This study aims at finding out the sentimental smartness of the kindergarten children and its relationship with some variables.
1- The level of the sentimental smartness of the kindergarten children.
2- Investigating the Zero hypothesis in that there are no significant statistical differences in the sentimental smartness between the kindergarten children according to the sex variables (males and females). Some statistical tools have been used in order to arrive at the results that verify the hypotheses of this study. The researcher uses (1) the distinctive power between two distinctive groups; (2) the relationship between the item and the total degree (Pearso correlation factor); and (3) Elfakronbach formula to find out the stability of the measurement by the inner method. In order to investigate the verification of the zero hypothesis, the researcher uses the ttest to two in dependent samples. The results analysis shows that the calculated t is (0.884), which is less than the scheduled t, which is (1.96) at the level 0.05, and the degree of freedom is (198).

Air pollution is one of the complex problems plaguing the environment at the present time as a result of many liberation of gases, vapors and fumes of fuels and chemicals resulting from industrial activities . It should be noted that there are some elements of the heavy (Heavy Metals), including toxic in the air, with different concentrations in the air depending on the nature of the area, for example be in rural areas is lower than in cities or industrial areas as measured parts million (ppm ) or parts per billion (ppb). Some of these important elements in the physiological processes and enzymatic organisms but become toxic and Qatlhand-increase Tercisahaan the permissible limits Bhave nature ,The air contaminant containing the lingering minutes, lead and heavy metals have bad effects on human health, causing various diseases. So the goal of this study to know Atrthelot the air in minutes lingering element lead on human health through to identify the causes of serious air pollution first and then the impact of all of the outstanding minutes and lead to human health.

Internal Music is considered as a basis to form music melody that sends rapture and ecstasy within ones selves since it occurs directly on ears ( hearing) and since it tightens the meaning to make it penetrating into Heart. It is rhythmic organization occurred inside the text due to movements of internal sounds since rhythm heavily depends on language and pronunciation. Repetition adds music melody to the poetic text since it increases music in poetry. The sounds that reoccurred either be letters or words are no more than confirmation. Thus , repetition is artistic phenomena most poets resorted to as to diverse his subjects and metaphors he depicts in his poetry. The repetition has achieved artistic aesthetics , meaning strengthening and poetic indication as well. The poets , through repetition, showed their sufferings by consistently insisting on repetition of some words that expressed their agonies and panics. This art has included a huge area of poetry volumes ,specially Abdul kareem Al-Qaisi and Yusif the Third , whose poetry appeared reoccurrence and repetition as an artistic phenomena.

In spite of the foundation of Iraqi state in 1921 and the formation of the new features of the modern state, however, the inherited costumes and traditions sustained in the conservative society. But due to the development that inflicted to the Iraqi society and the development of the staff in all fields and requirement conducting to female learning. After WW II and the 1950s, women get out of their houses to seek learning by approaching the doors. What is positive about that phase was the formation of the College of Queen A'liya which is regarded as a positive indicator. The Research is interested in the detailed comparative study of certain selection of
Imam Alsamarqandi in some subjects of washing and touching the Gracious Quran.
The value of this study is that it is related to one aspect of the duties obliged on Muslim
like parity.
The study has tried to collect certain scholars’ opinions of eight doctrines with the selection of Alsamarqandi to make a comp arson between them and to show how Alsamarqandi is able to create legal laws from his sources to lead the researchers not have knowledge about the syllabi of the famous scientists. Anticyclone of synoptic studies that influence weather and climate of Iraq, The aim of the study is to clarify the effect variation of repetition of Anticyclone and effect on thermal characteristic in Iraq were pressure level has been analyzed (1000) millibars and that because of pressure level is the closet to the earth surface and the clarity of climatic phenomenon based on a systematic analysis of synoptic seeking maps and observation and (12:00) according to timing GMT for five climatic stations which is (Mosul, Kirkuk, Baghdad, Rutba, and Basra) and so far three consecutive climatic cycles which is first climatic cycle for period (1986-1976). and second climatic cycle for period (1997-1987) and third climatic cycle for period (2008-1998).It become clear from the result. That study reach, It become clear that a clear depression in repetition of Anticyclone from climatic session to another climatic session followed by three climatic session and on all level of study area stations. The contrast repetition of Anticyclone is one of the factors that help to raise the temperature due to air stillness and the clarity of the sky that led to the concentration of pollutant and slow in their transition to other areas.

