The fundamental principle of human rights and freedoms is based on the principle of equality and non-discrimination. The freedom of the individual is embodied in the fact that he can do anything that does not harm others, and the limits of that freedom can only be determined by law.
The issue of Iraqi women's rights is one of the important topics at the moment, given the many challenges and violations they face.
Despite the strict regulation of Iraqi women's rights in the Holy Qur'an, international documents and national legislation, there are many clear indications of their continuous violation, especially with the violation of the principles of Islamic Sharia by some subcultures and traditional leaders in society, and the misapplication of constitutional rules, and the system of national laws on human rights in general and the rights of Iraqi women in particular by the competent authorities.
One of the most important findings is the lack of adequate space for the effective and effective participation of Iraqi women in political life, trade unions, and the management of public institutions. Iraqi women have not yet been able to form a women's pressure force inside or outside state institutions capable of defending the privacy of women's issues, problems and rights in various fields.

The provision of protection for this type of rights is due to the idea of protecting the personality of the owner of the intellectual product and intellectual creation from being infringed upon it, and therefore most of the legislation has been concerned with regulating and protecting it, and this has not only been limited to the national scale , but has also gone beyond the regulation of specialized international conventions in this regard.
The importance of providing protection for mental production is highlighted as it will be reflected in the protection of industrial production, because the industrial renaissance witnessed by countries was the product of the machine, which is the product of the human mind and thought, in addition to the protection of mental creativity leads to the provision of a safe environment, which encourages the birth of new industries that were not previously known.
Based on the above, our research problem crystallizes in the answer to the following central question: Has the Iraqi legislator provided criminal protection for the mental product of the invention? If so, how effective is the Iraqi legislative organization in providing effective protection to it?.
In light of the approach we have taken, we will divide this study into two topics: preceded by an introduction and followed by a conclusion, and the first topic will be held to define the invention legally, and the second topic will be dedicated to the study of the legislative regulation for the protection of the invention criminally.

Mirza Muhammad bin Abdul Wahhab al-Hamadani is considered one of the leaders of the Imamiyya in the thirteenth century AH, he lived in Iraq moving between the holy shrines there, and he is a virtuous scholar and a complete writer who mastered the language and grammar as well as being a poet in both Arabic and Persian languages, and he was good memorizer and good lecturer and editor until he was counted among the most creative perfectionists in literary sciences, and he was a trustee and because of his justice and piety, he was invited to the judiciary in the city of Kadhimiya, and his title was Nasir al-Din Shah as the Imam of the Two Holy Mosques.

The author has confirmed his name and the date of completion of its compilation on the last page. It appears that the scribe was the one who was in possession of this manuscript, namely Sayyid Abbas bin Sayyid Muhammad al-Shubbar al-Husayni.
Our work in the investigation is as follows:
1. Carefully read the manuscript carefully, and match the news and texts contained in it with the sources of the Islamic heritage as much as possible.
2. Follow modern spelling rules and punctuation
Numbering in the writing of the realized text.
3. Correcting linguistic errors in the body and referring to them in the margin.
4. Correcting the words in which there is a Qur'an or distortion in the text and referring to them in the margin.
5. Writing the Quranic verses that are mentioned in the verified text in the script of the Qur'an and grading them by referring to the Holy Quran.
6. Graduation of the Prophet's hadiths from books
7. Sahih and Hadith.
8. Matching the sayings with reference to their reading in the books of heritage.
9. The proportion of poetic verses that are mentioned in the verified text to their authors by referring to the poets' collections and literature books.
10. Introducing the unfamous scholars and narrators mentioned in the verified text by referring to the books of translations and classes.

The eternal epic of Gilgamesh is one of the greatest legends and epics of the world and the first literary work with its intellectual, preaching, aesthetic and artistic values, and one of the important treasures that have been translated into the various languages of the world, and it occupies a prominent place in most of the world's libraries, and among specialists in the study of the antiquities of ancient nations and their civilizations, and among poets and writers throughout the ages and ages.

