The current study aims at Knowing :
1.the trend toward Immgration university students .
2.the reference of the statistical differences in the trend toward to Immigration in accordance to sex (male-female ) and specialty (scientific- Humanities).

The sample of the study comprises (400) University students (200) males and (200) females chosen randomly .
The researcher formulated the measure of (Trends Towards Immigration ) which consisted of 30 items . The stability of this measure second (0,82 ) by the method of Alpha Cronbach . The researcher used the following statistical methods (Pearson's coeffient correlation , T-test of one sample , T- test of two independent tests the implication of two independent tests the implication of the coefficient correlation , the simple linear .
The researcher reached to the following conclusions :
1- The sample of the study has a positive effect towards immigration .
2- There is a statistical difference in accordance to sex towards males but not in accordance to specialty .

Most of filmsand television directors are interested in the image as the main means of conveying the ideas of the director. The theories of directing embrace to lay the artistic and aesthetic foundations to bring the picture out on the screen in an effective manner which sufficesrhetoric instead of speech. Attention is paid to the formation, the frame, the movements and angles of the camera and the editing and then tricks and visual effects. These tricks and influences have entered into a very large number of films since the emergence of cinema and so far has been used for functions, including aesthetic and intellectual as well as artistic, where it has an important role in the development of the movement of the conflict drama and to create the persuasion and suspense of the dramatic event nature so the goal of research is to identify (the role of visual effects in the structure of the drama conflict) . The film (Avatar) has been selected to appoint for this research because most of the scenes of the film depends on the visual effects. The descriptive approach is
adopted. The second chapter deals with the definition of the visual effects and tricks, their importance, their characteristics and their functions. The research tool is extracted from theoretical framework indicators and it is adopted in the sample analysis after the experts authenticated it in the third chapter. In the fourth chapter, the sample is analyzed according to these indicators. :
1. The techniques and visual effects are used creatively in the scenesand give credibility as well as suspense to the dramatic action.
2. The director's artistic and aesthetic vision, and his ability to develop the performance of the actors using the digitized character became evident.
3. The use of techniques has contributed to reducing the time of photography and economy expenses.
4. The Chroma technique contributes to the production and processing of places and actions of some characters. The research ending with recommendations and list of sources.

This review article aims at studying the curricula of Iraqi medical colleges since the establishment of the first college in Iraq in 1927 to date. It attempts to analyse the medical education programmes using known tools of measurement and global in comparison with the steady development of medical curricula in the world. The article shows the evolution of the Iraqi curriculum across the past century and especially during the last three decades. At present time there are three types of curricula that are currently applied in the twenty-five colleges operating in Iraq. The first curricular
approach is based on separate scientific and clinical subjects (the Subject Based Curriculum); the second is the integrated curriculum and the third is the problem-based approach. The first approach is characterized by the adoption of the educational process that totally depends on the teacher through lectures and practical lessons (Teacher Centred), including clinical training and the examinations are focused on information more than skills and professional behaviour. The other two methods, however, are based on student in active role in the learning process with varying degrees of implementation. The last two approaches use enquiry-learning methods to investigate student’s learning needs. The integrative approach uses inductive methods of reasoning starting from first year of study, while the problem-based approach uses deductive reasoning in the early years of the study and later uses the inductive reasoning in the rest of the years. This work concludes the inappropriateness of the method of inductive reasoning in the first years of university study as this approach is known to be used by experts and hence students, using this approach, need to be already equipped with ample and relevant information which they can learn better in using the deductive reasoning in the first three years of the six-year medical study.

This study aimed to evaluate the impact of different patterns of an infographic on the academic achievement in the computer course for secondary school students. The sample consisted of two experimental groups. The first group consisted of 20 students using static infographic pattern. The second group consisted of 21 students using the motion infographic pattern. The static and motion infographics were designed according to the Instructional infographic design model. The researcher prepared achievement test to collect the data. After processing the results of the test by using T test, the results showed the following:1-There was a statistically significant difference in the average score at level of (P≤0.05) between the pre-and post-achievement test in favor of post-test for the first experimental. 2. There was a statistically significant difference in the average score at level of (P≤0.05) between the pre-and post-achievement test in favor of post-test for the second experimental group. 3. There was no statistically significant difference at the level of (P≤0.05) between average score between first experimental and second experimental groups post achievement tests. The study recommends training the general education computer teachers on the infographic patterns and their utilization in the teaching process.

