It is necessary to study the jurisprudence of transactions in Islamic law, so that we can see the correct ones which are in accordance with the rules of the Shariah and its purposes. The process of intellectual reform focuses on defining the necessary goals and standards for monitoring the progress of family, community, and nation life, and all stages of implementing the approved plan. This ensures adherence to the plan and the fulfillment of the requirements by each individual and group. It also involves identifying problems and obstacles that may hinder the achievement of the desired goals within the specified timeframe and intervening first. The first step is to implement change when necessary. The methodology of reforming thinking from an Islamic perspective represents a system for improving the natural way of thinking within Muslim societies throughout history. This improvement is achieved through a serious attempt to control the excesses of natural or innate thinking. The fundamental characteristic of logical thinking is its reliance on reasoning to understand and comprehend things. Reasoning is a step on the path to "correct and sound understanding." Furthermore, the methodology of reforming thinking from an Islamic perspective reaffirms the constants of general Islamic principles and rules through sound intellectual reform. This aims to achieve ultimate goals in the Hereafter, a clear future vision that the Muslim and the Muslim community strive to realize, each according to their own effort. This study consists of an introduction, three sections, and a conclusion.

The research is a study of the psychological concepts and facts related to the human psyche, in the hope that we will have a correct Islamic perception of man, through which we can launch new studies. It is a serious attempt to link the Prophetic hadith and its noble prophetic guidance with psychology and the various aspects of human behavior, such as: the motives of behavior, emotions, perception, personality, mental health, and psychotherapy. Thanks be to God, I have been able to find such a link, by standing on the Prophetic hadiths with a moment of reflection and deduction of the profound psychological guidance contained therein, issued by a great figure who is knowledgeable about the secrets of the human psyche, as if the speaker were a scholar and expert in psychology.

This research deals with the subject of the Children of Israel’s request to Moses, peace be upon him, to see God Almighty openly in verses {55-56} of Surah Al-Baqarah, which reveals an aspect of the transgressions and nonsense of the Children of Israel towards the Creator, may He be glorified and exalted. Their question was not out of a desire to be close to God Almighty, but rather out of arrogance and defiance, which is one of the tyranny that has become the way of the materialists. When Moses, peace be upon him, met God and took the Torah, they declared that they would not believe in you as a prophet until they saw God openly. So a fire came down from the sky and left them dead while they were looking on, then God Almighty revived them after their death. Perhaps they will thank Him, as the Holy Qur’an has stated. We have addressed the topic, mentioning the views of the interpreters in this field and what has been reported from them of interpretive visions that serve the purpose of researching these two verses, since the talk is about vision in this world, leaving the issue of seeing God Almighty to the scholars of creed as it is, and the research has no relation to seeing God Almighty as presented by the scholars of theology, since students of knowledge have written research and letters on it, so there is no need to look at this topic from that angle.

This research shows the ways of Ibn Hisham's illusion to grammarians; when he attributed the opinions of a number of grammarians during his presentation of grammatical issues after referring to the main sources that belong to those grammarians. We found that Ibn Hisham had been cheated by those opinions . Furthermore, explain the terms of illusion and pretext in language and idiom. Perhaps the most prominent result in this research that it worked to achieve those issues .After referring to their original sources and explain Ibn Hisham's illusions in those issues.

Rhythm forms a large area in the lexicon idiomatic of poetry. It presents, in its multi-forms and meanings, a key hub for building up and forming the essence of the poetic image of the text, as well as the presence of rhythm as (a sound) in many critiques on the poetry of the texts.
Thus, the study of rhythm poetry in theatrical text is one of the most important techniques that form the poetry of the text. Its deep range is showed in the Husseini theatrical text in particular in addition to the unique characteristics of these texts in shaping special rhythmical forms for the theme of the text on one hand, and in showing the structured power of writing from another hand; so as to establish the impact and the influence of the text itself.
The play of Mohammed Ali Al-Khafaji under the title: \"Al-Hussein Comes One More Time\" is one of so many texts that can be taken as an applicable sample to give us adequate results in regard to what this study is all about. It is highly emphasized the presence of rhythm as being a strong form in shaping poetry of text. It is from this point, the researcher chooses the theme of the study under the title: \"Poetry Aesthetics in the Husseini Theatrical Text\".

The research is studying the “narrative vision” or the point of view in the novel “Gardina”, it comprised of a visual framing of the idiom “the narrative vision”, and indicated the nature and effectiveness of the narrator in the narrative speech.
The research was able to reach the fact that the novel is based on balancing there citing of the events between the “display” which was done through the characters and the “narration” which was told by the narrator and his vision in telling the events. The narrator was the essential base who obtained the power, the complete knowledge, the ego, and the participation as it formed his vision of the world that he is narrating about. He is the hearing sound in forming the narration structure, so he sought to achieve the intensions of the novelist’s vision, and that is what the research is going to present.

The auditory image is a rhetorical concept found clearly and powerfully in Arabic rhetoric, playing a crucial role in conveying the idea the writer intends to communicate to the reader. The auditory image only becomes apparent when viewed within a literary context that deeply moves the poet. Therefore, paying attention to it is a pressing necessity, and studying it is a requirement of rhetorical research. This study examines the sources of the auditory image in Islamic-era poetry according to an analytical approach, revealing that the auditory image forms a framework for the poet's social and political vision.

The Present study aims at Finding out the basic teaching skills required for students in the Department of History College at Education/Ibn Rushd. The sample of the study includes 80 male and female students. The content at the test used covers three types of domains, and units/ Forty verbal situations are constructed for the study which are exposed to a jury of experts. Thirty items are validated by the jury the reliability of which is checked and ensured. The results of the study show a statistical significant difference in favour of the theoretical mean. A set of conclusions and recommendations are put forward according to the results achieved

Praise be to God, Lord of the Worlds, and peace and blessings be upon the noblest of all God’s creation, our Prophet Muhammad, and upon his family and companions. God Almighty created man, honored him above all His creation, breathed into him of His spirit, made His angels prostrate to him, taught him all the names, and made him His successor on earth. The sanctity and dignity of the human body, in the view of the jurists, has reached a point where they deem it necessary to bury what falls from it, such as hair, nails, and the like, although there is a difference of opinion regarding hair and nails, as will be explained later. Thus, the great prohibition against touching dead bodies or human parts becomes clear to us, as we will see in the course of the research, God willing.
