This study aims to explore the connection between the societal chal-lenges faced by individuals and the Quranic verses revealed by Allah to fa-cilitate human life. While the Quranic texts encompass legislation and de-lineating boundaries, they also exhibit a special interest in shaping the Muslim identity by establishing fundamental principles that serve as a strong foundation for the Muslim soul. Virtually every Quranic chapter contains such principles, whether they are creedal, ritual, or educational. This study delves into the creedal foundations found in the chapters of Al-Fatiha and Al-Baqarah, revealing the Quran's methodology and its emphasis on these pillars. Moreover, it examines the profound impact of these foundations on shaping individual beliefs about the universe and their subsequent influence on society at large.
To achieve this, the study highlights Quranic verses related to creedal as-pects, elucidates the intended meanings of these verses by drawing upon previous scholarly works, and analyzes their impact on contemporary so-cietal conditions. This research is structured around three main axes.

This research includes a collection of narrators who were judged by Al-Hafiz Al-Daraqutni to be ignorant - whether this ignorance was ignorance of the subject or the state - and who are known to other scholars as trustworthy. I have divided the research into two sections: In the first section, I spoke about a brief definition of Al-Hafiz Al-Daraqutni and ignorance, and the second section: A study of these narrators, who are ten narrators, by defining them, and mentioning what Al-Hafiz Al-Daraqutni said about them, then the scholars’ statements, then a summary in which I explain what I think is most likely in the judgment on this narrator, and the reason for Al-Daraqutni’s judgment of them as ignorant, then I concluded with a conclusion in which I explained the most important results.

The topic of Sam’iyyat (matters of the unseen known through revela-tion) is one of the core issues in Islamic theology. It addresses matters established by Sharia evidence that cannot be comprehended by reason alone. Among these issues is the belief in the "Pond" which the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) was promised on the Day of Resurrection. Imam Abdul Hamid Al-Hakami addressed this topic specifically in his book Takhlees Al-Durar Al-Hawdh (Abridgment of the Pearls of the Pond), where he presented the evidence and the position of the people of the Sunnah and consensus regarding it.
Imam Al-Hakami emphasized the necessity of belief in the "Pond" as it is a firmly established reality, and that believing in it is obligatory. He also clarified that the "Kawthar" mentioned refers to the Pond in Paradise.
The belief in the Pond highlights a significant aspect of faith as it signifies eternal life on the Day of Resurrection, where the believers will drink from it and never experience thirst again. This affirms God’s mercy, His favor upon His servants, and the honor bestowed upon the believers

This research aims to serve one of the important aspects of the sci-ence of hadith, which is the classes of narrators, especially since it is one of the noble Sharia sciences that is related to the noble prophetic hadith. The study aimed to count and analyze the classes of narrators from Yazid bin Abi Habib in the six books; This is to clarify their status and the number of narrations they narrated on the authority of Yazid ibn Abi Habib. The re-searcher has conducted a survey and study of the narrators who narrated on the authority of Yazid ibn Abi Habib in the six books, including their num-ber, names, number of narrations they narrated, and scholars' statements about them. The study concluded that the narrators in the six books on the authority of Yazid ibn Abi Habib were twelve narrators distributed into five classes. The class of the authoritative and trustworthy, which was distinguished by complete accuracy, numbered five narrators, and the percentage of their narrations in relation to everyone who narrated on the authority of Yazid ibn Abi Habib was more than two-thirds. As for the remainder, it was divided between the class of the truthful but poorly memorized and the like, the class of the acceptable, and the class of the weak.

This research aims to investigate the prophetic foundations of water resources management by studying the hadith of Abdullah ibn al-Zubayr (may Allah be pleased with them) on justice in argumentation that addressed the topic of water (an objective study). It also seeks to derive sustainable principles that can be applied to achieve justice in the distribution of water resources, thus contributing to promoting sustainable development in contemporary societies.
Research Problem: Many societies in the modern era face major chal-lenges related to the scarcity and poor distribution of water resources, which leads to social and environmental conflicts. Despite technological developments, the absence of an ethical and just framework for dividing resources exacerbates the crisis. Therefore, there is a need to study the pro-phetic legacy as a reference that can provide fair and sustainable solutions to these problems.
In this research, I relied on the hadith of Abdullah bin Al-Zubayr (may God be pleased with them both), and my study was objective.

