And the prophetic Hadiths about the senses constitute an integrated system for the moral refinement of human behavior
The aim of this study Is to analyze the prophetic hadiths related to sensory culture, and to derive the polite role it plays in shaping individual and group behavior

Al-Bayati is considered one of the most important Arab poets of the modern era, and one of the most connected to human life. His creative presence since the mid0th century is a distinctive feature of the free verse movement, or syllabic verse, due to the use of mythological, historical, religious, and modernist symbols in his poetry. Through his artistic and linguistic creativity, he was able to transform his personal experience into a creative, universal vision. Al-Bayati was distinguished by a profound sense of patriotism and a rejection of social and political oppression and tyranny, which is evident in all his works. He is a poet burdened by the concerns of the Arab citizen in all his vicissitudes and defeats. The poet frequently employed symbolism, to the point that it became a defining characteristic of his poetry. These symbols converge and blend with the poet's personal experience and his understanding of existence. The symbol of the eye is among the foremost symbols he used, as it is a rich symbolic resource with diverse applications in constructing the text and its meaning. For Al-Bayati, the eye is not merely the physical organ of sight, but a means of clarity and defining vision, and an image reflecting awareness, alienation, and lament. In many instances, the eye symbolizes observation, surveillance, injustice, and tyranny. Beyond this symbolic diversity, the eye in al-Bayati's poetry possesses a broad evocative power; it can express hope and rebirth at times, and despair, ruin, and waiting at others, making it one of the symbols most closely associated with his poetic vision.

The research shed light on the killings that occurred among members of pre-Islamic society—tribes, individuals, and groups—revealing the reactions of those affected, which varied between prioritizing patience, reason, and the common good to avoid bloodshed that would claim innocent lives, while simultaneously sowing hatred and enmity that would disrupt their lives and burden their souls, and the relentless pursuit of revenge, destroying all ties of kinship or affection that bound them together. This pursuit stemmed from various reasons, including fear of shame and disgrace that would forever haunt them, and a desire to extinguish the flames of discord that would continue to burn until the killer was killed.

The scholars of the nation paid great attention to the Sunnah of the Messenger of Allah, both in terms of narration and knowledge, and they established methodological rules to distinguish between what was authentically attributed to the Messenger of Allah and what was falsely attributed to him. They took care to study the conditions of the narrators in terms of their fairness and accuracy.
Scholars have devoted great attention to the Sunnah of the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him), both in transmission and in critical study, establishing the principles and methodological rules that distinguish what is authentically attributed to the Prophet (peace be upon him) from what has been falsely ascribed to him. They paid careful attention to studying the conditions of narrators in terms of their justice (ʿadl) and accuracy (dabt).

Due to the importance of this science, numerous works were authored by scholars, ranging from detailed treatises to concise summaries. Among the most prominent of these is the book Nuzhat al-Nazar by the Hafiz Ibn Hajar al-ʿAsqalani (d. 852 AH), in which he summarized the principles of hadith sciences in a comprehensive and concise manner. This book received wide attention from scholars, resulting in various commentaries and marginal notes. Among them is Marginal Notes of Muhammad ibn Mustafa al-Madrami on Nuzhat al-Nazar, which distinguished itself by explaining technical terms and expressions, clarifying meanings, and including scholarly verifications and valuable insights.

Building on the significance of these marginal notes, this work focuses on verifying a portion of them, specifically the topic of musalsal hadith, as a contribution to the service of the Prophetic Sunnah, the revival of Islamic heritage, and the provision of useful scholarly material for researchers and students.

It is well known to all that the purified Prophetic Sunnah is the second source of legislation after the Holy Qur’an. It came to explain the Qur’an, restrict its generalities, specify its universals, and detail its summaries. For this reason, we find that the Companions, the Followers, their successors, and those who came after them from our righteous predecessors paid great attention to it, preserving it both in memory and in writing. This distinction has set our nation apart from others, as they transmitted it to us, comprehended its meanings, and safeguarded it.
Among those scholars was Imam Al-Khatib (may Allah have mercy on him), whose statements and efforts in the field of criticism and validation (al-jarh wa al-ta'dil) are highlighted in this study. His views are compared with those of other prominent scholars in this discipline, particularly through his book Maalim al-Sunan.