The current problem is summarized in what is called the development failing experience in comprehencing the studying materials , so the students will feel worry of repeating failure in he future , so he would seek blind keeping on heart for the studying material bond this isbad due to the forgetting in the future , one side of thesis research problem is that there is many contradictory researches result in relation to the learning styles which impose the nessicity to find results lessen this contradiction . the importance of the research is summarized in the importance of the subject under the study , in that the researcher ( as in her knowledge ) did not find a thesrs tackling the subject of the distinguished students in comporsion to their ordinary mates and according to the gender variable , and this might constitute an addition to the psychological studies . the research aimed to :-
1- Measure learning styles among total sample of exceptional and ordinary schools comparing to hypothetical mean for the subscales ( meaning learning style , processing learning style and symbolic learning style) .
2- Measure learning styles among the sample comparing to the hypothetical mean for the subscales ( meaning learning style , processing learning style and symbolic learning style )

The study showed a significant rise in the proportion of the labor force in agriculture activity among the detailed economic activities in 1997 with a rate (%28.9), and then decreased to (%18.8) in 2011, and this belong to the deterioration of agriculture and the transition to the other economic activities.
2- The highest percentage of male's participation in year 1997 obtained by the activity (A), which is represented by agriculture , where was (%30.0) while the highest percentage of female's participation has been brought by the activity (M) which is represented education with a rate (% 47.9). while in 2011 that the highest proportion of males' concentration obtained by the activity (L) with a rate (%23.1) while the highest proportion females' concentration obtained by the activity (M) with a rate (%37.2).
3- The third field (services) came, in the first rank for years 1997 and 2011 with a rate (%58.9), (%74.8) successively, and the reason of this rise belong to transition the workers from agriculture and industry to services after the deterioration of agriculture and stopping most of state's factories on working after year 2003
4- The majority of workers in the districts of the province urban areas are working within the activities of the third field, which are represented by services and the associated terms, and had the first rank with the proportion of workers in year 1977 with a rate (%78.3) and then increased to (%89.8) in year 2011, while the workers in the rural areas that the field of agriculture had the first rank for the years 1997 and 2001 with a rate (%72.9) in year 1997and then decreased to (%58.8) in year 2011, and the reason for this decline belong to the orientation of workers in the countryside to work in the services' activity.

Water drainage pattern in the rivers and changed the nature of the renewed feeding areas in the basin in terms of topographic and geological conditions and climate in addition to the human role in organizing the process flow within these basins. This study addressed the development of the Tigris River Hydrological in the city of Baghdad and found that the annual rate of water drainage in the Tigris River was driven down very significantly, especially in the past twenty years, and since 1996 up to 2014 record flow rates of less than the overall rate of discharge of water, a (950 m3 / s ), in addition to the quarterly decrease the discharge rates, especially since the beginning of the year 2000 and took converge all four seasons rates within the (500 m3 / s). As is the drainage class (501-600 m3 / s) higher categories the disposal again for the discharge of daily Vtakerrt in ten years (2001-2010) Add to it has become water attributed to the River recorded rates within the (27 m) after it was recorded rates of between (28 - 30 m) in the nineties, and resulted in the discharge and the alleged lack of water and low water flow capacity of any reduction in the current speed of the water of the Tigris River in the city of Baghdad to the low speed rates over the previous years.

The study consisted in the development and use of a practical method to detect and monitor, analyze and produce maps of changes in land use and land cover in the district of Mahmudiya in Baghdad during the period 1990-2007 using the applications of remote sensing techniques and with the assisstant of geographic information systems (GIS),as a valuable contribution to land degradation studies. This study is based maiuly on the processing on two subsets of landsat5 TM images picked up in August 1990 and 2007 respectively in order to facilitate comparision and were thengeometrically and radiometrcally calibrated ,to used for digital classification purposes using maximum liklihoods classification or six spectral bands of both images as input (with the thermal bands being excluded)for procedures of change detection proposed, as well as the use of installation chromatograpiy analysis and visual interpretation using spectral bands (2,4,7) and (2,3,4) respectively for the preparation of a maps foe the patterns of land cover and land uses in the study area. Change detection results showed an increase in the area of class urban areas, in the year 1990, the area of this product 9.8 km 2, and in the year 2007 has become a 60.9 km 2 area of the image, and an increase in the area of class agricultural land unexploited In 1990, the area of this product 1290.50 km 2, and the year 2007 has become a 1610.33 km2 of the image, and increase the area of classified land saline, in the year 1990, the area of this product 183.27 km
2, and in the year 2007 has become a 328.31 km2 of the image as well as an increase in the area of class cover the water, in the year 1990 was space This product was 46.2 km 2, and in the year 2007 has become a 62.5 km 2 of the area of the image, on the other hand decreased space class vegetation In 1990, the area of this product 1140 km 2, and in the year 2007 has become a 575.31 km 2, and also a decrease in class of arid lands In the year 1990, the area of this product 407.

