Abstract:-
The media discourse is the fertile field through which most segments of society interact with their cultural, intellectual and social principles. It plays a vital role in establishing a culture of debate on controversial issues that allow for diverse opinions and viewpoints. No system in societies is free from the emergence of issues that reflect the interest of the masses; Which is reflected in her speeches on the ideas that in turn created visions and differences in the content of the media discourse. This research seeks to identify the main foundations from which the discourse is based, and to provide media professionals, especially beginners, with the skills and practical experiences they need, which have not been covered in a focused manner by the literature. Highlighting the most important problems facing media discourse between professional and ethical responsibility. The researcher relied on the descriptive approach and used analysis, linking and logical inference in formulating discussions and drawing conclusions. He also discussed the challenges facing media discourse and ways to address them and came up with proposals to enhance professional and ethical responsibility in media discourse.

"The Arabian Gulf is considered one of the most significant settlement areas in the ancient East, having witnessed numerous historical events and international conflicts that led many countries to seize and annex it into their territories. It was distinguished as a link to the ancient world, with its shores extending to the Arabian Sea, a vital artery for global trade towards the East, involving commodities such as spices, incense, ivory, gold, and jewelry. This attracted the interest of nations eager to acquire such goods. The closed nature of this region with calm seas, abundant freshwater suitable for drinking, and human settlements engaged in trade and seafaring, along with other factors, contributed to international rivalries over these coasts and their importance.
The Arabian Gulf region has been documented extensively in cuneiform writings, which provided precise descriptions of the area, mentioning several important cities and their relationships with cities in Mesopotamia and the Levant, represented then by Uruk, Ur, Mari, and Ebla. Writings also referred to cities like Dilmun, Magan, Meluhha, the Lower Sea, and the Upper Sea. Many researchers and classical writers have contributed numerous writings about the Arabian Gulf region, offering significant descriptions of the area related to military campaigns, both Greek and Roman, conducted through exploratory expeditions and military campaigns. Alexander the Great's campaigns relied on reports about the Gulf and its importance in international trade.
We cannot overlook the role played by the inhabitants of Mesopotamia in shaping this role, as their territories became vital hubs for acquiring these goods in their markets. The main challenge for environmental issues is not solving them but preventing them. Raising environmental awareness is crucial for achieving sustainable development and improving societal conditions. Natural reserves play a significant role in preserving biodiversity, preventing the extinction of living organisms, and protecting rare and endangered species. The study found a direct relationship between environmental awareness and the development of natural reserves, highlighting the need for a more proactive approach to environmental protection.

Abstract:-
In light of the digital revolution and the transformations of the communications era, countries around the world have paid increasing attention to the media in its various fields, particularly economic media, as a strategic tool for conveying national visions and strengthening developmental identity. Media has become a pivotal partner in achieving sustainable development goals and instilling cultural and scientific concepts among the public, including economic fields, which are a key pillar in building societies. The research aims to analyze the institutional reality and professional content of Iraqi economic media, and to design a model organizational and technical framework for economic media. This research falls within the category of exploratory qualitative research. For this purpose, the researcher used in-depth interviews to collect data and information and to construct them theoretically based on grounded theory as one of the qualitative research methods, and SWOT analysis to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the variables occurring in the media environment.
The research also demonstrates that overcoming challenges such as limited funding and the lack of independence in media content is essential for building trust between media outlets and the public.

Abstract:-
This research explores the impact of Quranic concepts on the development of Islamic civilization, with a focus on how these concepts can be integrated into the daily life of the Muslim community in the modern era. The study begins by discussing the concept of civilization in the Quran and its role in shaping Islamic identity throughout history. It also analyzes the social and political aspects of the Quran, highlighting the values that promote justice, equality, and social solidarity. Furthermore, the research examines the challenges faced by the Muslim community in implementing these concepts in contemporary times and proposes ways to achieve civilizational progress by drawing inspiration from Quranic values. Finally, the study presents contemporary models of civilization inspired by the Quran in various aspects of life.