The proliferation of contemporary juristic dilemmas in the medical field continues to intensify in tandem with scientific advancements and the broadening of its domains. Among the most salient of these emerging issues are those pertaining to cosmetic interventions, particularly corrective surgical procedures designed to rectify congenital anomalies, eliminate the consequences of trauma or disease, and address other afflictions that may befall the human body.
Such interventions have provoked considerable debate among medical practitioners, jurists, and the general public with regard to their legitimacy, parameters, and governing criteria. They occupy a complex space wherein legitimate necessity and pressing need intersect with procedures motivated solely by aesthetic enhancement absent any substantive medical justifica-tion. This raises pivotal questions: Under what circumstances is surgical modification of human appearance deemed permissible? At what point does it constitute an impermissible alteration of the created form (taghyīr khalq Allāh)? And what are the jurisprudentially recognized criteria for necessity (ḍarūrah) or legitimate need (ḥājah)? These inquiries, among others, constitute the central focus of this research.
The study seeks to undertake a foundational juristic analysis (dirāsah fiqhiyyah taʾṣīliyyah) of corrective cosmetic surgery, with particular em-phasis on delineating the distinction between genuine need and superfluous beautification. It will engage with established legal maxims (qawāʿid fiqhiyyah), the opinions of contemporary scholars, and the resolutions of authoritative juristic councils. Furthermore, the research endeavors to propose practical applications and real-world case studies pertaining to this class of emergent issues, in a manner that integrates and respects the Sharīʿah, medical, and humanitarian dimensions simultaneously.

The research included a discussion of mujahidah and its practice among Sufis. Mujahidah is one of the fundamental concepts in Islamic Sufism, and refers to exerting effort in resisting desires and the self, and being patient; in order to achieve closeness to Allah. Sheikh Abdul Qadir al-Jilani - may Allah have mercy on him - discussed the concept of mujahidah in his book Al-Ghaniya as one of the most important means that enables a Muslim to achieve spiritual and moral transcendence.
In this research, I have discussed the definition of Sufism, jihad and what it entails, and the characteristics of those who strive and are deter-mined. And Allah is the Grantor of success, "and all praise is due to Allah, Lord of the Worlds" and may the peace and blessings of Allah be upon our Master Muhammad, his family, and his companions

This paper, entitled The Extent of Imam Al-Shafi\'i\'s \"Al-Risa’la\" on the Development of Usul al-Fiqh Literature: A Comparative Analytical Study investigates the impact of Imam Shafi’i’s epistle (al-Risa’la) on the writings in Usul al-Fiqh, as some academic circles dispute its potential ef-fect. They argue that writings in Usul al-Fiqh paused for two centuries after Shafi’i’s departure, i.e. from the 2nd Islamic century to the 4th. However, there is a consensus among Islamic scholars that The Risa’la has a significant influence on Usuli scholarly work. Of course, each party has their own evidence to support their argument. Academically, this controversial issue can only be settled by researchers seeking the facts and approving the logical perspective.
Of the questions to be answered are: is it a fact that composition in Usul al-Fiqh has paused for two years? Is it real that The Risa’la has not affected the enhancement of Usul al-Fiqh writing? And, is it true that The Risa’la itself is not an Usuli work in nature as it does not apply to the definition of Usul al-Fiqh genre? To answer these questions, a comparative analytical approach has been employed by analyzing the extent to which The Risa’la influenced the composition of Usul al-Fiqh and then drawing a comparison between the two views.
The researchers have arrived at some significant findings as the Risa’la is, in nature, an Usul al-Fiqh book dealing with Usuli issues, and that writing in the realm of Usul al-Fiqh did not stop after Shafi’i’s death, but continued steadily. It has been noticed that Islamic scholars kept composing of the issues of The Risa’la either in terms of explanation or building upon what Shfi’i composed, or even criticizing some of his methodological tools like analogy (qiyas), consensus (ijma’), and the deeds of al-Madina’s people. Some of these works are already published, some are still manuscripts, while others are lost, which might be the reason of denying the effect of The Risa’la. In brief, the study has concluded the effect of The Risa’la and the fact that Usuli scholars never stopped their compositions in the field after Shafi’i’s departure.

