلوب الشرح يساعد في إنتاج ترجمة واضحة ومفهومة. وتم اختيار سبع ترجمات إنكليزية للقرآن الكريم لمترجمين معروفين، وهم: خان (2006) ، بكثال (1930)، رشاد (1989)، سروار (1920)، شاكر (1999)، شيرالي (2015)، ويوسف علي (1934). ) كأساس لهذه الدراسة. وكشفت الدراسة عن عدم كفاءة استراتيجية التماسك النصي التكميلي في تقديم ترجمات واضحة، والتي لها أهمية كبيرة للقراء من غير المسلمين أو من غير العرب. كما كشفت الدراسة ايضَا عن أثر استخدام أسلوب الشرح في خلق ترجمة واضحة ومفهومة.

His book contains issues of meaning and parsing in Quran, presented in forms of Q and A. الحذف من الموضوعات المهمة التي اعتنى بها النحويون والمفسرون على حد سواء لما له الاثر البالغ في ايصال المعنى الحقيقي للمتلقي، لذا نجد الحذف في كتب التراث العربي، ومن بين الكتب المهمة في التراث التي بحث في معاني القران واعرابه كتاب(النكت في القران) للمجاشعي(ت479هـ)، فقد جمع المجاشعي في كتابه المسائل المشكلة في معاني القران الكريم واعرابه، وكان عرضه للمسائل على شكل سؤال وجواب، ومن هذه المسائل ظاهرة الحذف، وهي من الأدوات التي أعانته في فهم الآيات القرآنية وتأويلها تأويلًا مقبولًا، ومنها: حذف الفعل، والخبر، والمفعول، والمضاف، والمضاف إليه،، والحرف، وقد جاءت كل هذه الأساليب التأويلية لأغراض بلاغية بيّنها صاحب الكتاب في مواضعها ومنها: الاختصار، والإيجاز، والتعظيم والتفخيم، وإزالة اللبس، وغيرها. ولجأ ابن فضال إلى تأويل المسائل السابقة تأويلًا دقيقًاً بأسلوب علمي.

نتيجة الاجتياح الإسرائيلي للبنان وحصار بيروت عام 1982، غادرت منظمة التحرير الفلسطينية لبنان وحوّلت نشاطاتها إلى عدد من الدول العربية ومنها تونس التي أعلنت استعدادها لاستقبال المقاتلين الفلسطينيين، وكانت المغادرة باقتراح من المبعوث الأمريكي فيليب حبيب وتم التوصل إلى اتفاق كامل حول خطة خروج الفلسطينيين من بيروت، أما السبب في اختيار تونس مركزًا للقيادة، لأن جامعة الدول العربية كانت حينها في تونس، ولم تكن هناك قيود أو تدخلات في شؤون منظمة التحرير الفلسطينية.

Abstract

The theory of text grammar is the most comprehensive modern theory for the study of language, and its importance stems from its treatment of the text with all the internal and external circumstances that can affect the understanding of the text. In this theory, linguists have developed a set of criteria for verifying the textuality of a text, and among these criteria was the criterion of intertextuality. It is the relationship of the text to other texts and its connection to them, whether in form or content. Given the importance of this criterion, we studied a text from the Arab heritage, which is the narrations of Lady Al-Zahra (peace be upon her), and during it we explained the importance of intertextuality and the laws of intertextuality and its mechanisms. We separated its types and found a new type in her narrations. Peace be upon her, we called it (combined intertextuality). We also revealed the culture of the text’s author, his linguistic capabilities, and his knowledge of various other cultures.

تعد نظرية نحو النص هي النظرية الحديثة الأشمل لدراسة اللغة، وتنبع أهميتها من خلال تناولها للنص بكل ما يمكن أن يؤثر في فهم النص من ظروف داخلية وخارجية، وقد وضع اللسانيون في هذه النظرية مجموعة معايير لتحقق نصية نص ما، وكان من ضمن هذه المعايير معيار التناص، وهو علاقة النص بالنصوص الاخرى وارتباطه بها سواء أكان بالشكل او المضمون، ونظراً لأهمية هذا المعيار درسناه في نص من التراث العربي، وهو مرويات السيدة الزهراء (عليها السلام)، وأوضحنا خلاله أهمية التناص وقوانين التناص وآلياته، وفصلنا في انواعه ووجدنا نوعاً جديداً في مروياتها عليها السلام سميناه (التناص المدمج)، كذلك كشفنا عن ثقافة صاحب النص وامكانياته اللغوية واطلاعه على مختلف الثقافات الأخرى

Abstract

Shared key cryptography protocols are critical in ensuring secure communication over insecure networks. They rely on a single secret key for the encryption and decryption of data. The Bird Gopal Herzberg Janson Kutten Molva Yung protocols (BGJKMY) are a set of security protocols that use a combination of cryptographic techniques, including public-key encryption and shared-key cryptography, to establish secure communication channels. This paper presents an overview of the BGJKMY protocols and their design principles. These protocols use multiple rounds of challenge-response exchanges to prevent replay attacks and require mutual authentication before communication can begin. BGJKMY protocols enable secure communication, even when the communication channel is not entirely secure. For instance, third-party interceptors cannot decrypt messages without the private key since public keys can be exchanged and used to encrypt messages without a pre-existing shared secret.

Abstract

The study of water basins took a great deal of attention from hydrology, because one river basin is an area unit by which properties and data are determined for analysis and quantitative measurement, so this research focused on the Abu Ghuwair basin, which is located in the southwestern part of the southwestern desert of Iraq, between the two circles Latitude (30 30 AH - 50 30 AH) to the north, arc length (20 46 H - 30 45 AH) to the east, it is bounded from the northwest by the Kasir Basin and from the south by the Safawi Basin, and from the northeast by the Sudair Basin, then it empties into the Sulaibat Basin with an estimated area of (618)km2 Administratively, it is located within Busayh sub-district of the Salman district of Al-Muthanna governorate. The basin is dry for most of the seasons of the year and water flows through it during the rainy season of the year. The features of the basin and its river network were drawn under rainy conditions that date back to the Pleistocene era.

دراسة الأحواض المائية اتخذت جانبا كبيرا من الاهتمام من قيل الهيدرولوجين , لأن الحوض النهري الواحد هو وحدة مساحية تتحدد بموجبها خصائص ومعطيات قابلة للتحليل وللقياس الكمي, لذا ركز هذا البحث على حوض ابوغوير الذي يقع في الجزء الجنوب الغربي من الصحراء الجنوبية الغربية من العراق , بين دائرتي عرض ( 30 30 ه-50 30 ه) شمالا وقوسي طول(20 ه46- 30 ه45 ) شرقاً, يحده من الشمال الغربي حوض الكصير ومن الجنوب حوض الصفاوي , اما من جهة الشمال الشرقي حوض السدير ومن ثم يصب في حوض صليبات وتقدر مساحته (618,93)كم2,اما ادارياً يقع ضمن ناحية بصيه التابعة لقضاء السلمان التابع الى محافظة المثنى,أن الحوض جاف لمعظم فصول السنة وتجري فيه المياه أثناء الموسم المطير من السنة , إذ رسمت ملامح الحوض وشبكته النهرية في ظل الظروف المطيرة الى تعود الى العصر البلايستوسين.

Abstract

Research Summary A study (the subject of defamatory titles in the era of the message and the Rightly Guided Caliphate) came to clarify the nature of these titles used by their opponents and enemies to belittle them socially and morally in order to distort their image, so the titles received great care. The titles of slander circulating among people witnessed a variety of diversity and pluralism generated by social and cultural influences and factors that arose gradually through the development of institutions, systems and events for their interaction with ancient and contemporary human cultures to eventually form a distinctive pattern and a stand-alone subject that attracted the attention of ancient and modern scholars.

The Effect Of An Educational Program Based On Cognitive Theory On The Cognitive Speed Of Female Students In Basic Education Colleges

Abstract

The current research aims to identify the effectiveness of an educational-learning program according to cognitive theory in the cognitive speed of the subject of cognitive development among female students in basic education colleges. The research sample consisted of (91) female students, who were chosen to represent the experimental group, which numbered (47) female students, and (44) female students. ) A female student representing the control group of female students in the Kindergarten Department/Second Stage/College of Basic Education/Al-Mustansiriya University. The researcher adopted a scale for cognitive speed tests, which consists of three cognitive tests that were built and translated by Al-Sharqawi (1983), and in its final form consists of (30) shapes for each test (10) shapes, distributed among the formal similarities test, the formal related test, and the estimation test. Lengths are three dimensions. The researcher verified the psychometric properties of the scale and then applied it to the research sample. The researcher used a number of statistical methods to achieve the research objectives, including (chi-square, t-test for two independent samples, and the Vacronbach equation), and the results showed that the female students of the second stage in arten section had varying levels. يهدف البحث الحالي لتعرف على فاعلية برنامج تعليمي - تعلمي على وفق النظرية الادراكية في السرعة الادراكية لمادة التطور المعرفي لدى طالبات كليات التربية الأساسية،وتكونت عينة البحث من (91) طالبة،تم اختيارهن ليمثلن المجموعة التجريبة البالغ عددها (47) طالبة، و (44) طالبة يمثلن المجموعة الضابطة من طالبات قسم رياض الأطفال/المرحلة الثانية/كلية التربية الأساسية/ الجامعة المستنصرية. فقد قامت الباحثة بتبني مقياس اختبارات السرعة الادراكية المكون من ثلاث اختبارات معرفية تم بناؤه وترجمته من قبل الشرقاوي (1983) و المكون بصيغته النهائية من (30) شكل لكل إختبار (10) أشكال ،موزعة على اختبار المتشابهات الصورية ، واختبار المتعلقات الصورية ، واختبار تقدير الاطوال ثلاثة أبعاد. و تحققت الباحثة من الخصائص السيكومترية للمقياس ومن ثم تطبيقه على عينة البحث، واستخدمت الباحثة عدد من الوسائل الاحصائية لتحقيق أهداف البحث منها ( مربع كاي , والاختبار التائي لعينتين مستقلتين , ومعادلة الفاكرونباخ , ) , واظهرت النتائج أن طالبات المرحلة الثانية قسم رياض الأطفال لديهن مستويات متفاوته في سرعتهن الادراكية .

A Comparative Study Between Neural Networks Analysis And Support Vector Machine Model Applied To Diabetics In Palestine

Abstract

Diabetes is a chronic, global health problem. Where this study aims to choose the best statistical model for the factors affecting diabetes in the Gaza Strip (Palestine), by comparing neural networks, and the Support Vector Machine on real data for patients at health clinics. In this study, a comparison was made between statistical models using four different methods (Cross- validation with half of the observations, leave-one-out cross-validation, Bootstrapping, and ROC curve) to reach the best data model by estimating the accuracy and error rate of each model. The results of these comparisons showed that the artificial neural networks are the best in terms of accuracy and error rate, with an accuracy of 93.1% and an error rate of 6.9%. This is because neural networks provide the best model approximation of the available data.

Abstract

Traffic accidents are among the most important challenges facing societies today, as they cause huge human and material losses. This research aims to analyze the obstacles to reducing traffic accidents and explore ways to overcome them. The social, cultural, economic, and media obstacles depend on various factors, including road infrastructure, driver behavior, and traffic controls and regulations.
The research findings show that the presence of inadequate road infrastructure is a major factor in road accidents. These factors include poor road conditions, lack of safe intersection and ramp designs, and lack of traffic signals. Moreover, drivers' behaviors, such as dangerous driving, speeding, and using phones while driving, greatly influence road accidents. In order to overcome these obstacles, the research proposes several ways and strategies. First, the road infrastructure should be improved and developed by directing investments towards improving roads and providing safe designs for junctions and dangerous areas. Secondly, the adoption of safe driving behaviors must be encouraged through campaigns to raise awareness and educate drivers about the importance of adhering to traffic and safety rules. Third, smart car technologies and advanced safety systems can be developed to contribute to reducing road accidents, such as automatic braking and stability control systems.In conclusion, this study indicates the importance of dealing with obstacles to traffic accidents comprehensively, through improving the road infrastructure, enhancing awareness of safe driving behaviors, and using innovative technologies to increase the level of traffic safety and reduce accidents.