This study of ours pursues the concept of referral and the semantic achievement it performs in the axis of contemporary linguistic cognitive research, by the mechanism of reviewing the status of applied systematic employment in the field of completed poetic blogs, accordingly, the validity of the employment, its scope and dimensions in Al-Abiwardi’s poetry were examined, he is a poet who has a presence in presenting a blog that has a space of cognitive interest in his time period to which he belongs, as he left his influence on the analytical reviews that occurred after him. The nature of the study required that it be conducted in accordance with the applied axes of what contemporary linguistic semantic research has provided in terms of detailing the divisions of the concept of reference and its practical functions. This study delves into the aesthetics of the semantic referential ambiguity produced by the method of textual construction in this distinctive poetry.

Therefore, it is essential to understand the concept of bribery and its broad and narrow definitions. Accordingly, this research, entitled "Bribery from a Jurisprudential Perspective," is divided into two sections: The first, entitled "Definition and Elements of Bribery," comprises two subsections: the first defines bribery linguistically and technically, and the second outlines its essential elements. The second section, entitled "Evidence for the Prohibition of Bribery and its Distinction from Gifts," also includes two subsections: the first examines the evidence for the prohibition of bribery, and the second explores the differences between bribery and gifts The research concludes with a summary of its most important findings.

If we study the principle and methodology followed by the Holy Qur'an in its call to the Doctrine of Monotheism, in educating believers ,instilling human and Islamic principles and values in their souls, wse can extract from this methodology , some of general principles of Education process used by the Holy Qur'an to change the behavior of believers and in teaching Islamic beliefs and values. The Holy Qur'an made use of the events that Muslims went through to teach them some useful lessons in their lives. The research aims to investigate the educational and psychological aspects of the learning and teaching process, the effect of learning and teaching on absolute true knowledge, and the effect of learning and teaching on the tendency toward the absolute truth. This research aims to clarify a proposed methodology for verifying single-copy manuscripts as a means of disseminating this cultural heritage and bringing it off library shelves. It also clarifies the concept of verification in general, and the concept of verifying rare manuscripts in particular, and demonstrates the nature of these manuscripts, which are characterized by criteria that give them a distinctive quality. The are unique and of historical value in describing past events and the difficulties faced by the researcher, including the nature of the manuscript—the type of paper used, the script, its age and exposure to factors of deterioration, and the lack of other copies to compare. This requires the researcher to be extremely precise in producing the work as intended by its author. By proposing a specific methodology, the researcher believes it will assist the researcher's work, embodying the importance of reviewing verified works, studying the nature of the manuscript from cultural and historical perspectives, and utilizing various sources, including biographical books, indexes, and books on the art of verification, as well as using modern techniques to facilitate the researcher's work.

Abstract:-
Amid the social and cultural changes that characterized the modern era, the role of women has become increasingly prominent in various fields, particularly in medicine. Women, especially female doctors, have taken on significant responsibilities, including the education and training of children, as well as caring for the elderly and other family members. However, it was not easy for women to find sufficient opportunities within the home to acquire basic education, such as reading, writing, and learning the Quran, in addition to gaining fundamental Islamic knowledge, vocational skills, household management, and adherence to social etiquette and behavior.
Women's access to medical education, as in many parts of the world, was a long and arduous process, fraught with numerous challenges and difficulties. In this research, we will focus on the contributions of the first Iraqi female doctors, including Sanha Zaki, Malak Razouq Ghannam, Lamia Al-Badri, Ana Setian, Khalida Abdul-Wahhab Al-Qaisi, and Salwa Abdullah Muslim. We will also examine the first female doctors during the Ottoman era who completed their studies abroad, such as Zarouhi Siropi Kavaljian, Suad Mahmoud, Fatima Saadat, Khadija Safia Ali, Badriya Wisi Bora, Fatima Rashid Arif, Hawa Khair Al-Nisa Atallah, and Semiramis Rafat Akram. Additionally, we will highlight the first female doctors who graduated from Darülfünun Medical School in Istanbul in 1928, including Ifet Naim Onur, Mufide Kazim Kule, Hamdiye Abdulrahim Maral, Sabiha Suleyman Sayin, Suad Rasim Jaz, and Fatnat Celal Taygun.

