As everyone knows, Iraq is an oil-producing country that is classified among the rentier countries that rely heavily on the oil resource to provide their revenues, as the percentage of the contribution of oil revenues exceeds (90%) of the general revenues of the state, and that these revenues have not been properly invested by building a diverse base that supports the process of economic development in general and achieves sustainable development that guarantees the rights of current generations and the future of future generations. Therefore, this study tried to shed light on the reality of some sustainable development indicators, clarify the extent of their decline, and provide a forward-looking vision of some of the potentials that should be developed for the purpose of advancing the development reality and providing the elements for achieving the desired sustainable development.

Purpose : The aim of the present research is to identify the nature of the relationship between meditation and its impact on the organizational health of physicians at Al-Hakim General Hospital, as well as to know the effect of the independent variable of meditation in the workplace for physicians that has two dimensions (mindfulness meditation and transcendental meditation) which were measured using the scale (Leinberger, Katherine Jane 2012 ). ) on the dependent variable of organizational health in its seven dimensions (institutional integrity, key impact, considerations, structuring, resource support, morale, and professional concentration) which were measured using a scale (Hoy Wayne K, Feldman John A, 1987).
Design/Methodology: The research sample consisting of (144) physicians was applied at Al-Hakim General Hospital in Najaf. We used the questionnaire as the main tool for all data, and the indicators of statistical description, specifically the arithmetic mean and standard deviation, will be relied on through the method of factor analysis, measuring the stability and validity of the scale, and revealing the amount and nature of the impact relationships between its main variables, (workplace reflection and organizational health). The SMART PLS program will be relied on for statistical analysis of the practical aspect.
Importance of the research: The importance of the current research lies in the lack of studies that have been interested in knowing and determining the relationships between the variables (workplace meditation and organizational health) and consequently the current research attempt to address the real problems suffered by health institutions, especially doctors, and through the dearth of research and studies that determine the nature of the relationship between workplace meditation and organizational health.
Results: The research reached a set of cognitive and applied conclusions, including the existence of correlation and impact relationships between (workplace meditation and organizational health) despite the disparity and disparity in the level of relationships between variables and dimensions and the interpretation of the effect of the independent variable (workplace meditation) on the dependent variable (organizational health).
Recommendations:
1- Al-Hakim General Hospital should pay attention to the practice of meditation in the workplace by doctors through self-regulation, mental concentration, and mind, as it has a great role in promoting mental, physical, mental, and social health and achieving well-being for them.
2- The necessity of adhering to the rules of professional and professional conduct, obliging working doctors, raising awareness regarding responsibility, providing the best health services, exchanging experiences on new practices at work, and enhancing transparency in preparation for more activities of institutional integrity programs.

The purpose of the research was to show the impact of financial disclosure on the financial performance of a sample of companies listed on the Iraq Stock Exchange for the period (2014-2017), as the research community was represented in the Iraq Stock Exchange, while the research sample was represented by (10) companies listed on the Iraq Stock Exchange that were distributed sectorally to include (7) companies from the banking sector, (3) companies from the insurance sector. The financial disclosure was represented by the indicators of profitability, indebtedness, and liquidity, while the financial performance was represented by the market value of the shares of the companies in the research sample, and to analyze and test the research hypotheses, the statistical program R was used to identify the correlation and regression relationships through the tests of (F, T, R2, R2, R), and the research reached several conclusions, the most important of which was that the results of the variance analysis of the multiple linear regression model of the relationship between the financial disclosure variable and the represented (profitability percentage, The size of the indebtedness, the liquidity ratio) and the variable of financial performance represented (by market value), showed that there is a significant effect of financial disclosure on the financial performance represented by the market value of the shares of the companies in the banking sector, while there is no effect on the market value of the shares of the companies in the insurance sector. Accounting for the other party thus ensuring fair opportunities for all.

The present study aims to find out the level of effectiveness and impact of distribution in achieving excellence in the performance of the studied banks, and a sample of managers and employees of banks listed on the Iraqi Stock Exchange was selected, as the sample reached (150) managers and employees, and the study is based on two basic hypotheses that "there is a significant correlation between distribution and distinguished banking performance, there is a significant effect between distribution and outstanding banking performance" and sub-hypotheses are derived from them. A variety of statistical packages have been relied on to analyze and process data and information, and the program (SPPS vr.23) and the program (AMOS vr.23), and the study has reached a set of conclusions, the most important of which are: the existence of a significant correlation of the independent variable (distribution) with the dependent variable, and this explains that there is a common relationship that shows these variables and that the increase in one of them is accompanied by the increase of the other, and therefore this represents the accuracy of testing the independent and approved research variables and the possibility of obtaining results. It is characterized by objectivity away from bias, the presence of a clear effect of the independent variable (distribution) on all dimensions of the dependent variable (outstanding banking performance), and therefore any increase in the effect of the independent variable will be accompanied by an increase in the outstanding banking performance and vice versa.