تعد الحوادث المرورية من أهم التحديات التي تواجه المجتمعات اليوم، حيث تسبب خسائر بشرية ومادية جسيمة. يهدف هذا البحث إلى تحليل معوقات الحد من الحوادث المرورية واستكشاف سبل التغلب عليها. وتعتمد المعوقات الاجتماعية، والثقافية، والاقتصادية، والاعلامية على عوامل متعددة منها البنية التحتية للطرق، سلوكيات السائقين، وضوابط السير والأنظمة المرورية. وتظهر استنتاجات البحث أن وجود بنية تحتية غير ملائمة للطرق يعتبر عاملًا رئيسيًا في حوادث الطرق. تشمل هذه العوامل سوء حالة الطرق، وعدم وجود تصاميم آمنة للتقاطعات والمنحدرات، ونقص الإشارات المرورية. علاوة على ذلك، تؤثر سلوكيات السائقين بشكل كبير في حوادث الطرق، مثل القيادة الجازفة، وتجاوز الحدود السرعة، واستخدام الهواتف أثناء القيادة. من أجل التغلب على هذه المعوقات، يقترح البحث عدة سبل واستراتيجيات. أولاً، ينبغي تحسين وتطوير البنية التحتية للطرق من خلال توجيه الاستثمارات نحو تحسين الطرق وتوفير تصاميم آمنة للتقاطعات والمناطق الخطرة. ثانياً، يجب تشجيع تبني سلوكيات قيادية آمنة من خلال حملات توعية وتثقيف للسائقين حول أهمية الالتزام بقواعد السير والسلامة. ثالثًا، يمكن تطوير تقنيات السيارات الذكية ونظم السلامة المتقدمة للمساهمة في الحد من حوادث الطرق، مثل أنظمة الفرملة التلقائية والتحكم في الثبات. في الختام، تشير هذه الدراسة إلى أهمية التعامل مع معوقات الحوادث المرورية بشكل شامل، من خلال تحسين البنية التحتية للطرق، وتعزيز الوعي بالسلوكيات القيادية الآمنة، واستخدام التقنيات المبتكرة لزيادة مستوى السلامة المرورية والحد من الحوادث.

تناقش هذه الدراسة دور وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي في جميع جوانب الحياة اليومية وجميع القضايا الاجتماعية ، لا سيما التنمية والثقافة السياسية والتغيير السياسي. ويهدف الباحثان إلى التعرف على العلاقة بين وسائل الإعلام وتطور التغيير السياسي وخاصة الفيسبوك الذي لعب دوراً في تنمية الثقافة السياسية في إقليم كوردستان بشكل عام وتنمیة التغيير السياسي بشكل خاص. تكمن أهمية هذه الدراسة في أنها تحلل العلاقة بين الفيس بوك وآثرها في تعزيز التغيير السياسي. اعتمد الباحثان على المنهج التحليلي في تحليلهم وتفسيرهم. توصلت هذه الدراسة أيضا إلى الاستنتاجات التالية:
1- أن استخدام الفيسبوك يلعب دورا مهما في تطوير التغيير السياسي.
2- استخدام الفيس بوك أصبح مكونا مهما وفعالا في عملية التنمية والتغيير السياسي والوعي السياسي.

The Role Of Continuous Improvement On Strategic Renewal A Field Study At Iraqi Universities

Abstract

This study aims to test the role of continuous improvement in the strategic renewal within the Iraqi universities. The response amounted to 69%, and linear regression was used through the SPSS program to test the hypotheses on which the research was based. The study concluded that there is a positive and significant relationship between the elements of total quality management and strategic renewal in Iraqi universities. The study also showed that there are five main elements in total quality management; customer focus, senior leadership commitment, continuous improvement, employee empowerment, and strategic planning can enhance strategic renewal in Iraqi universities in Basra.

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى اختبار دور التحسين المستمر في التجديد الاستراتيجي ضمن الجامعات العراقية، تكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع العاملين الإداريين في الجامعات العراقية في البصرة، تمّ استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وقد قام الباحث بتوزيع عدد 320 من الاستبانات واسترد عدد 221 استمارة كانت جميعها تصلح للتحليل الاحصائي وبنسبة استجابة بلغت 69%، وتم استخدام الانحدار الخطي من خلال برنامج SPSS لإختبار الفرضيات التي قدمتها الدراسة، وقد انتهت الدراسة إلى إن هناك علاقة إيجابية ومعنوية بين التحسين المستمر والتجديد الاستراتيجي في الجامعات العراقية، كما أظهرت الدراسة أن هناك خمسة عناصر رئيسية في إدارة الجودة الشاملة، هي التركيز على العميل، التزام القيادة العليا، التحسين المستمر، تمكين العاملين، والتخطيط الاستراتيجي، يمكن أن تعزز التجديد الاستراتيجي في الجامعات العراقية في البصرة.

Abstract

The modern literary text is considered one of the most important texts in which the writer can express his work with complete ease, because of the intellectual diversity and aesthetic formation in which he finds himself reconciled or scattered within his feelings, whether in his emotional or ideological vision in general. His text requires prior knowledge of the facts he lives, or it is the orbit of imaginary elements embodied from the experiences accompanying his life’s path and from our vision of the text of the poem (Don’t Reconcile), which we decided to take as a search in our study because of what it entails of identical relationships that are associated with all ideas, whether they are ideas entrusted with a vision of the past or thoughts It is related to the fragrance of the present and the continuity and interaction of taking sides The philosophical pattern depicted in the mind of the writer and its transfer to the mentality of the recipient. Hostile behavior (psychopathy) has multiple foundations that simulate reality and embody the vanished idea in each individual. Hostility is either individual, including the relationship between the individual and the side idea of it, whether it is an idea that carries the philosophy of life that the individual learned from His past and the repeated cultural pattern, or collective hostility that involves the general idea that each individual receives from his external environment in general, and this matter has different tendencies that may be identical or not at the same time.

يُعد النص الأدبي الحديث من أهم النصوص التي يمكن أن يعبر فيها الأديب عن نتاجه بأريحية كاملة، لما فيه من تنوع فكري وتشكيل جمالي يجد بها ذاته المصالحة او المندثرة داخل مشاعره سواء في رؤيته العاطفية أو الايدولوجية بشكل عام، فمنظومة العلاقات التأسيسية التي يختارها الأديب للتعريف عن نصه تحتاج معرفة سابقة لحقائق يعيشها أو هي مدار العناصر خيالية تجسدت من تجارب مصاحبة لمسيرة حياته ومن رؤيتنا لنص قصيدة (لاتُصالح) الذي ارتأينا أن نتخذه بحثاً في دراستنا لما ينطوي عليه من علاقات متماهية ترتبط مع كافة الافكار سواء أكانت افكار منوطة علي رؤية الماضي أو افكار ترتبط لعبق الحاضر وما يحويه من استمرارية وتفاعل الأخذ بالجانب الفلسفي المرسوم في عقل الاديب وانتقاله الى عقلية المتلقي ، فالسلوك العدائي (السايكوبيتي) له أسس متعددة تحاكي الواقع وتجسد الفكرة المندثرة في ذات كل فرد ، فالعدائية اما أن تكون فردية متضمنة العلاقة بين الفرد والفكرة الجانبية لها سواء أكانت فكرة تحمل فلسفة الحياة التي تعلمها الفرد من ماضيه والنسق الثقافي المتكرر ، أو عدائية جماعية تنطوي علي الفكرة العامة التي يتلقاها كل فرد من محيطه الخارجي بشكل عام ، وهذا الامر له نزعات مختلفة قد تكون متماهية أو غير متماهية في ذات الوقت .

إن مصطلح شرع من قبلنا لم يتطرق لذكره العلماء المتقدمين ، وإنما عرفه المعاصرون بعدة تعريفات مضمونها : أحكام شرائع الأنبياء والرسل (عليهم السلام) المقررة على الأمم السابقة _ اليهودية والمسيحية _ التي سبقت أحكام شريعة نبينا محمد (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) وذكرت بنص القرآن الكريم أو السنة الصحيحة ، ولم يرد ناسخ لها أو مقرر للزومها في الشريعة الإسلامية . شرع من قبلنا من موضوعات علم أصول الفقه، ويناقش العلاقة بين الأحكام الشرعية الإسلامية والأحكام في الشرائع السابقة. ويعد شرع من قبلنا عند بعض الفقهاء من المصادر الثانوية المختلف فيها ؛ إذ اختلف العلماء في علاقة أحكام من سبقنا من الأنبياء والرسل التي لم تقرر في شريعتنا ، ولم يأتي دليل ينسخها في حقنا الى عدة أقوال . لا خلاف في إن التوحيد من الأحكام اللازم إتباعها بين الشرائع جميعاً؛ ولا يجوز فيه الخلاف. أما ما يخص الأحكام الفقهية العملية فيجوز فيه الاختلاف؛ لوقوع النسخ والنقل والتبديل فيه. وإن خلاف العلماء في تطبيق أحكام من سبقنا لا تبنى عليها الأحكام لدينا؛ لأن نبينا محمد (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) خاتم الرسل والأنبياء، والشريعة الإسلامية هي الخاتمة الشرائع كافة.

Abstract

This study was conducted in the laboratory of the College of Education at Al-Qadisiyah University and the College of Engineering Technologies at Al-Qasim Green University for the period 11/3/2022 until 4/6/2023 with the aim of investigating the fungi that cause ringworm of the head (Tinea captis). 125 samples were collected from patients visiting the dermatology consultation in Al-Hashimiya General Hospital and the private clinic of Dr. Najm Abdullah Al-Shammari / Babil Governorate / Al-Musayyib for age groups between (1-30) years and for both sexes, as the samples taken from the scalp included scales and hair, under the direct supervision of the specialist doctor, and the scale samples were taken by scraping, as they were sterilized The affected area was treated with ethyl alcohol at a concentration of 70%, and then the crusts were scraped off from the edge of the focus affected by the fungi using a sharp, sterile blade. As for the hairs, they were taken using sterile forceps. The samples were diagnosed by direct microscopic examination using KOH at a concentration of 10%, and the remaining part of the pathological samples were planted on plates containing the medium of Subroid Dextrose Agar. Direct microscopic examination of the fungi showed positive results with an infection rate of 36% out of a total of 125 samples, while laboratory culture showed positive results with an infection rate of 48.8% out of a total of 125 samples. The results of phenotypic examinations of the isolated skin fungi showed that they belong to the two genera, namely Trichophyton and Microsporum. The results showed that the genus Microsporum was the most frequently diagnosed specimen, compared to the genus Trichophyton, the least of the patient specimens from which two species of Microsporum were isolated, namely Microsporum. Canis and Microsporum. gypsum, where Microsporum.canis had the highest percentage (44.44%) and the percentage of Microsporum fungi. gypsum (13.33%). As for the genus Trichophyton, four species were isolated from it: Trichophyton.mentagrophytes, Trichophyton.tonsuranis, and Trichophyton. rubrum and Trichophyton .verrcosum, with the highest percentage being 13.33% and Trichophyton.mentagrophytes being the lowest. T.rubrum(4.44%) .

