The importance of the research is to show a picture of its drivers and the Ministry of Interior, including those who spoke towards the audio community on the other handaTowards the security institution, on the other hand, the study in the field of institutional societal anthropology and analysis has begun to strive to reach the cultural and cognitive structure from which the security fabric is formed.
The research took place under the title (its security leadership in the Ministry of Interior). The anthropology of the institution of the Diyala Traffic Police on the external roads (Al-Khalis District) is a model, which is one of the most famous security services in contemporary society, and which has become one of the necessities of the modern era.
The research was divided into four sections, led by the advanced section, where the first section presented (the basic research elements and concepts), while the second section presented (the importance of security leadership), and the third section was titled (the characteristics of security leadership and its levels). The first section dealt with the advanced study, then Titled (Patterns of Social Relations and Communication Patterns for the Khalis Traffic Department), then defining the plan to show the most important findings of the research.

In light of the technological revolution spreading in all parts of the world, social media has become the focus of attention for people of all ages and levels. Rather, it is an effective means of electronic promotion via the Internet for many products, projects, ideas, opinions, etc. However, the poor use of these means lead to social deviations in behavior. The individual who ravaged societies which once were of high values, customs and traditions that had long been preserved, and feared their loss or disintegration, until the situation became urgent with the intervention of wise people who specialize in religious, social, psychological and legal affairs to stand firmly and seriously to confront these deviations and confront them in an accurate scientific and practical manner, and this is what we will discuss. In this research.

This research addresses the evolution of the concept of national security and its various dimensions within the framework of international relations theories, with a focus on the challenges faced by national security in the modern era. The research first defines national security and its concept in security studies, presenting the evolution of this concept from individual security to cybersecurity, covering military, economic, and social dimensions. It also discusses the relationship between national security and national defense, examining the impact of internal and external factors on security in different countries.
The study also examines contemporary challenges to national security such as cyberattacks and climate change, and how these challenges affect national security strategies. It emphasizes the importance of developing comprehensive security policies that consider various dimensions, including economic and social security, and strategies for addressing cross-border threats.
The research highlights the importance of international cooperation in tackling contemporary security threats and stresses the need for strengthening cybersecurity and supporting human security. It offers recommendations for improving security policies and enhancing international cooperation to address the growing challenges in an increasingly globalized world.

Th effectiveness of training significantly impacts the professional competence and ethical standards of both the officers responsible for training and the students under their supervision. This topic is explored in this service paper, focusing on the methods, challenges, and strategies used to develop competent trainers. The study adopted a mixed-method approach, combining previous studies with the current context to evaluate existing practices and identify areas for improvement.
The key findings revealed an urgent need for enhanced educational training, updated curricula aligned with international standards, and robust evaluation frameworks to measure training outcomes. Additionally, thestudy highlighted gaps in resource allocation, professional development opportunities, and institutional support that hinder the effectiveness of training programs. Emphasis was placed on integrating modern teaching methodologies, including e-learning and scenario-based training, to address evolving security challenges.
In conclusion, the paper recommends implementing a comprehensive reform strategy encompassing capacity-building initiatives, partnerships with international academies, and the establishment of a national training framework. These steps aim to ensure that training officers are well-prepared to deliver high-quality instruction and enhance the college’s outcomes, producing officers who embody ethicality, professionalism, and competence, thereby contributing to societal progress and security.

The parole system is one of the most prominent modern penal systems under which the remaining part of a custodial sentence is served outside the correctional facilities under conditions specified by law The Iraqi legislator adopted this system in the Code of Criminal Procedure for the Internal Security Forces No 17 of 2008 in the third section of the fourth chapter in articles 95 to 102 and due to the shortcomings in the legislation in addressing some cases related to the required time to be served in prison for those serving short-term sentences as well as determining the court that issues the parole decision when multiple sentences are issued against a police officer by different courts and the role of the public prosecution in the parole process and in monitoring the paroled police officer and the duration of the penalty that necessitates the cancellation of parole and whether it refers to custodial sentences or restricted sentences since this term might cause confusion if the law needs a reference from the Code of Criminal Procedure No 23 of 1971 as amended which differentiates between the two terms as it is the reference for the Code of Criminal Procedure for the Internal Security Forces for any matters not specified and the fate of the subsidiary penalties imposed on the convict if released on parole since the courts do not issue decisions regarding them .

This research includes a scientific interpretation of the ethnography method and other tools, and an explanation of how its tools work, such as observation and participatory observation, i.e., how to collect and interpret data and information. The researcher also tries to draw a comparison between security surveillance, which often targets individuals and criminal groups responsible for undermining community security, and observation by researchers in the humanities who attempt to study social phenomena and attempt to control them, or sometimes explain them, in addition to addressing societal problems through the humanities using the tools of the ethnography method. This necessitated a careful examination of the methodology of anthropology, its historical origins, and its methodological requirements, and how observation and participatory observation were employed or used.
