The Journal of the College of Islamic Sciences is a peer-reviewed, quarterly academic journal continuously issued since 1996. The journal is published by the College of Islamic Sciences at the University of Baghdad. It is concerned with publishing scholarly research in the following areas:

1.Islamic sciences and their philosophy.

2.Islamic thought, civilization, and comparative religions.

3.Islamic banking and finance.

4.Islamic educational and psychological sciences.

5.Arabic language and literature, along with topics related to Islam and other religious traditions. The journal\'s archival history indicates that its inaugural issue was published in 1965 under the title Journal of the College of Imam Al-Azam, affiliated at the time with the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research. It was later renamed Journal of the College of Sharia, and in 1996, it adopted its current title, Journal of the College of Islamic Sciences. To date, the journal publishes four issues annually. It is distinguished by the diversity of its contributors, including researchers from Iraq and beyond, ensuring adherence to global professional standards in publication and scientific specialization.

Journal Islamic science college is an open access journal, and therefore there are no financial or fees required to download any publication from the journal\'s website by the authors, readers and the institution. But this license allows any user to download, print, extract, reuse, archive and distribute the article, as long as appropriate credit is given to the authors and source of the work.