أجريت هذه الدراسة في مختبر كلية التربية في جامعة القادسية وكلية التقانات الهندسية في جامعة القاسم الخضراء للمدة 11/3/2022 ولغاية 4/6/2023 بهدف التحري عن الفطريات التي تسبب سعفة الرأس (Tinea captis). تم جمع 125 عينة من المرضى المراجعين لاستشارة الأمراض الجلدية في مستشفى الهاشمية العام والعيادة الخاصة للدكتور نجم عبدالله الشمري / محافظة بابل / المسيب للفئات العمرية ما بين (1-30) سنة ولكلا الجنسين، حيث شملت العينات المأخوذة من فروة الرأس القشور والشعر، وذلك تحت الإشراف المباشر للطبيب المختص، وتم أخذ عينات القشور عن طريق الكشط، كما تم تعقيمها. وتم علاج المنطقة المصابة بالكحول الإيثيلي بتركيز 70%، و ثم تم كشط القشور من حافة البؤرة المتأثرة بالفطريات باستخدام شفرة حادة ومعقمة. أما الشعيرات فقد تم أخذها باستخدام ملقط معقم. تم تشخيص العينات عن طريق الفحص المجهري المباشر باستخدام KOH بتركيز 10%، وتم زرع الجزء المتبقي من العينات المرضية على صفائح تحتوي على وسط Subroid Dextrose Agar. وأظهر الفحص المجهري المباشر للفطريات نتائج إيجابية بنسبة إصابة 36% من إجمالي 125 عينة، بينما أظهرت الزراعة المخبرية نتائج إيجابية بنسبة إصابة 48.8% من إجمالي 125 عينة. وبينت نتائج الفحوصات المظهرية للفطريات الجلدية المعزولة أنها تعود إلى الجنسين وهما Trichophyton و Microsporum ظهرت نتائج أن الجنس Microsporum كانت أكثر العينات التي تم تشخيصها مقارنة بالجنسTrichophyton أقل العينات المرضى التي تم عزل نوعين من Microsporum هما Microsporum. Canis و Microsporum. gypsum حيث كانMicrosporum.canis اعلى نسبة (44.44%) ونسبة الفطرMicrosporum. gypsum(13.33%) ، اما الجنس Trichophyton فقد عزل منه اربعة انواع هما Trichophyton.mentagrophytes و Trichophyton .tonsurans و Trichophyton. rubrum وTrichophyton .verrcosum وكانت Trichophyton.mentagrophytes اعلى نسبة (13.33%) واقل نسبة Trichophyton. rubru(4.44%) .

The research sample consists of a simple random sample of these employees (261 employees). تكمن اهمية الدراسة من خلال تناولها موضوع يتسم بالحداثة والاصالة بسبب الانتشار الكبير لظاهرة الادمان الالكتروني وخصوصاً بين الشباب وما لها من اثار اجتماعية ونفسية تلحق بالفرد والاسرة والمجتمع برمته ، وقد سعت الدراسة الى تحقيق مجموعة من الاهداف وهي التعرف على عوامل واعراض الادمان الالكتروني واثاره على الشباب والتعرف على اهم انواع الادمان الالكتروني فضلا عن التعرف على الابعاد الاجتماعية للإدمان الالكتروني ، تحتل مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي والالعاب الالكترونية اولى اهتمامات المبحوثين وبالتالي يمكن ان تكون هذه المواقع من الاسباب الرئيسة للإدمان الالكتروني ، لما تحتويه من ميزات كثيرة تقدم الى المشتركين في هذه المواقع واهم ما يميز هذه المواقع انها توفر اتصالا مجانيا وغير محدود ، اسهام مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي في اشاعة بعض القيم والعادات المخالفة لقيم وعادات المجتمع وتعد وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي من اكثر الطرق فاعلية في السيطرة على عقول الناس وتغيير توجهاتهم ومعتقداتهم افكارهم .

Abstract

This study aims to research and consider the role of the customer and his experience in achieving knowledge excellence in the Salah al-Din health district in Iraq. In order to achieve this goal, it was necessary to analyze and study the theoretical and conceptual framework of the customer experience and its role in achieving knowledge excellence in Salah al-Din health district in Iraq. The study started from a major problem to determine the role and relationship of customer experience in achieving knowledge excellence, and took the descriptive and analytical approach as an approach to describe the study variables and highlight its concepts and study them. As for the practical side, the questionnaire was used as a main tool for data collection, and the study population consisted of 140 clients (patients). Then the information of these responses was put into SPSS (V27) statistical program for processing and analysis. The research ended with several results, the most important of which is the presence of an impact on the customer in achieving knowledge excellence. The percentage of statistical significance was (R2 = 0.278) in the Salah al-Din Health district.

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى البحث والنظر في دور الزبون وتجربته في تحقيق التفوق المعرفي في دائرة صحة صلاح الدين في العراق. ولتحقيق هذا الهدف توجب تحليل ودراسة الإطار النظري والمفاهيمي لتجربة الزبون ودورها في تحقيق التفوق المعرفي في دائرة صحة صلاح الدين في العراق. انطلقت الدراسة من مشكلة رئيسية لمعرفة دور وعلاقة تجربة الزبون في تحقيق التفوق المعرفي، واتخذت المنهج الوصفي والتحليلي كمنهج لوصف متغيرات الدراسة وأبراز مفاهيمها ودراستها. اما بالنسبة للجانب العملي فقد أُستخدم الاستبيان كأداة رئيسية لجمع البيانات وتكوّن مجتمع الدراسة من 140 زبوناً (مريضاً). ثمّ وُضعت معلومات هذا الاستجابات في برنامج إحصائي SPSS(V27) لمعالجتها وتحليلها. انتهى البحث بعدة نتائج أهمها وجود أثر للزبون في تحقيق التفوق المعرفي وكانت نسبة الدلالة الإحصائية (R2= 0.278) في دائرة صحة صلاح الدين.

Abstract

This research aims to shed light on an important topic, which is creative accounting, and try to reduce this negative phenomenon through the use of the accounting education method, as well as clarifying the correlation and impact relationships between the two dimensions of the research. The precedent to clarify the theoretical background for each of the accounting education and creative accounting, while the second aspect is exploratory and analytical, through a prospective study in the light of preparing a questionnaire form for the purpose of collecting data and information related to the research, which was applied to the Ashur Bank in Iraq, which led to the formulation of a hypothetical scheme through which it reflects Influence and correlation relationships between the two dimensions of research, And it resulted in a set of main hypotheses, which were tested using the spss statistical analysis program, and the research reached a set of conclusions, the most important of which was (that the employment of accounting education in a deliberate manner can enhance the foundations, skills, and ethical and professional values of accountants, which contributes to reducing negative phenomena such as creative accounting). يهدف هذا البحث الى تسليط الضوء حول موضوع مهم وهو المحاسبة الابداعية ومحاولة الحد من هذه الظاهرة السلبية من خلال استخدام اسلوب التعليم المحاسبي، وكذلك توضيح علاقات الارتباط والاثر بين بعدي البحث، وقد جرى البحث بالاعتماد على جانبين اساسيين تمثل الاول بكونه وثائقي وصفي متمثلا بالاطلاع على الادبيات السابقة لتوضيح الخلفية النظرية لكل من التعليم المحاسبي والمحاسبة الابداعية، اما الجانب الثاني فهو استطلاعي تحليلي، عن طريق دراسة استطلاعية في ضوء اعداد استمارة استبانة لغرض جمع البيانات والمعلومات المتعلقة بالبحث والذي تم تطبيقه على مصرف اشور في العراق، مما ادى لصياغة مخطط فرضي يعكس من خلاله علاقات التأثير والارتباط بين بعدي البحث، ونتج عنه مجموعة من الفرضيات الرئيسة والتي اختبرت بأستخدام برنامج التحليل الاحصائي spss، وتوصل البحث الى مجموعة من الاستنتاجات كان اهمها (ان توظيف التعليم المحاسبي بصورة مدروسة بأمكانه تعزيز الاسس والمهارات والقيم الاخلاقية والمهنية لدى المحاسبين مما يسهم في الحد من الظواهر السلبية كالمحاسبة الابداعية) فيما قدم البحث مجموعة مقترحات كان ابرزها (ينبغي على الشركة اقامة ندوات ومؤتمرات للتعريف بخطورة الممارسات اللا اخلاقية واثرها على الاقتصاد العام فضلا عن العواقب القانونية التي قد تطال ممارسيها)

Abstract

In the nineties of the last century, Turkey witnessed an economic trend based on openness to the outside world during the premiership of Tansu Ciller 1993-1996, which led to a number of economic changes for the purpose of restructuring the power structure. The changes that took place in the Middle East region at the beginning of the nineties, especially the Gulf War, also contributed The second on January 16, 1991 and the collapse of the Soviet Union on December 25, 1991 and the post-Cold War phase created very large economic crises in the Turkish economy, and the emergence of features of the formation of a new international order increased the importance of the Middle East region as a region of international and regional polarization and attraction. شهدت تركيا في تسعينيات القرن الماضي توجهاً اقتصاديا استند الى الانفتاح على العالم الخارجي في اثناء رئاسة وزراء تانسو تشيلر١٩93- 1996 والذي افضى الى جملة من التغييرات الاقتصادية لغرض اعادة الترتيب البنيوي للسلطة ، كما اسهمت التغييرات التي شهدتها منطقة الشرق الاوسط في بداية عقد التسعينيات ولاسيما حرب الخليج الثانية في 16 كانون الثاني 1991 و أنهيار الاتحاد السوفياتي في 25 كانون الاول1991 و مرحلة ما بعد الحرب الباردة في خلق ازمات اقتصادية كبيرة جدا في الاقتصاد التركي ، وبروز ملامح تشكيل نظام دولي جديد زادت من اهمية منطقة الشرق الاوسط بوصفها منطقة استقطاب وتجاذب دولي واقليمي ، وقد عنيت الدراسة بالنشأة الاجتماعية والتكوين الثقافي لشخصية تانسو تشيلر بوصفها شخصية اقتصادية مؤثرة في الساحة التركية ، والتي بدورها سعت الى تعزيز الروابط الاقتصادية وبشكل خاص في جانب التجارة مع الاتحاد الاوربي.

Abstract

The research goal is to:
1- Designing educational units to evaluate the educational research method according to metacognitive thinking.
2- The effectiveness of designing educational units for the Educational Research Methodology course on metacognitive thinking in achievement among students of the College of Basic Education.
To achieve the research goal, the researcher formulated the following null hypothesis:
1. There is no statistically significant difference at the level of significance (0.05) between the average scores of the students of the experimental group who will study the educational research methodology course with educational units designed according to metacognitive thinking and the average scores of the students of the control group who will study the same subject according to the usual method in the achievement test. prepared for this purpose.
The researcher adopted the descriptive approach in designing educational units designed according to metacognitive thinking. The design process included three stages: the planning stage, which consists of two stages (analysis and design), and the implementation and evaluation stage, which was used in its design. Metacognitive thinking strategies and skills.
It also adopted the semi-experimental approach with partial control to know the effectiveness of the educational units in the dependent variable (achievement), and two experimental and control groups were chosen. The research community is represented by all students of basic education faculties in the morning Iraqi public universities for the academic year (2022-2023). At a rate of (60) male and female students for each section, It was chosen by random assignment, while the researcher chose the College of Basic Education at Al-Muthanna University intentionally. The researcher rewarded the two research groups with variables (chronological age calculated in months, intelligence, previous information), and was keen to control some non-experimental variables that could influence In the integrity of the experimental research design, I prepared a teacher’s guide that includes (7) teaching plans according to metacognitive thinking. It also includes solving activities and questions for the experimental group. I also prepared one teaching plan for the control group according to the usual method (lecture and questioning).
The researcher defined the scientific subject as (11) lectures taught during the first semester of the year (2022-2023) and formulated behavioral goals for the scientific subject, which numbered (231) goals. The researcher applied the research tool represented by choosing the achievement, which consisted of (40) items, including ( 24) objective paragraphs of the multiple-choice type with four alternatives, and (16) paragraphs of the essay type. The validity, intentions, difficulty coefficient, ease, discrimination, and effectiveness of the wrong alternatives for the objective paragraphs of the choice were calculated, as its reliability coefficient using the Cronbach’s alpha method reached (0.85).
The researcher applied the research experiment to the students of the research sample (the experimental and control groups) with the start of the official working hours of the universities for the first semester, as she started making equivalencies between the two research groups, so the IQ test and the previous information were applied on Thursday corresponding to (9/29/2022) and she started with the actual teaching of the subject The study took place on Sunday (10/2/2022), with three lectures per week for each of the experimental and control groups, and the achievement test and the superior knowledge scale were applied on Thursday (12/29/2023). The statistical bag of social sciences was used to extract the results of its research.
After analyzing the researcher statistically, the research concluded:
- The students of the experimental group outperformed the students of the control group in achieving the subject of the educational research methodology.
In light of this, the researcher came up with a number of conclusions, recommendations and proposals.