The purified Sunnah of the Prophet is the explanation and interpretation of what is stated in the Book of God Almighty. It contains many hadiths that include subtle doctrinal issues that require careful scientific study in doctrinal analysis. Hence the importance of this research entitled (The Hadith of Anas: My father and your father are in Hell) in Imam Muslim’s Sahih - A Doctrinal Study - as the research aims to address the issue of belief in Hell and to establish the threat of it and that it has levels and names. Then it gathers the opinions of scholars regarding these texts about which there was disagreement among scholars, such as the disagreement about the parents of the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, and the ruling on those who died from the people of the period of ignorance, as well as clarifying the issue of the Arabs calling the uncle a father, and the statement that God resurrected the parents of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace. It is hoped that this research will contribute to clarifying the correct methodology in dealing with texts that relate to matters of the unseen and belief in them, and that it will link the science of hadith and creed within a framework of integrated understanding of the noble prophetic text. May God bless and grant peace to our Prophet Muhammad and to his family and all his companions.

The research entitled (Abu Ma’in al-Husayn ibn al-Hasan’s Questions to Imam Yahya ibn Ma’in on Criticism and Approval/Collection and Critical Study) revolves around collecting the questions received from Imam Abu Ma’in al-Hasan ibn al-Husayn and directed to Imam Abu Zakariya Yahya ibn Ma’in, whether they were on criticism or on approval. And through the book of Al-Jarh wa Al-Ta’dil by Ibn Abi Hatim exclusively, as he was the first to convey these questions, and they lived in his era and he saw them and took knowledge from them, as this research came in three sections, the first of which was dedicated to the lives of the two Imams Abu Mu’in Al-Hussein bin Al-Hassan, and Imam Abu Zakariya Yahya bin Mu’in, in Two demands, limited to their names and some of their students and sheikhs, and some of the sayings of the people of knowledge about them, and mentioning their deaths, to avoid prolongation, while working to specify the research papers, while the second topic came in the questions of Imam Abu Ma’in to Abu Zakariya regarding the wound, as this topic included the study of (7) narrators, and it was The third section is on the questions of Imam Abu Ma’in to Imam Abu Zakariya regarding the modification, as this section included the study of (10) narrators, then I concluded the research with the most important results that I reached through it, mentioning after that the sources and references of the research, and God is the Grantor of success and the Guide to the right path, and praise be to God, Lord of the Worlds.

This research studies the issue of Imams’ tolerance of those praying behind them, which has many branches, aiming to observe what is most lenient with their situation in various jurisprudential issues, in which there is more than one opinion. This is based on the many proofs in the Qur’an and Sunnah that support this meaning. It was a great prophetic approach, from which the Companions, the Followers, and those who came after them drew. This does not mean that the jurists speak according to their whims to take into account those praying—God forbid—but rather according to the legal controls. Today, we are in dire need of such a matter, because we see division and differences, which have reached the point of declaring someone an infidel, a heretic, or an innovator. Our righteous predecessors dealt with these issues as a mercy to the people, and today we have turned the scales.

Studying the sources of terrorism in Zionist thought is not limited to being a mere investigation of historical narrative events, but rather a structural analysis within the folds and curves of the sacred, of an ideology that sees terrorism as a means of existence and proof of identity, and employs religion to justify exclusion and domination. In doing so, it opens the door to a deeper understanding of that identity, and clarifies the role played by sacred texts and their interpretations, ancient and modern, in formulating a mobilizing discourse that legitimizes the aggressive practices of Zionism.

