Current research aims to know:
Impact style segmentation Qaeda in the collection of the fifth grade students in the rules of the Arabic language.
To achieve the goal of the research put the researcher the following hypothesis:
((There is no statistically significant difference at the level (0.05) between the average achievement of students who are studying the rules Arabic Basilobtdzih the norm, and the average achievement of students who teach in the traditional way)) 0

1 - sample of fifth grade students at the center of Muqdadiya in Diyala province, for the academic year.
2 - the first semester of the 2012-2013 school year.

To be taught for the academic year 2012 -2013 m, the seventh edition ten year 2008, and the topics are: (sections speech, and wholesale nominal and wholesale actual, and the division of the act in time to the past and the present tense and it, the actor, and the effect it, and debutante and Khobar) .

The educational system consists of three basic elements which are: the instructor, students and curriculum. The defect of each may affect negatively the two other elements. Cheating in examinations in general and in English in particular may be considered as the most dangerous phenomenon that effects negatively this system.
In fact, cheating is a deviated behavior that totally destroys the main spine of the pedagogy of the evaluation, because cheating presents a false test score which suppose to be accurate to keep the ongoing evaluation for the sake of fulfilling the educational objectives.
There are different reasons behind cheating, some are related to the students themselves, while others are related to the instructors and some others are related to the psychological and educational system. Whatever the reason behind cheating, all of them represent the response to failing in the examination and its side effects.
The researcher thinks that the educational institution is one of the main fields in which the personality of the student may be built and developed correctly. Thus the college as one of the educational institution has to take on its part in this important mission, and this is why the researcher conducted this research.

This paper is an attempt to explore the nature and role of the pun in classical Arabic rhetoric. Looking at as a rhetorical device, pun makes Arabic texts (Quranic, poetic and everyday formal expressions) more vivid and their content richer in semantic values. Essential rhetorical differences between Arabic and English in the domain of pun have been dealt with in some detail. These result in ruling out phonologically – oriented rhetorical schemes such as paronomasia from being regarded as a type of pun in Arabic as mentioned by a number of recent rhetorical studies. Arabic pun is seen as a lexical process through which a lexical item is used in a tricky manner creating a deliberate confusion of different senses of the same word. Arabic puns used in Quranic and poetic texts represent a barrier to translatability for they are mostly culture – specific. Suggesting some basic and powerful procedures and techniques for the rendition of Arabic pun into English is also included in the present work.

Research agrees with most experts that the correction skills in the game of handball is one of the most important skills, the researcher believes that the development of the different perceptions of them (spatial perception) is very important in the development of the skill of the correction. The research problem comes in weak skill for phase correction age (1012 years), so the researcher prepared a set of exercises (kinesthetic sense perception, "spatial") and their impact in the development of the skill of the correction. The researcher used the experimental method with a groups Almtkavitin, and the sample of primary school students aged (1012) years. After applying the tests before and after application of exercise appeared there significant differences in favor of a posteriori tests. The researcher concluded that the effectiveness of cognitive exercise contributed to the development of spatial skill correction reel hand and recommended for adoption to other skills and games and different samples.

The teaching of various curricula has gained a great attention from those interested in many advanced countries and those pursing them in the felid of scientific development covered all aspects of life, and the math curriculum has essential share no less than other curricula of its content and methods of teaching, for its great importance in developing the sciences. Depending on this research is seeking for recognize the influence of curriculum of math Dept. in the basic college of education of the student’s ability in forming the mathematical questions for the primary stage, through the following zero hypothesis:- there is no difference of statistic significance at the levels significance(0.05) between two averages the marks of the second and forth stages for the math dept. in their ability in forming the mathematical questions .
The research limitations are:-
1- The students of math dept. for the second and fourth stages in the Basic Education college. Diyala University for the Academic Year(2011-2012)
2- Seven of the mathematical questions included in the math text book of the sixth primary stage for the academic year( 2011-2012)
The research sample included students of Math dept. for the second and fourth stages in the Basic Education College- Diyala university amounted(88) he/she students of (45) she/he students in the second stage and(43) he/she of the forth stage.
To measure the student ability( the research sample) to form the math questions for the primary stage , the special test depended on the ability to form questions in light with their kinds, and the number of test items(42) items of (6) items for each kind of
questions, and the researcher makes sure of its authentication and correctness, also calculating the difficulty two coefficients and distinguishing of its items.
After applying the test and processing of data statistically by using (T- test) for two independent samples, the research revealed the following results:- there is difference of statistic significance at the level of significant(0.05) and free degree(86) between the two averages of the second and fourth students’ marks in favor of the fourth stage, in light of the research the researcher has reached to a number of recommendations and suggestions.