هدف البحث الحالي الى :
-1 تصميم وحدات تعليمية لمقدر منهج البحث التربوي على وفق التفكير ما فوق المعرفي.
2- فاعلية تصميم وحدات تعليمية لمقرر منهج البحث التربوي على وفق التفكير ما فوق المعرفي في التحصيل لدى طلبة كلية التربية الأساسية.
ولتحقيق هدف البحث صاغت الباحثتان الفرضية الصفرية الآتية:
. لا يوجد فرق ذو دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (0.05) بين متوسط درجات طلبة المجموعة التجريبية التي درست مقرر منهج البحث التربوي بالوحدات التعليمية ومتوسط درجات طلبة المجموعة الضابطة التي درست المادة نفسها وفقا للطريقة الاعتيادية في اختبار التحصيل النهائي.
أعتمدت الباحثتان المنهج الوصفي في تصميم الوحدات التعليمية المصممة على وفق التفكير ما فوق المعرفي وقد تضمنت عملية التصميم ثلاث مراحل هي مرحلة التخطيط التي تتكون من مرحلتي (التحليل والتصميم)، ومرحلة التنفيذ والتقويم واستخدم في تصميمها. استراتيجيات ومهارات التفكير ما فوق المعرفي. كما اعتمدت المنهج شبه التجريبي ذي الضبط الجزئي لتعرف فاعلية الوحدات التعليمية في المتغير التابعة (التحصيل) ،وتم اختيار مجوعتين تجريبية وضابطة إذ تعرضت المجموعة التجريبية للوحدات التعليمية المصممة على وفق التفكير ما فوق المعرفي ودُرِست باستخدام استراتيجيات التفكير ما فوق المعرفي، بينما دُرِست المجموعة الضابطة المحاضرات الاعتيادية بأستخدام الطريقة الاعتيادية في التدريس (المحاضرة ، الاستجواب ) ، وتمثل مجتمع البحث بجميع طلبة كليات التربية الأساسية في الجامعات العراقية الحكومية الصباحية للعام الدراسي (2022 - 2023) وتكونت عينة البحث من (120) طالب وطالبة موزعين بين شعبتين دراستين ( أ . ب ) بواقع (60) طالباً وطالبة لكل شعبة ، وقد تم اختيارها بطريقة التعيين العشوائي، في حين اختارت الباحثتان كلية التربية الأساسية في جامعة المثنى قصدياً ، كافأت الباحثتان بين مجموعتي البحث في متغيرات (العمر الزمني محسوباً بالأشهر، الذكاء، المعلومات السابقة)، وحرصت على ضبط بعض المتغيرات غير التجريبية التي من الممكن أن تؤثر في سلامة التصميم التجريبي البحث، واعدت دليلاً للمعلم يشتمل على (7) خطط تدريسية وفقا للتفكير ما فوق المعرفي ، كما يشمل على حل الانشطة والأسئلة للمجموعة التجريبية كما اعدت خطة تدريسية واحدة للمجموعة الضابطة وفقا للطريقة الاعتيادية و(المحاضرة والاستجواب.
حددت الباحثتان المادة العلمية بـ (11) محاضرة دراسية دُرستْ خلال الفصل الدراسي الأول من العام (2022 - 2023) وصاغت أهدافاً سلوكية للمادة العلمية بلغ عددها (231)هدفاً، طَّبقتْ الباحثتان أداة البحث المتمثلة بإختيار التحصيل الذي تكون من (40) فقرة منها (24) فقرة موضوعية من نوع الاختيار من متعدد ذي الأربعة بدائل، و(16) فقرة من النوع المقالي، وتم احتساب الصدق والنيات ومعامل الصعوبة والسهولة والتمييز وفاعلية البدائل الخاطئة للفقرات الموضوعية للأختيار، إذ بلغ معامل ثباته باستخدام طريقه الفا كرونباخ (85 .0).
طبقت الباحثتان تجربة البحث على طلبة عينة البحث ( المجموعتين التجريبية والضابطة) مع بدء الدوام الرسمي للجامعات للفصل الدراسي الاول ،إذ باشرت بإجراء التكافؤات بين مجموعتي البحث ، فطبق اختبار الذكاء والمعلومات السابقة في يوم الخميس الموافق ( 29/9/2022) وبدأت بالتدريس الفعلي للمادة الدراسية في يوم الاحد الموافق(2/10/2022) وبواقع ثلاث محاضرات اسبوعياً لكل من المجموعة التجريبية والضابطة، وطبقت اختيار التحصيل ومقياس المعرفة الفائقة في يوم الخميس(29/12/2023) استعملت الحقيبة الاحصائية العلوم الاجتماعية، لاستخراج نتائج بحثها.
بعد تحليل الباحثتان إحصائياً توصل البحث الى :-
- تفوق طلبة المجموعة التجريبية على طلبة المجموعة الضابطة في تحصيل مادة منهج البحث التربوي.
في ضوء ذلك خرجت الباحثتان بعدد من الاستنتاجات والتوصيات والمقترحات.

This research presented and dealt with the words that came from Deuteronomy in the same word that expressed the different meanings mentioned by lexicographers. However, the Holy Qur’an contains these words, but they have new connotations. They shared with each other the meaning within the Qur’anic usage, as they belong to the same root mentioned by the lexicographers.

لكلّ بحث لا بُدَّ له مِن أنْ يعالج فكرة , ومن ثمّ الخروج بنتائج لهذه الفكرة , فهذا البحث قام بعرض ومعالجة الألفاظ التي ناتها التثنية في عين الكلمة التي عبّرت عن المعاني المختلفة التي ذكرها المعجميّون , إلّا أنَّ القرآن الكريم قد وردت فيه هذه الألفاظ ولكنّها بدلالات جديدة تشاركت فيما بينها بالمعنى داخل الاستعمال القرآني فهي تنتمي الى الجذر نفسه الذي ذكره المعجميّون .إذن هو التماس جديد لتلك الألفاظ (مثنّاة العين) داخل السّياق القرآني الذي أفصحت عنه القراءات القرآنية وآراء المفسّرين بعزوها الى اللهجات أو القراءات أو الجذور المعجمية وتقليباتها واشتقاقاتها بالجذر نفسه وبالتالي فهو ورود جديد بمعنى جديد داخل هذا الاستنطاق في رحاب الحيز القرآني والعمل بتلك التقلّبات الحاصلة في عين الكلمة جرّاء ذلك التثليث .

To What Degree Arabic Language Instructors In The Preparation Stage Employ Functional Intelligence

Abstract

The current research aims to find out (The extent to which Arabic language teachers practice functional intelligence at the preparatory school stage)the researcher adopted the descriptive approach in his study, and to achieve the goal of the research, the researcher prepared a tool an observation card consisting of (8)dimensions of functional intelligence, each of which consists of(6) paragraphs, and the most correct performance structure,t he research, and its virtual validity, were presented by the researcher to some experts and specialists in the field of education. Teaching the Arabic language, and after completing all research procedures and obtaining data, the research proceeded in his research and data were analyzed statistically using the Pearson correlation coefficient. Cronbach’s alpha, and the mean , Arithmetic, where the results indicate that the functional intelligence is at (average) level as a whole, but it is farther than just its level is different according to the degree of the arithmetic mean ,as the intellectual dimension achieved the first rank and level average, and the arithmetic average score was (2,3), and the linguistic dimension achieved the second rank, at an average level, the score of the arithmetic level was (2,244),while the cognitive dimension came in the third rank and level average and the arithmetic average score was (2,179), and the organizational score ranked fourth at an average level, the score of the arithmetic mean was (2,000),while the emotional dimension came in the fifth rank, at an average level, score of the arithmetic mean was(1,788),and the skill dimension got the rank sixth, at an average level, and arithmetic average score was(1,757), and the leadership dimension came in the rank seventh ,at an average level, and the arithmetic average score was (1.694),as for the professional dimension in the rank Eighth, at a weak level, and the arithmetic average score was(1,644). In light of the aforementioned research findings, the researcher presented conclusions, recommendations, and proposals. The researcher suggested applying the study to intermediate school teachers and developing a functional intelligence program in accordance with their practices and its dimensions. The researcher also suggested holding conferences and seminars to discuss the dimensions of functional intelligence and to develop functional intelligence

يهدفُ البحث الحالي لمَعرفة (مَدى مُمارسة مُدرسي مادة اللغة العربية في المرحلة الاعدادية للذّكاء الوظيفي)، اعتمدَ الباحثُ المنهجَ الوصفي في دراسته، ولِتحقيق هَدفَ البحثِ أعدا الباحثُ اداة (بطاقة مُلاحظة )مكونة (8) أبعاد للذكاء الوظيفي، ويتألف، كلّ من(6)فقرات، ولضبط بناء أداة البحث، وصدقها الظاهري عَرضَها الباحثُ على بعض الخبراءِ والمختصينَ في مجالِ التربية وطرائقِ تدريس اللغة العربية ، وبعد انهاء جميع اجراءات البحثِ والحصول على البياناتِ، شَرعَ الباحثُ بِتحليلها احصائياً، مستخدماً الوسائل الاحصائية معامل ارتباط بيرسون، ومُعادلة (الفا كرونباخ )، والمتوسط الحسابي، حيث إشارات النتائج الى حصول الذكاء الوظيفي على مستوى (متوسط)ككُلّ، أما ابعده فجاءت مُستويتها مختلفة كلاً حسب درجة المتوسط الحسابي، إذ حَققَ البُعد الفِكري على المرتبة الاولى وبمستوى مُتوسط، وبلغت درجة المتوسط الحسابي (2,3)، وحَققَ البعد اللغوي على المرتبة الثانية وبمستوى متوسط، وبلغت درجة المتوسط الحسابي(2,244 )، في حين جاء البُعد المعرفي على المرتبة الثالثة وبمستوى متوسط ، وبلغت درجة المتوسط الحسابي (2,179)، وحصل البُعد التّنظيمي على المرتبة الرابعة وبمستوى متوسط ، وبلغت درجة المتوسط الحسابي(2,00)، اما البُعد العاطفي جاء في المرتبة الخامسة وبمستوى مُتوسط ، وبَلغتْ درجة المُتوسط الحسابي ( 1,788)، وحصل البُعد المهاري على المرتبة السادسة وبمُستوى متوسط ، وبلغت درجة المتوسط الحسابي (1,757 ), وجاء البُعد القيادي في المرتبة السابعة ، وبمستوى متوسط، وبلغت درجة المتوسط الحسابي (1,694)، اما البُعد الاحترافي في المرتبة الثامنة , وبمستوى ضعيف , وبلغت درجة المتوسط الحسابي ( 1,664) في ضوء ما تقدم من نتائجِ البحثِ، قَدمَ الباحثُ الاستنتاجات و التّوصيات والمُقترحات، إذ أوصى الباحث عقّد مُؤتمرات وندوات لِمناقشة ابعاد الذكاء الوظيفي، وتطويرها وتنميتها، واقترح الباحث تطبيق الدراسة على مدرسي و مدرسات المرحلة المتوسطة ، وبناء برنامج للذكاء الوظيفي على وفق ممارساتهم لإبعاده.