This paper presented the articulatory difficulties faced by ALEs in producing English vowels. Since there are massive typological differences between the complex system of English vowels (about 20 monophthongs and diphthongs) and the simple system of Arabic vowels (three short, three long), ALEs made predictable errors in production, which may hinder communicative competence. The paper experimentally analyzed a sample of outputs produced by some Iraqi university students for specific English vowel sounds. Acoustic data, more specifically first and second formants (F1& F2), were measured from recorded tokens using Pratt software and compared to a baseline set by native speakers. The outcomes sought to map the acoustic realization of the most troublesome vowel in the phonetic space of ALEs, such as / æ /, / ɪ//, and / ʌ /. The results were meant to give scientific support for the causes of articulatory difficulty and served as a foundation for the creation of focused educational interventions.

This research is a modern critical study of a term from the terms of judgment on the prophetic hadiths, namely the description of attribution as "good", and this is by following the hadiths that Hafiz Jalal al-Din al-Suyuti called this description in his book Safah. The research aims to liberate the meaning of this term in al-Suyuti, and explain how disciplined its use is with the rules approved by the Imams of modern criticism.
The study adopted the inductive analytical method, where it collected the hadiths that al-Suyuti judged by saying: "A good authenticity", and reported eight hadiths, then removed from their original sources, and studied their asanids with a comprehensive critical study, with a statement of the conditions of their souls in the lights of their souls. and modification, balancing the ruling of al-Suyuti with the judgments of critics from the forwards and latecomers.
The research concludes that the term "good" in al-Hafiz al-Suyuti is not a single disciplined hadith, but he used it in a wide range of hadiths that included authentic and good hadiths, as well as hadiths that show weakness for reasons in their supports, such as the presence of weak narratives or non-narratives. It also appears that al-Suyuti in his launch of this description may follow others from the preservation, without a careful commitment to distinguish between the degrees of acceptance and response.
The research highlights the importance of paying attention to the rulings of the late on the hadiths, and the necessity of studying it as an applied critical study, since it has a direct impact on directing the protest and reasoning on the prophetic hadith, and revealing the features of the critical method in the al-Hafiz al-Suyuti.

This research concerns the jurisprudential differences found in the book "Al-Ikhtiyar li-Ta'lil al-Mukhtar" (The Choice for Explaining the Chosen) in the Book of Oaths, by the eminent scholar and jurist of his time in the Hanafi school of thought. He was a pious and learned man who did not need to consult texts when issuing legal rulings.
This study aims to extract and compile the jurisprudential differences presented in the book to shed light on the jurisprudence, analogy, rationale, and rulings contained within these differences. The study then categorizes these issues as follows:
1. Title of the difference.
2. Text of the difference as it appears in "Al-Ikhtiyar li-Ta'lil al-Mukhtar."
3. Explanation of the similarity between the two issues.
4. Explanation of the difference between them.
5. Our study of the two issues of difference by mentioning the opinions of the imams of the school, the most important evidence they used, and clarifying the preferred opinion if the issue is disputed, along with the reason for this preference.
6. Evaluation of the difference. The research consists of an introduction, a preface, two main sections, and a conclusion. The preface contains three sections:
Section One: Defining the terms in the title, including the following points:
1. Point One: Defining the jurisprudential distinctions and related terminology.
Section Two: Introducing Imam Ibn Mawdud al-Mawsili (may God have mercy on him).
This section includes the following points:
1. Point One: His name, patronymic, and lineage.
2. Point Two: His birth and pursuit of knowledge.
3. Point Three: His students and death.
4. Point Four: Scholarly praise of him.
Section Three: Defining the book "al-Ikhtiyar" (The Choice), including the following points:
1. Point One: The title of the book and the reason for its composition.
2. - Point Two: The importance of the book to the Hanafi school of thought.
3. Point Three: The general methodology of the book. Then the issues in the first section began, and I dealt with the jurisprudential differences related to the Book of Oaths. I chose issues from them, and then the final touch was the conclusion, in which I mentioned the most important results and recommendations.
