The aim of the research is to capture abuses and problems that showed up in the city of Ramadi as a result going beyond it overrides, one of the most important, problems facing Iraqi cities which represents a new challenge to the plan cities nowadays are acting as existential threats the city has demolished its urban entity and thy search has found conclusions and recommendations and discrepancies excesses in thy number type and area of thy city including wastage in thy type and distort button of land uses than was planned in the basic plan of the city due to abuses as well than sur passing residential use over space green and orchards ,the search recommended that it be accounted for transgressors as states not numbers by a plan an overall strategy through which to orient future policies to reduce damage caused by abuse ,classify and treat as multiple different and formulas and processors.