In this research, we discuss the Qur’anic story, its impact on human behavior, and the difference between it and the literary story written by man. with it, Especially the people who disbelieved in God Almighty, and challenged Him, and among that is the people of Ad who were exterminated by God Almighty and erased their impact from existence, as well as the people of Lot who committed immorality, so God punished them on the earth, as the Qur’anic stories included several educational issues, One of the most important of them is the cultivation of love among the members of the same household, as in the story of Joseph, peace be upon him, as the Qur’anic stories encourage renunciation of bad morals, adherence to virtuous values, and other issues, which is demonstrated by this research.

نتناول في هذا البحث القصة القرآنية، وأثرها في سلوك الإنسان، والفرق بينها وبين القصّة الأدبيّة التي يكتبها الإنسان، فقد زخر القرآن الكريم بالقصص القرآنية التي تحدّثت عن الأنبياء والرّسل عليهم السلام الذين جاؤوا قبل الرّسول محمد صلى الله عليه وسلم، كما تضمّن قصص الأقوام وما حلّ بها، ولا سيّما الأقوام التي كفرت بالله تعالى، وتحدّته، ومن ذلك قوم عاد الذين أبادهم الله تعالى ومحى أثرهم من الوجود، وكذلك قوم لوط الذين فعلوا الفاحشة فخفس الله بهم الأرض، كما كانت القصص القرآنية تتضمن قضايا تربوية عدّة، من أهمها زرع المحبّة بين أفراد البيت الواحد، كما في قصّة يوسف عليه السلام، كما حضّت القصص القرآنيّة على نبذ الأخلاق السّيئة، والتمسّك بالقيم الفاضلة، وغير ذلك من القضايا، وهو ما بيّنه هذا البحث.

Abstract

The basin of Wadi Balkian is one of the permanent rivers of the mountainous region of the Kurdistan region, located in Erbil Governorate, with an area of (1131.82 km2), and its waters flow in the rainy season and flow into the Rawanduz River. Morphometric studies of river basins are important studies that are useful in interpreting many geomorphological and hydrological questions. This study aims to analyze the morphological and topographic characteristics of the Wadi Balkian basin, due to its great importance in identifying the morphological features of the region, and the role of these characteristics in hydrological modeling analyses, especially related to surface water runoff. One of the most important results reached by the study is the construction of a database of the morphological and topographic characteristics of the basins of the study area. This study is a basis for researchers in the field of geomorphological applications related to studying the dangers of floods in the region to confront them, and developing proposals to benefit from net surface runoff in various areas of development.

تُعد الدراسات المورفومترية للأحواض النهرية من الدراسات المهمة التي تفيد في تفسير العديد من التساؤلات الجيومورفولوجية والهيدرولوجية. وتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل الخصائص الشكلية و التضاريسية لحوض وادي بالكيان، لأهميتها الكبرى في التعرف على الملامح المورفولوجية للمنطقة، ودور هذه الخصائص في تحليلات النمذجة الهيدرولوجية خاصة المتعلقة بالجريان المائي السطحي. ومن أهم النتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسة، بناء قاعدة بيانات لخصائص الشكلية و التضاريسية لأحواض منطقة الدراسة، وتعد هذه الدراسة أساسا للباحثين في مجال التطبيقات الجيومورفولوجية المتعلقة بدراسة أخطار السيول بالمنطقة لمواجهتها، ووضع مقترحات الإستفادة من صافي الجريان السطحي بمجالات التنمية المختلفة.

Abstract

The Corona epidemic is considered one of the serious epidemics that threaten human life all over the world, and despite taking all precautionary measures to prevent the spread of infection, it has spread rapidly in all parts of the world, including Iraq, and given the continuous rise in the number of infections at the level of Iraq and the spread of the virus, especially in areas with High population densities, as the last statistic of injuries reached until (20/7/2021) approximately (9876) injuries, so we must take the necessary measures to prevent its spread among the population, especially since many countries, including Iraq, lack the appropriate places for health isolation for patients corona. The current research relied on spatial analysis based on geographic information systems (GIS) to identify the best areas suitable for temporary sanitary isolation according to criteria set by the World Health Organization. At the level of Najaf Governorate to implement sanitary isolation in the long term, because it is areas far from high population densities, in addition to its distance from gatherings where the spread of viruses (industrial areas, markets, schools), which facilitates the control of the epidemic and limit its spread in other areas.

يعد وباء كورونا من الاوبئة الخطيرة التي تهدد حياة الانسان في جميع انحاء العالم وبالرغم من اتخاذ كافة الاجراءات الاحترازية لمنع انتشار العدوى الانه انتشر بشكل متسارع في كل انحاء العالم ومنها العراق، ونظرا لارتفاع المستمر في عدد الاصابات على مستوى العراق وانتشار الفيروس،سيما في المناطق ذات الكثافات السكانية العالية،اذ بلغت اخر احصائية للاصابات لحد يوم(20/ 7/2021) مايقارب( 9876) اصابة، لذا يجب علينا اتخاذ التدابير اللازمة لمنع انتشاره بين السكان،سيما ان الكثير من الدول ومنها العراق تفتقد الى وجود الامكان المناسبة للعزل الصحي لمرضى كورونا. اعتمد البحث الحالي على التحليل المكاني الذي يستند على نظم المعلومات الجغرافي(gis) للتعرف على افضل المناطق الملائمة للعزل الصحي المؤقت وفق معايير حددتها منظمة الصحة العالمية،اذ تبين من النتائج المستحصلة،ان (مركز قضاء المناذرة والمشخاب وناحية القادسية) هي من اكثر المناطق المناسبة على مستوى محافظة النجف لتطبيق العزل الصحي على المدى البعيد،لانها مناطق بعيدة عن الكثافات السكانية المرتفعة،فضلا عن ابتعادها عن التجمعات التي تسهل فيها انتشار الفيروسات( المناطق الصناعية،الاسواق،المدارس)،مما يسهل السيطرة على الوباء والحد من انتشاره في المناطق الاخرى

Hadith, as for the second chapter; The researcher divided the chapter into two sections: The first section: The aesthetics of nature drawings and its techniques. The second section: Nature between the visual image and the reality of experimentation. The research was presented in the third chapter, titled Nature drawings between color and the energy of form, in which the research community was analyzed and transformations and variables in technology were revealed. And color and composition. As for the fourth chapter, the researcher presented the results and conclusions, including: Modern and contemporary arts, as they move towards nature, are building their visual system with the effect of transformations in the vision of things and images that are discovered by variables in shape, line, texture, structure and light. The transformations of drawing nature in modern art have led to experimentation. Continuous, whether in shape, color, line element, composition, and themes, the composition of the image in Expressionism through testing the form and the visual image, while Cubism adopted the destruction of shapes and objects and the depiction of nature through a geometric system. Then the researcher presented recommendations and proposals.

يهدف البحث الحالي دراسة رسم الطبيعة في الفن الحديث والتحولات المستمرة في توثيق او التعبير عن المشهد و تقديم الاشياء والموضوعات والبيئات المتنوعة بتمثيل شكلي وعرض بصري، ولهذا قدم الباحث في الفصل الأول مشكلة البحث والتوصل إلى هدفه في كشف التنوع والاختلاف في رسم الطبيعة ضمن اساليب واتجاهات الفن الحديث، أما الفصل الثاني؛ فقسم الباحث الفصل على مبحثين هما: المبحث الاول : جماليات رسوم الطبيعة وتقنياته، أما المبحث الثاني: الطبيعة بين الصورة المرئية وواقع التجريب، وقدم البحث في الفصل الثالث حمل عنوان رسوم الطبيعة بين اللون وطاقة الشكل وتم فيه تحليل مجتمع البحث والكشف عن التحولات والمتغيرات في التقنية واللون والتكوين، أما الفصل الرابع فعرض الباحث النتائج والاستنتاجات، ومنها: باتت الفنون الحديثة والمعاصرة وهي تتجه نحو الطبيعة تبني نظامها البصري بمؤثر التحولات في رؤية الأشياء والصور التي تكتشف عن متغيرات في الشكل والخط والملمس والبناء والضوء، سارت تحولات رسم الطبيعة في الفن الحديث إلى التجريب المستمر سواء في الشكل او اللون وعنصر الخط والتكوين والموضوعات، تركيب الصورة في التعبيرية عبر اختبار الشكل والصورة المرئية بينما واعتمدت التكعيبية تحطيم الاشكال والاجسام وتصوير الطبيعة عبر نظام هندسي، ثم قدم الباحث التوصيات والمقترحات.

Abstract

Wireless Sensor Networks (WSNs) have become pervasive in various domains, ranging from environmental monitoring to industrial automation. However, the deployment of WSNs in critical applications necessitates robust security mechanisms, including effective anomaly detection techniques. Due to the weakness of wireless sensor networks, it is not practical to depend on the safety of the standard protocols, because of the nature of sensor communication and the constantly shifting topology of the network. In order to provide safety services in WSNs by combining expertise of surveillance and decision, artificial neural networks (ANN) are one of the suggested methods. In this paper we discussing the significance of anomaly detection in WSNs and its crucial role in ensuring network integrity and reliability. The limitations of traditional anomaly detection methods in WSNs are highlighted, leading to the exploration of ANNs as a promising alternative.The research also examines the evaluation metrics and benchmark datasets commonly used in assessing the performance of anomaly detection techniques. Different evaluation criteria, such as detection accuracy, false positive rate, and detection time, are discussed to provide a comprehensive evaluation framework for comparing different ANN-based approaches.Finally, the paper identifies current challenges and future research directions in the field of anomaly detection in WSNs using ANNs. These challenges include energy efficiency, scalability, and adaptability to dynamic network conditions. The potential integration of emerging technologies, such as edge computing and federated learning, is proposed as a way to address these challenges and advance the field.

Abstract

While contemporary life imposes on man multiple roles and constantly new demands, which has led to pressures in bearing the burdens of life in general and the profession in particular, and thus the work environment has become full of conflicts that may negatively affect the professional compatibility of the individual, requiring him to conform with himself to achieve his ambitions and goals And satisfy all his motives to live in a constantly changing society. The teaching profession has an important role in shaping the future of society through the creation of life, and therefore the teacher must have a professional consensus that helps him carry out his role to the fullest. This research dealt with the professional compatibility of teachers and its relationship to the level of ambition among a sample of art education teachers. To verify these hypotheses, appropriate statistical treatments were used for the nature of the research.

يعد تقدم المجتمعات مرتبط بالعمل والعلم ومدى ما يتحقق من تحديات وانجازات , وللمهنة اهمية كبيرة في حياتنا فهي التي تحدد نوع النشاط الذي يقضي به الانسان معظم حياته والذي يبذل من اجله اقصى جهد , ويعبر به عن ميوله وطموحه وقدراته ومهاراته . بينما الحياة المعاصرة تفرض على الانسان ادوار متعددة ومطالب جديدة باستمرار , مما ادى الى ضغوط في تحمل اعباء الحياة بصفة عامة والمهنة بصفة خاصة , وبالتالي اصبحت بيئة العمل مليئة بالصراعات التي قد تؤثر سلبا على التوافق المهني للفرد , يتطلب منه ان يتوافق مع نفسه لتحقيق طموحاته واهدافه واشباع جميع دوافعه للعيش في مجتمع متغير باستمرار . ومهنة التدريس لها دور مهم في صنع المستقبل للمجتمع من خلال النشئ للحياة , وبالتالي يجب ان يكون للمعلم توافق مهني يساعده على تنفيذ دوره على اكمل وجه . وقد تناول هذا البحث التوافق المهني للمعلمين وعلاقته بمستوى الطموح لدى عينة من معلمات التربية الفنية , حيث وضعت الباحثة البعض من الفروض تم تطبيقها وفق استبيان التوافق المهني للمعلمين ومقياس مستوى الطموح على عينة من معلمات التربية الفنية في بعض مدارس مديرية تربية الرصافة الاولى . وللتحقق من هذه الفروض تم استخدام المعالجات الاحصائية المناسبة لطبيعة البحث .

