In the paper , we will obtain a characterization of oscillation of behavior of even order
delay equation and consider some related results and then apply these results to deduce
the oscillation properties of slightly more general delay equation in which the lag term
ԏ(t -ԏ) is such that ԏ=ԏ(t) a function of ԏ. We will generalize some results already
known in [2] for the oscillation properties.

In this paper, an approach to recognize human using ear image biometrics using its
features has been proposed. Traditional image-based approaches to person identification
almost exclusively employ front views of the individual's face. Ear on the other hand, has
a more uniform distribution of color, so almost all information are conserved when
converting the original color image into gray scales. The human ear is a perfect source of
data for passive person identification in many applications. In the growing need for
security in various public places, ear biometrics seems to be a good solution, since ears
are visible and their images can be easily taken, even without the examined person’s
knowledge. When employing face or lip as a biometric, changing of their appearance
with the expression of the subject creates problem but in case of ear the shape and the
appearance are fixed. We extract the features an ear image by measuring geometric
relations between predetermined points (lengths, angles). Here, the geometrical structures
observed from pixel value distances are used for the successful recognition of objects.
Recognition of objects is based on these geometrical structures. Experimental result
reveals that the proposed identification method can achieve almost 95% accuracy.

The aim of this study was elaborated to evaluate hospital surface contamination in ground
floor occupied by patients in a Teaching AL-Hussain hospital in Thi-Qar province. Fifty
samples were collected from six randomly selected units {Laboratory, X-ray,
Consultation, Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR) , Natural therapy, Emergency} by
swabs , cultured on selective fungal and bacterial media in order to determine the genus
or species of the agents in the samples. The microorganisms identified included 62
isolates were recognized as fungi and bacteria . Molds comprised 37.09% and yeasts
comprised 30.64% while, bacteria comprised 32.25% . Environment contamination for
Teaching AL-Hussain Hospital with fungi and bacteria were examined Candida spp.
were the highest fungal isolate. Whereas, Staphylococcus epidermidis was the most
common bacterial isolate.

A total of 260 swabs from clinical and hospital environments were ollected during September 2011 to March 2012. Primary culturing on blood agar and MacConkey agar revealed that 25 ( 9.6%) were gave positive growth for
pseudomonas spp., 14 (56%) was from clinical cases as follow: 10 ( 71.42%) from burns, 2 (14.3%) from wounds, 1 ( 7.14%) from urinary tract infections, 1 (7.14%) of respiratory tract infections, and 11 (44%) from hospital
nvironments . All the 25 isolates were screened for their resistance against 13 antibiotics of different classes by disk diffusion method . All the tested isolates were appeared resistant to at least seven of antibiotics , hence the isolates are considered to be multidrug resistant .

A new tri metal complexes of 1,3,5 – tri – [5-p-alkoxy phenyl – 1,3,4- hiadiazal- 2yl] benzene (L) formed by the condensation of three moles of metal salt with one mole of (L) which formed by condensation of 1,3,5- benzene tricarboxylic acid[3] with three equivalent of appropriate amino – thiadiazole [2] afforded the corresponding Tri- amide compounds [4],
and its CO (II), Ni (II), Cu (II), Zn (II), Pd (II) and Pt (IV) complexes have been synthesized.
Their structures have been elucidated on the basis of analytical, magnetic, electrical conductivity and spectral study as well as elemental analyses. The results are in agreement with the suggested structures. The results are in agreement with the suggested structure, all complexes showed octahedral geometries except pd (II) and Pt (II) complexes which were
square planar. The synthesized compound and its metal complexes were tested in vitro for antimicrobial activity.

This study was undertaken to evaluate the injurious achieve of cigarette smoking and alcohol consumption on semen parameters and eproductive hormones profile (LH, FSH and Testosterone) on infertile patients affected with male infertility factors. Forty-five infertile patients were subjected into three groups (15 patients with mild smoking, 15 patients with moderate smoking, and 15 patients with heavy smoking). semen samples were collected by masturbation and prepared by direct layering technique. The questionnaire included the numbers of cigarette per day and the duration of smoking counted with years and the smoking status of the female partners.
The sperm function test and reproductive hormonal analysis were nalyzed and semen prepared by standard semen parameters. (sperm concentration, sperm motility, progressive sperm motility, sperm agglutination, and sperm morphology) were evaluated. Smoking was classified as mild smokers (≤ 10 cigarette per day), moderate smokers (> 10 cigarette and ≤ 10 cigarette per day) and heavy smokers (> 10 cigarette per day). The results indicated a highly significant (P<0.001) differences in sperm functions parameters for all groups of smoker men in in vitro post-preparation compared with pre-preparation technique. The reproductive
hormones LH, FSH and Testosterone concentration were significantly (P<0.001) lower in smoker men in post-preparation compared with pre-preparation. It was concluded that smoking and alcohol drinking was
positively correlated to decreased semen quality and decreased semen reproductive hormonal profile.

Hydatid cyst disease is endemic infection in Iraq , so the aim of the present study is to
determine the negative effects of disease on some haematological and biochemical
parameters , the results found that the number of white blood cell has increase (16.37) and
increased in the number of lymphocyte (68) and eosiphil (4) after counting the differential
WBC of positive group while the number of red blood cell , hemoglobin, and packed cell
volume has not affected with infection of hydatid cyst .
Blood urea and glucose (33.5 mg\ml and 88.33 mg\dl respectively) were decrease while
aspartate aminotransferase (21.0 mg\dl) has increase after checking of biochemical
parameters of infected group and compared with uninfected negative control group.
The present study has explained that the infection with hydatid disaese affect on the liver
function after examination of some biochemical parameters that related to liver function.

Prepared by condensation polymerization of monomers, 2:·thiobarbituric acid ,phenol and formalin in alkaline medium . The new copolymer was characterized by IR spectroscopy and thermal analysis .Also the copolymer was· used as· a cationic exchange resin for the study of several cations such as (Zn,Cd,Ni,Hg,Mn).The loading capacity of the resin towards the studied ions showing the following orders.

In this paper , the concepts of order-continuity , pseudometric generating property , autocontinuity and null-subtractive of an intuitionistic fuzzy
easure on an intuitionistic fuzzy − algebra of intuitionistic fuzzy sets
will be introduced , and we proved Egoroff\'s Theorem and three forms of
Egoroff\'s Theorem for a sequence of measurable functions on an
ntuitionistic fuzzy −algebra .

This study is concerned with the synthesis and characterization of the γ-lactams 3(af), These compounds were prepared by reacting 2- romobenzoyl chlorides with the appropriate imine 2(a-f), in the presence of phenyllithuim in tetrahydrofuran (THF) at 0˚C. Addition of 2-bromobenzoyl chlorides to imines affords N-acyliminium ions as adducts.
Subsequent reaction of these adducts with phenyllithium at -5˚C to afford γ-lactams (a-f) in moderate yields(55-73%).and confirmed these
ompounds by spectral data IR,UV,1H-NMR and Mass spectra.