The research aims for the study about Ibn Tulun's personal and scientific biography to the scholar, scientist and historian Ibn Tulun Shams Id- Din Mohammad Ibn Ali al-Dimashqi al-Salihi (953 A.H. / 1546 A.D.) Ibn Tulun was a prominent Muslim historian in Blad al- Sham. I noticed a researcher while working in the kindergarten that there is a group of parameters resort to the use of different methods may be some undesirable and some undesirable So felt researcher detection methods used parameters Riyadh in the face of the pressures of life, being engaged in kindergarten eligibility, governmental or being married or unmarried, as well as educational attainment for this parameter.
To achieve the objectives of the research: -
The researcher prepare a scale methods face the pressures of life of the parameters have been confirmed the veracity of the paragraphs of the scale of the presentation to a group of experts in this area, and extracted power discriminatory clauses scale and extracted stability of each style, and the scale of the five methods (Calendar positive (5) vertebrae, avoid and escape from (17), paragraph, accept responsibility (6) vertebrae, resorting to religion (9) vertebrae, withdrawal (7) paragraphs).
After processing the data statistically research found the following results:
1- That Riyadh parameters using all the pressures of life styles.
2 - The Riyadh parameters of married and unmarried women using the withdrawal method and parameters using a method married escape and avoidance problem more parameters unmarried women.
3 - that Riyadh parameters using all five methods, according to the specialization variable
4 - The civil kindergarten teachers more commonly used method of escape and avoid the problem of parameters Riyadh-governmental organizations.

The research issue and its importance concentrate on the importance of choosing and preparing the kindergarten's teacher educationally ,psychologically and artistically ,and other aspects because of their need for several skills such as the drawing skill for kindergarten curriculums include a various artistic experiences and activities as well as for the drawing importance for the child .And from this, the research goals raise from to prepare a test that measures the drawing skill for kindergarten students and measure the drawing skill in all four kindergarten students at the kindergarten department and recognize the differences level for these students . In order to achieve the first goal in the research ,the researchers builds a test for drawing skill in accordance with the artistic expression activities in kindergarten .And the truth and the analytic statistician ( recognition ,the relationship of item degree with the total degree ,the difficulty parameter and stability) so a sample construction amounted (300) female students from kindergartens' department\University of Bagdad\College of education for girls and Mustansiriya University College of basic education, and then had been calculated and applied on a sample of (100) female student in kindergarten students .The results showed that the degree of drawing skill level was medium in female students ,and the third stage students were better than other stages in drawing skill .Thereby ,the test appears in its final form which includes : the drawing skill test , human shape ,cat ,palm tree ,and car, during a specific time (13) minute, while the correction standard was as follows:
1. Each sub-skills in less than specific time given degree (1)
2. Sub skills less in time or less or more than the specified time given degree (zero)

The current research aims at detecting Brain Dominance Learning Styles distinguished and ordinary secondary school students (males and females).The researcher adopted Torrance measure, known as ‘the style of your learning and thinking to measure Brain Dominance Learning Styles’, the codified version of Joseph Qitami (1986); picture (a). The researcher verified the standard properties of tool. The final application sample was 352 distinguished and ordinary students; 176 distinguished male and female students and 176 ordinary male and female students at the scientific fifth level of secondary school from schools in the province of Baghdad, AL- KarKh Education Directorates in the First and Second . and who have been selected in a stratified random sampling . After the application the tool of research and analysis of the data statistically by using statistical methods ( Chi- Square, ,Guttman
Correlation), the Researcher arrived at the following results:
1.The right learning style is the dominant brain style among Individuals the research sample Applied .
2.The presence of statistically significant differences in the right Brain Dominance Learning Style among the sample Individuals at distinguished and ordinary in favor of distinguished students .
3. The lack of statistically significant differences in the Brain Dominance Learning Styles can be attributed to the sex variable.

