The followers of philosophical lesson in Iraq discover steps and important stages through which the country had passed in , since the control of this thought in Arab Islamic civilization until recent time as well as touch the important changes that had happened on it . this scientific and intellectual activity in Iraq in old ages embodied as form of large philosophical schools that had important role of it spreading among community who they changed it by logic and faith from rejected idea to acceptance one until it had arrived to use it through curriculum in university , although it began simply , but it had developed more specially in Iraqi universities in addition to take an important role in refreshing intellectual and analytic abilities of students by using logic accurate instruments.

When Allah has chosen Arabic language to be the eternal language of the Holly Qura'an, Qura'an was the original resource of the perfect grand Arabic. Qura'an has perfect and coherent texts that are considered to be the first and foremost source of rhetoric and eloquence. Learning and memorizing Qura'an are great ways to help Non-Arabic speakers learn Arabic and acquire the language skills and proficiency of Arabic. To achieve this, Muslim scholars wrote books and composed works based on modern technology. In fact, this paper addresses this topic. It begins with an introduction followed by three major sections. The first section focuses o the impact of memorizing the Holly Qura'an on learning Arabic. The second section includes practical steps to learn Arabic through the memorization of Qura'an. The third section is about the effect of teaching the 'Nuraniyyah Rule' on learning Arabic. Then, there is a conclusion containing the most important results followed by an index and references.

This study is about the basic designs of Baghdad university from its beginning until 2018 . it takes care of Baghdad university projects as it was separated building until to built more ones collected under one organization ,the project of Baghdad university started from 1959 and considered as rare one that designed as modern according to world measurements. There is no doubt that this planning achieves great flexibility in the exploitation of space and high efficiency, and flexibility in the face of future developments as well as the economy of buildings through the non-repetition of events.