The research aims to introduce styles and bases of emotional education in "surrah loqman" and suggest easy for educational applications in school and family. The procedures are represented by full reading and choose the Ayahs (13-21)because they represent directions of wise loqman for his son. The meanings of these Ayahs are taken from the interpretation books. The research shows two types of bases the first the religious basis which depends on the fact that there is no god but Allah and he knows every thing happen in the universe. The second basis is thinking basis which depends on the Islamic sight towards human 'universe and life. The Ayahs show a lot of educational bases and emotional bases. They also the necessity of think the universe over. The Ayahs direct the imagination to eternity and the command for pray. The researcher asks for the treatment of emotional education in school and family.

The research aims at knowing the relation between the innovative thinking with skilful performance. He used the descriptive approach, where the research sample included Al-Moghdadiya club youth players(15 player) by the deliberation way because of the cooperating of the coach and players with the researcher used candidate tests of the specialist experts after using the suitable statistical means reach the researcher to conclusions, most important one is the conjunction relation of incorporeal denotation between the innovative thinking and skilful perfor- mance to Al-Moghdadiyal club players in football.
The skilful performance of the players was the great vantage and active to develop their accurate skilful performance in football that proof the vantage of the relation.
The most important recommendations that reaches are the administration and coach must admit the psycho setting within the annual training curriculum for the players with appointing psycho specialist in athletic psychology accompanied with the team during the competition beside the players` training to gain psycho skills to face the driving events during the match with affirmance about the innovative thinking importance in training in sport clubs in country specially developing the Gnostic and rationalism sides of the players. Saving the psycho locale contributes in creation their ingenuity and innovative thinking

Research name (hostile behavior among children with no fathers and normal children from their teachers’ point of view)
The current research aims to know the difference in hostile behavior among children with no fathers and normal children from their teachers’ point of view. The researcher created a scale for hostile behavior and applied it on two groups of children with no fathers and normal children according to their teachers’ recommendation within department of education in Dyala province for scholastic year 2010/2011, the scale was applied to a sample of 200 child and the results were an increase in behavior level for the children with no fathers.

In order to advance in the level of physical Education college students, especially they have activities, various methods and measurements of teaching، therefore physical education teacher must have good knowledge of teaching methods.
The research importance appears in application of cooperative learning style it is one of the effective styles to learn through preparation in instructional curriculum for teaching the research persons from students are first stage in sport education collage: They learn these skill first، This curriculum implies division students in groups and give them work to do together in cooperative team working، each one in this groups knows his role. This learning happened in comfortable circumstances without tension and worry therefore the students have adapted in this efficacious stage for performance improving.
After finishing of curriculum application the tests gave them excellence result to use " cooperative learning style" in comparison with " instruction style" therefore this style must use to learn this skill and other skills for obtaining high level of students.

This included research on the five-door to ensure the door the first definition of research and a general introduction to boxing and the importance of training weightlifting in the development of some of the special abilities of boxers young people, and the goals of the research included the preparation exercises suggested in the development of some of the special abilities of boxers young and see the impact of the exercise proposed in develop some special abilities of young boxers, has imposed research show that there are statistically significant differences between pre and post tests of the special capabilities of the members of the research sample and for the post-test.
The second section has included theoretical studies, weightlifting exercises and special abilities of explosive capability and the ability characteristic speed.
Part III has included the experimental method design group one, while the sample was one of the club Diyala Sports and Youth Center Baquba and number (20) boxer underwent these groups to own tests capacity facility, as well as the use of means of statistical own statistics Alamwalima using the test (and Caucasian) and (Mann-Whitney) for the two groups, to manipulate search results.