Navigating the words of the Prince of Balaghah and its master has its importance and caveats at the same time, so why be careful, we say because his words (as) almost rise to the ranks of eloquent speeches that confuse the minds in their systems, structures and meanings, and how not, and his words (as) have been described as being without the words of the Creator and above the words of the creature, it is in terms of miraculous, artistic and moral elevation after the words of Allah Almighty. This is why the researcher stands in front of this literary, cultural and religious teacher with an attitude of reverence, greatness and caution, and as for the importance, because the approach of rhetoric includes between its two books the specific and fertile that no human being can do without his flowers, let alone that person is a researcher, a literary or an intellectual, and that is why we feel elated and awe-inspiring at the same time, as we go through the experience of research in this lofty edifice. Specifically, the words of Imam (as) Al-Qassar, with their semantic and stylistic intensification in polite refined sentences with a fertile experience and heavenly inspiration.

Dialogue is one of the mechanisms adopted by the story in building its narrative formation in addition to the narrative and description mechanism, and it has a very important impact on the general construction of the story on many levels, hence the narrative dramatic relationship of the dialogue mechanism in the narrative work is confirmed, as it always has a dramatic load even if it works in any of the well-known narrative fields, and given the importance of dialogue in the narrative as it achieves several functions, including portraying the character, developing events, and presenting the atmosphere or situation. The research sought to clarify the role of dialogue in the story, taking the stories of the writer Jamal Nouri as a model that embodies this, the research was based on an introduction and two researches that included the introduction to define the concept of dialogue and its functions in the story work, and the first topic was dedicated to the study of (external dialogue) in terms of complex dialogue, symbolic dialogue, and abstract dialogue, while the second topic was dedicated to the study of (internal dialogue) in terms of monologue, monologue, and artistic return.
In it, the research concluded that the storyteller has a variety in his narrative dialogues, and he also tends to internal dialogues, which may be aimed at entering the reader and deepening his narrative texts in order to reach the writer's thinking and his purpose from them, and he speaks within the story as if he is one of the characters of the story whose events he lives, and this indicates the extent of his interaction and harmony with his characters.

The press was of great importance in the contemporary history of the city of Baghdad in the second and third decades of the twentieth century, for many reasons, including the resistance to the British occupation and then the revolution of the twentieth century and the events that accompanied it, which it was necessary to introduce people to it, as well as the establishment of the Iraqi government and the subsequent issuance of many newspapers, including those that supported the government and opposed it, and the third trend that represented moderate newspapers that reported the news impartially, leaving the reader the freedom of understanding and analysis, and the newspapers worked to publish The reader's opinion and recording his impressions, which is a feature that distinguished the "Baghdadi Guide Magazine", as it provided a great service to the society in the exchange of opinions between the people and their government.
The research is divided into three topics, dealing with the interests of the "guide" in the fields of ancient history and archaeology, while the second dealt with the interests of the "guide" in Islamic history and civilization, and the third dealt with the interests of the "guide" in modern history.

The movement or revolution is a direct action that progresses and escalates from defiance of the word to indignation and resentment, and may escalate, so that violent action erupts in various forms, and then it is called a movement or revolution, and the form of the Umayyad seizure of the reins of government by victory, oppression and the power of the sword, marking the opening of the door wide between them and their opponents, who considered their rule to be illegitimate, so they formed a broad rejection front that confronted their domination by all peaceful and military means, and the images of that opposition ranged from those who found themselves to be rightful owners It is legitimate to fight the Umayyads, who are the Shiites, the supporters of the school of Aal al-Bayt (a.s.), and among those who portrayed the conflict with the Umayyads as an ideological conflict, namely the Kharijites, who fought the Umayyads with all their strength, and formed something like the suicide squads that gave the Umayyads a taste of torment, and at the same time there was the utilitarian opposition whose main concern was to obtain power and compete with the Umayyads for power, and the leaders of these movements are from The statesmen who once served it and were part of its political and administrative system. Among the movements of senior leaders is the movement of Yazid ibn al-Muhallab ibn Abi Safra in (101 AH / 719 AD), who is from the ancient family of Al-Muhallab, and ended with his death along with a large number of the family of Al-Muhallab in (102 AH / 720 AD), and this is what we will highlight through this research, which will examine in detail the causes of this split and the consequences that resulted from it, and we will adhere to the chronological context of the arrangement of those movements opposing the Umayyad authority.

