Students as a stock for universities to meet the requirements of the labor market from a planning

Abstract

The research aims to study the market need of the students which graduating from the Jordanian universities by using Inventory model. Depending on Accounting Department of the faculty of Business Administration at Ajloun Private University as case study. Considering that the university is a store and the students are eligible units for sales and purchases not in a commercial sense, but in scientific concept. The fact that these graduate students represent the salable units at the same time representing qualified units for purchase later we will call them by Labor force that are qualified to work in their specialization field. Therefore, the research aimed to find the optimization of graduated students in certain section (whether in plus or minus) depending on market needs. As a result
1- There will be no (as can as possible) students who do not work in their specialization field and surplus from the need of the market.
2- There will be no waste of the amounts spent on the student without benefiting from the graduates
3- There will be investment of these amounts and directed to different areas according to market need and not according to the wishes of the university Where it was found that the best number of students in this section is (26) students and the amounts were reduced to JD (128) thousand, which is not insignificant where this amount can be directed to other branches of science according to the need of the market. According to my humble knowledge, the researcher did not read or review research that dealt with this subject using the inventory model in calculating the market need of the graduate students

Abstract

يهدف البحث إلى دراسة حاجة السوق من الطلبة المتخرجين من الجامعات الأردنية باستخدام أسلوب النماذج المخزنية (Inventory models) باعتماد قسم المحاسبة في كلية إدارة الأعمال في جامعة عجلون الوطنية الخاصة كحالة دراسية. حيث تم اعتبار الجامعة مخزن والطلبة هم الوحدات القابلة للبيع والشراء ليس بالمفهوم التجاري بل بالمفهوم العلمي. في الحقيقة فان هؤلاء الطلبة المتخرجين يمثلون بالوحدات القابلة للبيع وفي نفس الوقت يمثلون الوحدات المؤهلين للشراء من السوق والذي يعبر عنها لاحقا بالقوى العاملة الذين أصبحوا مؤهلين للعمل في مجال تخصصهم. لذلك يهدف البحث إلى إيجاد أفضل عدد من الطلبة المتخرجين (The Optimization) لقسم معين (سواء كان بالزيادة أو بالنقصان) وحسب حاجة السوق، وكنتيجة لذلك.
1- سوف لا يكون هناك (بقدر الإمكان) طلبة لا يعملون في مجال تخصصهم وفائضين عن حاجة السوق.
2- سوف لا يكون هناك هدر بالمبالغ المصروفة على الطالب دون الاستفادة من المتخرجين
3- سوف يكون هناك استثمار لهذه المبالغ وتوجيهها إلى مجالات مختلفة وفقا لحاجة السوق وليس وفقا لرغبات الجامعة
حيث تم التوصل إلى أن أفضل عدد من الطلبة في هذا القسم هو (26) طالب وطالبة وتم تخفيض للمبالغ المهدورة بحدود (128) ألف دينار أردني وهو رقم لا يستهان به حيث يمكن توجيه هذا المبلغ إلى فروع علمية أخرى وفقا لحاجة السوق. وحسب علمي المتواضع، فإن الباحث لم يقرأ أو يطلع على بحث قد تطرق إلى هذا الموضوع باستخدام النموذج المخزني في حساب حاجة السوق من الطلبة الخرجين.

Abstract

tourism development is one of the modern and contemporary concepts, which interest began in when many countries of the world found, that the tourism industry contributes significantly to increasing the income of individuals and supplies the national income, especially if The foundations of tourism are available from attractive natural features or archaeological and historical sites that make the place an attractive element for tourism, and include the shapes of the earth\\'s surface and climate, one of the most important pillars of environmental tourism\\" . It also contributes to raising economic growth, as the effects resulting from the investment of the development potential enjoyed by the study area were studied from (the network to the Iraqi-Saudi borders). The history of these archaeological sites on the Zubaydah Road goes back to prehistory, and some of them date back to the Islamic eras. As for the conclusions reached by the research, they are the paving and development of roads, which are the basis for the development and sustainability of desert tourism - and the recommendations were to complete the paving of the study area road, which is complementary to the old land pilgrimage road (Darb Zubaydah), which has importance in terms of tourism and trade.