The skill training is the basis for students' learning of skills for all sports activities and not just football halls, if they are practiced in a systematic manner according to the correct scientific basis, and is specially tailored to suit the type of motor duty required of the student to perform or do, To provide information on the performance or skill to be learned or corrective information.
The problem of research is the weakness of these skills among second grade students. Therefore, the researcher prepared skilled exercises to support feedback to address this problem. Therefore, the aim of the research is to identify the effect of exercise skills enhanced by visual feedback in learning the skills of handling, As for the research society, it represented 135 students for the second grade, average of the average of the students. The sample was (20) students from (A) and (20) students from (B).

This subject has dealt first with identifying the human personality and how to build it, aspects, and factors that affect the human life on composing it going through stages of this building and composing of personality. Then it showed the most distinguished features of Iraqi personality during the past and present, and the civilized, social, and psychological sides that interfered in crafting and drawing these features with reference on how this drawing of Iraqi personality has been affected in what a civilized developed progress has achieved, that Iraq has witnessed during the sixth and seventh decades in the previous century, which unfortunately what has been fixed by building is destroyed and even the main foundation original of building has been affected because of the war during eighth decade within the same century. Then the core and essence of the aim and its purpose has been discussed, which is identifying in general the concept of faith and self-confidence, and the effect of correct and perfect education, upbringing, and the factors that the girl acquire and implanting it in her social nature to building her moderate, balanced, and powerful personality. Finally, conclusions and recommendations of correct and perfect upbringing that are achieved morally and materially, and totally by family care. Also, to courage the role of the woman in building in different domains in life.

Allah ordered his noble Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) to read in the first Sura and sent it down to be a key to his holy book and in imitation of his constitution to the people of the earth, as the reading is considered as the key to entering all the sciences and the basis of the development of knowledge in all its fields. So reading expands the circle of experience of children, develops it and activates their cognitive and social basis, cultivates their tastes, and urges them to curiosity which is useful for them to know themselves and to know others and to know the nature of their surroundings. (Al-Jahiz, 1985: 80), the specialists considered the reasons of stuttering in the individuals to the pre-school stage, when teachers and parents try to accelerate teaching
the child reading without waiting the beginning of their readiness, and it becomes worse when he enters primary school, especially when teachers ask him to read a text or explain a subject, as it shows his hesitation in reading because of his fear of ridicule his colleagues (Bender, 1993: 120), so the problem of research begins in the detection of stuttering disorders when reading among the kindergartens children, by identifying the level of their degrees on the test of stuttering disorders, and the importance of the current research arises from the importance of reading in the life of the individual, despite the diversity of cultural means that enable the person to cognition and knowledge such as radio, television, cinema and the Internet, but he always needs to read because it surpasses all these means for its ease and simplicity, speed and freedom, (Mosa, 2003:4).
The research aims to (Detection of Stuttering Disorders when Reading among Kindergarten Children) and to (identify the differences in reading disorders in Kindergarten Children according to gender variable (males – females).

The researcher built the research tool and presented it to the experts to achieve the apparent honesty, she also extracted the discrimination coefficient and the difficulty of items and honesty, the stability was 0.79, and the researcher reached through the achievement of the objectives of the research statistically to some conclusions, kindergartens children suffer from stuttering disorders in reading with ratio (35.5%). Where the total number of children suffering from this condition was (75) children (34) boys and (41) girls, and it was found that females suffer more in the stuttering disorders when reading than males, which means that females have a weakness in speech skills more than males. Instructing the educational staff in kindergartens of the importance of teaching speech and pronunciation skillsof programs that help kindergartens children on the correct pronunciation, review the planning of the educational curricula and pedagogy of kindergartens, which are interested in teaching the language skills of kindergarten children. While the proposals is doing similar study to study stuttering disorders about the reading in primary stage. Doing similar study to study other types of language disorders, including (stammering, palilalia, and accent). before teaching reading, and the recommendations are the introduction

