Exile is a reflection of a cultural crisis and the artist s exile in any country is an echo of this crisis Exile therefore is inclusive of all the aspects of life in a stage of social imbalance.
Although a wide-range of studies were written on this issue of exile non was written on this issue in the poetry of the late poet Dr. Alaa Al- Din Al-Mathidi as a creative phenomena . A study of this issue here might possibly explain this phenomena of exit and longing in art and the way they work.
This study is important as an investigation of exile and longing in the poetry of Al-Mathidi in all its aspects and circles. These two issues glow in almost all his poems. So this study investigates these poems thematically and aesthetically.

The Expansion in the incidence of the infinitive as an adverb in the Koran
After the investigation and audit, the researcher found that (expansion) in the language differs from narrowness, in other words, it means idiomatically in the Koran that one expression could have more than one meaning and these meanings are all intended. The research includes an introduction about the expansion linguistically and idiomatically and includes also four phases which have discussed four verses: the first verse is about the word (abathen\\ عبثا); whereas it could have two analytical facets. The second verse is in the word (sa’ya \\ (سعيا; which could have three analytical facets. The third verse is about the word (nahle\\ نحلة); whereas four analytical facets could be there. The fourth verse is about the word (meta’a\\ متاع); which could have five analytical facets. Finally, the results of this research have been discussed in the conclusion.

Pun is regarded as one of the sophisticated and most important art of eloquence and the higher in rank. It depends on the ambiguity in meaning in a way that the intended meaning is referred indirectly. It was highly used by the poets during the Mammalia era in a way that they were well known for using it and we rarely see one of their poets that do not use it in his writing.
Choosing this period in particular was because they used pun a lot in a way that they were highly known for using it till the point that it became a characteristic of their poetry. The poets competed with each other in using pun and they were indulged in it more than any other time. This is not an excuse to underestimate the value of their poetic production; because being fond of pun is part of their literary style which they adopted in a way that it became a prominent feature of their literature regarding it a necessity to elaborate speech.
The most prominent feature of pun in this era is its richness and variety; it is an image of the culture where the aesthetic touches which pun creates through the profoundness of the meaning which creates an intellectual continuity between the text and the recipient by digging deep for the intended meaning. This is what confirmed the importance of the subject to be researched and make a scientific work related to eloquence.
The poets of that time used pun a lot to express their feelings; through it the poet can reveal his creativity, sensation and sophisticated artistic taste in using the utterance to refer to more than one meaning, as well as the meditation it arouse and comparisons it leads to indicating a great energy of creativity and a wide artistic ability in investing in this art suitable for the meaning which the poet does not want to reveal.
The rhetoricians declared anonymously that pun has two basic cornerstones; the explicit meaning and the hidden meaning, the intended one. Based on that, the rhetoricians have divided pun into several types

We can say that accession in modernity poem is a present state. The study proved this throughout the group of texts, it is not only an those poets who give life to these poem , because poetry in any time and place must have an occasion and the modern poem has a national or so must have an occasion .but it has a new poem that has the following :
1. The absence of utterances of the occasion of the occasion.
2. The absence of mojesticity images.
3. It describes only the praised person himself.
4. The poem is reality poem to a great extent.
5. This poem is an objective one.
6. Its structure is within the structure of short poem and very short ones.
Finally, it identifies an important phenomenon in modern poetry with a suitable poem. and bring bank the occasion to the occasion when it hard to talk about . so it is recommended to be studied academically.

The effort of Arabic languistics emerged in Arabic grammar Which is regarded as one of the most important field of langual sciences that became clear as Al Farisi the linguistic Who is recognized in apprihension and berliance as he enriched the language when he became the Imam of his time in the grammatical field He showed his point of views in this research as a person served Arabic and enriched it irrespectively through important book (expauation of Ibn Akeel interpretation of Ibn Maliks Alfia). He wasn't bias to certain doctrine, he regards that grammatical decision is confined on allowing or measuring and searching for outlets in order to reach this decision through his view, not this only, he authored useful books in Arabic grammar served Arabic speakers. I concluded some conclusions in this respect.

Muhammad Mahdi Al-Jawahiri (1898 – 1997) was born in Najaf city of Iraq, to a family of poets and traditional learning. His father, his two brothers, and many other members of his family were poets. Abstract: The area includes many of varying origin Landforms that belongs to many Geomorphic processes so were addressing a number of natural properties in the region, including geological formation and structure to the region and its impact in the areas geomorphology and discuss the role of climatic factors which its role and its impact not less than in terms of weathering and erosion and their impact on the evolution of landforms in the region for the Geological , and then addressing the groundwater in the region, the fact that this water source has a role in shaping the geomorphology of the region and one of sources of the main water resources in the region because the region contains no permanent runoff water sources, then divided the landforms units to major and another minor, also Vallies of area were morphometric analyzed and to know the most important geomorphological characteristics of those valleys.

This research aims to highlight the importance of the role of operations research in addressing the problems of urban and regional planning , through planning optimization between the needs of the required and available resources , the adoption of the method of proper planning and according to the methods of formulating mathematical models , and deal with them to resolve the problems related to , has been in this research finding optimal planning of the costs of the distribution of water piped to three villages using one of the methods of linear programming ( simplex ) , and the use of one of the programs, operations research ((WIN QSB) and that applied to the example under study , so as to ensure that reliance on mathematical models of operations research and working to achieve the goal of a planning optimization according to the resources available.

The aim of the research is to know the relation between services efficiency and the size of the urban centers throw the spatial developments, and to what extend the size of these center suit with the population and the services presented inside these centers, according to the Zeaf roll ( Rank – Size). Then identify the hierarchical of these centers throw using Scologeam way to identify center's hierarchical, and Dependence some elements of urban services to determine these levels. And using some elements of the spatial development to evaluate the relation between size and population and services. The research show that there are (7) hierarchical levels for the urban centers in Saladin governorate. There also a big gap between the real population size and the urban centers ideal size. Seven centers out of (17) centers achieve real size more than the ideal size. The research also show that there are no correlation between some of the urban centers and the population and services, especially in the first five levels. In the first level (in Samarra city) Incompatibility is 100%, In the second level is 60%, in the third and fourth is 20%, and in the fifth is 40%. The sixth and seventh levels spatial compatibility is 100% between the size of the urban center and population and services.