تُعدُّ التنمية السياحة من المفاهيم الحديثة والمعاصرة التي بدأ الاهتمام بها في كثير من بلدان العالم التي وجدت أن صناعة السياحة تساهم بشكل كبير في زيادة دخل الافراد وترفد الدخل القومي خاصة إذا توفَّرت مقومات السياحة من مظاهر طبيعية جذابة أو المواقع الاثرية والتاريخية التي تجعل من المكان عنصرًا جاذبًا للسياحة.\\" كما تساهم في رفع النمو الاقتصادي اذ تمت دراسة الاثار الناتجة من استثمار الامكانات التنموية التي تتمتَّع بها منطقة الدراسة من (الشبكة الى الحدود العراقية السعودية)، وتُعدُّ منطقة الدراسة مكملة لطريق الحج البري القديم الذي يحتوي على مواقع تاريخية واثرية غنية تساعده على خلق سوق سياحي واسع ومتنوع في المنطقة بمشاركة المقومات الاخرى. إن تأريخ هذه المواقع الاثرية في طريق زبيدة يرجع الى ما قبل التاريخ وبعضها يعود الى العصور الاسلامية، أما الاستنتاجات التي توصَّل اليها البحث هي تعبيد وتطوير الطرق التي تعد الاساس في تنمية واستدامة السياحة الصحراوية، والتوصيات تمثلت في اكمال تعبيد طريق منطقة الدراسة الذي يعد مكمل لطريق الحج البري القديم (درب زبيدة) الذي له اهمية من الناحية السياحية والتجارية.

Abstract

Integrated environmental management represents the best way to achieve the principle of environmental sustainability, and the Western Hammar Marsh is considered one of the sites with natural resources and potentials and of exceptional global value as it is within the sites of the Ramsar Convention for Wetlands and also within the World Heritage List.
It provides a clear example of a human settlement that preserves its traditions and heritage, and thus reflects the interaction between man and his environment. The research problem is the current problem that the Marsh suffers from, which is the failure to apply the integrated environmental management of the Western Hammar Marsh, which prevents access to the goal of environmental sustainability. Therefore, the research imposed the possibility of shifting from the path of applying traditional management to the path of applying integrated environmental management.
Which contributes to improving the ecosystem of the marsh and preserving its exceptional value to reach the goal of sustainability and to demonstrate the impact of environmental management on the sustainability of the marshes .The research focused on a number of topics related to integrated environmental management that must be taken into account in achieving the sustainability of the marshes, as well as addressing the concept of environmental sustainability and its dimensions, leading to the integration between environmental management and sustainability, Finally, the research concluded that it is necessary to shift from the path of traditional management to the path of integrated management and to apply its management to the Marshes based on sound scientific and practical foundations to achieve environmental balance and preserve ecosystems

تُمثِّل الإدارة البيئية المتكاملة السبيل الأمثل لتحقيق مبدأ الاستدامة البيئية، ويُعدُّ هور الحمار الغربي من المواقع ذات موارد وامكانات طبيعية، وذات قيمة عالمية استثنائية كونه ضمن مواقع اتفاقية رامسار للأراضي الرطبة وايضا ضمن لائحة التراث العالمي. ويقدِّم مثالًا واضحًا لمستقرة بشرية محتفظة بتقاليدها وتراثها وهي بذلك تعكس التفاعل بين الإنسان وبيئته ومشكلة البحث هي المشكلة الحالية التي يعانيها الهور وهي عدم تطبيق الادارة البيئية المتكاملة لهور الحمار الغربي الذي حال دون الوصول الى هدف الاستدامة البيئية، ولذلك فرض البحث امكانية التحوُّل من مسار تطبيق الادارة التقليدية الى مسار تطبيق الادارة البيئية المتكاملة الذي يساهم في تحسين النظام البيئي للهور والحفاظ على قيمته الاستثنائية للتوصُّل الى هدف الاستدامة ولبيان أثر الادارة البيئية في استدامة الهور, وقد ركَّز البحث على عدد من المواضيع المتعلقة بالإدارة البيئية المتكاملة التي يجب مراعاتها في تحقيق استدامة الهور وكذلك التطرق الى مفهوم الاستدامة البيئية واهدافها وصولا الى التكامل بين الادارة البيئية والاستدامة, واخيرا.. توصَّل البحث الى ضرورة التحول من مسار الادارة التقليدية الى مسار الادارة المتكاملة وتطبيق ادارتها على الهور بناءً على أُسس علمية وعملية سليمة لتحقيق التوازن البيئي والمحافظة على النظم البيئية.