Difficulties in teaching bags in university teaching
The current research aims at identifying the difficulties of employing teaching bags in university teaching. The research sample included (45) teaching and teaching representing three faculties of education at the University of Baghdad (Faculty of Education Ibn Rushd, Faculty of Education Ibn al-Haytham, Faculty of Basic Education) for the academic year 2016-2017 The researcher designed a research tool, which is a questionnaire. In the light of this questionnaire, the researcher formulated the final questionnaire which the researcher confirmed from its virtual validity by presenting it to a group of experts and specialists in curriculum, teaching methods, educational psychology, measurement and evaluation. (T-test) as its stability The results showed that there are a number of difficulties faced by teachers and teaching staff in the employment of educational bags, as the paragraph that was written (lack of sufficient satisfaction in some) (2.75%) and percentage weight (92%), while the paragraph (insufficient awareness among members of this type of education) reached the last place in the list of difficulties with a weighted average (1.57) and a percentage weight (53%). In the light of the findings of the researcher presented a set of recommendations and proposals to address these difficulties.

The psycho-physical health compatibility which is one of the important psychological aspects in all sports including futsal, in addition to the ability of dealing with the changeable psychological factors, the necessity of possessing psychological health and knowing their relationship with the accuracy of offensive skills, all are the concern of this study. Therefore, the researcher studies intentionally the relationship between the psycho- physical health compatibility and the accuracy of offensive skills in futsal for the colleges female players of the university team. He applies the descriptive approach to a sample of these players in the academic year 2017-2018 . This sample consists of (10) female-players. The researcher concludes that there is no significant correlation between the psycho-physical health compatibility and the skills of dribbling and accurate shooting, while there is a significant correlation with the passing skill of the university futsal female-players.

The current research aims at finding out the effect of using intelligent adaptive learning programs on the history teacher. The researcher found that most models of educational design are in the field of enhancing and building the teacher's cognitive and measuring its effect on the learner.
The behavioral psychology, which has become interested in constructional theories of education based on the five-point model, (Bates & Watson, 2008:38-44). Therefore, the researcher relied on this model to enhance the design with data and information concerning the scope of learning, the field of application, objectives and tasks with the conditions surrounding the educational process and the readiness of the teacher to receive such a kind of modern teaching methods in order to build an educational experience that makes the process of knowledge acquisition effective and attractive. And to ascertain the validity and readiness of the application of this type of modern educational programs and use as educational framework. The researcher adopted a scientific mechanism based on building a program to detect patterns of interaction between the inputs and outputs of the intelligent educational system and the use of feedback to correct the course of this program as shown in Figure (2). In this research, three hypotheses were adopted:
• The primary purpose of Intelligent Adaptive Learning is to reduce the social comparison of a particular student with his / her peers in the learning environment. Where the student looks at his
own positives only and compares himself with the possibility of development and achieving individual goals. Especially in the subject of history as it contains a variety of diverse topics.
• The student can maintain his confidence in his knowledge and develop it to create a positive educational identity of his own.
• The student may be considered a subject or a target. If the student is enabled in the proposed program to be able to implement his or her own education plan in consultation with a mentor, or to be able to choose between alternatives within a single subject, this is often called qualitative adaptation, where the student is the source of learning activity. While the teacher has been adopted as the main source of all decisions he is solely responsible for modifying levels, contents, strategies, etc. This is often called quantitative adjustment. Which was confirmed by the researcher because it carries the dimensions of legislative and scientific:
1)The legislative dimension, where the teacher proposes reverse options, often called why?
2) Practical dimension, no attempt to understand for (how and what to do) in the specified lesson.