The Child is the first sedum for the human society performing, and we deal in our research to explain the nature of the mutual relations in between the form and the medicine social caring foundation. So the motherhood and the childhood nowadays become the most dedicated in the researchers works, whom interesting in the social affairs, and that whom work in the medicine field as scientists. So the child is the future man and must be in wright body construction that need to great care and interest to make him wright mind through capability of performing anything support to him.
In our research we deal with the main factors in which lead to infect the child by the creative malfunction, like the environmental and many other things, it should statistic in recent research. So our research represent the field study in which interest by the lead reasons to these malfunctions and other infections that belongs to the children in the preparing institutes in Baghdad city, in both Al-Karkh and Al-Rusafa, the society sample contain (300) members from the children whom founded in the state house and in the preparatory institutes.
To achieve the aims of the research and to answer to their inquiries, we select (300) child whom infected by the creative malfunction from the Social care foundations, to perform the practical side , the data were collected via the questionnaire form in addition to the simple notes and interferences and visits to use the statistical forms like the percentage, medium average, Kia square, and to fulfill the results , the researcher achieved some of theconclusions and that with relations to the statistical leads, between the children of social care foundation, in both main reasons, further to some recommendations in which required to this research.

The subject of multi- ethnics is one of the most important subjects in the study of political geography, as multi- ethnics and its consequent problems are global geopolitical phenomena that started early and reached its peak with the beginning of the twentieth century, because of major changes in the political landscape that resulted by wars and led to the collapse of many empires and major powers, a matter which led to put new political maps according to certain considerations of the colonial powers, especially in Africa and Asia. All these things led to the most serious challenges based on ethnic and sectarian conflict and led to the development of geopolitical problems. Among the examples what most countries in the Horn of Africa have suffered from, especially Eritrea, which is considered as a good example for countries that suffers from multi-ethnic problems. Among the most important ethnic groups that are related to the problems of Eritrea are the Afar, Beja, and Altgerin. These three geopolitical ethnics make many problems to Eritrea and neighboring countries. What increases the seriousness of this situation is the geographical distribution of these ethnic groups in Eritrea and neighboring countries as shown in map 1.The presence of Afar, Beja and Altgerin in neighboring countries is a problem that has geopolitical dimensions that affects in the national security of Eritrea as Al- Afar occupies about 9.5% of the area of the neighboring country of Ethiopia, as well as most land in Djibouti is inhabited by Alafrien. Such situation increases the danger on security of Eritrea especially the existence of these ethnics lies in the most important geo-strategic dimension, as they live in Massawa that lies on The Red Sea and along the coast till the Dahlak Islands, which makes it among the most important geopolitical challenges to Eritrea. This danger is not related only to the Afar, but it includes other ethnicities such as the Beja and Altgerin which extend on the borders of Eritrea and the neighboring countries, and threaten the security of Eritrea, especially from its neighbor Ethiopia.

A- The research problem: the research problem which is the garments industry, as a whole it does not rely on a single system in the sizes of the clothing and the working companies, see that it is not plausible that the sizes be unificd and consistent in all companies. The current sizes in the domestic Iraqi markets are not suitable for some females ,on the other hand the Iraqi industry suffers the lack of a modern standard for some Iraqis female bodies.
B- The Signifiance of the research: lies in the study of the diversity of the human body sizes and naming them to reflect the desires and requirements of the consumer and try to find a method to meet their expectations as well as to raise the level of garments industry supported by modern technology and then to the issuance of Iraqi fashion magazines.
C- The research aim: Find a standard for the Iraqi woman's body to a selected category
(19-24 years).
D- The samples study: which included (500) students of the third class of the college of Science and Education for women of (19-24years). The students were selected randomly after excluding married women; The main experiment done in the colleges sites to reduce time and effort which lasted for three month. The experiment includes taking the bodies measurements of the samples examined .The research restricted for only on (21) body size.E- Research Results:Estimations of the standard statistics of the studied variables: The trimmed average value is not fundamentally different as the arithmetic average value, which reflects that the arithmetic average value does not affected by the existence of extreme and anomalies value that came in some of old people of the studied sample as well as the value of the interquartile range achieved a low level which reflected a high degree of homogeneous of the studied variables in general.