The study aimed to diagnose misconceptions in mathematics with average second grade students, and for the purpose of achieving the objective of the study the researchers analyzed the content of the first four chapters of the book for the second grade math average, to determine the mathematical concepts contained therein.The number of concepts (49) after taking the approval of the concept (80%) or more of the views of the experts, researchers prepared on the basis of which an objective diagnostic test of choice type of multi-quadrant alternatives, which measure the gain of each athlete concept through three areas (translation, explanation, complete), bringing the number of paragraphs (147) vertebra, measure all three paragraphs consecutive understood mathematically one was verified sincerity and firmness and effectiveness of alternatives, then applied the test on a sample of 200 students, and on the basis of this test are concepts misconception if the error rate exceeded (34%) and more with the students sample diagnosis, and through the test results show that there are (28) concept of a misunderstanding.

This thesis aimed to discover the effect of Puppet Shows on Kindergarten Children's Development of Social Skills. To achieve this aim, the researcher put the following hypotheses.
1- There was no significant difference at (0.05) between the average scores of the experimental group in the pre-test and their average scores in the post-test.
2- There was no significant difference at (0.05) between the average scores of the experimental group and the average scores of the control group in the post-test.
The researcher used the pre & post-test design with one experimental and one control groups. The experimental group studied according to the puppet-show method whereas the control group studied according to the traditional method. The sample was 60 male and female children 30 in the experimental group and 30 in the control group. Parity had been taken into consideration in variables like (age by months, Educational attainment of the parents, and the scores of the pretest).
The researcher prepared the required teaching plans for both groups (10 plans, 5 for each method) and they had been submitted to a group of jury to gain their validity. The researcher also prepared an instrument to measure the social skills that consisted of 37 items. The instrument had been committed to the jury members to find its face validity. The reliability of the instrument was found by pre/post-test method. The reliability coefficient was 71%.
The instrument was applied before and after the experiment in order to find out the effect of the puppet-show on the sample's Development of Social Skills.
After processing the data statistically, T-test of two separate samples was used in calculating parity and final grades, T-test of two interrelated samples was used to determine development on the scale, Pearson correlation coefficient was used to determine the reliability coefficient, and Chi square was used to determine the educational attainment of the parents.
The following results found:
1- There was a statistically significant difference at (0.05) between the average scores of the experimental group in the pre-test and their average scores in the post-test. It was valid for the post-test.
2- There was a statistically significant difference at (0.05) between the average scores of the experimental group and the average scores of the control group in the post-test. It was valid for the experimental group.
In light of the findings of the research, the researcher made a number of recommendations and suggestions that lead to develop the research such as implementation of training sessions to train kindergarten teacher to use puppets and prepare plays.
The researcher suggested conducting studies to compare puppet-show method and some other educational methods that are applied in kindergartens in some aspects of the child's development.

Workers in the educational field in Iraq in general, and teachers of physical education in particular face, many problems, vary depending on the causative factors, These factors are associated with the pressure,which put them in front of major responsibilities and try to meet them, expos them to the telecom pressures that may be reflected in their performance career negatively.
Accordingly this study aims at identifying the relationship between quality of life and the power of the ego to sample teachers of Physical Education to achieve this have been identified sample basic research Bokhiar (60) teacher education course sports are randomly within the schools that fall within the Directorate-General for Education Diyala center. After applying the questionnaire quality of life and standard ego strength to the sample of the study found the following results:
Enjoy the respondents as high quality of life appropriate to the work environment, which generates a rush of high among members of the sample toward their education, as well as enjoying strongly I elevated through the application of the scale and therefore achieved the study of the relationship between quality of life and the power of the ego and the researcher found that there is a correlation positive between the two variables In light of these findings, the researcher recommends attention to psychological variables that may affect the work environment as well as conducting more research outputs of higher education of teachers who are causing in the work environment .

The researcher used the device (Fit mate pro) by Bruce test on the device (Tradmail) to define some Physiological changes in the players body which related to breathing system and they are : (FeO2 , HR , RF , Vo2max) for every position in playing lines for Diala Club players who participated in the games of 2013 . The researcher was able to make the tests in the special laboratory of physical Education College / University of Diala with agreement of the administration board of the Club and the College .
The sample of research included (19) players in three groups , (5) players for the defense line , (5) players for the attack line and (9) players for the middle line . The researcher used the descriptive course by the style of (Comparison Study) to fit the nature of the research , and through the statistical means . The results showed that the players of the middle line (group3) was the most capability in the changes of the research related to the breathing system and then came the attack line (group2) and in the last came the defense line (group1) and that was because the middle line depends on the Airy energy system due to the conditions of playing which requires the players of middle line to go forward to support the attack players when the team is attacking and also go backward when the team is defending . So the middle line player is working to link between the attack and the defense and he runs for longer distance in the game than the attack and defense players , then the attack line player who depends on energy system which may be often non Airy system as a result of rushing and running for short distances with highest speed as well as the defense line .