A successful administration is that one which has leading qualifications , and can lead the youth in all fields. Administration has its own significance in the society , to make it reach the highest levels, and here lies the significance of the study. In addition to that, the study significance also may include recognizing the qualifying requirements for selecting administrative leaderships in the youth forums in Diyala governorate. Considering that selecting administrative leaderships depending on the basic aspects of the personality of those who work in the forums through directing their behavior achieve their future ambitions , administering the forum in all fields.
Through the observation, the problem of the study lies in weakness in preparing the employees staff in the youth forums in the leading and administrative aspects.
Whereas the aims of the study are : focusing on the most important qualifying requirements to select the administrative leaderships in the youth forums in Diyala governorate.
The sample of the study includes the employees of the directorate of youth and sports and the affiliated forums, who are (157) . The researchers use the descriptive method for its suitability to the nature of the problem of the study.
The researchers find some conclusions, the most important of which are : the sport administrative leader who holds higher scientific degree like ,bachelor and higher, is well qualified in the educational aspects. The sport leader must study the sciences related evaluation and analysis and should be aware of the uses of planning sciences in general, and especially the strategic planning . The leader should understand the general objectives of the directorate he works in .
While the most important recommendations are :
The scientific preparing program , for the sport administrative leader, should include studies in the sports education in general, and especially sports management. The sports administrative leader should be educationally qualified. The sports administrative program should be characterized by the sciences of statistics, testing, evaluation and assessment. The leader should use these programs well. The leader should have the ability of self -control and emotionally balanced.

This study was conducted at University of Diyala college of Education. It aimed to know the difficulties in teaching general Arabic for unspecialized departments whitin the light of Arabic language skills by answering the following questions:what are the Difficulties that face the students in gaining linguistic skills represented by listening , speaking, reading and writing skills by The student,s point of view ? The method of practical performing or observing by relied methods in teaching practical skills which replaced the style of simulation or imitation, we mean by dividing the teaching process into steps or stages, and to check if the learner's has commrehended every step of performing befor moving to the next step the importance of this research is the aim of learining Arabic language in all stages, especially at college So that the learner gains the skill of listening and grows inside him the skills of beauty felling of linguistic expression or literal and to develop the skill of dictation, beautiful hand writing and organization where he can write by heart and read
what he has written fluently. the individual should gain agroup of linguistic standard terms which help him to express himself and thought that this is what university studies want they try to make sure that the college student should gain all the mentioned skills .
Sample of study was (100) male and female students.The
the researcher in the study depended on the questionnaire containing (58) items distributed to four domains :
1- listening skill
2-Writing skills
Reading skill 3-

By Using Pearson correlation the , weighted means, percentage weight, and statistical means According to the questionnaire researcher reached to several conclusions most important the weakness related curriculum of general Arabic language materials by using linguistic skills, might find or face difficulties in grammar and linguistic during writing.

The present research aims at identifying the effect of the Thilin and Landa models on the acquisition of Arabic grammar in second grade students.
To achieve the research objective, the researchers formulated the following zero hypotheses:
1. There was no statistically significant difference at (0.05) among the averages of the students of the first experimental group who studied Arabic grammar using the Barman model and the average of the students of the second experimental group who studied the Arabic grammar using the non-test model in the post- .
2. There was no statistically significant difference at (0.05) among the average of the students of the first experimental group who studied the Arabic grammar using the Barman model and the average of the students of the control group who studied the same material in the traditional method (lecture) in the post-achievement test.
3. There was no statistically significant difference at (0.05) among the average of the students of the second experimental group who studied the Arabic grammar using the Landa model and the average of the students of the control group whose students studied the same subject in the traditional method.
In order to achieve the goal of the research, the researcher chose Fatima Secondary School for Girls and Al Al-Bayt Secondary School for Girls and Quraysh Boys to represent the three research groups. The total number of students in the first experimental group represented by Fatima Secondary School was 31 students, (32) students, which used the model Landa, and medium Quraish, which represents the control group studied in the traditional way and number (31) students, the researcher followed the following steps to complete their research:
1. Test the design of equal groups with partial control of the type of post-test.
2. The two researcher was rewarded among the three research groups in the following variables: (age, parental achieve3. The researcher prepared three plans to teach the first three groups of the Barman model for the first experimental group, the second for the Landa model for the second experimental group, and the third for the control group taught in the usual manner.
4. The researcher prepared a test for the achievement of the three groups and counted the test paragraphs (30) paragraph of the type of multiple choice.
5. The researcher used the appropriate statistical methods for her research procedures (Mono-variance analysis, Kai-square, Pearson correlation coefficient, Shafic method).
After applying the test, the researcher found that the students of the second experimental group, which studied the LANDA model, were superior to the students of the first group whose students studied using the Berman model and the students of the third control group who studied their students using the normal method. The students of the first group were above the control group students in the post-achievement test.