Residents’ assessment for vertical housing complexes in Al-Hilla Case study: Hilla/1, Hilla/2, complexes

Abstract

Housing have a significant impact on both the environment and people\'s quality of life, it refers to the design, construction, and operation of residential buildings that minimize their environmental impact while providing healthy, comfortable, and affordable homes for people, assessing the citizens\' dissatisfaction with housing in vertical residential complexes, the quality of residential complexes based on services not unit details,Two residential complexes locate, one of these complexes has a larger housing area than the other. A questionnaire of 28 questions, were collected physically from the residents in these building. The results illustrate a positive response were good by 25%, and moderate by 25%, and 30% insufficient for adequacy of social services and 34% for services provided. However, the other responses were negative with higher percentage (58%). Furthermore, these positive responses were from the residents who live in the complex, which has a large area, the resident’s assessment better towards the complex offering more services although the flat area was smaller.

للسكن تأثيرات كبيرة على نوعية الحياة للساكنين، ويشير إلى تصميم المباني السكنية وبنائها وتشغيلها المباني التي تقلِّل من تأثيرها البيئي مع توفير منازل صحية ومريحة وبأسعار معقولة للناس , ويتم تقييم رضا المواطنين عن السكن في المجمعات السكنية العمودية السكنية التي توفِّر الخدمات ، ونوعية المجمعين السكنيين على أسس الخدمات وليس تفاصيل الوحدة كانت المقترح, تم اختيار مجمعان سكنيان، أحد هذين المجمعين به مساحة سكنية كبيرة والآخر به مجمع أصغر، وعمل استبيان، وتم جمع استمارة من 28 سؤالا جسديا من سكان هذا المبنى , وأظهرت النتائج أن الاستجابة الإيجابية كانت جيدة بنسبة 25٪ ، ومتوسطة بنسبة 25٪ ، و 30٪ غير كافية لكفاية الخدمات الاجتماعية و 34٪ للخدمات المقدمة. ومع ذلك، كانت الردود الأخرى سلبية بنسبة أعلى (58٪). علاوة على ذلك، جاءت هذه الردود الإيجابية من سكان المجمع الذي يحتوي على مساحة كبيرة، تم استنتاج، أن رضا السكان كان أكبر بالمنطقة التي توفر خدمات أكثر رغم ان مساحة الشقق السكنية أصغر.

Abstract

Amid the complex challenges facing contemporary cities, including environmental pressures, rapid population growth, and the urgent need to improve the quality of life for residents, the question of how modern technology can support efforts towards sustainable urban renewal arises. These motivations form the foundation of this research, which aims to explore the potentials offered by technology in achieving more sustainable cities capable of adapting to future challenges.

The purpose of this research is to assess the role those modern technologies, including but not limited to artificial intelligence, information and communication technology, big data, and smart transportation systems, can play in enhancing sustainable urban renewal efforts. The research seeks to explore how these technologies can contribute to improving environmental sustainability, economic efficiency, and social justice within the urban fabric, as well as examining the challenges and opportunities associated with their application in various urban contexts.

The findings reveal a pivotal importance of modern technology in supporting and enhancing sustainable urban renewal, as it provides effective tools for improving resource use efficiency, enhancing transportation systems, improving the quality of the urban environment, and fostering inclusivity and community participation.

Additionally, the study indicates that the integration of modern technologies can contribute to finding innovative solutions for adapting to environmental and demographic changes, leading to cities that are more flexible and capable of adapting to the future. However, the study also emphasizes the importance of considering the challenges related to technological integration and the need for a comprehensive framework that ensures the optimal use of these technologies in the context of sustainable urban renewal.