Abstract:-
The status of women has varied significantly across different eras and civilizations, and at times, it has been contradictory. The perception of women has ranged from considering them as inferior beings, more like objects than living creatures, to viewing them as demons symbolizing evil and sin, and then to seeing them as leaders and rulers who control the fate of society. Women were also seen as diligent workers, enduring hardships, from pregnancy and childbirth to raising children, managing household affairs, and caring for their husbands. At other times, they were depicted as symbols of beauty, exploited by unethical institutions for seduction and promotion. Through these different phases, it can be said that the evolution of the woman's role in history has contributed to shaping the modern view of her, reflecting diverse attitudes towards her status and role in society. However, in Islam, the status of women was elevated in a general sense, and the Islamic view of women was humane. The rights and equality that Muslim women enjoyed were unprecedented. In Islamic thought, women are considered the sisters of men, equal to them in terms of creation, as the Qur'an affirms that women were created from the same soul as men.

Abstract:-
The city of Seville is located west of Cordoba. It was conquered by Muslims in the year 93 AH / 711 AD by Musa bin Nusayr. However, its people quickly fled and recaptured it. When the news reached Musa, he sent his son Abd Al-Aziz to them, besieged it, and conquered it again in the year 94 AH / 712 AD. Thus, the city was conquered twice. Then, the governors of the Islamic state in Andalusia succeeded one another throughout their rule until it fell at the hands of the Christians in the year 646 AH / 1248 AD. The city witnessed many political and military events throughout this period
The research required dividing it into two sections. The first shed light on the geography, conquest, and events of the city up to the year 622 AH / 1225 AD. The second section dealt with the fall of the city in the year 646 AH / 1248 AD, its siege, and the fierce resistance shown by its people, which led to the city's surrender.

Abstract:-
Among the common issues among Muslim scholars is the issue of knowledge of the unseen and its proof or denial. Some believe that knowledge of the unseen is exclusive to God, while others have considered it for a limited number of people, such as the Prophet of Islam (PBUH). Studies show that in general, both groups believe in knowledge of the unseen for the Prophet (PBUH), based on the explicitness of verses and narrations; but there are different views on the saints of God and the quality of knowledge of the unseen. Sunnis, citing some verses, deny knowledge of the unseen from anyone other than God, and based on some other verses, have considered it limited to the Prophet (PBUH), stating that this knowledge of the unseen is limited to the realm of revealed and Quranic knowledge, and that the Prophet (PBUH) has no knowledge of the unseen in matters other than the Quran; but some of their narrations are contrary to this issue and explicitly consider knowledge of the unseen for the saints of God and the Prophet (PBUH); However, Shia consider the scope of the unseen knowledge of the saints of God to be vast and have even cited many verses and narrations as evidence to prove their claim. By putting the views together, it is possible to prove and consider the knowledge of the unseen for the saints of God and consider it a prerequisite for the truth, accuracy, and continuity of prophecy.

Abstract:-
This study dealt with the analysis of the media discourse on Al-Iraqiya channel regarding the issue of Arab normalization with the Zionist entity. The researcher relied on the Bidam method in discourse analysis to understand the discourse and extract the hidden meanings and connotations carried by the linguistic text and how it deals with Arab normalization with the Zionist entity. The researcher chose Al-Iraqiya as a sample for the study for the period from 1/1/2020 to 10/1/2023. The steps followed by the researcher in the analysis process were: Superficially analyzing the texts of the news discourse related to normalization by reading them carefully to understand the general content of the news and identifying the normalization ideas and apparent meanings of the news, then analyzing the hidden connotations and meanings and symbols in the normalization news discourses, as well as conducting the final analysis of the news related to normalization with the Zionist entity in the channel to understand the discourse in order to extract the results. This study reached a set of results, the most prominent of which were: The sample of the Al-Iraqiya channel analysis contained a total of 45 news items. The dominant and implicit meanings of the media discourse and trends towards normalization focused on rejecting normalization on Al-Iraqiya News Channel. There is no hope for peace with the Zionist entity and no solution except the Arab gathering and resistance, rejecting all types of internal and external pressures on Iraq, criminalizing all forms of support for normalization.