This research aims to study the legal issues that have two different opinions in Ibn Qudamah's Al-Mughni (died 620 AH), focusing on the mat-ters related to the Book of Reconciliation (Kitab al-Sulh). This topic is of great significance as it helps to understand the wealth of knowledge con-tained in Al-Mughni, which is one of the most important books in compar-ative jurisprudence within the Hanbali school of thought and even in Islamic jurisprudence in general. The book is known for its comprehensive content, and it stands out for its comparative legal methodology, which assists researchers in deepening their understanding of various schools of thought. This enables researchers to develop their analytical and evaluative skills.
The study presents the issues related to the Book of Reconciliation, showing the opinions of jurists and the eight Islamic schools of jurisprudence, citing the evidences and discussing them, and concluding with the strongest opinion. I concluded in my research that the existence of multiple opinions within a single school of thought plays a crucial role in contemporary fatwas, as this diversity allows jurists and legal scholars flexibility in choosing the most appropriate opinion for the current reality. I also recommend that students of knowledge should complete the study of the legal opinions found in Al-Mughni due to its importance as a rich reference in comparative jurisprudence.
The research is divided into an introduction, two sections, and a conclusion. The first section covers the personal and academic life of Imam Ibn Qudamah (may Allah have mercy on him), with three sub-sections. The second section discusses the legal issues with two opinions found in Al-Mughni on the topic of reconciliation, containing four sub-sections. The conclusion highlights the key findings of the study

The book "Al-Bayan fi Madhhab al-Imam al-Shafi'i" by Imam al-Umrani - may God have mercy on him - is considered one of the most im-portant books on the Shafi'i school of thought. It is one of the books that played a significant role in clarifying the aspects of the Shafi'i school of thought. Because of the importance of the issues contained in this book, we have studied some of the issues that have two aspects according to the Shafi’i school of thought in an important book for every Muslim, namely the Book of Mortgage, with a comparative jurisprudential study of these aspects with the rest of the Islamic schools of thought, and determining the most correct of them after collecting the evidence specific to the issue. This research aims to study the issues in which two opinions are mentioned in the book Al-Bayan by Imam Al-Imrani, within the Shafi'i school of jurisprudence, and to compare these opinions with those of other schools of Islamic jurisprudence. It includes referencing their evidences from the Qur’an, the Sunnah, and rational argumentation, as well as indicating the opinion the researcher finds more correct. These issues pertain to guardianship (ḥajr) over a minor and the order of guardianship, since the minor is under interdiction for their own benefit—to preserve their wealth from loss or damage. The research also discusses who has the right to guardianship, the integrity of the guardian or trustee in financial matters, and the necessity of evidence for the guardian’s transactions involving the minor’s property

In this research, I examined the phenomenon of linguistic borrowing, which was referred to by linguistic scholars as \\"Arabized and foreign words.\\" I defined the scope of my study within a linguistic text considered one of the prominent Arabic dictionaries, despite its small size. It contains linguistic material that enriches the reader and saves them from extensive searching through various dictionaries. This text is the book (Fiqh al-Lughah wa Sirr al-Arabiyyah) by Imam Al-Tha\\'alibi (died 429 AH). This book is regarded as one of the earliest dictionaries of meanings in the Arabic language. In this study, I focused on the first part of the book, (Fiqh al-Lughah), due to its relevance to the methodology and subject of the research.
In my research, I followed the lexicographical approach in presenting the Arabized words found in Fiqh al-Lughah by Al-Tha\\'alibi. I arranged them according to the alphabetical order of the dictionary, starting with the first letter of the word and then proceeding to the subsequent letters until the end of the word.