The study aims at setting special exercises and to know the effectiveness of these exercise in developing the skillful performance components. The researcher used the experimental method .While the sample includes the Team of Diyala directorate of education for boys in the preparatory stages who are (12) players chosen deliberately because of the cooperation of the coach and the players with the researcher .The tests, which are elected by the special experts, are used and after using the suitable statistical means ; The researcher comes up with conclusions . The most important of these conclusions are : the nature of the selected exercises are suitable for the capacities of the sample which leads to increasing the motivation in work, and the use of variable exercises in the stage of special preparation has positive and effective impact in developing the accuracy of passing and scoring , also the repetition of the exercises and implementing them gradually from the easy to the difficult and from the simple to the complicated, according scientific basis .
The researcher makes some recommendations, The most important of these recommendations are: following the scientific approach when selecting the exercises for the training unit and they should be suitable to the principle of individualism in training and selecting the suitable exercises for the age stage to reach the right performance which develops the basic skills of the indoor football.

The study aims to know the effectiveness of thinking storm in teaching biology material for students sample of study on the following:
A-The scholastic achievement in biology material.
B-Development the criticism thinking for student of scientific fifth class.
To achievements the aims, the following hypotheses have been formed:
1-There is no statistical differences at level sign (0.05) between attainment degrees for students of the first experimental group to the rotation methods and attainment degrees for students of second experimental group that studying according to table methods attainment degrees for students of the controller group that studying according to the ordinary method in achievement of biology material.
2- There is no statistical differences at level sign (0.05) between pre & post test in the criticism thinking for students of the first experimental group that studying according to rotation method and differences degrees of pre& post test for students of the second experimental group that studying according to table method differences degrees of pre & post test for students of the control group that studying according to the ordinary method in the test of criticism thinking.
Number of sample students is (90) students distributed randomly into three groups , actually 30 students in each group and the three group have been equivalent statistically by time age by months and Rafin matrix for intelligence and attainment degree in material of biology for the scientific fourth class and the first experimental group have been studied according to rotate method and the second experimental group according to table method and the controller group by the ordinary method.
The researcher build two tools, the first one was an achievement test with its final picture consisted of (24) items ,then verified from the apparent reliability faithfulness and faithfulness of the context and sico-metric characteristics for it have been conduced as well as effectiveness of replacements for the subjective items and its reliability have been founded by using Alfa- cr and lnbakh equation which reached to (0.929) of correctness for the editorial items, ,and the second tool was test for the criticism thinking with its final picture consisted of 45 items have been build according to Watson & Glasser abilities and included five branches tests(know hypotheses explanation ,pretexts evaluation, conduction and concluding ).It have verified from the validity by using the apparent and structural validity for testing and the sico-metric characteristics have been conduced and fixation founded by the internal conformity for testing by using Alfa-cr and Inbakh equation and the efficient of fixation reached (0.9431).
The results demonstrated the flowing:
• Superior students of the first experimental group on their fellows in the controller group in achievement variable.
• Superior students of the second experimental group on their fellows in the controller group achievement variable.
• Superior students of the second experimental group on their fellows in the first experimental group achievement variable.
• Superior students of the first experimental group on their fellows in the controller group in developing criticism thinking variable.
• Superior students of the second experimental group on their fellows in the controller group in developing criticism thinking variable.
• There is on difference with statistical indication between the first and second experimental groups in developing criticism thinking variable.

One of the objectives of this research was to measure the level of environmental awareness among the students in Koya University, and to find a relationship between the environmental awareness with the existence of environmental education in the curriculum, also to find a relationship between the environmental awareness with several demographic variables. Researcher used the descriptive and Relation methods. The final research sample formed of (1461) Koya University students for the academic year 2009-2010. The researcher used the questionnaire as a tool to collecting data. The validity was found, and also the reliability of the questionnaire through Cronbach's Alpha of the statistical package (SPSS) was (0.91). The results showed that the students in Koya University have a high level of environmental awareness, also there was no relationship between environmental awareness and presence of the environment subject in the curriculum according to the students of the University of Koya. Based on the results of this research, the researcher presented a number of recommendations and suggestions.