This research examines the prose of Ibn Al-Amid through a stylistic study based on Salah Fadl’s theory of stylistic criticism. The study begins with discussing the stylistic features of Salah Fadl and the components of his theory , starting with an exploration of style and stylistics , as well as the critical approaches and the cultural references that shaped Fadl’s terminological theories , the methodology and approaches he proposed , and the distinction between methodology and ideology. Finally , it addresses Salah Fadl’s vision of imagination and poetics.
The research applies a stylistic analysis to selected examples of Ibn Al-Amid’s prose, following Salah Fadl’s stylistic theory, focusing on three levels: syntactic, substitutional, and semantic. This analysis diverges from traditional stylistic theories in its approach to these levels. The study concludes that Salah Fadl’s stylistics emphasize the linguistic and communicative aspects of language and its ability to influence discourse, alongside to model of deviation and its impact on shaping the meaning of literary texts.

Abstract:-
The basic principles of behavior in Islamic Sufism are the concept of "thoughts" and their negation, which is applied with the aim of purifying the conscience and intellect from any undesirable thoughts or motives. Sending thoughts to us comes to man's mind, and it may be unpleasant to urge evil, or pleasurable to urge good. These thoughts are divided into four types: divine, material, sensual, and satanic. The negation of thoughts, that is, the removal of unwanted and disturbing thoughts from the heart and mind, is a subject of special interest in the field of ethics and Sufism. Absence of negative thoughts from the human being leads to inner and soul peace; When the human mind is constantly busy with different things, and has the ability to control unwanted thoughts and prevent them from entering, then it achieves a state of balance and peace. This solution is divided into two types: devotional and non-devotional. It includes al-Halul al-Tabdiyyah al-Ist'a'zah, complete engagement in prayer, recitation of the Qur'an with grace, supplication, and frequent remembrance. On the other hand, it includes the resolution of non-religious matters such as not attaching the heart to the world, thinking about death and being aware of it, daily mental exercises, controlling breathing, meditation, not being lethargic, and practicing silence. By presenting teachings and practical solutions, Islam helps the young generation to control negative thoughts and spiritual growth. Many of these methods are effective tools for managing the mind and reducing stress. The teaching of these solutions in simple language and practical examples, designed specifically for the needs of youth, increases my motivation and continuous practice. As a result, this approach can enhance the mental health and spiritual purity of the young generation.

The current study aims to prepare an optimal model for news media policy in iraq. the british BBC channel was used as a model for the study, the research community consisted of 10 of the respondents professors at the universities of (Baghdad - Tikrit), with various specializations: journalism, radio, television and public relations, considering that the research community represents the main focus of scientific research, the current research is qualitative, descriptive and analytical research, it relies on in - depth interviews and scientific observation tools to collect data, the results were extracted using the maxqda program.

Abstract:-
The status of women in pre-Islamic society was extremely harsh, as they were considered the property of men, bought and sold, and deprived of their basic rights such as the right to life and inheritance. One of the most prominent manifestations of women's oppression in pre-Islamic times was the custom of burying girls alive, which was practiced for fear of shame and poverty. Women did not inherit, nor did they have legal rights to marriage or divorce, and were often forced to marry against their will. As for Islam, the Holy Qur’an came to enhance women's rights and establish their position in society. Islam recognized women's right to life, and categorically prohibited burying girls alive, as stated in the Almighty's saying: (And when the girl [who was] buried alive is asked * For what sin she was killed), Islam also granted her the right to inheritance, as the Qur’an stipulated the distribution of inheritance to women with a specific share in many cases, which was completely different from what was practiced in pre-Islamic times. Women retained their right to education and work Participation in social and political life, as stated in the hadith: "Seeking knowledge is an obligation upon every Muslim man and woman." In the field of marriage, Islam granted women the right to choose and agree to marriage, and emphasized their rights to divorce in the event of problems or inability to live with the husband. Although women's share of inheritance was less than men's in some cases, Islam recognized this right for them, which was absent in the pre-Islamic era. Islam made equality between men and women in many areas, as it emphasized the integration of roles between them in social and religious life, and made good work and reward in the afterlife shared between the sexes. However, the application of these rights varies according to time and place, as some Islamic societies may be affected by traditions and customs, which limits the full realization of these rights. In general, it can be said that Islam has made a significant improvement in women's rights compared to the pre-Islamic era, as it granted them basic rights in life, inheritance, education and work, and honored them in a manner commensurate with their human status in society.