This study deals with an important area in the field of linguistics, namely person deixis. The study aims at: (1) Describing the notion of deixis, its importance, and its place in the field of linguistics, (2) Presenting a detailed illustration of person deixis, and (3) Conducting an analysis of person deixis in one of Synge‟s plays Riders to The Sea according to Levinson‟s model. The most important aim of these three is the third one (the analysis). To achieve this aim, the researcher depends on Levinson‟s (1983) descriptive approach. According to the descriptive approach of deixis, the category of person deixis can be defined as the encoding of the participant roles in the speech situation. This encoding is represented by the use of pronouns and vocative forms. After conducting the analysis of the literary text, the researcher will find the frequency of occurrences of the category of person deixis in the whole text.

Harold Pinter was one of the most important dramatists in the modern and the contemporary age. Pinter presented his own dramatic realm in which he turns the theatre into a moral institution. He employed the elements of several schools of drama and manipulated them in order to deliver his ethical messages emphasizing the necessity to regain and renew the world's morality in order to face the political and social injustices committed against humanity. His writings developed over more than fifty years in style, techniques and his interests. However, his main concern was his social and political satire.

This paper is an attempt to clarify the impact of Postcolonialism, one of the most challenging fields of study that has emerged in recent years, on representations of women in once-colonised countries and in Western locations. It discusses the influence of cultural differences on the status and identity of a woman who experience ‗multiculturalism‘. The study is an analytical reading of a contemporary novel written by the Iraqi writer Betool Al- Kudairi. The emphasis lies on the clash between two different cultures and traditions represented by the British mother and the Iraqi father and its effect on the life and identity of the protagonist. The research aims to identify the current (after the readings in the collection of foreign students to the geographical material) To achieve this, the researcher developed the following null hypothesis: No statistically significant differences at the level of (0.05) between the average scores who are studying the use of article readings and the average external degree students who are studying material in the traditional manner of collection. After determining the researcher of scientific material, of Chapter III and IV of the book Geography of the Arab world, has formulated a researcher targets behavioral numbered (93) the target behavior and plans for teaching the two groups, the achievement test and presented to a group of specialists in the light of their views, conducted the necessary adjustments and has become the plans ready for implementation and for the purpose of measuring collection of students two sets of research in the subjects studied by the researcher herself, has prepared a test Thilaa Badia consisted of (50), paragraph a test of the type of multiple choice, offered the group Almt_khasan to verify the veracity of the test and after analyzing the results of answers to students of the sample and processed statistically found that the paragraphs of the test are all valid To calculate the stability of the test method was used retail midterm treated their data using the Pearson correlation coefficient, which Heh equation Spearman - Brown reached (0.69), a coefficient of stability is good, and after the end of the experiment was applied achievement test the post to students two sets of research and after analyzing the results of answers to students and processed statistically using test Altaúa for two independent samples proved the existence of significant differences statistically between the average degree of achievement of students of the experimental group which studied the material geographical readings of Foreign Affairs and the average female control group studied material geography in the traditional manner in the light of these results concluded researcher efficient reading of Foreign Affairs in the achievement of students of the information as if directing them to read books and external sources was positive and recommended the researcher Care Library and improve their standards and provide them with books, publications and recent publications that are relevant in explaining the vocabulary of the textbook and to encourage students to read foreign and proposed studies measure the impact of readings of State in the other variables Kalatjahat about geography or to the development of thinking deductive or or the acquisition of critical thinking concepts.

Arabic language , like any other living languages grow and evolve ; social phenomenon it is subject to the law of life ; therefore resemble organism also touted as the most eloquent language and the ability to meet the needs of people in every time and place. The contemplation of the verses of the Koran reveals a lot of means of expression leading to the grammatical meaning of the social. I have tried in this research that investigated the social meanings through the phenomena of deletion and delivery delays and capture semantic landing through the meanings that lead to psychological persuasion to comply with the orders after the rights of the divine in which social directives. It remains the greatest mystery of the miracles of the Quran in its ability to change to change any human being , as well as the miracle that lies in his style , and his eloquence , and his challenge to humanity that is valid for all times and places