لقد تبلورت مجموعة من الاحداث خلال حقبة البحث التي امتدت على ما يربوا على مئتي وواحد وعشرون عاما" شهد العراق خلالها مجموعة من الاحداث التي يمكن ان نطلق عليها الاحداث النقدية والتي امتدت منذ دخول الغزاة البويهيين بغداد واحتلالها سنة 334هــ/945م وحتى تلاشي قوة الغزاة السلاجقة سنة (555هــ/1160م). ان الخلفاء العباسيين خسروا حق ضرب النقود مستقلة باسمائهم وان البويهيين وحدهم انفردوا بها وان ذكر اسم الخليفة عليها لغرض كسب شريعتها امام الناس, بعد ان جردوه من لقب (امير المؤمنين) الذي كان ينقشه على معظم نقوده قبل دخول بني بويه بغداد سنة (334هــ/945م) عند دراسة الاحداث النقدية خلال حقبة التسلط البويهي نجد ان المسكوكات تعكس حالة الفوضى والاضطراب التي كانت سائدة في البلاد والغزاة البويهيون مشغولون بضرب القابهم وكناهم على الدنانير والدراهم وكذلك ضرب البويهيون في سنة 334هــ/945م الدراهم الفضية والدنانير وبموافقة الخليفة المستكفي (333-334ه/944-945) الذي ضرب اول درهم فيها عهده وتكرر الحال في سنة 354هــ/993م حيث ضرب معز الدولة بمدينة السلام وكانت تشبه الدنانير السابقة ولما قوة شوكت البويهيين, اصبح نقش اسماء الامراء البويهيين تشكل جزء من الهيبة وعنوان السيطرة الحقيقية على العراق لذلك عمد عضد الدولة البويهي في (362هــ/973م) على نقش القابه وكناه على الدنانير اذ نقش عبارة عضد الدولة ابو شجاع وتكررت الحالة في سنة (367هــ/978م) عندما اضاف عضد الدولة لقب نقش على السكة وهو ((الملك العدل)) شاه نشاه عضد الدولة وقد تمادى الغزاة البويهيون في نقش القابهم وكناهم على الدنانير في ظل ضعف الخلافة العباسية . البحث يهدف الى دراسة الإحداث النقدية والنظام النقدي في العصر العباسي وخلال العصرين البويهي والسلجوقي ، ويتضمن البحث عدة محاور هي مدخل نقدي للإحداث النقدية ، ونظام النقد المزدوج، ووزن النقود والقراضة ، وأسعار الصرف بين المعدنين، و قوة شراء النقود وكميتها،و دار الضرب ، واصناف النقود وهي انواع كثيرة ثم الخاتمة والمصادر والمراجع. ومن ابزر النتائج التي توصل اليها البحث هي:لما قوة شوكت البويهيين,والسلاجقة اصبح نقش اسماء الامراء البويهيين تشكل جزء من الهيبة وعنوان السيطرة الحقيقية على العراق.

Abstract

I bear witness that there is no god but Allah alone, who has no partner, and we have no Lord other than Him, and I bear witness that Muhammad is His servant and Messenger. His Lord favored him and chose him, and after:The Islamic law is great, and its purposes are great. It is a divine system that is valid for every time and place. The law came; To achieve major goals, including: organizing people’s lives, realizing their interests, removing hardship from them, and taking into account their conditions and circumstances. The best evidence of this is the Sharia’s attention to the so-called five necessities, such as preserving religion, life, mind, lineage, and money, as well as its interest in the purposes of need and improvement, as they are complementary to the goal. Necessary, and linked to it, and the importance of the legal objectives appears through their close connection to fatwas. One of the main elements in fatwa and ijtihad is considering the legal objectives, as Imam Al-Shatibi, may God have mercy on him, emphasized that. He stipulated that ijtihad is achieved by two things: The first: understanding the legal objectives in their completeness. The second: the ability to make deductions based on understanding these objectives.If the mufti issues a fatwa without knowledge of the purposes of Sharia, then his fatwa will be inaccurate, and may contradict one of the purposes taken into account by the legislator. As for this research, it is entitled: “The Effect of the Objectives of Sharia on Fatwas.” It is a study on basing fatwas on the objectives of Sharia, and showing that they are valid. Abstract

Nominalization, as a grammatical process, involves the transformation of verbs and adjectives into nouns. This linguistic phenomenon serves the purpose of enhancing conciseness and facilitating comprehension in news articles. However, it also holds the potential to alter the representation of drug addiction. The objective of this study is to conduct an analysis of how drug addiction is portrayed in English and Arabic newspaper articles in Iraq, employing a systemic functional linguistics (SFL) perspective with a specific emphasis on the utilization of nominalization. To achieve this, two articles, one in English and one in Arabic, have been meticulously chosen for examination. The study delves into the impact of nominalization on the depiction of drug addiction in news coverage, exploring the diverse aspects of nominalization that contribute to the overall meaning conveyed in these articles. By investigating language choices, particularly the employment of nominalization, the research endeavors to comprehend how drug addiction is shaped and its societal implications. Drawing inspiration from the works of Michael Halliday and the concept of grammatical metaphor, the study seeks to unravel the role played by nominalization in condensing information and imparting significance within news articles. The findings of this research enrich our comprehension of the linguistic mechanisms employed in the portrayal of drug addiction within Iraqi culture and how this issue is framed within the realm of news reporting. Through an analysis of the linguistic strategies employed in newspaper articles, this study provides valuable insights into the construction of meaning and the portrayal of drug addiction in the media. Ultimately, the study concludes that the usage of nominalization in news articles concerning drug addiction can contribute to the perpetuation of stigma and discrimination against individuals grappling with addiction. It is imperative for journalists to be cognizant of how nominalization shapes the representation of drug addiction and to utilize this technique responsibly.

This paper presents a comprehensive comparative study of various task scheduling algorithms used in cloud computing environments. The efficient allocation of tasks on virtual machines (VMs) in a cloud infrastructure is crucial for optimizing resource utilization and overall system performance. In this research, we focus on three prominent algorithms: Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO), Ant Colony Optimization (ACO), and a selection of traditional algorithms. The study begins by introducing the background and significance of cloud computing task scheduling, highlighting the growing demand for scalable and resource-efficient solutions. Next, each algorithm, namely PSO, ACO, and traditional algorithms, is presented with its underlying principles and approaches to task scheduling. The research methodology involves implementing the aforementioned algorithms in a simulated cloud environment and evaluating their performance using various metrics. Real-world workload traces are used to simulate dynamic task arrival patterns, enhancing the relevance and validity of the study. The comparative analysis of the algorithms reveals their strengths, weaknesses, and suitability for different types of tasks and cloud scenarios. Key factors such as scalability, adaptability to changing workloads, and responsiveness to resource fluctuations are discussed. In conclusion, this paper contributes to a better understanding of cloud computing task scheduling algorithms and their implications for cloud infrastructure performance. The findings can aid cloud service providers and researchers in making informed decisions regarding algorithm selection based on specific cloud deployment scenarios and application requirements.

This study examines the marginalized representation of women in both novels of the Canadian author Margaret Atwood's Surfacing (1972) and The Blind Assassin (2000). Atwood's heroines are not merely 'rebels' but are passive sufferers, and their sacrifice and devotion to their families realistically express the female characters in general. The article emphasizes the necessity for gender equality and women's empowerment. It relies on Feminist theory and highlights the importance of literature as a tool for social critique and as a means of promoting social justice and equality. The article also focuses on the suppression of women's rights and their voicelessness in the face of male dominance by the patriarchal society where women are subjugated and oppressed.

Abstract

Background: There is a need for early and accurate diagnosis of acute kidney injury, and low level of apelin, high levels of B2-Micro globulin (B2-MG), and fibroblast growth factor 23 (FGF 23), in blood serum give early diagnosis of acute kidney injury in patients. Objective: estimated the level of apelin as innovative early indicator in acute kidney injury and measured it in both control and acute kidney injury patients groups. Also finding it's relationship with each of B2-MG, FGF23, and estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR) of both groups. Meterials and Methods: This study was conducted on 232 blood samples were collected from males and the females, 108 of which were control subject, and 124 of which were from Patients with acute kidney injury whose age ranged (≤35 years - ≥56 years). Results: decreased in apelin (pg/ml) and (eGFR), increased both B2-MG and FGF23 in the blood serum of acute kidney injury patients group compared to the control group. Conclusions: The results showed the apelin and (eGFR) decreased in the blood serum of acute kidney injury group corresponding to an increased in the level of both B2-MG and FGF23 compared to the control group, which indicates the possibility that apelin of may be an indicator of early prevention and protection for acute kidney injury, in addition to B2- MG and FGF 23.

هناك حاجة للتشخيص المبكر والدقيق لإصابة الكلية الحادة ، وانخفاض مستوى الأبيلين وإرتفاع مستويات كلا من B2-microglobulin وعامل النمو الليفي FGF23،في مصل الدم يعطي تشخيص مبكر لإصابة الكلية الحادة لدى المرضى . الهدف: تقدير مستوى الأبيلين على أنه مؤشر مبكر مبتكر على الإصابة الكلوية الحادة وقياسهُ في كل من مجموعتي السيطرة ومرضى الإصابة الكلوية الحادة ،كما تم العثور على علاقته بكل من FGF23،B2MG ، ومعدل الترشيح الكبيبي المقدر(eGFR)لكلا المجموعتين ، المواد والطرق:- أجريت هذه الدراسة على ٢٣٢ عينة دم، تم جمع العينات من الذكور والإناث ، ١٠٨ منها كانت مجموعة سيطرة ، و ١٢٤ فيها كانت من مرضى إصابات الكلية الحادة ، والذين تتراوح أعمارهم (بين أقل او يساوي ٣٥ إلى اكبر أو يساوي ٥٦سنة ) النتائج:- انخفاض في مستوى الأبيلين (pg/ml)وال (eGFR)،وزاد كلا من FGF23 وB2-MG في مصل الدم لمجموعة مرضى إصابة الكلية الحادة مقارنة بجموعة السيطرة. الاستنتاجات:- أظهرت النتائج أنخفاض الابيلين و (eGFR) في مصل الدم لمجموعة مرضى إصابة الكلية الحادة ، بما يتوافق مع زيادة في مستوى كل من ال FGF23 وB2-MG مقارنة بمجموعة السيطرة ، فالابيلين هو مؤشر للوقاية المبكرة والحماية من إصابة الكلية الحادة بالاضافة الى FGF23 وB2-MG

They were then followed by the Kufic school of thought with differences in method and other aspects. Other sects. .. And all the development that occurred in the grammatical study at the hands of the grammarians who succeeded Sibawayh was a development in form and not in substance, in the system of composition and not in the subject of composition, and it must be said that there are only two schools of thought or schools in Arabic grammar, which are Basra and Kufa. Because the other schools of thought do not fall outside the framework of these two schools, and there is no grammar between these schools, contrary to what we see from the differences between the visual and Kufic curricula.

إن تفشي اللحن على الألسن العربي السبب الرئيسي الذي دعا إلى تأسيس علم النحو في العربية, ولا يوجد لعلم النحو واضع معين إنما هي جهود متواصلة أتمرت في مدينة البصرة علماء اسسوا له عرفوا بالمذهب البصري، ثم تبعهم بعد ذلك المذهب الكوفي مع الاختلاف في المنهج وغيرها من المذاهب الأخرى. .. و إن كل ما طرأ على الدراسة النحوية من تطور على أيدي النحاة الذين خلفوا سيبويه كان تطوراً في الشكل لا في الجوهر ، في نظام التأليف لا في موضوع التأليف, ويجب القول ليس في النحو العربي غير مذهبان أو مدرستان هما البصرة والكوفة ؛ لكون المذاهب الأخرى لا تخرج عن اطار هذين المدرستين وليس هناك نحوي بين تلك المدراس ، خلافاً لمل نراه من الفروق بين المناهج البصرية والكوفية.