This research addresses the concept of "Al-Muhkam" in the interpre-tation of legal verses by shedding light on the differing understandings be-tween the usuliyyun (jurists) and mufassirun (interpreters). The usuliyyun focus on "Al-Muhkam" as a text that does not admit of ambiguity or multiple interpretations, while the mufassirun view it as clear verses that do not require complicated interpretation and whose meaning should be stable. The study explores how this difference influences the interpretation of legal rulings in the Quran and examines the application of Al-Muhkam in elaborating on the legal rulings found in the Quran. It also touches upon the relationship between Al-Muhkam and Al-Mutashabih (ambiguous) verses in matters of Sharia, and reviews the methodology that should be followed when dealing with such verses in different tafsirs (interpretations). The research is organized into an introduction, two main sections, and a conclusion.

My study of this research was devoted to a scholar, namely Imam Omar Al-Suhrawardi and I studied a brief aspect of his personal and scien-tific life, and touched on the nature of his interpretation and the reason for its composition, and the research was devoted to his interpretation of the Qur’an by the Qur’an, and among the aspects that the author touched upon in interpreting the Qur’an by the Qur’an, and I explained the content of interpreting the Qur’an by the Qur’an, and this is the scope of the research.
The main objective of the research is to highlight the role of Imam Al-Suhrawardi in interpreting the Holy Qur’an, as it is known that Imam Al-Suhrawardi is famous among the Sufis; so I wanted through the research for him to be known to the public and to the people of interpretation in particular, and since his interpretation is not famous among the people of knowledge, his interpretation is characterized by smoothness and ease, such that the reader and researcher understand it without complexity. I explained what was said about the concept of interpreting the Qur’an by the Qur’an, and how it is considered one of the best types of interpretation. I explained its types and clarified its content. After that, I traced the places of interpreting the Qur’an with the Qur’an according to Imam al-Suhrawardi and followed the inductive method in the research, by mentioning these places and commenting on them.

Al-Qadi Al-Baydawi’s interpretation of “Anwars of Revelation and Secrets of Interpretation” is considered one of the most prominent Qur’anic interpretations that has received the attention of scholars and interpreters throughout the ages. This interpretation was distinguished by the depth of its meanings, the accuracy of its style, and its jurisprudential and linguistic deductions that inspired many scholars to explain it and comment on it, and among these scholars who Sheikh Al-Qarabaghi contributed to the study and enrichment of Al-Baydawi’s interpretation, who wrote his unique commentary on this interpretation.
This research aims to review the features of the Qarabaghi method in its footnote, shed light on its scientific additions, and discuss its impact in serving the sciences of interpretation. It also aspires to provide a clear vision of the scientific value of this footnote in the context of Islamic interpretive studies.
This study was organized into two sections, preceded by an introduction, followed by a conclusion and a list of sources and references. In the first sec-tion: it dealt with the introduction of Sheikh Al-Qara Baghi, and included three requirements. The aim of this research is to study the methodology used by the Holy Qur’an in resolving differences and disputes between the conflicting parties, whether at the level of individuals or society or inside or outside countries, and to lay the legal foundations for addressing them by building contemporary peaceful relations between the conflicting parties through the teachings of Islamic law that showed the ways And the methods and evidence and their conditions and legitimacy to reach peace and security among the disputants, and to achieve the goal of the research was divided into three sections that included identifying the concept of disputes and identifying peaceful ways to resolve them and clarifying the methodology of the Holy Qur’an in resolving those tendencies through some of the Qur’anic methods used by the prophets and kings to resolve conflicts, And prevent them in order to reach safety, peace and security for our societies, because our civilization and our Islamic law calls for that.

I wrote this research on a topic that is one of the basic principles that contribute to clarifying how the Quranic texts are interconnected and achieving the connection between the topics of one surah in the Holy Quran, which is the thematic unity. It is clear that the thematic unity of the surahs of the Holy Quran means that each surah in itself revolves around a specific issue that is presented from several angles, and includes various methods that contribute to conveying the Quranic meaning clearly and clearly. I chose Surah An-Nazi\'at as a model for this, and after I finished my research, I concluded that Surah An-Nazi\'at achieves a clear thematic unity represented in stating God\'s ability to revive, and calling on man to contemplate the evidence of God\'s ability in the universe, which makes the elements of the surah completely harmonious to achieve its basic message