Abstract:-
The blood money (diya) in Islamic legislation is considered one of the obligatory legal provisions that is imposed as compensation for the harm inflicted on the soul or limbs. It is one of the means introduced by the legislator to alleviate the severity of the harm resulting from murder or injury. The legitimacy of diya is rooted in the Quran and the Sunnah, as it is regarded as one of the legislative values aimed at preserving the rights of individuals, protecting them from harm, and reducing disputes.
This study addresses the Islamic legislation concerning diya, explaining its rulings and amounts, and introducing concepts related to it such as al-‘aqilah (the group responsible for paying the diyah in cases of unintentional harm), diya of the dhimmi (the blood money for non-Muslims), diya of a Muslim, and diya of a fetus. The study also investigates the status of diya in modern statutory laws.
Furthermore, the study explores the estimation of diya in the present era, comparing the material damage compensated by modern laws and the moral harm that is related to the meanings in Islamic law. The concept of compensation in statutory law differs from that in Islamic law.
The study concludes that modern laws do not accurately reflect the Islamic perspective of diya, particularly concerning the complete justice in compensating for spiritual and moral damages, which necessitates a reconciliation between the concepts of compensation in civil law and Islamic law.

Abstract:-
The issue of "takfir" has long been a subject of discussion and debate. Throughout the history of Islam, there have been individuals, sects, and groups who declared their opponents takfir and, on the slightest grounds, considered them outside the religion of Islam and ruled that they should be killed. Although various grounds for absolute takfir have been stated in the jurisprudential texts of the five schools of thought, entering the religion of Islam and becoming a Muslim is only achieved through confession of the two testimonies, and leaving the religion of Islam will only be possible by leaving this path. By examining other grounds for kufr, such as hypocrisy, exaggeration, and the necessary denial of religion, it becomes clear that proving kufr in these cases is also based on returning to the aforementioned criteria. In doubtful and disputed cases, the principle requires that a ruling on takfir is not permissible. This study examines the explanations and opinions of scholars of Islamic schools of thought, as well as the criteria for takfir from the five schools of thought, which are the scholarly, devout, intentional, and voluntary denial of the three principles (monotheism, prophecy, and resurrection), the necessities and definitive rulings of religion, and the absence of obstacles (ignorance, compulsion, error, forgetfulness, and the absence of a clear statement or action indicating disbelief). This study, using religious texts and the jurisprudence of Islamic schools (both Shia and Sunni), in addition to what the takfir sedition is, explains the correct jurisprudential view of those who lead or play a role in it, and identifies the important duties of other Muslims towards this group. If Muslims are faced with the takfir sedition, what strategies has jurisprudence offered to prevent or guide it in the right path so that the Islamic nation can be protected from its terrible dangers. In a sense, it is necessary to take an analytical look at the foundations of the ruling on excommunication of Muslims from the perspective of Islamic schools, with an emphasis on jurisprudential documents. What is important here is the precise criteria for excommunication and determining the limits and boundaries of this phenomenon. In this study, we will first examine the concept and foundations of excommunication, and then we will evaluate the views of Shiite and Sunni scholars and their rulings in the five schools of thought. The present study was conducted using a descriptive-analytical method and using library tools and field studies.

The study addresses the relationship between time, this worldly life, and the afterlife, allowing for an examination of how time influences human perception to understand different meanings.
The study is essential for establishing a deeper understanding of the role of time in rhetorical interpretation and the use of rhetorical techniques in the Quran to express the concept of time. The researcher seeks to discover how time is an intertwined element between cosmic and doctrinal concepts, enhancing the general understanding of cosmic events and their impact on creation.
The research methodology relies on a descriptive-analytical approach, in which verses dealing with time are collected and analyzed, with a focus on analyzing temporal vocabulary from a semantic perspective. The study applies rhetorical techniques such as metaphor and allegory, in addition to the advancement and postponement of temporal elements, to arrive at reliable results that reflect the dimensions of time in the Holy Quran.