The minute details of the events that occurred express the writer’s literary soul, the breadth of imagination, his creativity, and his intellectual passions. لقد كان الكاتب منوعاً في عرض قضاياه بين الواقع والخيال, فجاء تصوير الأحداث الواقعيّة على ما فيها من دمويّة أكثر إثارة لمشاعر القارئ ودفعه للقراءة أكثر من دون أن يشعر إلا بفضول المعرفة, والغضب من المعتدين بعد ان اصبح تجسيد الحقيقة بصورة خيالية تعبر عن الواقع المرير والتفاصيل الدقيقة بما جرى من حوادث تعبر عن النفس الادبي وسعة التصور لدى الكاتب وابداعاته وخلجاته الفكرية . كما ان المقدرة الإبداعيّة للكاتب وقدرته على إيصال أفكاره من خلال تفعيل دور الخيال, واستخدام التّصوير لجعل المتلقي يشعر أنّه في داخل الحدث يعيش المشاعر نفسها التي عاشتها كل شخصيّة, كما نجح الكاتب في أسلوبه بتكوين رأي عام من خلال القراء الّذين قرأوا روايته فكانت نقلاً تفصيليّاً للأحداث. لذلك على النقاد الوقوف أمام هذه القضايا ودراستها لمساعدة كتابها على إيصال أفكارهم ونقل رأيهم.

Abstract

This work will determine cross sections for momentum transfer, total cross sections, and differential cross sections (abbreviated as DCSs, TCSs, and MTCSs, respectively) of electron scattering interactions with potassium atoms. Moreover, the spin polarization parameter S(θ) will be established. The calculations encompass an energy spectrum ranging from 5 to 500 electron volts (eV). The Perdew-Zunger correlation potential is included for short-range distances, while the static and polarization potentials are integrated for long-range distances. The results demonstrate a notable agreement with empirical data and the conclusions from earlier theoretical investigations.

Abstract

This study attempts to address strategies for including the visual world in verbal texts. I chose Mubarak Rabie’s novel “The People of Whiteness” in order to highlight this. I discussed the relationships that appear between the material and imagined world and how they are manifested in the language of the novel. The transition of color from a physical substance to being an element of the narrative world in the novel makes it a fundamental influence on the course of narrative programs and a guide to the semantic movement within the text. The studied novel revealed primary details of color (white - green - red); This trilogy served as a primary driver of the factors, in addition to programming the semantic values of the text linked to the cultural context of colors. The benefit of this study is to identify the strategies of the novel that shapes the visual world and the transformations it introduces to it, directed to it in order to prove values and deny other values.

تحاول هذه الدراسة معالجة استراتيجيات تضمين العالم المرئي في النصوص اللفظية. واخترت رواية «أهل البياض» لمبارك ربيع لكي أسلط الضوء على ذلك. وناقشت العلاقات التي تظهر بين العالم المادي والمتخيل وكيف تتجلى في لغة الرواية. إن انتقال اللون من مادة مادية إلى كونه عنصرا من عناصر العالم السردي في الرواية يجعله مؤثرا أساسيا في مسار البرامج السردية ودليلا على الحركة الدلالية داخل النص. كشفت الرواية المدروسة عن تفاصيل أولية للون (الأبيض – الأخضر – الأحمر)؛ وكانت هذه الثلاثية بمثابة المحرك الأساسي للعوامل، بالإضافة إلى برمجة القيم الدلالية للنص المرتبطة بالسياق الثقافي للألوان. وتتمثل فائدة هذه الدراسة في التعرف على استراتيجيات الرواية التي تشكل العالم البصري والتحولات التي تدخله عليه والموجهة إليه من أجل إثبات القيم ونفي القيم الأخرى.

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى اختبار تأثير الثقافة التنظيمية بمختلف أبعادها (المشاركة في اتخاذ القرار، والعمل الجماعي، واحترام الوقت، والإبداع والابتكار) في أداء الموارد البشرية بمختلف أبعادها (جودة العمل، وكمية العمل، والالتزام بمتطلبات الوظيفة)، وذلك بشكل خاص في الشركة العامة لتجارة الحبوب في العراق، وهو ما سعت إليه هذه الدراسة لاختبار فرضيّاتها التي تم وضعها للإجابة على الإشكالية والتساولات. وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي بالاعتماد على استبانة تم إعدادها خصيصاً وتم ملؤها من عينة من العاملين، اذ بلغ عدد المستطلعين(678) عاملاً، وباستخدام برنامج(SPSS) المتخصص بالعمل الإحصائي. ومن أبرز النتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسة أن هناك(مستوى عالٍ من الثقافة التنظيمية بمختلف أبعادها في الشركة العامة لتجارة الحبوب في العراق، ومستوى عالٍ من أداء الموارد البشرية بمختلف أبعادها في الشركة العامة لتجارة الحبوب في العراق، وتأثير دالّ إحصائياً لثقافة المنظمة بمختلف أبعادها في مستوى أداء الموارد البشرية بمختلف أبعادها في الشركة العامة لتجارة الحبوب في العراق.

Abstract

The current study deals with university students’ attitudes towards the role of social networking sites in promoting societal peace. The study aimed to identify the importance of the role that social networking sites play in promoting societal peace among members of Iraqi society. Social media sites are one of the means to which the public in general is exposed, which provide various contents in terms of content that affects the increase of the recipient’s knowledge, whether scientific, cultural, religious, political, documentary, sports, or artistic knowledge in its various forms, or news, facts, and daily events. And recreational or advertising, and others in terms of exposure to the recipient. To achieve the objectives of the study, a sample of (100) respondents was chosen, consisting of (50) male and (50) female students from the Faculty of media and faculty of Management and Economics at the Iraqis University, and the questionnaires were distributed through the chance sample method from users of social networking sites. In order to reach the facts that the research aims to know, a form was designed that includes several axes, and the questionnaire tool was used to collect data and information about the research topic. The validity of the questionnaire was confirmed in two ways: face validity and the peripheral comparison method. The reliability of the questionnaire was measured using the Guttman equation. The results showed: The reason why respondents resort to dialogue through social media has several reasons, as the category (strengthens relationships between individuals) ranked first with a percentage of (29.5%), while the category (to defend their own opinions) ranked second with a percentage of (27.5%).

تتناول الدراسة الحالية اتجاهات طلبة الجامعة نحو دور مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي في تعزيز السلم المجتمعي، هدفت الدراسة التعرف على أهمية الدور الذي تلعبه مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي في تعزيز السلم المجتمعي بين أفراد المجتمع العراقي. وتعد مواقع التوصل الاجتماعي إحدى الوسائل التي يتعرض لها الجمهور بشكل عام والتي تقوم بتقديم مضامينها المختلفة من حيث المحتوى الذي يؤثر في زيادة معرفة المتلقي سواء معرفة علمية أو ثقافية أو دينية أو سياسية أو الوثائقية أو الرياضية أو الفنية بأشكالها المختلفة، أو الأخبار والوقائع والأحداث اليومية، والترويحية أو الإعلانية وغيرها من حيث تعرض المتلقي. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة اختيرت عينة مكونة من (100) مبحوثاً بواقع (50) طالباً و(50) طالبة من كليتي الاعلام والادارة والاقتصاد الجامعة العراقية ، وتم توزيع الاستمارات عبر طريقة عينة الصدفة من مستخدمي مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي. ولغرض الوصول إلى الحقائق التي يهدف البحث إلى معرفتها، صممت استمارة تضم عدة محاور وقد وظفت أداة الاستبانة لجمع البيانات والمعلومات عن موضوع البحث. وقد تم التأكد من صدق الاستبانة بطريقتين عن طريق الصدق الظاهري، وطريقة المقارنة الطرفية. تم قياس ثبات الاستبانة باستخدام معادلة جتمان. أظهرت النتائج: أن سبب لجوء المبحوثين للحوار عبر وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي له عدة أسباب، حيث حصلت فئة (يقوي العلاقات بين الأفراد) على المرتبة الأولى بنسبة (29,5%) في حين حلت فئة (للدفاع عن آرائهم الخاصة) بالمرتبة الثانية وبنسبة مئوية قدرها (27,5%).

Abstract

Conceptual metaphors have their roots in cognitive linguistics. Their function is marking abstract concepts and their hidden meaning using building elements. Time is amongst the frequent, abstract concepts in the Holy Quran. In fact, the concepts of the holy book correspond to its ideational structure. So, investigating the way time is reflected in terms of the guidance of man, which is the purpose of the book, would be significant The research is a descriptive-analytical one using library resources to explicit conceptual metaphors of time nouns. It was found that time can be categorized into four macro metaphorical models with themes of hereafter. pointing the exact time of praying, and taking lesson from lapse of time. The macro metaphor models framed based on place and movement were the most frequent ones. It is worth mentioning that space, things, departure movement, and live being as source domains were considered as the target domain. In this metaphorical conceptualization, such elements of spaces were used as directionality characteristics, farness, nearness, the in or out space, and wideness, as well as mobility, and live beings' characteristics or human moods such as rebellion, fear, etc.

تنطلق الاستعارات المفاهيمية من علم اللغة الإدراكي، وتكمن وظيفتها في تمييز المفاهيم المجردة ومعانيها الخفية باستخدام عناصر النص. يُعَدُّ الزمن من بين المفاهيم المجردة الشائعة في القرآن الكريم في الواقع، تتوافق مفاهيم القرآن الكريم مع بنيته الفكرية، لذلك يكون تحقيق الطريقة التي يتم وعبرها في دلالة الزمن من حيث هداية الإنسان، وهو هدف البحث، ذا أهمية بالغة في الدراسات اللسانية والإدراكية. ويعد هذا البحث وصفًا تحليليًا للكشف عن الإستعارات المفاهيمية الواضحة لأسماء الزمن. وفيه يمكن تصنيف الزمن إلى أربعة نماذج مفاهيمية رئيسة تتضمن مواضيع الآخرة، كتحديد الوقت المناسب للصلاة، واستخلاص العبر من زوال الزمن، فكانت النماذج مفاهيمية رئيسة التي تم تناولها بناءً على المكان والحركة التي هي أكثر تكرارًا، ويجدر بالذكر أن الفضاء والأشياء وحركة الانتقال والكائنات الحية كمصادر للمجال المستهدف تم عدها مجالات الهدف في هذه المفهومة المجازية، وتم استخدام عناصر الفضاء مثل خصائص الاتجاه والبُعد والقرب والعمق والاتساع، فضلاً عن الحركة وخصائص الكائنات الحية أو المزاج البشري مثل التمرد والخوف، إلخ.

Abstract

Mu'allaqat is one of the forms of ancient Arabic poetry, if not the artistic form of the beginning of poetry. Then it developed into a fully-constructed poem, which is more like a condensed, brief communication, which differed in its beginning and the number of its verses. We researched the phenomenon of the stanzas, specifically the ascetic stanzas in the Abbasid era, so we learned about the stanzas, their types and number, then We went over the definition of asceticism, its types, and the reason for its prevalence in the Abbasid era. المعلقات إحدى أشكال الشعر العربي القديم ، أن لم يكن الشكل الفني لأولية الشعر ، ثم تطور إلى القصيدة المتكاملة البناء ، وهو أشبه بتبليغ مكثف موجز ، أختلف في بدايتها وعدد أبياتها ، بحثنا في ظاهرة المقطعات وتحديداً مقطعات الزهد في العصر العباسي فعرفنا بالمقطعة وأنواعها وعددها ، ثم عرجنا على تعريف الزهد وأنواعه وسبب شيوعها في العصر العباسي ، وعرضنا لبعض الشعراء ذلك العصر وقسمناها إلى أنية ومتانية .