The purpose of this research was to analyze and estimate the impact of some financial variables on the liquidity of a sample of government banks in Iraq on the one hand, and on the other hand, it aims to determine the extent to which the liquidity indicators of Iraqi government banks respond to the changes that occurred in the fiscal policy variables during the research period (2004-2017). The research sought to achieve its objectives by testing its hypotheses represented in: The existence of the impact of these financial variables on the liquidity of banks. This effect is through financial variables, which are considered independent variables, represented by (public revenues, investment expenditures), as variables of fiscal policy. This relationship and effect was expressed through economic and metric analysis to clarify the level and amount of the effect of independent variables on dependent variables through the use of modern methods of econometrics, including (time series, stability test (Dickie Fuller), Build a VAR model).
Based on the above, the study concluded that there is no effect of fiscal policy on the banks in the study sample, especially (Al-Rafidain Bank), except in some models, after all statistical tests have been conducted, but there is a correlation with some financial variables and liquidity indicators according to economic analysis, whether direct or inverse, and the mechanism of the financial policy by expansion and contraction has affected the liquidity rates. and other conclusions .

The research dealt with an old concept in its inception, but it is modern in its applications and propositions, where concept of smart growth is one of sustainable development strategies for cities.

The purpose of this study is to know the role of strategic ignorance in the development of the organizational readiness of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research and its awareness by its decision makers.
Design/methodology/approach: This study adopted international measures to measure the variables of the study, which included strategic ignorance and organizational readiness, and these measures were used to enhance these concepts and focus on them for the Ministry of Study. The statistical program (SPSS V.22) was used in the analysis of the practical aspect.
Findings – The study recommended the need to detect organizational ignorance in all institutions and organizations for the purpose of benefiting from it, and at the same time calls on individuals working in them to increase knowledge. This study also revealed a strong positive relationship between its variables.
Conclusion: The emergence of a positive acceptance of the study sample members in the researched ministry towards the availability of the paragraphs of the variables of strategic ignorance, which means that they are aware of the importance of this concept and its pattern, which contributes to enhancing the organizational readiness in the ministry, capable of dissolving the problems and obstacles facing the individuals working in that ministry.
Originality/value: This study enriches the literature and texts of strategic management and organizational theory , which contributes to the research on how and why strategic ignorance management affects organizational readiness.

This research came from the idea that the province of Najaf has a diverse environment in terms of the tourism potentials that exist in it, resulting either from a historical depth and thus crystallizing in the form of religious and historical elements, or resulting from the geographical location and the various natural elements it imposes, but these diverse potentials suffer from the weakness of their optimal exploitation and attention to them from the institutional and planning point of view. Therefore, the exploitation of these components and potentials has a great and effective impact on the governorate if it is done according to a vision based on solid and effective investment planning foundations, in order to create a diverse tourism activity within the region. The strategic analysis tool was used to reach a vision that achieves the research hypothesis.

The purpose of the present research is to identify the role of the application of e-government in reducing the phenomenon of institutional corruption, as well as to identify the level of interest of the department in e-government strategies, as the research dealt with e-government as an independent variable through its four strategies (preventive strategy, mandatory strategy, strategy of access to information and empowerment, and strategy of capacity building), and institutional corruption is the dependent variable through the causes leading to its occurrence, which are (political reasons, reasons Economic reasons, social and cultural reasons, legal reasons, administrative and organizational reasons). The National ID and Passports sections of the Directorate of Civil Status, Passports and Residency in Dhi Qar Governorate were selected as a field for the applied aspect of the research, as they are one of the departments applying the electronic system in work. The research relied on the questionnaire to collect the necessary data and information, as the questionnaire was distributed to a number of employees in the mentioned departments, by (150) employees out of (180) employees, and (122) valid questionnaires were retrieved for statistical analysis. The research tested two main hypotheses to test the correlation and impact relationships between its variables by relying on the statistical program (SPSS V.23) to test and analyze the results.
The research reached a set of conclusions, the most important of which was that there is a role for the application of e-government in reducing the phenomenon of institutional corruption in the department under study, in addition to the fact that the e-government strategies at the macro level did not receive sufficient attention from the officials in the department under study, and the research also concluded that the most encouraging factors for corruption in the department are political factors and legal factors.