The title of the article "The criticisms received from the perspective of the Holy Qur'an on the experiences of Western societies in professional relations" deals with a complex and intertwined topic that requires a deep understanding of the foundations of Qur'anic criticism and evaluation and the reality of Western society in the context of professional relations. This research seeks to provide a critical reading from a Qur'anic perspective of the experiences of Western societies, by analyzing the moral and value foundations that guide professional relations in the West, and comparing them with the principles derived from the Holy Qur'an.
It is necessary in this context to clarify that the Holy Qur'an is not just a religious text that aims to regulate worship and rituals, but it is also a comprehensive guide containing moral, social and economic directives that cover all aspects of life, including professional relations. Hence, criticism from the perspective of the Holy Quran goes beyond traditional criticism to address the value and moral structure that governs professional relations, and whether these relations are consistent with the Quranic principles that emphasize justice, honesty, trustworthiness, and equality. Western societies, in their historical and social development, have adopted professional systems and values based on various economic and political philosophies, the most important of which are liberalism and capitalism, where professional success is often viewed from the perspective of material efficiency and competitiveness. This perspective has led to the emergence of many problems related to social inequality, exploitation of workers, and disruption of the principles of social justice. Here comes the role of Quranic criticism to put these practices under the microscope, as God Almighty says in His Holy Book: "And when you say, then be just," which is an emphasis on the necessity of justice in all matters, including professional relations.

Abstract:-
The necessity of jurisprudential system building refers to a set of needs and principles that are necessary to realize a strong and stable jurisprudential system, and Shiite jurisprudence, due to its dynamic nature, has always been associated with system building. The position and leadership of the Supreme Leader for developing the capacity for system building is not hidden from anyone, because by adopting policies consistent with the jurisprudential rulings and rules derived from the verses of revelation, these capacities are discovered with the help of great jurists and experts in the relevant fields, along with their guidance, and the spirit of jurisprudential rulings resonate through the guardianship of the jurisprudence in all elements of the system and government structure to implement divine laws and administer the Islamic society. With this description, the Supreme Leader, as the highest authority in the Islamic government, can play a fundamental role in system building by exercising guardianship and overcome this problem in various ways and show in practice that with jurisprudence, Islamic societies can be organized and global capacities for desirable governance and the creation of a new Islamic civilization can be created. The question is, with what tools, components, and prerequisites does jurisprudential systematization present this systematic view to human society? According to the authors of this article, jurisprudential systematization that is consistent with jurisprudential values, laws, and strategies can be achieved in creating a purposeful structure and building a new Islamic civilization. Considering the prominent role of the Supreme Leader and the application of his views in implementing the aforementioned goals based on Islamic sources, along with examining the perspectives, the stages and conditions as well as some of the components of jurisprudential systematization are discussed. The research method in this study is descriptive-research and by collecting data from written and electronic sources, the relevant concepts and information will be analyzed and explained.

The research explores this phenomenon and analyzes the effects and impacts of narratives that differ from the conventional context. In this study, attention is given to interpretative narratives that diverge from the traditional and common paths, analyzing and evaluating them with a focus on understanding and interpreting new meanings. The researcher aims to examine narratives that deviate from usual interpretative patterns, studying their impacts on the comprehensive understanding of sacred texts. The study focuses on deriving new or different meanings from these unconventional readings, as well as exploring various perspectives on the acceptance or rejection of these narratives and their effects on our understanding of religious concepts. Through this approach, the research highlights the importance of a careful evaluation and interpretation of diverse narratives to achieve a more comprehensive and deeper understanding of the more complex aspects of interpretation. This study employs a descriptive and analytical methodology to examine the interpretative narratives that contradict the context in terms of accuracy and implications. God has revealed the principles of human health through the Prophet of Islam only for the guidance and healing of human creatures, and all other creatures are deprived of it.Every created being is hollow and susceptible to influence, and man, because he is a created being, is also affected by visible and invisible beings throughout his existence. Since he is a free being, sometimes by providing the domination of what is invisible over him, he willingly or unwillingly suffers harm and corruption, and creates internal disasters for himself. Now, the pure nature, knowing that no external being has any dominion over him at all, by knowing the principles of Islamic medicine, not only does not allow physical and mental illnesses, which are a type of internal disasters, to enter his soul, but by knowing the levels of the sensitive vegetative soul, as well as maintaining the relationship of the creature with the Creator and staying away from any harmful and harmful things, he discovers the strategies for the entry of diseases, the strategies for their treatment, and uses it not only as a religious book, but also as a complete guide for a healthy life and for achieving comprehensive health.