After the data were collected from the two tests above and treated statistically by using the ttest test for a single test sample with previous and previous tests, the following results were shown: - The post-test scores exceed the pre-test scores of the research group. The study aims to explain how essential is content-based instruction in teaching-learning English as a foreign language. Supported by examples from local and non local actual learning environment, the researcher argues that content-based instruction can be vitally effective in teaching-learning English.
The content-based instruction theory adopted in English language teaching (ELT) class looks at language as a living entity, not mere words, as a reservoir of man’s experiences, history and values represented aesthetically in literature.
This is the premise on which the content-based instruction rests. The environment of (ELT) invites the learners not to wrestling with grammatical rules in isolation of contextualized situations. Rather, it introduces them with authentic material – language as it is actually used. The content (text + context) can ensure a
pleasurable interaction between the learner and the target language.
Examples of integrating literature were presented by the researcher as good media for (ELT) in her Translation Class. The end result was surprising: an environment that ensured enjoyment, motivation and critical thinking not to mention a good intercultural interaction between the source language (Arabic) and the target language (English), a factor necessary to assimilate English as a foreign language.

At the elementary school age, children are in need to seek help from more knowledgeable individual in order to cope with the difficulties in learning and to overcome challenges they may encounter in solving problems. Children, to be self-regulated learners, must be aware of the type of help they would seek, when to seek help and from whom to seek it. The help sought by pupils in classroom is of two types according to its achievement goals, instrumental and executive. The present study is designed to investigate the effectiveness of instrumental help-seeking strategy in developing elementary school pupils' problem-solving skills in English class, to investigate the difference between the experimental and control groups in their performance in the problem-solving test, to identify the difference between male and female pupils in their responses to help-seeking strategy, and to
investigate the effectiveness of instrumental help-seeking strategy in English class from the point of view of English language teachers in elementary schools. The type of study followed was experimental in which help-seeking strategy was applied on a sample of (30) fifth grade elementary school pupils. Pre-test-post-test experiment has been used to calculate data. The experiment has lasted for (10) weeks and results of the study indicated that:1- help-seeking is a self-regulated strategy which has an effective role in developing problem-solving skills, particularly in elementary school age, 2-the participants who have taken part in the help-seeking strategy( the experimental group) show better performance in problem-solving test than those who have not participated in the experiment( the control group), 3- both male and female pupils in the experimental group have positively responded to help-seeking strategy, i.e. there was no significant difference between male and female pupils, and 4- English language teachers have shown positive attitudes towards involving help-seeking strategy in the classroom activities for its effective role. Finally some recommendations have been introduced to highlight the importance of strategic help-seeking in English classroom.

This study deals with collocations in English as well as in Arabic. There are several types of collocations, such as open, restricted and bound, some times idioms have the same aspects of collocations but there should be no confusion between them. The aims of the study are: 1. Identifying the aspects of collocations in both English and Arabic language as well; 2. Discussing the general usage of collocation in English and Arabic; 3. Investigating the Iraqi EFL university students' performance in using collocations. The study consists of five sections. Section one is devoted to the aims, hypotheses, procedures and limits, of the study. Section two is definitions and types of collocations. Section three is dedicated to the description of meanings, section four the results and finally section five is the conclusions .