Abstract

The city is a human product, and it is the Place where he dwells, and so he must be interested in it and be provided the appropriate atmosphere that gives him a sense of safety, comfort, feelings of joy, happiness and a sense of beauty. Since the human subject has a multitude of needs; functional, social, as well as other needs, whenever these needs are met in the city and its Townscape and there is a Harmony between them and the Conceptions of the subjects who live in it, the place "sends" the required meanings to create aesthetic sensations and thus positive Feedback from the user will be received. From this point of view, the city and its Townscape were studied.
Thus, the research problem was defined as: weakness and disintegration in the contemporary city's urban image as a result of it lacking the vocabulary that constitutes Place and thus a decay in the possibility of sensing Beauty, especially in its urban spaces. Research hypothesis: aesthetic perception can be achieved by modeling the urban environment on concepts that enhance the characteristics of Coherence, that in turn enhance the aesthetic qualities of the Townscape. Research Objective: providing the knowledge base for the research vocabulary and then extracting the vocabulary that contributes to achieving an aesthetic appearance of the Townscape and thus the positive feelings of the viewer and the user. Research Methodology: The Analytical Descriptive-Comparative Approach.
We then extracted, based on the theoretical framework, the main vocabulary that constitute a coherent Place, namely: compactness, naturalness, interdependence, compatibility, continuity, uniqueness and Variety. Two of the Vocabularies that were extracted from the theoretical framework, namely (naturalness and interdependence) were analyzed in the study areas in the city of al-Kadhimiya. Two localities were identified, a traditional locality and contemporary one. The research found that the traditional locality contained the characteristics and relationships that constitute a coherent Place, whether visual, functional or others, with the new locality lacking most of those characteristics. And then we followed by presenting the conclusions and recommendations.

Abstract

إن المدينة منتج إنساني، وهي المكان الذي يعيش فيه فلا بدَّ أن يكون مهتما بها ويوفر الاجواء الملائمة بما تبعث له الشعور بالأمان والراحة ومشاعر الفرح والسعادة والاحساس بالجمال. ولما كان للإنسان متطلبات متعددة كالمتطلبات الوظيفية والاجتماعية وغيرها، فمتى ما توفَّرت في المدينة ومشهدها الحضري وحصل تطابق بينها وبين تصورات الانسان الذي يعيش فيها فيبعث المكان المعنى المطلوب لإيجاد الاحساس الجمالي وهذا يولِّد ردود فعل ايجابية لديه. من هذا المنطلق تم دراسة المدينة ومشهدها الحضري.
مشكلة البحث: في ضعف الصورة الحضرية وتفككّها في المدينة المعاصرة نتيجة لافتقارها للمفردات التي تشكِّل المكان وهذا يؤدي إلى اضمحلال إمكانية الاحساس بالجمال لا سيما في فضاءاتها الحضرية.
فرضية البحث: يمكن تحقيق الاحساس الجمالي من خلال تضمين البيئة الحضرية المفاهيم التي تعزِّز خصائص التماسك التي بدورها تعزِّز جماليات المشهد الحضري.
هدف البحث: توفير القاعدة المعرفية لمفردات البحث ومن ثم استخلاص المفردات التي تساهم في تحقيق المظهر الجمالي للمشهد الحضري ومن ثم تحقيق المشاعر الايجابية للمشاهد والمستعمِل.
منهجية البحث: المنهج الوصفي التحليلي المقارن.
استخلص البحث من الإطار النظري المفردات رئيسية التي تشكِّل تماسك المكان وهي التضام والطبيعية والترابط والتوافق والاستمرارية والتفرد والتنوع. تم تطبيق مفردتين من الإطار النظري المستخلص وهما (الطبيعية والترابط) في منطقتي الدراسة في مدينة الكاظمية وتم تحديد محلتين محلة تقليدية ومحلة معاصرة وتوصل البحث إلى أن المحلة التقليدية تحوي الخصائص والعلاقات التي تشكِّل تماسك المكان سواء كانت البصرية أم الوظيفية أو غيرها مع افتقار المحلة المستحدثة لأغلب تلك الخصائص ومن ثم الاستنتاجات والتوصيات.