This article aims to provide a comprehensive analysis of the role of women in early Islamic literature -from the 7th to the 10th century AD-, by exploring two fundamental dimensions: their portrayal in narrative texts and their contributions to poetic production. The study’s problem lies in the absence of an analysis that connects these two aspects to present a holistic picture of women’s interaction with literature both as subjects and as creators. A critical review of previous studies reveals research that addressed both the depiction of women in narrative texts -such as the works of Ahmed Mohamed and Fatima Al-Zahraa- and their poetic output -such as the studies of Abdullah Al-Shaer and Nora Al-Ali-, yet few have attempted to link these two dimensions. This article seeks to fill this methodological gap, taking into account the challenges related to the availability of primary sources and their analysis within their historical and cultural context, In narrative reception, women appear in multiple images that reflect prevailing social and religious values. The article highlights two main models: the first portrays women as symbols of virtue and support, as exemplified by Khadijah bint Khuwaylid in the Prophetic biography, who was the first to believe in the Prophet’s message and provided him with psychological and moral support. Likewise, Aisha bint Abi Bakr is depicted as a scholar, jurist, and source of religious knowledge.

Abstract:-
The battle between Islam and disbelief is a battle between truth and falsehood. This battle has existed since the time Islam arose with the mission of the Prophet of God (peace be upon him and his family) and took up the banner of anti-falsehood. The enemies have existed throughout history and used various methods such as the cultural dimension to fight the religion of Islam. Among these opponents are the Jews of the time of the Holy Prophet of Islam (peace be upon him and his family) who said in the Quran, "You will certainly find the most hostile people to the believers to be the Jews and the polytheists." While the Jews before the advent of the Prophet (peace be upon him and his family) awaited such an advent according to their religious books and gave others the good news of it, but with the advent of Islam they not only did not accept it but also rebelled against it, and their hostility continues to this day. In today's world, Judaism has undergone profound changes that indicate fateful discussions that are not only tied to the entirety of the Jewish religion, but have also affected other religions and nations. When we look at the origins of these changes, we see that new intellectual-cultural movements created the conditions for a fundamental transformation of Judaism. The result of these movements was the realization of the idea of Zionism in the land of Palestine and the transfer of Jews to it, and the displacement of the Palestinian people to other lands.

Abstract:-
One of the important conditions agreed upon for the punishment for theft is that the stolen money reaches the legal limit. By examining the legal terminology, it can be said that jurists differ among themselves regarding the limit and amount of the nisab. It is well known among jurists that the limit is a quarter of a dinar. There is a group that believes that the nisab is a fifth of a dinar, while another group believes that the nisab is one dinar. Using the descriptive-analytical approach, the authors, after a comprehensive study of documents, concluded that the narrations in this regard fall into four categories: a section that refers to a quarter of a dinar as the nisab, a section that refers to a fifth of a dinar, a section that refers to a third of a dinar, and a section that refers to one dinar as the nisab. The documented theory that refers to one dinar, which is only one narration, is correct in terms of its chain of transmission and complete in meaning. Therefore, although many authentic hadiths have been transmitted indicating a quarter of a dinar, a fifth of a dinar, or a third of a dinar, and some of these, such as the hadiths indicating a quarter of a dinar, are also fully indicative and their content is a well-known theory among jurists, due to the existence of doubt regarding the authentic hadith indicating a single dinar, its content cannot be used as a basis for analogy. Rather, at this time, since the content of the hadith indicating a dinar as a definitive limit is consistent with the principle of precaution in blood, the principle of implementing the prescribed punishments based on deficiency, and the principle of the house, its content is definitive in that it is considered a known amount. This article relies on the above findings, justifies and justifies them, and also refutes, critiques, and documents the opposing view.
