The Appraisal Theory is one of the theories of translation assessment. It is usually used in the assessing the translation from one language into another. The theory consists of three systems of resources that are used to denote attitudes through the use of language. Each of these systems is divided into another subsystems. The study aims at the translation assessing the translation of the Iraqi constitution depending on the appraisal theory. It aims at evaluating the translation from Arabic into English. It is hypothesized that some of the Appraisal Theory systems are used more frequently than others. To verify this hypothesis, five items of the Iraqi constitution are adopted with their translation. Concerning translation, the UNAMI English Translation of the Iraqi constitution is adopted to be the data of the study. After analyzing the data, it is found that some systems of the Appraisal Theory are used more than others. It is also found that the institutional language usually involves words that accept no alternative viewpoints.

Social marketing via (SMS)represents an important manner of promotion for modern social ideas that have humanitarian indications spreading social ideas about stopping and do carting aggression against Iraqi medical staff is considered one of the contents that has been focused on by mobile companies SMS so this research has been tackled to construct a clear vision of the college students’ trends since they commonly use mobile much more than other society categories.
This research deals with social marketing via SMS relying on a question in that is distributed to a sample of students from college of arts al-anbar university and it has come up with the following results:
1. All students in the sample use smart mobiles.
2. 67.6 percentage of the sample are interested in (SMS) content.
3. there is a statistically significant correlation between SMS awareness role that mobile companies present and the need to stop aggressions on medical staff.

This research attempts to apply some of statistical equations that are special to the watering pool and studying its shape and morphometric features. It also tries to analyze the features of water drainage network of the pool. The analysis relies on the number-sample of the height of the pool of Salihya with the diagnostic accuracy which reached to 14 meters. The research also sheds lights on some hydrologic equations represented by (deceleration time/ concentration time). In addition, a popularization of the maps has been done in the watering network by several methods to reach to the perfect sample for representation. The study aims at deriving the watering network- special to the field of study- from DEM layer through the use of GIS.