The ancients divided wisdom into two parts, theoretical wisdom and the search for what is, while practical wisdom seeks what should be. Since practical wisdom relates only to man and to his voluntary actions specifically, it is related to the mental aspect of perceptual power and the voluntary aspect of executive power. Hence, the study is based on three topics, the first deals with the Imam's view of the nature of the moral value of action and the source of moral obligation, the second deals with the field of will and choice in human action, and the third deals with the study of moral duty.

Purpose: The study aims to adopt the five-synth strategy for the purpose of enhancing the high performance in the company under study, after the consistency of the five sins in the company.
Methodology: The study adopted the descriptive-analytical method, and the size of the community reached (850) in the production lines under research in the company, and the sample size was (322) individuals, and the number of retrieved questionnaires was (294) of which (277) were valid for statistical analysis with a response rate of (91.3%) and the results were extracted by the statistical program (SPSS).
Theoretical Results: The theoretical basis consists of the point of view of the five synonyms strategy as it is the basic base that we seek to adopt in the company, and moreover in the theoretical foundation, where it includes the aspect of high performance, which is an essential part, as well as with regard to the objectives of the thesis, and the theoretical framework aims to highlight the interdependence between the concepts and explain them, and that there is a knowledge gap in the aspect of the five synonyms, and to show how each of them has an origin in cognitive and qualitative thinking, and this gives a high and wide knowledge base.
Practical Results: Through the results of the data, it has made it possible to calculate all the necessary and estimated changes in the company in the case of implementing the consistency and adoption of the five synonyms in the company and enhancing the high performance through them, and providing the company through the practical results with results, hypotheses, conclusions and recommendations, and giving more knowledge that is commensurate with the productive work lines in the company .
The importance of the study: The results of the study indicate that the process of adopting the five-breasts strategy can enhance the high performance in the company and show the possibilities and knowledge in the application of the five-chest strategy in the company, as well as the importance of the study because there is a scarcity of previous studies on the subject of the five chests and trying to determine the relationship between the two variables of the study (the five-chest strategy and high performance).

This study aimed to track the impact of reciprocal teaching strategies on the development of mental perceptions among the students of the Department of Art Education, because of their importance in the formation of their behavioral habits, and the most important of these behavioral habits is the development of imaginations to end in creative work, as these creative types are only done by developing those perceptions that lead to creativity.
Mental perceptions are of great importance in the life of the learner, as they are his tool to express what is going on inside him in terms of imaginations and ideas, and it is his means to decipher any creative work of various kinds, and the development of mental perceptions in the learner is the main goal of the art education lesson, and the importance of this is manifested in the fact that it helps to develop the knowledge reservoir that helps the learner to understand the surroundings, remember facts in the form of imaginations, and determine the details of the creative product .
The learner's need to develop his mental perceptions increases with the growth of his cognitive structures, so he has to develop his ability to draw conclusions, predict future events, express what is going on inside him, analyze the shapes and personalities floating in the sea of signs, solve problems between the elements of the artwork, and thus develop the ability to criticize any achievement.
The sample of the current study included (25) male and female students from the third grade students of the Department of Art Education / Faculty of Education at the University of Kufa, and the statistical results showed that there are significant differences in the development of perceptions using this reciprocal strategy in teaching, and in light of the results, the researcher recommended the necessity of employing this strategy in teaching to the Department of Art Education because of its clear impact on the development of mental perceptions.