Abstract

This paper includes the synthesis of new 1,3,4-Oxadiazole derived from 4-(2,4-di chlorophenoxy) butyric acid (1) by multistep reaction, the first step synthesis ester (2) by the esterification reaction of 4-(2,4-di chlorophenoxy) butyric acid. These esters were converted to the corresponding 4-(2,4-dichloro phenoxy)butane hydrazide (3) by reaction with hydrazine hydrate, after that 1,3,4-oxadiazole (4a-e) derivatives were obtained by the reaction carboxylic acid hydrazide (3) with various substituted benzoic acid, The molecular docking study was carried out with essential Dopamine D3 receptor (PDB ID 3pbl) which suggests that (4b) are the most active derivatives of the series. All newly synthesized compounds in this study were confirmed by physical and spectral ( FT-IR, and 1H NMR analysis.

يتضمن البحث تحضير 1 ، 3 ، 4- اوكسادايازول جديدة مشتقة من 4- (2 ، 4- ثنائي كلورو فينوكسي) حامض البيوتيريك (1) عن طريق تفاعل متعدد الخطوات ،الخطوة الأولى تحضير الاستر (2) عن طريق تفاعل الأسترة 4- (2 ، 4- ثنائي كلورو فينوكسي) حامض البيوتيريك. تم تحويل هذه الاسترات إلى 4- (2 ، 4- ثنائي كلورو فينوكسي) هيدرازايد البيوتان (3) عن طريق التفاعل مع الهيدرازين المائي ، بعد أن تم الحصول على مشتقات 1 ، 3 ، 4- اوكسادايازول (4 أ- ه) عن طريق التفاعل حامض الكاربوكسيل هيدرازايد (3) مع مختلف معوضات حامض البنزويك ، أجريت دراسة الالتحام الجزيئي مع مستقبلات الدوبامين الأساسية د 3 (PDB ID 3pbl) مما يشير إلى أن (4 ب) هي المشتقات الأكثر نشاطا من السلسلة. تم تأكيد جميع المركبات المحضرة حديثا في هذه الدراسة من خلال التحليل الفيزيائي والطيفي (طيف الاشعة تحت الحمراء وطيف الرنين النووي المغناطيس

Abstract

This study aims to explain the importance of certainty, as it is the most important rule governing tax texts. The legislative authority must emulate the aforementioned characteristic as it exercises its powers while drafting tax laws or other laws, as written texts must be surrounded by the four rules (justice, certainty, economy, appropriateness) in content and framework, Whereas restricting tax texts in the hands of the legislative authority based on Article (28) of the Permanent Constitution of Iraq for the year (2005) is consistent to some extent with the rule of certainty and constitutes its essence, so the application of the rule of certainty in the field of general tax is almost obligatory and cannot be dispensed with. Every referral included in the tax laws to other laws is tax certainty. As for the referral to regulations and instructions issued by the executive authority, it is a state of tax uncertainty because it will enable this authority to have the ability to create the right to impose tax and exempt from it, and this is what contradicts the rule of certainty.Thus, tax certainty is achieved through being aware of the legal provisions approved by the legislative authority and individuals being convinced of them, which leads to them feeling the credibility of the tax laws, which documents the rule of law and the achievement of the goals for which it came, as the lack of tax certainty naturally raises doubt about the law and misses the purpose of its legislation.

تهدف هذه الدراسة الى بيان اهمية صفة اليقين بعدّه اهم القواعد الحاكمة للنصوص الضريبية، وعلى السلطة التشريعية ان تحاكي الصفة المذكورة وهي تمارس اختصاصاتها اثناء صياغة القوانين الضريبية او القوانين الاخرى، إذ يجب ان تكون النصوص المكتوبة محاطة بالقواعد الأربع (العدالة، اليقين، الاقتصاد، الملائمة) مضموناً واطاراً، أذ ان تقييد النصوص الضريبية بيد السلطة التشريعية أستناداً للمادة (28) من دستور العراق الدائم لسنة (2005) يتفق الى حد ما مع قاعدة اليقين ويشكل جوهرها، لذا يكاد تطبيق قاعدة اليقين في مجال الضريبة العامة أن يكون اجباريا ولا يمكن الاستغناء عنه، وكل أحاله تتضمنها القوانين الضريبية الى القوانين الأخرى يقيناً ضريبياً أما الاحالة على الأنظمة والتعليمات التي تصدر عن السلطة التنفيذية فهي حالة من عدم اليقين الضريبي لأنها سوف تمكن هذه السلطة من قدرة على خلق الحق بفرض الضريبة والإعفاء منها وهذا ما يتعارض مع قاعدة اليقين .وهكذا يتحقق اليقين الضريبي من خلال الإحاطة بالأحكام القانونية التي تقرها السلطة التشريعية واقتناع الافراد بها مما يؤدي الى شعورهم بمصداقية القوانين الضريبية مما يوثق سيادة القانون والتوصل الى الغايات التي جاء من أجلها، إذ أن أنعدام اليقين الضريبي بطبيعة الحال يبعث الى الشك بالقانون ويفوت الغاية من تشريعه

This study dealt with the legal effects of cancellation and invalidation of an oil services contract in Iraqi law in terms of how to amend oil contracts and their effects. The researcher dealt with the cases explicitly permitted by the law in some oil contracts, and the authority responsible for cancellation according to Iraqi laws, including the law establishing the Iraqi National Oil Company No. 123) of 1967 and the Iraqi National Oil Company Law No. (4) of 2018, and then the researcher discussedThe objective reasons for annulling the oil services contract and then dealt with the other type, which is the formal reasons for annulling the oil services contract. The researcher also addressed the objective reasons and formal reasons for invalidating the oil services contract. The researcher concluded the topic of annulment and invalidation of oil service contracts with some results and recommendations, hoping that the honorable Iraqi legislator would take them into account in the service of the public interest.

تقدم الباحثة في هذا البحث ظاهرة شاعت عند الشاعر الأندلسي ابن الحداد وهي ظاهرة التكسب في ديوانه-قصائد المدح غالباً-ولا يخفى على الدارسين مكانة الشاعر ومهارته الأدبية في شتى الأغراض الشعرية، ولكنه اتخذ من بعض القصائد وسيلة لكسب الرزق لاسيما إنه عاصر رجال الدولة وكان قريباً منهم، ولما امتاز به شعره من جودة ومستوى فني عالٍ، فقد تمكن من الوصول إلى بعض الشخصيات المعروفة ومدحهم والتقرب إليهم.

Abstract

The current research aims to identify the relationship between algorithmic skills and algebraic thinking among second-grade students average in mathematics. Solving the problem, modifying the wrong algorithms when solving the problem, generalizing and applying new algorithms) and testing the skills of algebraic thinking and the skills are: (absorbing mathematical patterns, using algebraic symbols, using mathematical representations, describing mathematical relations), and the following questions emerge from it .Does he have female students Second grade average algorithmic skills? Do second-grade students have average algebraic thinking skills? What is the direction and strength of the correlation between algorithmic skills?In order to achieve the goal of the research and answer its questions, a set of hypotheses was set, and the research community was identified, which represents the students of the second intermediate grade. The results showed that there is a. good correlation with statistical significance

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد العلاقة بين المهارات الخوارزمية والتفكير الجبري لدى طالبات الصف الثاني متوسط في الرياضيات وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي (دراسة العلاقات والصلات) وطبقت الباحثة اختبار المهارات الخوارزمية (الحسابية) والمهارات هي: (استيعاب الخوارزميات، تطبيق الخوارزميات لحل المشكلات، تعديل الخوارزميات الخاطئة في حل المشكلات، تعميم الخوارزميات الجديدة وتطبيقها) واختبار مهارات التفكير الجبري والمهارات هي: (استيعاب الأنماط الرياضية ، استخدام الرموز الجبرية ، استخدام التمثيلات الرياضية ، وصف العمليات الحسابية) ، وهذا تنبثق منه الاسئلة التالية: هل يمتلك طالبات الصف الثاني متوسط المهارات الخوارزمية? هل يمتلك طالبات الصف الثاني متوسط مهارات التفكير الجبري? ما هو اتجاه وقوة العلاقة الارتباطية بين المهارات الخوارزمية ومهارات التفكير الجبري لدى طالبات الصف الثاني المتوسط?ولتحقيق هدف البحث والاجابة على اسئلته تم وضع مجموعة من الفرضيات وتم تحديد مجتمع البحث والذي يمثل طالبات الصف الثاني متوسط إذ تمثلت عينة الدراسة من (132) طالبا وطالبة موزعين الى (80) طالب و(52) طالبة . ودلت النتائج على وجود علاقة ارتباطية جيدة ذات دلالة احصائية .

The Geographical Distribution Of Natural Plant In Erbil Governorate

Abstract

The study area is rich in natural plant resources and there are many types of natural plants, which depends on natural and human factors, and natural forests are located in the northern and northeastern parts of Erbil Governorate, which reached an area of (1226174) dunams, while the area of planted forest trees (artificial) reached (8522.05), which they are distributed over the vast majority of the districts of the governorate, but with varying degrees, while the area of natural pastures reached (1907281) dunams,That abound in the plain parts of the study area, however the area witnessed noticeable changes in the natural plant area, in which deterioration and shrinking of its areas due to natural factors such as fires, droughts and pests, and because of human factors such as fires, unfair cutting, wars and urban sprawl, were clearly shown through the results obtained via the use of the Normalized Difference Vegetation Index (NDVI) based on remote sensing techniques and Geographic Information Systems (GIS).

تعتبر منطقة الدراسة غنية بمصادر النبات الطبيعي وتتواجد فيها أنواع عديدة من النباتات الطبيعية، وذلك وفقاً للعوامل الطبيعية والبشرية، وتتواجد الغابات الطبيعية في الاجزاء الشمالية والشمالية الشرقية من محافظة اربيل والتي بلغت مساحتها (1226174)دونم، ووصلت مساحة أشجار الغابات المزروعة(الاصطناعية)(8522.05) حيث تتوزع على اكثرية اقضية محافظة ولكن بمساحات متباينة، في حين بلغت مساحة المراعي الطبيعية(1907281)دونم والتي تكثر في الاجزاء السهلية من منطقة الدراسة، وشهدت منطقة تغيرات ملحوظة في مساحة النبات الطبيعي نتيجة تعرضها الى تدهور وتقلص مساحاتها بسبب العوامل الطبيعية من حرائق وجفاف وأفات، وبسبب العوامل البشرية من حرائق وقطع جائر وحروب وامتداد حضري والتي ظهرت بوضوح من خلال نتائج التي حصلت عليها من خلال استخدام مؤشر اختلاف الغطاء النباتي (NDVI) بلاعتماد على تقنيات الاستشعار عن البعد ونظم المعلومات الجغرافية(GIS).

Al-Khansa’ was one of the greatest and most important Arab poets. She was nicknamed Al-Khansa’ because of the khansa in the nose, likening her to a doe. She was the most beautiful woman of her time, so much so that the poet Duraid bin Al-Samma sang of her beauty and hurried to propose to her father. She was also of honorable lineage from a family distinguished by reason, intelligence, generosity, giving, sacrifice, and courage. She had many gifts. She laments her brother Sakhr because of his great pride for her and the authentic Arab morals and virtues that are rarely found in one person

أن الخنساء كانت من أكبر وأهم شاعرات العرب ولقبت بالخنساء لخنس في الأنف تشبيهاً لها بالظبية وكانت اجمل نساء زمانها حتى أن الشاعر دريد بن الصمة تغنى بجمالها وأسرع إلى أبيها خاطباً .كما أنها ذات نسب شريف من أسرة امتازت بالعقل والذكاء والكرم والعطاء والتضحية والشجاعة وقد اكثرت من رثاء اخيها صخر وذلك لمعزته الكبيرة لديها وما كان يتميز به من اخلاق عربية اصيلة وفضائل يندر وجودها في شخص واحد.
